AB  - Increasing the production efficiency of family farms is one of the main drivers of economic growth and a prerequisite for their further development. Family farms that use productive resources more efficiently over time are in a position to invest more in the family farm and to grow regardless of their initial size and the challenges they face. Consequently, there is a need to find economically efficient models of crop production on family farms, which was the main goal of this research.  Data collected by detailed surveying of 100 holders of selected family farms were used as the basic source for conducting this research. The collected data refer to the production years of 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015 and 2015/2016.  The choice of methods used in the research was determined by the defined subject of research and set goals, on the one hand, and by the volume and quality of the available data, on the other hand. In this regard, in order to measure the efficiency of crop production on surveyed family farms, in practice, it is often necessary to consider multiple outputs and inputs that are by their nature heterogeneous and expressed in different units of measure. Therefore, it was necessary to define such an efficiency measure that would take into account all the significant results of crop production and all productive resources used for their realisation. This implies an analysis of the efficiency using the method of mathematical programming such as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The obtained solutions have special economic interpretations and based on them the information important for managing the further business of both efficient and inefficient surveyed family farms was obtained.  Finally, a comparative analysis of the economic efficiency of different models of crop production on family farms was carried out, aimed at determining whether there were any statistically significant differences between the average economic efficiencies of different models. AB  - Povećanje efikasnosti proizvodnje porodičnih gazdinstava jedan je od glavnih pokretača ekonomskog rasta i preduslov za njihov dalji razvoj. Porodična gazdinstva koja efikasnije koriste svoje proizvodne resurse tokom vremena su u poziciji da više investiraju u porodično gazdinstvo i da rastu bez obzira na njihovu početnu veličinu i izazove sa kojima se suočavaju. Samim tim javlja se potreba za pronalaženjem ekonomski efikasnih modela ratarske proizvodnje na porodičnim gazdinstvima, što je bio i osnovi cilj ovog istraživanja.  Kao osnovni izvor podataka za potrebe sprovođenja ovog istraživanja korišćeni su podaci prikupljeni detaljnim anketiranjem 100 nosilaca izabranih porodičnih gazdinstava. Prikupljeni podaci odnose se na proizvodnu 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015. i 2015/2016. godinu.  Izbor metoda koje su se koristile u istraživanju određen je definisanim predmetom istraživanja i postavljenim ciljevima, s jedne strane, i obimom i kvalitetom dostupnih podataka, s druge strane. S tim u vezi, za merenje efikasnosti ratarske proizvodnje na anketiranim porodičnim gazdinstvima u praksi se najčešće mora razmatrati više izlaza i ulaza koji su po svojoj prirodi heterogeni i izražavaju se u različitim jedinicama mere. Zbog toga je bilo neophodno definisati takvu meru efikasnosti koja će uzeti u obzir sve značajne rezultate ratarske proizvodnje i sve proizvodne resurse koji su korišćeni za njihovo ostvarivanje. To podrazumeva analizu efikasnosti primenom metode matematičkog programiranja kakva je analiza obavijanja podataka (engl. Data Envelopment Analysis ‒ DEA). Dobijena rešenja imaju posebna ekonomska tumačenja, i na osnovu njih su dobijene informacije koje su od značaja za upravljanje daljim poslovanjem kako efikasnih, tako i neefikasnih anketiranih porodičinih gazdinstava.  Na kraju je sprovedena komparativna analiza ekonomske efikasnosti različitih modela ratarske proizvodnje na porodičnim gazdinstvima, čiji je cilj bio da se utvrdi da li postoje bilo kakve statistički značajne razlike između prosečne ekonomske efikasnosti različitih modela...

AB  - The paper deals with the subsequently effect of ameliorative tillage on the dynamics of some important physical soil properties in winter wheat. The trial was carried-out at the experimental fields of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' Krnjesevci near Belgrade on meadows chernozem soil type. The folowing ameliorative and conventional tillage systems were included in ivestigations: 1. Ameliorative tillage system - (ATS) - includes new types machines for field systematization-scrapers (USM 5) in autumn, drainage plow on the depth 60-80 cm, and subsoil with heavy vibratory subsoiler VR 5. on 30-35cm depth. After basic tillage we prepared soil for seeding with preparation by disking and harrowing 2. Control variant - conventional tillage without ameliorative measures In 2008.yr previous crop were maize and sunflower after that ameliorative measures. Second crop in 2009/2010 were winter wheat. The following soil properties were studied: bulk density, total porosity, moisture weight and volume percent, and total water content in different layers in m3, in tillering and heading stage of winter wheat on the different depth 0-10; 10-10; 20-30. Ameliorative tillage systems had subsequently effects for all investigated soil properties on this heavy soil type compared with control.
AB  - Ispitivanje uticaja produžnog dejstva jednog novog sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta na neke važnije fizičke osobine zemljišta u usevu ozime pšenice obavljeno je u Krnješevcima na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u periodu od 2008 - 2010. godine. U ispitivanju smo imali dve varijante: 1. Sistem meliorativne obrade zemljišta (ravnanje + rad krtičnog pluga + podrivanje + predsetvena obrada zemljišta). 2. - Kontrolu sa konvencionalnom obradom zemljišta (oranje raonični plugom + predsetvena obrada zemljišta). U drugoj godini posle izvedenih mera u zasejanom usevu ozime pšenice pratili smo dinamiku fizičkih osobina zemljišta u fazi bokorenja i klasanju. Dobijeni rezultati obrađeni su statistički analizom varijanse i pokazali su da postoje brojne statistički signifikantne razlike u sa povoljnijim fizičkim osobina na meliorisanom zemljištu u poređenju sa kontrolnom varijantom. Gornji delovi orničnog sloja su rastresitiji na meliorisanoj varijanti tako da su u stanju da prihvate lakše veće količine vode i što je važno da je brže sprovedu u dublje slojeve. Ove činjenice pokazuju da meliorativne mere imaju produžno dejstvo koje se oseća i u narednim godinama.

AB  - In this paper influence of two tillage systems for soils of heavy mechanical composition (conventional with bottom plough and ameliorative tillage system) is analyzed. The emphasis of research, in addition to other secondary effects, is focused on the yield and the cost of production of main field crops as relevant indicators of efficiency of plant production. Production of field crops with conventional tillage system gave satisfactory yields, characteristic for a given agro-climatic conditions (quantity and distribution of rainfall, soils of heavy mechanical composition). Ameliorative tillage system of soils of heavy mechanical composition in comparison to conventional system achieved significantly higher yields of crops in dry years (8.6% sunflower, 9.9% corn), and even more in years with a lot of rainfall (21% wheat ). The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of ameliorative tillage system on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production).
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava: konvencionalni izveden pomoću raonog pluga i sistem meliorativne obrade. Akcenat istraživanja je, pored ostalih pratećih efekata, usmeren na prinos i troškove proizvodnje glavnih ratarskih kultura kao relevantnih pokazatelja efikasnosti biljne proizvodnje. Proizvodnja ratarskih kultura izvedena konvencionalnim sistemom obrade dala je zadovoljavajuće prinose, karakteristične za date agroklimatske uslove (količine i raspored padavina, zemljište teškog mehaničkog sastava). Meliorativnim sistemom obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem postižu se značajno veći prinosi ratarskih kultura u sušnim godinama (8,6% suncokret, 9,9% kukuruz), a još više u godinama sa izraženim periodima prevlaživanja zemljišta (21% pšenica). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u narednim proizvodnim godinama).

AB  - This paper presents the results of the application of the machines and tools for new technologies in plant production for two years of research. The comparative analysis of the influence of new technologies and new types of machines was done, and also the effect of conventional tillage systems on several agricultural crops (sunflower, commercial maize and wheat). During the experiment, we analyzed the effects of application of new line of machines to: physical properties of soil, morphological features of crops, use of energy and yield, and we also analyzed the economic aspects of the application. On the control plots, a conventional tillage system was simultaneously applied for comparative analysis of the previously mentioned factors. Trials were conducted on production plots of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' in Krnješevci from October 2008 until July 2010.
AB  - U ovom radu su prikazani dvogodišnji rezultati primene mašina i oruđa za nove tehnologije u biljnoj proizvodnji. Izvršena je uporedna analiza uticaja primene nove tehnologije i nove linije mašina, kao i uticaj konvencionalnog sistema obrade na nekoliko ratarskih kultura (suncokret, merkantilni kukuruz i pšenica). U toku ispitivanja, analizirani su uticaji primene nove linije mašina na: fizičke osobine zemljišta, morfološke osobine gajenih biljaka, utrošak energije i prinos, a takođe su analizirani i ekonomski aspekti primene. Na kontrolnim parcelama je istovremeno bio primenjen konvencionalni sistem obrade, radi uporedne analize prethodno pomenutih faktora. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim parcelama Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima u periodu od oktobra 2008. godine do jula 2010. godine.

Subsurface management of wet heavy soils

AB  - Mole drainage, on the right soil type and done properly can help reduce water logging problems. While surface drainage can improve the situation by removing excess surface water, in most cases the soil profile itself needs to be drained, so that crops can reach their potential, while damage by treading and compaction can be reduced. Mole drains do not drain ground water but remove water as it enters from the ground surface. Soils should have clay content in the range of 30 to 35 % to ensure long lasting mole channels. Heavy soils, with low rates of soil-water movement, require closely spaced (2-6 m apart) subsoil drain systems to provide sufficient water movement to control the effects of saltwater logging on an alfalfa field. Water management is critical for optimal production of alfalfa, with drought stress typically resulting in loss of production, and excess water leading to yield drops as well as stand losses.
AB  - Krtična drenaža, na odgovarajućem zemljištu i ispravno izvedena može da pomogne u smanjenju problema prevlaživanja. Iako površinska drenaža može da poboljša situaciju uklanjanjem suvišne površinske vode, u većini slučajeva zemljišni profil treba da bude dreniran, tako da usevi mogu da ostvare svoje potencijale i da se, smanje štete od gaženja i sabijanja. Krtični drenovi ne uklanjaju podzemnu vodu, ali uklanjaju vodu koja dolazi sa površine zemljišta. Zemljište bi trebalo da ima sadržaj od 30 do 35% gline da bi se osigurala dugotrajnost krtičnih kanala. Teška zemljišta, sa niskim stopama premeštanja zemljišne vode, zahtevaju manja rastojanja (2-6 m) sistema drenova za obezbeđivanje dovoljnog kretanja vode za kontrolu efekta zaslanjivanja - prevlaživanja na lucerištima. Uređenje voda je kritično za optimalnu proizvodnju lucerke, gde stres suše najčešće dovodi do gubitaka proizvodnje, kao što i višak vode dovodi do smanjenja prinosa, odnosno gubitaka.

AB  - The need of preservation and rational use of natural resources such is land requires the elimination of the usual practice of production and application of new technologies and new types of machines and tools. However, massive acceptation and successful application of new technologies and new types of machines and tools in practice requires certificates of manifestation the positive technical, technological and economic effects obtained through appropriate research. Bearing this in mind, the aim of this paper is to examine the economic effects of applying new technology and new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth in sunflower production. In this sense, conducted economic analysis shows that a change in technology and application of new types of machines and tools in sunflower production is economically justified, given that there is a reduction of variable costs per kilogram of produced sunflower by 4.77%. The research and results obtained in this analysis represent only the first phase of research of the economic effects of application of new types of machines and tools in crop production (in this case in sunflower production). The results indicate the need to expand research to other important crops.
AB  - Potreba očuvanja i racionalnog korišćenja neobnovljivih prirodnih resursa, kao što je zemljište, zahteva eliminisanje uobičajene prakse proizvodnje i primenu novih tehnologija obrade i novih mašina i oruđa. Međutim, da bi nove tehnologije obrade i nove mašine i oruđa bili masovno prihvaćeni i uspešno primenjeni u praksi, potrebna je potvrda ispoljavanja pozitivnih tehničko-tehnoloških i ekonomskih efekata dobijena kroz odgovarajuća naučna istraživanja. Imajući to u vidu, cilj ovog rada je da se sagledaju ekonomski efekti primene nove tehnologije obrade i novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji suncokreta. U tom smislu sprovedena ekonomska analiza pokazuje da je promena tehnologije obrade i primena novih mašina i oruđa u proizvodnji suncokreta ekonomski opravdana, s obzirom da dolazi do smanjenja varijabilnih troškova po kilogramu proizvedenog suncokreta za 4,77%. Obavljeno istraživanje i rezultati dobijeni u ovoj analizi predstavljaju samo prvu fazu u istraživanjima ekonomskih efekata primene mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji pojedinih kultura (u ovom slučaju suncokreta). Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na potrebu proširenja istraživanja i na druge značajne poljoprivredne kulture.

AB  - In market conditions of business operations the main criterion of successful agricultural production is achieved economic results. However, the question of preservation and rational use of natural resources, especially soil, is increasingly raised. The need of preservation and rational use of natural resources, such as soil, requires the elimination of the usual practice of production and application of new technologies as well as new types of machines and tools. Nonetheless, new cultivation technologies and new machines and tools will be widely adopted and successfully applied in practice if the necessary verification of positive technical, technological and economic effects obtained through appropriate scientific researches is provided. Bearing this in mind, the aim of this paper is to examine the economic effects of prolonged effect of new technology and new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth in wheat production. In this sense, it is determined that a change in cultivation technology and application of new machines and tools in the first year of conducting the experiment has a positive prolonged effect in the second year of conducting the experiment as well, which is reflected in a reduction of variable costs per kilogram of produced wheat by 23.57%. The conducted research and results obtained in this analysis represent a continuation of research of economic effects of the application of new machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth in individual crop production (a previous study included corn and sunflower). The obtained results indicate the need to expand research to other important crops.
AB  - U tržišnim uslovima poslovanja osnovno merilo uspešnosti poljoprivredne proizvodnje su ostvareni ekonomski rezultati. Međutim, sve glasnije se postavlja pitanje očuvanja i racionalnog korišćenja prirodnih resursa, posebno zemljišta. Potreba očuvanja i racionalnog korišćenja neobnovljivih prirodnih resursa, kao što je zemljište, zahteva eliminisanje uobičajene prakse proizvodnje i primenu novih tehnologija obrade i novih mašina i oruđa. Ipak, da bi nove tehnologije obrade i nove mašine i oruđa bili masovno prihvaćeni i uspešno primenjeni u praksi, potrebna je potvrda ispoljavanja pozitivnih tehničko-tehnoloških i ekonomskih efekata dobijena kroz odgovarajuća naučna istraživanja. Imajući to u vidu, cilj ovog rada je da se sagledaju ekonomski efekti produženog dejstva primene nove tehnologije obrade i novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji pšenice. U tom smislu utvrđeno je da promena tehnologije obrade i primena novih mašina i oruđa u prvoj godini izvođenja ogleda ima pozitivno produženo dejstvo u drugoj godini izvođenja ogleda, koje se ogleda u smanjenju varijabilnih troškova po kg proizvedene pšenice za 23,57%. Obavljeno istraživanje i rezultati dobijeni u ovoj analizi predstavljaju nastavak istraživanja ekonomskih efekata primene mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji pojedinih kultura kojima su do sada obuhvaćeni kukuruz i suncokret. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na potrebu proširenja istraživanja i na druge značajne poljoprivredne kulture.

Međutim, sve glasnije se postavlja pitanje očuvanja i racionalnog korišćenja prirodnih resursa, posebno zemljišta. Potreba očuvanja i racionalnog korišćenja neobnovljivih prirodnih resursa, kao što je zemljište, zahteva eliminisanje uobičajene prakse proizvodnje i primenu novih tehnologija obrade i novih mašina i oruđa. Ipak, da bi nove tehnologije obrade i nove mašine i oruđa bili masovno prihvaćeni i uspešno primenjeni u praksi, potrebna je potvrda ispoljavanja pozitivnih tehničko-tehnoloških i ekonomskih efekata dobijena kroz odgovarajuća naučna istraživanja. Imajući to u vidu, cilj ovog rada je da se sagledaju ekonomski efekti produženog dejstva primene nove tehnologije obrade i novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji pšenice. U tom smislu utvrđeno je da promena tehnologije obrade i primena novih mašina i oruđa u prvoj godini izvođenja ogleda ima pozitivno produženo dejstvo u drugoj godini izvođenja ogleda, koje se ogleda u smanjenju varijabilnih troškova po kg proizvedene pšenice za 23,57%. Obavljeno istraživanje i rezultati dobijeni u ovoj analizi predstavljaju nastavak istraživanja ekonomskih efekata primene mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u proizvodnji pojedinih kultura kojima su do sada obuhvaćeni kukuruz i suncokret. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na potrebu proširenja istraživanja i na druge značajne poljoprivredne kulture.",

AB  - The paper deals with subsequently effect of ameliorative tillage on the dynamics of some important productive morphology and productive characteristic in winter wheat. The trial was carried-out at the Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' experimental fields in Krnjesevci near Belgrade on meadows chernozem soil type during 2009/10. The following ameliorative and conventional tillage systems were included in investigation: 1. Ameliorative tillage system includes new types machines for field systematization-scrapers (USM 5) in autumn, drainage plow on the depth 60-80cm, and sub-soiling with heavy vibratory sub-soiler VR 5 on 30-35cm depth. After basic tillage we prepared soil for seeding with preparation by disking and harrowing 2. Control variant without ameliorative measures. The following morphological and productive properties of winter wheat were studied: root biomass, stalk height, head, ear number, and grain yield. Ameliorative tillage systems had subsequently effects for all investigated morphology properties on this heavy soil type. Many of them are important for productive properties were statistically significant compared with control. Ameliorative tillage system increase significantly grain yield of winter wheat kg/ha compared with control.
AB  - Ispitivanje uticaja sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta zasnovanog na novim konstrukcionim rešenjima i tehnologiji (ravnanje zemljišta+podrivanje krtičnim plugom+vibraciono razrivačko oruđe) tokom 2008/09, odnosno njegovog produžnog dejstva na morfološke i produktivne osobine ozime pšenice obavljeno je na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima u 2009/10. godini. Pratili smo uticaj produžnog dejstva meliorativnog sistema obrade zemljišta na važnije morfološke osobine ozime pšenice u dva roka, u bokorenju i u klasanju. Na kraju vegetacionog perioda pred žetvu uzeli smo uzorke za prinos zrna i druge morfološke karakteristike. Nasuprot meliorisanoj površini imali smo kontrolnu površinu. Primenjene meliorativne mere mere imale su pozitivan uticaj odnosno produžno dejstvo osetilo se i u drugoj godini posle primene što se vidi iz rezultata prinosa zrna ozime pšenice koji je veći za 620 kg/ha u poređenju sa prinosom sa kontrolne varijante.

AB  - In this paper influence of two heavy mechanical type tillage systems: A - conventional tillage system and B - conservation tillage system is analyzed, and two different treatments of herbicides on yield of maize as well. The experiments are carried on production fields of 'Institutes for maize - Zemun Polje', during 2008/09 years. The focus of this research, among other effects, is on maize yield, as relevant parameter of efficiency of plant production. Right choice of soil tillage system and treatments of herbicides are key point for improvement of plant production, especially for grain yield aspects. Soil tillage system B in comparation with soil tillage system A is 10% more efficient. Treatment with herbicides 1 in comparation with treatment with herbicides 2 is 9,42% more efficient. Combining these two variable parameters (soil tillage systems and treatment of herbicides), the most efficient is model B+1, with grain yield increased up to 18,7%.
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava: A - konvencionalnog i B - konzervacijskog, kao i primene dva različita tretmana herbicida na prinos merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz iz Zemun Polja, tokom 2008/09 godine. Akcenat istraživanja je, pored ostalih pratećih efekata, usmeren na prinos kukuruza kao relevantnog pokazatelja efikasnosti biljne proizvodnje. Pravilan izbor sistema obrade zemljišta i tretmana herbicidima svakako može unaprediti proizvodnju, naročito sa aspekta ostvarenog prinosa gajene kulture. Povećanje prinosa uslovljen modelom obrade je u korist modela B, veći za 10%. Povećanje prinosa uslovljen tretmanom herbicida je u korist tretmana 1, veći za 9,42%. Sa dejstvom ove dve agrotehničke mere, kao najoptimalnija kombinacija pokazao se model B+1, sa združenim efektom povećanja prinosa do 18,7% u odnosu na druge modele.

AB  - The paper presents a review of several examples of agricultural machines and their working elements laser control, with the aim of precise execution of working operations and shortening the time of performing them. Basic components of laser control systems are presented, along with the description of the system in several examples. Finally, the short survey and analysis of the laser control systems development is presented. Also, further developments of technical systems and possibilities of application of agricultural machinery are discussed.
AB  - U radu je prikazan pregled nekoliko primera primene laserskog upravljanja poljoprivrednim mašinama i njihovim radnim organima s ciljem preciznijeg izvršenja radnih operacija i skraćenja vremena obavljanja istih. Predstavljene su osnovne komponente sistema laserskog upravljanja, a takođe je dat i opis rada sistema na nekoliko primera. Na kraju je prikazan kraći pregled i analiza razvoja sistema laserskog upravljanja, a takođe su razmatrani budući trendovi razvoja ovih tehničkih sistema i mogućnosti primene na poljoprivrednim mašinama.

AB  - Piezoelectric sensors belong to the group of electromechanical sensors. They are used in all fields of science and technology, including in the agricultural machines. This paper explains the phenomenon of piezoelectricity and presents the principle of work, characteristics, way of realization and measuring schemes with piezoelectric sensors. As an typical illustration of the application of this kind of sensors in agricultural machines, their application in agricultural combine harvesters is presented, for the measurement of grain loss.
AB  - Piezoelektrični senzori spadaju u grupu elektro-mehaničkih senzora i koriste se u svim oblastima nauke i tehnike, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. U radu je objašnjen fenomen piezoelektriciteta i dat je princip rada, karakteristike, način izvedbe i merne šeme sa piezoelektričnim senzorima. Kao tipična ilustracija primene ove vrste senzora u poljoprivrednoj tehnici prikazana je njihova primena na poljoprivrednim kombajnima za merenje gubitaka zrna.

abstract = "Piezoelectric sensors belong to the group of electromechanical sensors. They are used in all fields of science and technology, including in the agricultural machines. This paper explains the phenomenon of piezoelectricity and presents the principle of work, characteristics, way of realization and measuring schemes with piezoelectric sensors. As an typical illustration of the application of this kind of sensors in agricultural machines, their application in agricultural combine harvesters is presented, for the measurement of grain loss., Piezoelektrični senzori spadaju u grupu elektro-mehaničkih senzora i koriste se u svim oblastima nauke i tehnike, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. U radu je objašnjen fenomen piezoelektriciteta i dat je princip rada, karakteristike, način izvedbe i merne šeme sa piezoelektričnim senzorima. Kao tipična ilustracija primene ove vrste senzora u poljoprivrednoj tehnici prikazana je njihova primena na poljoprivrednim kombajnima za merenje gubitaka zrna.",

AB  - Agricultural enterprises are facing today with numerous problems when they make differential calculations as well as in their practical application. The enterprises have to apply various agro-technical, organization, economic, technical and technological measures aiming at the change of volume, structure or way of production. Those changes, especially ones concerning size, structure or way of production are influencing both revenues and costs. This is particularly expressed in actual economic crisis, because the crisis increases financial risk of financial resources utilization. The basic research goal of this paper is to indicate onto importance of differential calculation, on possibilities and limitations of its application as well as on way of its construction. On the created model of agricultural enterprise dealing with the crop production, taking intro account different assumptions and by application appropriate methods, there have been analyzed the obtained results. This research has showed economic justification of planned and realized changes in the structure of crop production.
AB  - Poljoprivredna preduzeća se danas suočavaju sa velikim brojem problema prilikom sastavljanja diferencijalne kalkulacije i načina njene primene u praksi. Preduzeća moraju primeniti različite agrotehničke, organizaciono-ekonomske i tehničko-tehnološke mere, koje će ih dovesti do promene obima, strukture ili načina proizvodnje. Promene u obimu, strukturi ili načinu proizvodnje se odražavaju na prihode s jedne i na troškove s druge strane. Ovo je naročito izraženo zbog postojeće svetske ekonomske krize, jer sama kriza kao takva povećava finansijski rizik prilikom ulaganja novčanih sredstava. Osnovni cilj istraživanja u ovom radu jeste da se ukaže na značaj diferencijalne kalkulacije, na mogućnosti i ograničenja njene primene i na način njenog sastavljanja. Na sačinjenom modelu poljoprivrednog preduzeća ratarskog tipa uz različite pretpostavke, primenom odgovarajućih metoda, analizirani su dobijeni rezultati. Istraživanjem je pokazana ekonomska opravdanost planiranih i učinjenih izmena u strukturi ratarske proizvodnje.

Economic aspects of the appliance of new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth

AB  - Problems that occur when processing the soil with heavy mechanical type of composition can not be solved without changing the existing cultivation system. Soils with heavy mechanical type of composition demand a cultivation system that ensures preservation of natural potential and fertility resources. Bearing this in mind, the objective of this research is to examine the economic consequences of applying new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth, then to detect the most important factors influencing this and finally to contribute successfully to the formulation of the answers on questions is their use profitable and under what conditions. The results of this study suggest that is possible to expect the positive effects of applying new technologies and new machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's surface and depth.
AB  - Problemi koji se javljaju pri obradi zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom ne mogu se rešiti bez promene postojeće tehnologije obrade zemljišta. To podrazumeva primenu novih tehnologija obrade i novih mašina i oruđa, koji treba da obezbede optimalnu potrošnju pogonske energije, rada i ostalih resursa, a da se pri tome obezbedi maksimalno iskorišćavanje prirodnog potencijala plodnosti zemljišta i rodnosti biljaka. Zbog toga sve više raste značaj istraživanja problema vezanih za ovu oblast, pri čemu se nikako ne sme zapostaviti ekonomski aspekt. Imajući to u vidu cilj ovog rada je da se sa ekonomskog aspekta sagledaju efekti i posledice primene novih tehnologija i novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini kao i da se utvrde najvažniji faktori od kojih zavisi isplativost njihove primene uz nastojanje da se na taj način doprinese što uspešnijem formulisanju odgovora na pitanje da li je i pod kojim uslovima njihova primena opravdana. Na osnovu dosadašnjih rezultata istraživanja moguće je očekivati pozitivne efekte primene analiziranih mašina i oruđa što je od presudne važnosti prilikom donošenja odluke o opravdanosti njihovog uvođenja.

Arrangement, exploitation and protection of Kosjerić municipality's agricultural land

AB  - The Kosjerić municipality is located in the north of the Zlatiborski region and total land area is 456.7 km2 Lower quality soils types and subtypes take the biggest area in the municipality. Loamy sand and sandy loam soils prevail in highland area of municipality. There are vertisol and eutric cambisol on lower terrain. Alluvial soils are under maize, vegetable and meadows, while slight slopes are under cereals, orchards and pastures. On the hilly part of terrain fruit production is traditionally developed. Analysis of the agricultural lands shows that plum orchards are ruined and old, so that renewal is needed. Higher mountainous parts are under forests where beech and oak prevails. Forest area takes 23878 ha (2/3 of total municipality area). Properties and varieties of soils on the Kosjeric municipality territory demand application of complex reclamation measures. These measures should solve range of complex problems, but it takes time and capital goods. Possible positive results of arrangement, agricultural soil usage and protection in Kosjeric municipality are multiple: soil conversion from agricultural to other can not be hold up, but it can be realized with carefully chosen restrictive practices. In western and eastern part of municipality should take up sustainable development principles. To establish forests as much as possible for the purpose of increasing environmental value, economic benefit and protection from erosion and strong current on slopes. Unfortunately Titan cement factory is not possible relocate, although it's position is upstream from town Kosjeric. There is possibility to apply range of suitable protective measures thus considerably improve existing properties of soils and environment.
AB  - Opština Kosjerić je najsevernija opština Zlatiborskog okruga, u zapadnom delu Srbije, i ima 359 km². Najveće površine u opštini zauzimaju manje kvalitetni tipovi i poditopovi zemljišta. U brdsko-planinskom delu opštine preovlađuju zemljišta koja prema mehaničkom sastavu predstavljaju ilovaste peskuše i peskovite ilovače. Na nižim terenima se nalaze smonice i gajnjače. Aluvijalne zaravni su pod kukuruzom, povrćem i livadama, a blage padine su pod kulturama žita, voćnjaka i sa pašnjacima. Na brežuljkastom delu je tradicionalno razvijeno voćarstvo. Istraživanja na terenu ukazuju da su šljivici, uglavnom, propali i stari, i da ih treba postepeno obnoviti. Viši planinski delovi su pod šumom u kojoj preovlađuju bukva i hrast. Površine pod šumama iznose 23878 ha (2/3 od ukupne površine opštine). Osobine i raznovrsnost zemljišta na prostoru opštine Kosjerić zahtevaju primenu kompleksnih melirativnih mera, koje treba da reše niz složenih, postojećih problema, ali zašto je potrebno vreme i znatna materijalna sredstva. Mogući pozitivni rezultati uređenja, korišćenja i zaštite poljoprivrednog zemljišta Opštine Kosjerić su mnogobrojni, od kojih su najvažniji: Konverzija namene poljoprivrednog u drugo zemljište se ne može zaustaviti, ali se može realizovati uz pažljive restriktivne mere. U zapadnom i istočnom delu Opštine, treba sprovoditi aktivno principe održivog razvoja, u pogledu korišćenja zemljišta zasnivati što više šume, zbog ambijentalnih i ekoloških vrednosti, ekonomske koristi i zaštite od erozije i bujica usled nepovoljnih nagiba terena; Nažalost, cementaru -Titan nije moguće izmestiti, iako se nalazi uzvodno od gradskog naselja Kosjerić, ali je moguće primeniti niz adekvatnih zaštitnih mera i znatno poboljšati postojeću situaciju, prema zemljištu i okolini.

AB  - In this paper influence of two tillage systems (conventional and conservation) on sunflower and maize yield is analyzed. The experiments are carried on production fields of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje'. The conventional tillage system gave satisfying yields of both plants. This type of tillage is acceptable in years with medium rainfall during the vegetation period. When amount of precipitation was not evenly distributed during the year, yield was significantly lower, or even omitted if the differences in amount of precipitation were extreme. With conservation tillage system, the yield was higher, in comparison with conventional system, even in the years with medium amount of precipitation during the vegetation period. Sunflower and maize yields were 8.6% and 9.9% higher with conservation tillage system than with conventional system. The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of conservation tillage on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production).
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta: konvencionalnog i konzervacijskog na promenu prinosa suncokreta i merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje'. Konvencionalni sistem obrade dao je zadovoljavajuće prinose kod obe kulture. Ovaj način obrade zemljišta je prihvatljiv u proizvodnoj godini sa umerenim padavinama tokom vegetacionog perioda. Prinosi u godinama sa neravnomernim rasporedom padavina su značajno manji, dok u ekstremnim godinama često izostaju. Konzervacijskim sistemom obrade postižu se veći prinosi u poređenju sa konvencionalnim sistemom, čak i u godinama kada je količina padavina tokom vegetacionog perioda umerena (prinos je veći u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem obrade za: suncokret 8.6%, merkantilni kukuruz 9.9%). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema konzervacijske obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u drugoj i trećoj proizvodnoj godini).

AB  - The paper deals with the effects of ameliorative tillage on the dynamics of some important physical soil properties in maize. The trial was carried-out at the experimental fields Krnjesevci of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' on meadows chernozem soil type. The following ameliorative and conventional tillage systems were included in investigations: 1. Ameliorativel tillage system - (ATS) - includes new types machines for field systematization-scrapers (USM 5) in autamn, drainage plow on the depth 60-80 cm, and subsoiling with heavy vibratory subsoiler VR 5. on 30-35 cm depth. After basic tillage we prepared soil for seeding with preparation by disking and harrowing 2. Conventional tillage - (CT) - in this case includes ploughing to the depth of 30-35cm + presowing preparation by disking and harrowing was control. The following soil properties were studied: bulk density, total porosity, moisture weight and volume percent, and total water content in different layers in m3, in two period of time after first and after second interrow cultivation in maize on the different depth 0-10; 10-10; 20-30. Ameliorative tillage systems have better effect for all investigated soil properties on this heavy soil type compared with control with classical tillage system.
AB  - Ispitivanje uticaja jednog novog sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta na promene nekih važnijih fizičkih osobina zemljišta u usevu kukuruza obavljeno je na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima. U ispitivanju smo imali dve varijante: Var. 1. - Sistem meliorativne obrade zemljišta (ravnanje + rad krtičnog pluga + podrivanje + predsetvena obrada zemljišta); Var. 2. - Kontrola. Konvencionalna obrada zemljišta (oranje raonični plugom + predsetvena obrada zemljišta). Pratili smo dinamiku važnijih fizičkih osobina zemljišta u usevu kukuruza u dva roka posle posle prvog i neposredno posle drugog međurednog kultiviranja. Uzorci su uzimani sa cilindrima po Kopeckom, a dalje obrađeni u laboratoriji. Ispitivani su uticaji meliorativne obrade zemljišta na zapreminsku masu, vlažnost zemljišta, poroznost i količinu vode po hektaru na tri dubine ispitivanja: od 0-10 cm; 10-20 cm; 20-30 cm. Dobijeni rezultati obrađeni su statistički analizom varijanse i pokazali su da postoje brojne statistički signifikantne razlike u vrednostima fizičkih osobina u korist onih na meliorisanom zemljištu u poređenju sa kontrolnom varijantom. Gornji delovi orničnog sloja su rastresitiji na meliorisanoj varijanti tako da su u stanju da prihvate lakše veće količine vode i što je važno da je brže sprovedu u dublje slojeve.

AB  - In this paper are presented the characteristics and modes of construction of optical sensors, as well as typical measuring schemes with optical sensors. As an illustration of the application of optical sensors in agricultural machines, an analysis is performed of the measurement of the volumetric flow of the cleaned grain on automotive agricultural combine harvesters, by means of optical sensors.

The trial was carried-out at the Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' experimental fields in village Krnjesevci on meadows chernozem soil type. After basic tillage we prepared soil for seeding with preparation by disking and harrowing 2. Conventional tillage - (CT) - in this case includes ploughing to the depth of 30- 35cm + presowing preparation by disking and harrowing The following morfological and productive properties were studied: root distribution, biomass stalk, leafs, head of sunflower, ear maize, and grain yield in two growth stages at the end vegetative and in full reproductive growth stages. Ameliorative tillage systems had better effect for all investigated morphological properties on this heavy soil type. Many of them are important for productive properties was statistically significant compared with control (CT). Ameliorative tillage system increase significantly grain yield sunflower (274 kg/ha, and maize 629 kg/ha compared with conventional tillage systems on control variants.
AB  - Razvoj oruđa za meliorativnu obradu zemljišta poslednje dve decenije doživljava veliki napredak. Sa ovim oruđima izvodi se obrada na teškim zemljištima dubokog profila, često sa nepropusnim slojevima ispod orničnog. Dilema da li prevrtati masu zemljišta ili je dubinski rastresati zavisi od konkretnih osobina zemljišnog tipa. Ako je u pitanju zemljište sa nepovoljnim podorničnim slojem treba izbeći prevrtanje i dati prednost rastresanju. Ispitivanje uticaja sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta zasnovanog na novim konstrukcionim rešenjima i tehnologiji (ravnanje zemljišta+podrivanje krtičnim plugom+vibraciono razrivačko oruđe) na floristički sastav korovske sinuzije, morfološka i produktivna svojstva suncokreta i kukuruza obavljeno je na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima tokom 2007. i 2008. godine. Pratili smo uticaj meliorativnog sistema obrade zemljišta na važnije morfološke osobine suncokreta i kukuruza (masu korena, stabla, lista i reproduktivnih organa, glavice kod suncokreta klipa i metlice kod kukuruza) u njihovim značajnim fazama porasta, na kraju vegetativne i u punoj reproduktivnoj. Na kraju vegetacionog perioda posle žetve odnosno berbe utvrdili smo prinos zrna suncokreta i kukuruza. Nasuprot meliorisanoj površini imali smo kontrolnu površinu sa ista dva useva na kojoj je izvedena samo konvencionalna osnovna obrada raoničnim plugom, a predsetvena tanjiračom i drljačom bez meliorativne obrade. Primenjene mere imale su pozitivan uticaj na praćene morfološke i produktivne osobine useva kukuruza i suncokreta. Dobijeno je statistički vrlo signifikantno povećanje prinosa zrna suncokreta za 274 kg/ha i kukuruza za 629 kg/ha u poređenju sa kontrolom gde nisu izvedene meliorativne mere.

Conventional tillage - (CT) - in this case includes ploughing to the depth of 30- 35cm + presowing preparation by disking and harrowing The following morfological and productive properties were studied: root distribution, biomass stalk, leafs, head of sunflower, ear maize, and grain yield in two growth stages at the end vegetative and in full reproductive growth stages. Ameliorative tillage systems had better effect for all investigated morphological properties on this heavy soil type. Many of them are important for productive properties was statistically significant compared with control (CT). Ameliorative tillage system increase significantly grain yield sunflower (274 kg/ha, and maize 629 kg/ha compared with conventional tillage systems on control variants., Razvoj oruđa za meliorativnu obradu zemljišta poslednje dve decenije doživljava veliki napredak. Sa ovim oruđima izvodi se obrada na teškim zemljištima dubokog profila, često sa nepropusnim slojevima ispod orničnog. Dilema da li prevrtati masu zemljišta ili je dubinski rastresati zavisi od konkretnih osobina zemljišnog tipa. Ako je u pitanju zemljište sa nepovoljnim podorničnim slojem treba izbeći prevrtanje i dati prednost rastresanju. Ispitivanje uticaja sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta zasnovanog na novim konstrukcionim rešenjima i tehnologiji (ravnanje zemljišta+podrivanje krtičnim plugom+vibraciono razrivačko oruđe) na floristički sastav korovske sinuzije, morfološka i produktivna svojstva suncokreta i kukuruza obavljeno je na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima tokom 2007. i 2008. godine. Pratili smo uticaj meliorativnog sistema obrade zemljišta na važnije morfološke osobine suncokreta i kukuruza (masu korena, stabla, lista i reproduktivnih organa, glavice kod suncokreta klipa i metlice kod kukuruza) u njihovim značajnim fazama porasta, na kraju vegetativne i u punoj reproduktivnoj. Na kraju vegetacionog perioda posle žetve odnosno berbe utvrdili smo prinos zrna suncokreta i kukuruza. Nasuprot meliorisanoj površini imali smo kontrolnu površinu sa ista dva useva na kojoj je izvedena samo konvencionalna osnovna obrada raoničnim plugom, a predsetvena tanjiračom i drljačom bez meliorativne obrade. Primenjene mere imale su pozitivan uticaj na praćene morfološke i produktivne osobine useva kukuruza i suncokreta. Dobijeno je statistički vrlo signifikantno povećanje prinosa zrna suncokreta za 274 kg/ha i kukuruza za 629 kg/ha u poređenju sa kontrolom gde nisu izvedene meliorativne mere.",

AB  - Serbian agricultural producers are facing currently with a large number of challenges that significantly influence their business activities. One of them is for sure a high fuel price. The recent fuel price increase has caused a lot of concern among agricultural producers regarding its impact on operating costs and farm profitability. However, those higher costs will probably reflect themselves onto direct reduction in profit in the short run because the producers' possibilities are limited as to the changes they can economically make. While no one knows with certainty what will happen in the future, the current developments on the world market as well as the analysts' estimates indicate that we are likely to see continued high diesel fuel prices. Bearing this in mind, the objective of this research is to emphasize an importance of the fuel price change for optimization of total operating costs of the tillage agricultural machinery, then to detect the most important factors influencing this change and finally to contribute successfully to the formulation of the answers on mentioned questions. The results of this study suggest that for an increase of the agricultural machinery utilization efficiency as well as for minimization of their operating costs, it is necessary to start making more adequate management decisions. This is certainly one of the safe ways for alleviation of the consequences caused by the high fuel price mostly influenced by the world fuel market trends.
AB  - Poljoprivredni proizvođači u Srbiji suočavaju se sa velikim brojem izazova koji značajno utiču na njihovo poslovanje. Jedan od njih je svakako visoka cena goriva. Skorašnje povećanje cene goriva nateralo je mnoge od njih da se zapitaju kakav će to uticaj imati na troškove proizvodnje tj. kako će se odraziti na profitabilnost poslovanja gazdinstva. Ono što je izvesno je da će u kratkom roku, ovako visoka cena dovesti do smanjenja profita, zato što su mogućnosti vlasnika da u kratkom roku učine ekonomska prilagođavanja prilično limitirane. I dok niko sa sigurnošću ne može da pretpostavi šta će se dešavati u budućnosti, trenutna kretanja na svetskom tržištu i procene analitičara govore da i dalje treba očekivati održavanje cene na visokom nivou. Imajući to u vidu, cilj ovog istraživanja je da se ukaže na značaj promene cene goriva za optimizaciju ukupnih troškova upotrebe poljoprivredne mehanizacije za obradu zemljišta, da se otkriju najvažniji faktori koji na to utiču i da se sagleda njihov uticaj, uz nastojanje da se na taj način doprinese uspešnijem formulisanju odgovora na napred postavljena pitanja. Na osnovu dosadašnjih rezultata istraživanja može se konstatovati da je za povećanje efikasnosti korišćenja poljoprivredne mehanizacije i minimiziranje troškova njihove upotrebe, od presudnog značaja celishodno i blagovremeno sprovođenje adekvatnih mera iz oblasti menadžmenta. To je svakako jedan od sigurnih načina za ublažavanje posledica izazvanih visokom cenom goriva na čije formiranje prevashodni uticaj imaju kretanja na svetskom tržištu derivata.

AB  - Soils with heavy mechanical type of composition demand a cultivation system that ensures preservation of natural potential and fertility resources. This system must also prevent degrading processes and ensure an optimal water motion within the soil, with an optimal usage of energy and labor. In Serbia there are over 0.4 million hectares of soil with heavy mechanical type of composition, and over 0.1 million hectares of diversely damaged soil. Every year, during different degrading actions, another 1000 hectares of soil are damaged. Agricultural machinery for tillage of the soils with heavy mechanical composition and damaged soils should fulfill the basic demands: arrangement of the soil's surface and depth, preservation of the soil's biological system, regulation of the water and air system, thus enabling an efficient irrigation, conservation of the natural humidity, insurance of an efficient irrigation, perseverance of the natural moisture, insurance of a rational consumption of energy, labor and resources for the defined structure and level of agricultural production. Researches that are conducted by the Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade, Serbia, and the Institute of Corn, Zemun Polje, Serbia, are set to determine the technical, technological and economic aspects of the appliance of new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's depth and surface. These new types of machines include: universal soil arrangement machine USM-5, drainage plough DP-4 and vibratory subsoiler VR-5, applied on the degraded chernosem soil type and on the marsh soil type (parcel Tab. XVII, heavy mechanical type of composition, damaged and unfavorable water and air conditions), on the location of an experimental property of the Institute of Corn in Krnješevci, Serbia. Basic characteristics of the soil are determined, control parcels are defined and marked, new technology and machines for soil's surface and depth arrangement are applied. Specific technical and technological parameters were measured during the work of new machine types.
AB  - Zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom zahtevaju sistem obrade koji obezbeđuje očuvanje prirodnih potencijala i resursa plodnosti i koji sprečavaju degradacione procese u zemljištu a obezbeđuju optimalno kretanje vode u zemljištu, uz optimalni utrošak energije i rada. U Srbiji ima preko 0.4 miliona ha zemljišta sa mehaničkim sastavom teškog tipa, i preko 0.1 milion ha na različite načine oštećenih zemljišta. Svake godine, sa različitim degradacionim procesima, ošteti se i novih 1000 ha zemljišta. Poljoprivredna tehnika za izvođenje obrade teških i oštećenih tipova zemljšta, treba da ispuni osnovne zahteve: uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini, očuvanje biosistema zemljišta, regulisanje vodnog i vazdušnog režima, omogućavanje efikasnog navodnjavanja, očuvanje prirodne vlage, obezbeđenje racionalne potrošnje energije, potrošnje rada i resursa za definisanu strukturu i nivo poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Istraživanja koja sprovodi Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Beogradu i Institut za kukuruz iz Zemun Polja imaju za zadatak da odrede tehničko-tehnološke i ekonomske aspekte primene nove linije mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Nova, osvojena linija mašina: univerzalni skreperski ravnjač, drenažni plug i vibracioni razrivač, je primenjena na zemljištu tipa degradirani černozem i ritska zemljišta (parcela Tab. XVII, težak mehanički sastav, oštećene i nepovoljne vodno-vazdušne osobine), na lokaciji oglednog dobra Instituta za kukuruz u Krnješevcima. Utvrđene su osnovne karakteristike zemljišta, definisane i obeležene ogledne i kontrolne parcele, primenjena je nova tehnologija i nove mašine za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Mereni su određeni tehničko-tehnološki parametri pri radu nove linije mašina.

AB  - This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption in agricultural research. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture.
AB  - U radu je dat pregled (današnjeg) skorašnjeg razvoja bežičnih senzorskih tehnologija i standarda za komunikacije putem bežičnih senzora. Dati su primeri bežičnih senzora i senzorskih mreža primenjenih u kontroli sredine u poljoprivredi, preciznoj poljoprivredi, mašinama zasnovanim na M2M komunikaciji i kontrolama procesa, izgradnji i automatizaciji opreme i RFID zasnovanim sistemima praćenja. Rad takođe razmatra prednosti bežičnih senzora i probleme prepreka koje ometaju njihovo brzu primenu u istraživanjima u poljoprivredi. abstract = "This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption in agricultural research. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture., U radu je dat pregled (današnjeg) skorašnjeg razvoja bežičnih senzorskih tehnologija i standarda za komunikacije putem bežičnih senzora. Dati su primeri bežičnih senzora i senzorskih mreža primenjenih u kontroli sredine u poljoprivredi, preciznoj poljoprivredi, mašinama zasnovanim na M2M komunikaciji i kontrolama procesa, izgradnji i automatizaciji opreme i RFID zasnovanim sistemima praćenja. Rad takođe razmatra prednosti bežičnih senzora i probleme prepreka koje ometaju njihovo brzu primenu u istraživanjima u poljoprivredi. Na kraju, putem analize razvoja tržišta, razmatrani su budući trendovi razvitka tehnologije bežičnih senzora i primena u poljoprivredi.",

AB  - Measurements and control of angular velocity are encountered in many fields of industry, including in agricultural machines. Devices used for measurements of angular velocity are of mechanical or electrical type. The usage of electrical devices which are based on the application of appropriate sensors of angular velocity becomes greater lately. In this paper are given the characteristics of angular velocity sensors which are applied in agricultural machines (optoelectronic, capacitance and electromagnetic sensors and those sensors which are based on Hall's effect) and their specific qualities are pointed out.
AB  - Merenje i regulacija ugaone brzine često se sreće u mnogim oblastima industrije, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. Uređaji za merenje ugaone brzine se dele na mehaničke i električne, pri čemu sve veću primenu imaju električni uređaji zasnovani na primeni odgovarajućih senzora ugaone brzine. U radu su date karakteristike senzora ugaone brzine koji nalaze primenu u poljoprivrednoj tehnici (optoelektronski, kapacitivni, elektromagnetni, senzori na bazi Holovog efekta) i ukazano je na specifičnosti njihove primene u poljoprivrednoj tehnici.

AB  - Because the humidity of soil is one of the essential factors that determine the optimal plant growth and crop production, this paper discusses in detail various techniques, methods and modes of the measurement of soil humidity. Devices, sensors and additional equipment for the measurement of humidity are analyzed depending on the different types of the agricultural crops and characteristics of the soil. In this paper is given a review and a comparative analysis of sensors as the parts of the various products which measure a soil humidity (analog and digital). The selection of the most suitable location for sensors, their installation, placement and necessary depth is also presented. In this paper are analyzed the characteristics of sensors (performances, cost-effectiveness in the agricultural production), their maintenance and the timely detection of failures while in operation.
AB  - Sadržaj vlage u zemljištu je jedan od značajnih faktora koji utiče na optimalan rast biljaka i proizvodnju useva. U radu su prikazane različite tehnike i načini merenja vlažnosti zemljišta. Analizirani su uređaji, senzori i dodatna oprema za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta u zavisnosti od vrsta poljoprivrednih kultura i karakteristika pojedinih zemljišta. Dat je pregled i uporedna analiza senzora različitih proizvođača za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta (analogni i digitalni), analiziran je izbor najpogodnijeg mesta za postavljanje senzora, instalacija i potrebna dubina senzora u zemljištu. Takođe, razmatrane su karakteristike senzora (performanse, način rada, isplativost u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji), njihovo održavanje i detekcija kvarova tokom rada.
