Arrangement, exploitation and protection of Kosjerić municipality's agricultural land

AB  - The Kosjerić municipality is located in the north of the Zlatiborski region and total land area is 456.7 km2 Lower quality soils types and subtypes take the biggest area in the municipality. Loamy sand and sandy loam soils prevail in highland area of municipality. There are vertisol and eutric cambisol on lower terrain. Alluvial soils are under maize, vegetable and meadows, while slight slopes are under cereals, orchards and pastures. On the hilly part of terrain fruit production is traditionally developed. Analysis of the agricultural lands shows that plum orchards are ruined and old, so that renewal is needed. Higher mountainous parts are under forests where beech and oak prevails. Forest area takes 23878 ha (2/3 of total municipality area). Properties and varieties of soils on the Kosjeric municipality territory demand application of complex reclamation measures. These measures should solve range of complex problems, but it takes time and capital goods. Possible positive results of arrangement, agricultural soil usage and protection in Kosjeric municipality are multiple: soil conversion from agricultural to other can not be hold up, but it can be realized with carefully chosen restrictive practices. In western and eastern part of municipality should take up sustainable development principles. To establish forests as much as possible for the purpose of increasing environmental value, economic benefit and protection from erosion and strong current on slopes. Unfortunately Titan cement factory is not possible relocate, although it's position is upstream from town Kosjeric. There is possibility to apply range of suitable protective measures thus considerably improve existing properties of soils and environment.
AB  - Opština Kosjerić je najsevernija opština Zlatiborskog okruga, u zapadnom delu Srbije, i ima 359 km². Najveće površine u opštini zauzimaju manje kvalitetni tipovi i poditopovi zemljišta. U brdsko-planinskom delu opštine preovlađuju zemljišta koja prema mehaničkom sastavu predstavljaju ilovaste peskuše i peskovite ilovače. Na nižim terenima se nalaze smonice i gajnjače. Aluvijalne zaravni su pod kukuruzom, povrćem i livadama, a blage padine su pod kulturama žita, voćnjaka i sa pašnjacima. Na brežuljkastom delu je tradicionalno razvijeno voćarstvo. Istraživanja na terenu ukazuju da su šljivici, uglavnom, propali i stari, i da ih treba postepeno obnoviti. Viši planinski delovi su pod šumom u kojoj preovlađuju bukva i hrast. Površine pod šumama iznose 23878 ha (2/3 od ukupne površine opštine). Osobine i raznovrsnost zemljišta na prostoru opštine Kosjerić zahtevaju primenu kompleksnih melirativnih mera, koje treba da reše niz složenih, postojećih problema, ali zašto je potrebno vreme i znatna materijalna sredstva. Mogući pozitivni rezultati uređenja, korišćenja i zaštite poljoprivrednog zemljišta Opštine Kosjerić su mnogobrojni, od kojih su najvažniji: Konverzija namene poljoprivrednog u drugo zemljište se ne može zaustaviti, ali se može realizovati uz pažljive restriktivne mere. U zapadnom i istočnom delu Opštine, treba sprovoditi aktivno principe održivog razvoja, u pogledu korišćenja zemljišta zasnivati što više šume, zbog ambijentalnih i ekoloških vrednosti, ekonomske koristi i zaštite od erozije i bujica usled nepovoljnih nagiba terena; Nažalost, cementaru -Titan nije moguće izmestiti, iako se nalazi uzvodno od gradskog naselja Kosjerić, ali je moguće primeniti niz adekvatnih zaštitnih mera i znatno poboljšati postojeću situaciju, prema zemljištu i okolini.

AB  - Numerous computer control units have long been an integral part of the tractors and other agricultural machines, making them more efficient and safer. This important technological innovations, CAN Bus network or 'Controler Area Network' that allows computer units and their components within the tractor and the other working machines connected, and to thereby provide a reliable and secure communications, and reduce the amount of electrical conductors that would otherwise used for this purpose. Information collected various sensors inside the tractor and the other working machines, CAN Bus network transmits to the computer unit, while establishing priorities among the data, so I arrived for each of them, based on pre-prescribed procedures and protocols, the corresponding response rate was prepared by computer.
AB  - Različiti tipovi i modeli računarskih upravljačkih jedinica već duži period su sastavni delovi traktora i ostalih poljoprivrednih ili radnih mašina, čineći ih efikasnijim i bezbednijim. Ova veoma važna tehnološka inovacija, CAN Bus mreža ili 'Controler Area Network' omogućava da se računarske jedinice i njihove komponente unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina povežu u funkcionalnu kompleksnu celinu. Pri tome je obezbeđena pouzdana i sigurna komunikaciju, a smanjena količina električnih provodnika koji bi se inače zbog povezivanja delova sistema koristili. Informacije koje prikupljaju različiti senzori unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina, CAN Bus mreža prenosi do računarske jedinice, a pri tome uspostavlja prioritete među pristiglim podacima kako bih za svaki od njih, na osnovu unapred propisanih protokola i procedura, odgovarajućom brzinom bio pripremljen odgovor od strane odgovarajuće računarske jedinice.

AB  - This paper presents the results of investigations of accidents with tractors in the agriculture of the Republic of Macedonia. Particular attention is paid to trends in the number of accidents and victims with tractors in agricultural production, which are the result of various causes of accidents in the last 10 years. In the study period from 1999. to 2008., 893 accidents happened, which involved tractors. In this period 1430 people are injured, out of which, 1259 in traffic accidents and 171 by handling tractors in the agricultural conditions.
AB  - U radu prikazani su rezultati istraživanja nesreća sa traktorima u poljoprivredi Republike Makedonije. Posebna pažnja posvećena je trendu broja nesreća i nastradalih osoba sa traktorima u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, kao rezultat raznih uzroka nesreća u poslednjih 10 godina. U periodu istraživanja od 1999. do 2008. godine dogodilo se ukupno 893 nesreća u kojima su učestvovali traktori. U ovom periodu ukupno je nastradalo 1430 osoba, od kojih 1259 u saobraćajnim nesrećama, a 171 u nesrećama pri radu sa traktorima u poljoprivrednim uslovima.

The influence of conservation tillage of soil on sunflower and maize yield

AB  - In this paper influence of two tillage systems (conventional and conservation) on sunflower and maize yield is analyzed. The experiments are carried on production fields of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje'. The conventional tillage system gave satisfying yields of both plants. This type of tillage is acceptable in years with medium rainfall during the vegetation period. When amount of precipitation was not evenly distributed during the year, yield was significantly lower, or even omitted if the differences in amount of precipitation were extreme. With conservation tillage system, the yield was higher, in comparison with conventional system, even in the years with medium amount of precipitation during the vegetation period. Sunflower and maize yields were 8.6% and 9.9% higher with conservation tillage system than with conventional system. The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of conservation tillage on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production).
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta: konvencionalnog i konzervacijskog na promenu prinosa suncokreta i merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje'. Konvencionalni sistem obrade dao je zadovoljavajuće prinose kod obe kulture. Ovaj način obrade zemljišta je prihvatljiv u proizvodnoj godini sa umerenim padavinama tokom vegetacionog perioda. Prinosi u godinama sa neravnomernim rasporedom padavina su značajno manji, dok u ekstremnim godinama često izostaju. Konzervacijskim sistemom obrade postižu se veći prinosi u poređenju sa konvencionalnim sistemom, čak i u godinama kada je količina padavina tokom vegetacionog perioda umerena (prinos je veći u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem obrade za: suncokret 8.6%, merkantilni kukuruz 9.9%). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema konzervacijske obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u drugoj i trećoj proizvodnoj godini).

abstract = "In this paper influence of two tillage systems (conventional and conservation) on sunflower and maize yield is analyzed. The experiments are carried on production fields of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje'. The conventional tillage system gave satisfying yields of both plants. This type of tillage is acceptable in years with medium rainfall during the vegetation period. When amount of precipitation was not evenly distributed during the year, yield was significantly lower, or even omitted if the differences in amount of precipitation were extreme. With conservation tillage system, the yield was higher, in comparison with conventional system, even in the years with medium amount of precipitation during the vegetation period. Sunflower and maize yields were 8.6% and 9.9% higher with conservation tillage system than with conventional system. The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of conservation tillage on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production)., U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta: konvencionalnog i konzervacijskog na promenu prinosa suncokreta i merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje'. Konvencionalni sistem obrade dao je zadovoljavajuće prinose kod obe kulture. Ovaj način obrade zemljišta je prihvatljiv u proizvodnoj godini sa umerenim padavinama tokom vegetacionog perioda. Prinosi u godinama sa neravnomernim rasporedom padavina su značajno manji, dok u ekstremnim godinama često izostaju. Konzervacijskim sistemom obrade postižu se veći prinosi u poređenju sa konvencionalnim sistemom, čak i u godinama kada je količina padavina tokom vegetacionog perioda umerena (prinos je veći u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem obrade za: suncokret 8.6%, merkantilni kukuruz 9.9%). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema konzervacijske obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u drugoj i trećoj proizvodnoj godini).",

AB  - The paper deals with the effects of ameliorative tillage on the dynamics of some important physical soil properties in maize. The trial was carried-out at the experimental fields Krnjesevci of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' on meadows chernozem soil type. The following ameliorative and conventional tillage systems were included in investigations: 1. Ameliorativel tillage system - (ATS) - includes new types machines for field systematization-scrapers (USM 5) in autamn, drainage plow on the depth 60-80 cm, and subsoiling with heavy vibratory subsoiler VR 5. on 30-35 cm depth. After basic tillage we prepared soil for seeding with preparation by disking and harrowing 2. Conventional tillage - (CT) - in this case includes ploughing to the depth of 30-35cm + presowing preparation by disking and harrowing was control. The following soil properties were studied: bulk density, total porosity, moisture weight and volume percent, and total water content in different layers in m3, in two period of time after first and after second interrow cultivation in maize on the different depth 0-10; 10-10; 20-30. Ameliorative tillage systems have better effect for all investigated soil properties on this heavy soil type compared with control with classical tillage system.
AB  - Ispitivanje uticaja jednog novog sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta na promene nekih važnijih fizičkih osobina zemljišta u usevu kukuruza obavljeno je na imanju Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje' u Krnješevcima. U ispitivanju smo imali dve varijante: Var. 1. - Sistem meliorativne obrade zemljišta (ravnanje + rad krtičnog pluga + podrivanje + predsetvena obrada zemljišta); Var. 2. - Kontrola. Konvencionalna obrada zemljišta (oranje raonični plugom + predsetvena obrada zemljišta). Pratili smo dinamiku važnijih fizičkih osobina zemljišta u usevu kukuruza u dva roka posle posle prvog i neposredno posle drugog međurednog kultiviranja. Uzorci su uzimani sa cilindrima po Kopeckom, a dalje obrađeni u laboratoriji. Ispitivani su uticaji meliorativne obrade zemljišta na zapreminsku masu, vlažnost zemljišta, poroznost i količinu vode po hektaru na tri dubine ispitivanja: od 0-10 cm; 10-20 cm; 20-30 cm. Dobijeni rezultati obrađeni su statistički analizom varijanse i pokazali su da postoje brojne statistički signifikantne razlike u vrednostima fizičkih osobina u korist onih na meliorisanom zemljištu u poređenju sa kontrolnom varijantom. Gornji delovi orničnog sloja su rastresitiji na meliorisanoj varijanti tako da su u stanju da prihvate lakše veće količine vode i što je važno da je brže sprovedu u dublje slojeve.

AB  - In this paper are presented the characteristics and modes of construction of optical sensors, as well as typical measuring schemes with optical sensors. As an illustration of the application of optical sensors in agricultural machines, an analysis is performed of the measurement of the volumetric flow of the cleaned grain on automotive agricultural combine harvesters, by means of optical sensors.
AB  - U radu su prikazane karakteristike i načini gradnje optičkih senzora, kao i tipične merne šeme sa optičkim senzorima. Kao ilustracija primene optičkih senzora u poljoprivrednoj tehnici obrađeno je merenje zapreminskog protoka očišćenog zrna na samohodnim poljoprivrednim kombajnima pomoću optičkih senzora.

AB  - Soils with heavy mechanical type of composition demand a cultivation system that ensures preservation of natural potential and fertility resources. This system must also prevent degrading processes and ensure an optimal water motion within the soil, with an optimal usage of energy and labor. In Serbia there are over 0.4 million hectares of soil with heavy mechanical type of composition, and over 0.1 million hectares of diversely damaged soil. Every year, during different degrading actions, another 1000 hectares of soil are damaged. Agricultural machinery for tillage of the soils with heavy mechanical composition and damaged soils should fulfill the basic demands: arrangement of the soil's surface and depth, preservation of the soil's biological system, regulation of the water and air system, thus enabling an efficient irrigation, conservation of the natural humidity, insurance of an efficient irrigation, perseverance of the natural moisture, insurance of a rational consumption of energy, labor and resources for the defined structure and level of agricultural production. Researches that are conducted by the Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade, Serbia, and the Institute of Corn, Zemun Polje, Serbia, are set to determine the technical, technological and economic aspects of the appliance of new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's depth and surface. These new types of machines include: universal soil arrangement machine USM-5, drainage plough DP-4 and vibratory subsoiler VR-5, applied on the degraded chernosem soil type and on the marsh soil type (parcel Tab. XVII, heavy mechanical type of composition, damaged and unfavorable water and air conditions), on the location of an experimental property of the Institute of Corn in Krnješevci, Serbia. Basic characteristics of the soil are determined, control parcels are defined and marked, new technology and machines for soil's surface and depth arrangement are applied. Specific technical and technological parameters were measured during the work of new machine types.
AB  - Zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom zahtevaju sistem obrade koji obezbeđuje očuvanje prirodnih potencijala i resursa plodnosti i koji sprečavaju degradacione procese u zemljištu a obezbeđuju optimalno kretanje vode u zemljištu, uz optimalni utrošak energije i rada. U Srbiji ima preko 0.4 miliona ha zemljišta sa mehaničkim sastavom teškog tipa, i preko 0.1 milion ha na različite načine oštećenih zemljišta. Svake godine, sa različitim degradacionim procesima, ošteti se i novih 1000 ha zemljišta. Poljoprivredna tehnika za izvođenje obrade teških i oštećenih tipova zemljšta, treba da ispuni osnovne zahteve: uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini, očuvanje biosistema zemljišta, regulisanje vodnog i vazdušnog režima, omogućavanje efikasnog navodnjavanja, očuvanje prirodne vlage, obezbeđenje racionalne potrošnje energije, potrošnje rada i resursa za definisanu strukturu i nivo poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Istraživanja koja sprovodi Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Beogradu i Institut za kukuruz iz Zemun Polja imaju za zadatak da odrede tehničko-tehnološke i ekonomske aspekte primene nove linije mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Nova, osvojena linija mašina: univerzalni skreperski ravnjač, drenažni plug i vibracioni razrivač, je primenjena na zemljištu tipa degradirani černozem i ritska zemljišta (parcela Tab. XVII, težak mehanički sastav, oštećene i nepovoljne vodno-vazdušne osobine), na lokaciji oglednog dobra Instituta za kukuruz u Krnješevcima. Utvrđene su osnovne karakteristike zemljišta, definisane i obeležene ogledne i kontrolne parcele, primenjena je nova tehnologija i nove mašine za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Mereni su određeni tehničko-tehnološki parametri pri radu nove linije mašina.

AB  - The appliance of alternative propulsions on off road vehicles presents a very popular topic nowadays. Global rise in the price of fossil fuel and the actual global economic crisis contribute even more to the importance of their appliance. Due to a wide area of off road vehicle usage, from agriculture to mining industry, ascertainment of an acceptable and low cost solution of alternative propulsion would significantly reduce the needs for fossil fuel. This paper presents actual solutions of alternative propulsion, which are: - Electrical and - Hybrid, as well as some particular solutions and examples of their practical usage on agricultural working machines and military vehicles. It should be noted that alternative propulsions are more and more used for road motor vehicles, which shows the manufacturers' interest and their more often appearances in the market of serial models with alternative propulsion.
AB  - Primena alternativnih pogona na vanputnim vozilima, danas u Svetu, predstavlja veoma aktuelnu temu. Globalno poskupljenje fosilnih goriva i aktuelna Svetska ekonomska kriza još više doprinose važnosti primene alternativnih pogona. Usled široke oblasti primene vanputnih vozila, od poljoprivrede do rudarstva, iznalaženjem prihvatljivog i jeftinog rešenja alternativnog pogona znatno bi se smanjile potrebe za upotrebom fosilnih goriva. U ovom radu su predstavljena aktuelna rešenja alternativnih pogona i to: - Električnih i - Hibridnih, kao i neka konkretna rešenja i primeri njihove praktične primene na poljoprivrednim i radnim mašinama i vojnim vozilima. Treba reći da su alternativni pogoni sve više zastupljeni i u oblasti drumskih motornih vozila, što pokazuje zainteresovanost proizvođača i sve češće pojavljivanje na tržištu serijskih modela sa alternativnim pogonom.

AB  - Serbian intention for membership in EU requires adoption of overall agricultural system according to the conditions of EU, making the own agricultural policy compatible to the common agricultural policy of EU. Creating of prosperous position for equal competition on international market is one of the main topics. Many of the recent analyses show that the most important issue for solving of this problem is decrement of agricultural mechanization application expenses. Starting from this, in this paper are analyzed production potentials of the Serbian agriculture, considering prosperous conditions for organized using of agricultural machinery in purpose of decreasing expenses as well as total expenses of the agricultural production, e.g. products otal expenses.
AB  - Opredeljenje Srbije da postane član EU, nalaže prilagođavanje ukupnog agrarnog sistema uslovima EU, čineći svoju agrarnu politiku kompatibilnom sa zajedničkom agrarnom politikom EU. Stvaranje povoljne pozicije za ravnopravan ulazak u konkurentsku borbu na međunarodnom tržištu jedan je od glavnih zadataka. Mnoge dosadašnje analize i radovi ukazuju da je u rešavanju ovog zadataka najznačajnije snižavanje troškova primene sredstava mehanizacije. Polazeći od toga, u radu se analiziraju proizvodni potencijali poljoprivrede Srbije, radi sagledavanja pogodnosti uslova za organizovano korišćenje sredstava poljoprivredne tehnike u cilju smanjenja troškova njihove primene, a time i troškova ukupne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, odnosno cene koštanja poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

AB  - In this paper are presented several types of A/C (Air Condition) systems for climatization of modern agricultural and meliorative machinery cabs. Systems are selected according to the applied cooling fluid, in purpose of technical and exploitation characteristics comparison. Possibilities of two cooling fluids application, both R134a (tera fluoro ethane CH2FCF3) and CO2 (carbon dioxide), are considered and their thermo-mechanical and exploitation characteristics are compared, as well as their influence in sense of ecology and global warming. It should be noticed that CO2 is used in last generation systems and has certain advantages in ecology, which will be mentioned in this paper. Technical and exploitation characteristics of analyzed A/C systems will be analyzed in terms of ergonomic principles that those systems should satisfy, also.
AB  - U radu je predstavljeno nekoliko tipova A/C (Air Condition) sistema za klimatizaciju kabina savremenih poljoprivrednih i meliorativnih mašina. Izbor sistema je napravljen na bazi rashladnog fluida koji se koristi kao radna materija, a sa ciljem poređenja tehničkih i eksploatacionih karakteristika. Analizirane su mogućnosti primene dva rashladna fluida R134a (terafluoretan CH2FCF3) i CO2 (ugljendioksid), sagledane i poređene njihove termomehaničke i eksploatacione karakteristike, kao i osobine njihovog uticaja sa stanovišta ekologije i globalnog zagrevanja. Treba napomenuti da se CO2 koristi u sistemima poslednje generacije i da poseduje određene prednosti sa stanovišta ekologije o kojima će u radu biti reči. Tehničke i eksploatacione karakteristike analiziranih A/C sistema biće analizirane i sa strane ergonomskih zakonitosti koje ovi sistemi treba da ispune.

AB  - Frequent accidents involving agriculture machines and tractors pose a great problem in Serbia, in public transportation and other sections (especially in agriculture conditions). These accidents may occur as a consequence of: - Operator's disregard of traffic regulations and signs, - The usage of alcohol during operations with machines - Mental and physical condition of the operator, - Insufficient training and experience of the operator, - Operator's carelessness, - Technical glitches of the machines This paper notes and reviews basic causes of occurrence of accidents involving agriculture machines, as well as the necessary measurements that should be taken to minimize their reappearance. Technical solutions, not particularly applied in Serbia, that could help avoid dangerous situations or reduce the number of accidents and injuries caused by these are also presented.
AB  - U Srbiji poseban problem predstavljaju česte nesreće sa poljoprivrednim mašinama i traktorima, kako u javnom saobraćaju, tako i poljoprivrednim uslovima, pre svega kao posledica: - nepoštovanja saobraćajnih propisa i znakova od strane rukovaoca, - upotreba alkohola u toku rukovanja sa mašinama - psiho-fizičkog stanja rukovaoca, - nedovoljne obučenosti i iskustva rukovaoca, - nedovoljne pažnje rukovaoca, - tehničke neispravnost mašina U radu su analizirani i opisani osnovni uzroci nastanka nesreća sa poljoprivrednim mašinama, kao i neophodne mere koje treba preduzeti kako bi se broj nesreća smanjio na što manju moguću meru. Predstavljena su i neka i tehnička rešenja koja nisu mnogo primenjena u Srbiji, pomoću kojih je moguće izbeći opasne situacije ili smanjiti broj nesrećnih slučajeva i povreda u poljoprivredi i kontaktnim oblastima.

AB  - This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption in agricultural research. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture.
AB  - U radu je dat pregled (današnjeg) skorašnjeg razvoja bežičnih senzorskih tehnologija i standarda za komunikacije putem bežičnih senzora. Dati su primeri bežičnih senzora i senzorskih mreža primenjenih u kontroli sredine u poljoprivredi, preciznoj poljoprivredi, mašinama zasnovanim na M2M komunikaciji i kontrolama procesa, izgradnji i automatizaciji opreme i RFID zasnovanim sistemima praćenja. Rad takođe razmatra prednosti bežičnih senzora i probleme prepreka koje ometaju njihovo brzu primenu u istraživanjima u poljoprivredi. Na kraju, putem analize razvoja tržišta, razmatrani su budući trendovi razvitka tehnologije bežičnih senzora i primena u poljoprivredi.

Consequences of tractor accidents involving older farmer population in the agriculture of the Republic of Macedonia

AB  - In agricultural production of the Republic of Macedonia, during the usage of tractors in the field or in public transportation, a large number of accidents occurs. These accidents often have heavy bodily injuries and tragic outcomes as consequences for the participants. Gathered data notes that injuries involving tractors, related to farmers older than 59 years of age, have an increased frequency. Older farmer population also has an increased percentage of injuries with tragic outcomes. During the period of the research, from 1999 to 2003, there has been a total of 101 tragic deaths in the Republic of Macedonia, 57 (or 56.44%) of which in traffic accidents and 44 (or 43.56%) in accidents involving tractor usage under agriculture circumstances. These accidents included the tragic deaths of 13 farmers aged 55 to 65 (or 15.29% of the total number of deaths), and 14 farmers older than 65 (or 16.47%). It should be noted that the most common causes that influence the increased number of tragic accidents involving older farmer population are their reduced perceptive, mental and physical abilities, which greatly effect the safety during work.
AB  - U poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji u eksploataciji traktora na njivi ili u javnom saobraćaju u R. Makedoniji, javlja se veliki broj nesreća, kada učesnici najčešće, kao posledice, imaju teške telesne povrede, ili su to tragične posledice. Podaci iz literature pokazuju da povrede na traktorima, koje su vezane za godine starosti farmera iznad 59 godina starosti, imaju povećanu frekvenciju. Starija populacija farmera ima i veći procenat povreda sa tragičnim posledicama. U periodu istraživanja od 1999. do 2003. godine u Republici Makedoniji, ukupno je tragično nastradalo 101 osoba, od kojih 57 (56,44%) u saobraćajnim nesrećama i 44 (43,56%) u nesrećama pri radu sa traktorima u poljoprivrednim uslovima. U ovim nesrećama bilo je ukupno tragično nastradalih farmera u starosnoj grupi od 55 do 65 godina, 13 osoba ili 15,29%, i iznad 65 godina 14 osoba, ili 16,47%. Kao najčešći uzrok koji utiče na povećanje broja tragičnih slučajeva kod starije populacije farmera, treba navesti, njihove smanjene senzorne i psihomotorne sposobnosti, koje utiču na bezbednost u toku rada.

The effect of current tillage systems on grain yield of main field crops

AB  - On the basis of many investigations, it has been concluded that the future of agriculture development in the XXI century will imply sustainable agriculture as the alternative to the conventional agriculture. It is considered that the future of agriculture will rest on flexible cultural practices, developments of biotechnology and appreciation of basic ecological principles in soil usage. In intensive field crop production tillage system is of great importance. Tillage system have an effect on many physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. Multiple passes of different agricultural machinery have negative effect on structure, bulk density, total pore space and compaction as well as increased expensive. Today there is need rational solutions for that problems. Conservation tillage practice can increase the organic matter content, aggregate stability, and improve optimal soil water content, air, temperature, biological regime and nutrient cycling that represent basic elements in erosion control, soil and water conservation and environment protection and preservation. The results of our investigation in agroecological condition on experimental fields 'Radmilovac' near Belgrade shows that yield grain of investigated crops (winter wheat, spring barley, maize and soyabean) was lower in mulch tillage system and in no tillage systems than under conventional tillage practice. Reduces in cultural practices can be source of stress (mechanical, drought) and because of that fact plant breeders in the future must attempt to foresee this changes and create new ideotype to existing soil conditions and improving these cultivars in their resource use efficiency. New technologies comprehend higher flexibility of cultural practices (soil tillage, crop rotation, fertilization, integrated pest management) with proper choose of wheat cultivars adapted on these conditions.
AB  - U kompleksu mera za povećanje prinosa poljoprivrednih kultura, važno mesto zauzima obrada zemljišta. Pravilna obrada zemljišta je najefikasniji način za povećanje plodnosti, a plodnost je glavna osobina zemljišta kao sredstva za proizvodnju. Sistemi intenzivne biljne proizvodnje sa konvencionalnim sistemima obrade zemljišta za posledicu imaju akceleraciju procesa degradacije zemljišta i narušavanja uspostavljene ekološke ravnoteže u agroekosistemu. Pojava novih savremenih oruđa i efikasnije zaštite od korova nameće potrebu reformisanja postojećih sistema obrade zemljišta. Reformisanje sistema obrade ide u pravcu redukcije odnosno minimalizacije obrade zemljišta. Zasnovano je, pre svega, na eliminaciji negativnih činilaca prouzrokovanih konvencionalnom obradom, na većoj ekonomskoj i ekološkoj efektivnosti. Redukcija u obradi klasičnih, konvencionalnih sistema obrade zemljišta može varirati u širokom rasponu, od najmanjeg izostavljanja samo jedne operacije ne menjajući puno suštinu tog sistema u pogledu njegovog uticaja sve do potpunog izostanka, odnosno do direktne setve. U održivoj poljoprivredi kao novom konceptualnom pravcu razvoja poljoprivrede postoje rešenja, bitno različita od dosadašnjih sistema obrade, zasnovana na njihovoj alternativi, koja u primeni rešavaju probleme iz domena konzervacije zemljišta kao neobnovljivog prirodnog resursa.

Potentials of hilly-mountainous region of Serbia for organic agricultural production

AB  - Serbia as a country has variety of geographic, climate, natural and cultural heritage. According to IUCN, mountains of Serbia are part of one of 6 biodiversity centers of temperate climate. Extremely in danger, these vulnerable areas require special treatment that would provide whole network of life protection, instead conventional protection of nature. Optimal model of community development for these territories is in the framework of integral rural development strategy and organic agricultural production which is part of this concept. Natural conditions and natural resources in Serbia are on satisfactory level, thus organic agriculture can be in progress on whole territory, specially in hilly-mountainous regions. Absolutely essential condition for starting of organic production is obay the low and other legal acts, which provide in details selection of plots and other conditions. Organic agriculture is very suitable for natural resources and protected areas management: in national parks, nature reserves, water supply zones and other endangered and sensitive parts of the country.
AB  - Srbija je zemlja koju karakteriše vrlo raznovrsno geografsko, klimatsko, prirodno i kulturno nasleđe. Prema IUCN, planine Srbije su deo jednog od 6 centara biodiverziteta umerene klime. Budući da su izuzetno ugrožena, ova osetljiva područja zahtevaju specijalan tretman koji bi obezbedio čitavu mrežu zaštite života, umesto klasične zaštite prirode. Jedna od mogućnosti za sprečavanje daljeg pustošenja zemljišta i degradacije prirodne sredine leži u uspostavljanju integralne strategije ruralnog razvoja i organske poljoprivredne proizvodnje, koja je njegov sastavni deo. Prirodni uslovi i stanje prirodnih resursa u Srbiji su na zadovoljavajućem nivou i organska proizvodnja se može odvijati na celoj teritoriji Republike Srbije, a naročito u brdsko-planinskom regionu. Neophodan uslov za započinjanje organske proizvodnje je poštovanje zakona i podzakonskih akata, koji detaljno propisuju odabir parcele i uslove pod kojima se ova proizvodnja može odvijati. According to IUCN, mountains of Serbia are part of one of 6 biodiversity centers of temperate climate. Extremely in danger, these vulnerable areas require special treatment that would provide whole network of life protection, instead conventional protection of nature. Optimal model of community development for these territories is in the framework of integral rural development strategy and organic agricultural production which is part of this concept. Natural conditions and natural resources in Serbia are on satisfactory level, thus organic agriculture can be in progress on whole territory, specially in hilly-mountainous regions. Absolutely essential condition for starting of organic production is obay the low and other legal acts, which provide in details selection of plots and other conditions. Organic agriculture is very suitable for natural resources and protected areas management: in national parks, nature reserves, water supply zones and other endangered and sensitive parts of the country., Srbija je zemlja koju karakteriše vrlo raznovrsno geografsko, klimatsko, prirodno i kulturno nasleđe. Prema IUCN, planine Srbije su deo jednog od 6 centara biodiverziteta umerene klime. Budući da su izuzetno ugrožena, ova osetljiva područja zahtevaju specijalan tretman koji bi obezbedio čitavu mrežu zaštite života, umesto klasične zaštite prirode. Jedna od mogućnosti za sprečavanje daljeg pustošenja zemljišta i degradacije prirodne sredine leži u uspostavljanju integralne strategije ruralnog razvoja i organske poljoprivredne proizvodnje, koja je njegov sastavni deo. Prirodni uslovi i stanje prirodnih resursa u Srbiji su na zadovoljavajućem nivou i organska proizvodnja se može odvijati na celoj teritoriji Republike Srbije, a naročito u brdsko-planinskom regionu. Neophodan uslov za započinjanje organske proizvodnje je poštovanje zakona i podzakonskih akata, koji detaljno propisuju odabir parcele i uslove pod kojima se ova proizvodnja može odvijati. AB  - The potential of wood biomass could include the wood biomass from forests, wood biomass from agricultural areas and areas that are being afforestationed and wood remainders and waste wood from the wood industry. A realistic assessment of permanently disposable biomass is of vital importance for the owner of the energy or its consumer. The disposable potential is not dependent exclusively from the farm's natural conditions (altitude, terrain, etc.) and its other conditions (such as forest and agricultural areas, sawmill, etc.), but also from the preparation technology and usage of wood biomass (different types of wood pellets or classic firewood). Modern burning methods enable highly efficient usage of energy, minimum emissions of harmful substances and comfortable heating. Their introduction is hindered by high investment expenses, making subventions from public and government sources indispensable.
AB  - Kao potencijal drvne biomase može se uzeti u obzir deo drvne biomase iz šuma, drvna biomasa sa poljoprivrednih površina i površina u pošumljavanju i otpatci iz drvne industrije. Za vlasnika ili korisnika energije je od ključne važnosti realna procena potencijala (količina) drvne biomase. Potencijali nisu zavisni samo od prirodnih uslova (nadmorska visina, reljef) i od strukture poseda (površina šume, poljoprivredne površine, pilane), nego i od izabrane tehnologije pripreme i upotrebe drvne biomase (razni tipovi peleta ili klasično pripremljena drva za ogrev). Savremene tehnologije sagorevanja drvne biomase imaju visoku efikasnost, minimalne emisije CO2 i veliku komfornost upotrebe kod grejanja. Prepreke za uvođenje ovakvog načina korišćenja su visoki troškovi investicije, i neophodne su subvencije iz javnih finansijskih sredstava države.

AB  - Measurements and control of angular velocity are encountered in many fields of industry, including in agricultural machines. Devices used for measurements of angular velocity are of mechanical or electrical type. The usage of electrical devices which are based on the application of appropriate sensors of angular velocity becomes greater lately. In this paper are given the characteristics of angular velocity sensors which are applied in agricultural machines (optoelectronic, capacitance and electromagnetic sensors and those sensors which are based on Hall's effect) and their specific qualities are pointed out.
AB  - Merenje i regulacija ugaone brzine često se sreće u mnogim oblastima industrije, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. Uređaji za merenje ugaone brzine se dele na mehaničke i električne, pri čemu sve veću primenu imaju električni uređaji zasnovani na primeni odgovarajućih senzora ugaone brzine. U radu su date karakteristike senzora ugaone brzine koji nalaze primenu u poljoprivrednoj tehnici (optoelektronski, kapacitivni, elektromagnetni, senzori na bazi Holovog efekta) i ukazano je na specifičnosti njihove primene u poljoprivrednoj tehnici.

AB  - Because the humidity of soil is one of the essential factors that determine the optimal plant growth and crop production, this paper discusses in detail various techniques, methods and modes of the measurement of soil humidity. Devices, sensors and additional equipment for the measurement of humidity are analyzed depending on the different types of the agricultural crops and characteristics of the soil. In this paper is given a review and a comparative analysis of sensors as the parts of the various products which measure a soil humidity (analog and digital). The selection of the most suitable location for sensors, their installation, placement and necessary depth is also presented. In this paper are analyzed the characteristics of sensors (performances, cost-effectiveness in the agricultural production), their maintenance and the timely detection of failures while in operation.
AB  - Sadržaj vlage u zemljištu je jedan od značajnih faktora koji utiče na optimalan rast biljaka i proizvodnju useva. U radu su prikazane različite tehnike i načini merenja vlažnosti zemljišta. Analizirani su uređaji, senzori i dodatna oprema za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta u zavisnosti od vrsta poljoprivrednih kultura i karakteristika pojedinih zemljišta. Dat je pregled i uporedna analiza senzora različitih proizvođača za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta (analogni i digitalni), analiziran je izbor najpogodnijeg mesta za postavljanje senzora, instalacija i potrebna dubina senzora u zemljištu. Takođe, razmatrane su karakteristike senzora (performanse, način rada, isplativost u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji), njihovo održavanje i detekcija kvarova tokom rada.

AB  - With the increase of the use of heavy machinery in heavy marsh soil tillage, the degradation of soil physical conditions like the formation of a hardpan is becoming a problem. To improve such conditions, the effects of different tillage systems were investigated. The soil tillage is one of the greatest energy consumers in agriculture, and that is the reason why an experiment with different tillage systems and their influence on fuel consumption was carried. The compared tillage systems were the conventional tillage and the conservation or reduced tillage. Conservation tillage systems can be an important part of a sustainable agricultural system providing benefits for the farmers in terms of labor and fuel consumption; however, yield variability may discourage and slow adoption. Effects of ploughing and subsoiling treatment on growth and yield of crops depended on the weather and soil condition. Using the right tillage system may contribute to raised the energy demand for cultivation, increase profit, crop yields, soil improvement and protection of water resources.
AB  - Sa povećanjem korišćenja teških mašina u obradi teških zemljišta, degradacija fizičkih osobina zemljišta, kao što je "taban brazde", postaje sve veći problem. Da bi se ti uslovi poboljšali ispitani su efekti različitih sistema obrade. Obrada zemljišta je jedan od najvećih potrošača energije u poljoprivredi, što je razlog istraživanja različitih sistema obrade i njihovog uticaja na potrošnju goriva. Upoređeni sistemi obrade zemljišta su: konvencionalna obrada i konzervacijska ili redukovana obrada. Konzervacijski sistemi obrade mogu biti značajan deo sistema održive poljoprivrede, donoseći pogodnosti proizvođačima kroz potrošnju rada i goriva, iako varijabilnost prinosa može obeshrabriti i usporiti njihovo korišćenje. Efekti oranja i razrivanja na rast i prinos useva zavise od klimatskih i zemljišnih uslova. Korišćenje pravog sistema obrade zemljišta može doprineti smanjenju potrošnje energije za obradu, povećanju profita, prinosa i poboljšanju zemljišnih uslova i zaštiti vodenih resursa.

Da bi se ti uslovi poboljšali ispitani su efekti različitih sistema obrade. Obrada zemljišta je jedan od najvećih potrošača energije u poljoprivredi, što je razlog istraživanja različitih sistema obrade i njihovog uticaja na potrošnju goriva. Upoređeni sistemi obrade zemljišta su: konvencionalna obrada i konzervacijska ili redukovana obrada. Konzervacijski sistemi obrade mogu biti značajan deo sistema održive poljoprivrede, donoseći pogodnosti proizvođačima kroz potrošnju rada i goriva, iako varijabilnost prinosa može obeshrabriti i usporiti njihovo korišćenje. Efekti oranja i razrivanja na rast i prinos useva zavise od klimatskih i zemljišnih uslova. Korišćenje pravog sistema obrade zemljišta može doprineti smanjenju potrošnje energije za obradu, povećanju profita, prinosa i poboljšanju zemljišnih uslova i zaštiti vodenih resursa.",

AB  - Upotrebom elektronskih sistema u svim oblastima projektovanja i eksploatacije znatno se napredovalo na usavršavanju motornih vozila i njihovih sistema. Elektronika je pogotovo uticala na pojedina polja razvoja motornih vozila, kao što su: upravljanje radom pogonskih agregata, upravljanje transmisijom, bezbednost rukovaoca, stabilnost i prohodnost vozila. Elektronski sistemi za poboljšanje stabilnosti vanputnih vozila su [3], [4], [5]: - ABS-Anti-lock Braking System, - EBD-Electronic Brake Force Distribution, - HAC-Hill Start Assist Control, - A-TRAC-Active Traction Control, - TPM-Tire Pressure Monitor. Navedenim elektronskim sistemima se znatno utiče na poboljšanje stabilnosti i povećanje prohodnosti u otežanim uslovima eksploatacije i oni su sastavni deo velikog broja samohodnih poljoprivrednih mašina i traktora novije generacije. Upotrebom elektronskih sistema znatno se povećava i bezbednost eksploatacije mašina i vozila, tako da je njihova upotrebna vrednost višestruka.

AB  - Successfully and rational use of a landscape implicate application of a new technological and technical solutions of tillage. The work mean review and description of a solution prototype of a new machines and implement for landscaping by area and also depth. Purpose of this machines are increase and maintenance of productiveness landscape. Mention machines and implement using for up keeping optional water-aerial of a land. In this work you can see a new technical solution of plumb-rule, drainage plau and vibration subsoiler, witch can solve problems with landscaping by area, earthen road, route for mobile system of irrigation and also elimination overflow fluency of allotment and ground with heavy mechanical structure.
AB  - Uspešna i racionalna eksploatacija zemljišta podrazumeva primenu novih tehnoloških i tehničkih rešenja obrade zemljišta. Rad predstavlja prikaz i opis rešenja prototipova novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini, koji za cilj imaju povećanje i održavanje plodnosti zemljišta. Navedena linija mašina i oruđa služi za uspostavljanje optimalnog vodno-vazdušnog režima zemljišta. U radu su prikazana nova tehnička rešenja ravnjača, drenažnog pluga i vibracionog razrivača koji rešavaju probleme vezane za uređenje zemljišta po površini, zemljanih puteva, trasa za mobilne sisteme za navodnjavanje, kao i probleme za odvođenje viška vode sa zemljišnih parcela kod slojevitih zemljišta i zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom.

AB  - Whether a water system is artificially created, or a water system is a natural habitat created by man’s influence (rivers, lakes - both artificial and natural, channels and ponds), a constant maintenance of these systems is required, in order for them to fulfill their function. Maintenance of a water system implies a complex and regular appliance of certain technical and technologic actions which enable a constant and efficient functioning of the water system, according to its functionality. The work shows a complex overview of the problems during technical and technologic actions of the nautical mechanization during the process of vegetation removal from the Savsko Jezero Lake’s water system. The objective of the work is aimed at determining the causes and consequences of the excessive growth of the aquatic plants in the Savsko Jezero Lake, mechanical ways of vegetation removal, as well as technical and technologic actions of the applyment of an Alpha Boats FX-6 nautical mower at the Savsko Jezero Lake. Based on theoretic researches in the field of aquatic plant repression and a practical appliance of the specialized nautical mechanization Alpha Boats FX-6 at the Savsko Jezero Lake in Belgrade, it could be concluded that: - Mechanical ways of repression of the excessive aquatic plant growth has proved to be one of the ecologically best solutions for the problem, - Large quantities of the plant material (up to 35 m3 daily) which is extracted from the lake and driven to a dump site, generates a question for the further use of the mowed plant mass.
AB  - Bez obzira da li su u pitanju veštački akvasistemi ili akvasistemi kao prirodna staništa pod antropogenim uticajem (reke, jezera-prirodna i veštačka, kanali i bare), potrebno je redovno održavanje ovih sistema kako bi zadržali svoju funkciju. Održavanje akvasistema podrazumeva kompleksnu i redovnu primenu određenih tehničko-tehnoloških postupaka koji omogućavaju neprekidno i efikasno funkcionisanje akvasistema, prema njegovim namenama. U radu je prikazan kompleksan pregled problematike tehničko-tehnoloških postupaka primene plovne mehanizacije u procesu uklanjanja vegetacije iz akvasistema Savskog jezera u Beogradu. Cilj rada je usmeren na utvrđivanje uzroka i posledica prekomernog rasta akvatičnih biljaka u Savskom jezeru, mehaničkih načina uklanjanja akvatične vegetacije, kao i tehničko-tehnoloških postupaka primene plovne kosačice Alpha Boats FX-6, na Savskom jezeru. Na osnovu teorijskih istraživanja u oblasti suzbijanja akvatičnih biljaka i praktičnoj primeni specijalizovane plovne mehanizacije Alpha Boats FX-6, na Savskom jezeru u Beogradu, može se zaključiti: - Mehanički način suzbijanja prekomernog rasta akvatičnih biljaka pokazao se kao ekološki jedno od najboljih rešenje ovog problema. - Velike količine biljnog materijala (dnevno i do 35 m3) koji se iznosi iz jezera i odvozi na deponiju, otvara i pitanje pronalaska rešenja dalje upotrebe pokošene biljne mase.

AB  - In this paper exploitation characteristics of universal mounted harvester "NB 2003" in chamomile harvesting were discussed, as well as possibility for improvement. This research is justified by the need for finding solutions for several problems that exist in machine chamomile harvesting. Influence of harvester work speed and harvesting rotor speed on efficiency, flow of harvested chamomile, losses and quality of harvested chamomile was investigated. Purpose of the investigation is analysis of chamomile harvesting working parameters in plantation production. Based on results of that analysis, possibilities for improvement of work speed, efficiency and quality of harvesting chamomile will be defined.

This research is justified by the need for finding solutions for several problems that exist in machine chamomile harvesting. Influence of harvester work speed and harvesting rotor speed on efficiency, flow of harvested chamomile, losses and quality of harvested chamomile was investigated. Purpose of the investigation is analysis of chamomile harvesting working parameters in plantation production. Arrangement, exploitation and protection of UB municipality's agricultural land

AB  - The Ub municipality is located in the north-east end of the Podrinjsko-Kolubarski region. The total area of the Ub municipality is 45670 ha or 456.7 km2. The agricultural area takes 35471.55 ha or, approximately, 77.67% of the municipality’s territory. Cultivable agricultural land takes 32955.18 ha, or 71.16%, which is distinguished by relatively large amounts of arable areas, where fields and gardens take 29470.05 ha, or 89.42% of the cultivable areas, which is an indicator that the most common activity in the Ub municipality is grain cultivation (corn and wheat). Fruit-gardens and wineyards take an area of 1953.55 ha, or 4.65%. Meadows are on an area of 5.93%. Soils of the Ub municipality, according to existing data, are distinguished by unfavorable physical and mechanical characteristics, with needs for repairs by means of different types of soil reclamation techniques. Analysis of the usable structure of the agricultural lands shows that the estates are small, and the average area of a demesne is 3.4 ha per household. The average parcel size is 0.40 ha per each cultivated crop. There are no commasative areas and no arranged irrigation and drainage systems, according to data gathered by the Regional Unit of Ub, inclusive 31st of April, 2007. Possible positive results of arrangement, exploitation and protections of the agricultural land of the Ub municipality are many, of which the most important are: Switching from a traditional extensive agricultural production to an intense agricultural production; Increase of the number of registered and educated agriculturists, organizing of the business connecting of family households; agricultural products in compliance with high quality and safety standards; a skilled and developed consultative and informative agricultural service, which monitors agriculturist’s work; intensified sustainable development of the rural regions with the development of organic production; a reduced negative trend of the country-side to city migration; a created consciousness about the need for the protection of the environment from harmful effects of the agricultural production.
AB  - Opština Ub se nalazi na severoistočnim delu Podrinjsko - Kolubarskog regiona. Ukupna površina opštine Ub je 45670 ha ili 456,7 km2. Poljoprivredne površine zauzimaju 35.471,55 ha ili, približno 77,67% teritorije opštine. Obradivog poljoprivrednog zemljišta ima 32955,18 ha ili 72,16%, koje se odlikuje relativno visokom zastupljenošću oraničnih površina, gde njive i vrtovi zauzimaju 29470,05 ha ili 89,42% obradivih površina, što ukazuje da je najzastupljenija delatnost u opštini Ub, ipak gajenje žitarica (kukuruz, pšenica). Voćnjaci i vinogradi su na površini od 1953,55 ha ili 4,65%. Livade se nalaze na površini 5,93%. Zemljišta opštine Ub prema postojećim podacima, odlikuju nepovoljne fizičko-mehaničke osobine, sa velikim potrebama za popravku sa primenom različitih pedo-meliorativnih mera. Analiza upotrebne strukture poljoprivrednog zemljišta daje karakteristike da su zemljišni posedi malih površina, gde je prosečna veličina poseda 3,4 ha po domaćinstvu. Prosečna veličina parcele je 0,40 ha po gajenoj poljoprivrednoj kulturi. Nema komasacionih površina, kao ni uređenih sistema za navodnjavanje i odvodnjavanje, prema podacima Područne jedinice Ub, zaključno sa 31. aprilom. 2007. godine. Mogući pozitivni rezultati uređenja, korišćenja i zaštite poljoprivrednog zemljišta Opštine Ub su mnogobrojni, od kojih su najvažniji: Prelazak sa tradicionalne ekstenzivne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, na intenzivnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju; povećanje broja registrovanih i edukovanih poljoprivrednika, organizovanje odgovarajućih načina poslovnog povezivanja porodičnih gazdinstava; poljoprivredni proizvodi u skladu sa visokim standardima kvaliteta i bezbednosti; stručna i razvijena savetodavna i informaciona poljoprivredna služba koja prati rad poljoprivrednika; intenziviran održivi razvoj sela sa razvojem organske poljoprivredne proizvodnje; usporen negativni trend migracije selo - grad; i stvorena svest o potrebi zaštite životne sredine od štetnih efekata poljoprivredne proizvodnje.

Environmental consequences of plant utilization for energy

AB  - Global food and fossil energy consumption are on trajectories to double by 2050. Fossil fuel use has pushed atmospheric carbon dioxide higher than at any time during the past half-million years. While fossil fuels still account for more than 95 percent of the global transportation fuel market, biofuel production is growing roughly 15 percent per year, a rate over ten times that of oil. Under mounting pressure to improve domestic energy security and combat global climate change, countries are now turning to ethanol and biodiesel to meet rising transportation fuel demands. In 2005, the U.S. pledged to nearly double ethanol production by 2012, and the European Community recently announced that biofuels will meet 10 percent of their transportation fuel needs by 2020. Biofuels, if used properly, can help us balance our need for food, energy and a habitable and sustainable environment. To help this happen, though, we need a national biofuels policy that favors our best options. We must determine the carbon impacts of each method of making these fuels, then mandate fuel blending that achieves a prescribed greenhouse gas reduction. We have to have the knowledge and technology to start solving these problems.
AB  - Globalna potrošnja hrane i energije je na putu da se udvostruči do 2050. godine. Korišćenje fosilnih goriva povećava količinu ugljen-dioksida u atmosferi sada, više nego tokom poslednjih pola miliona godina. Iako fosilna goriva čine 95% globalnog tržišta u sektoru transporta, proizvodnja biogoriva rapidno raste po stopi od 15% godišnje, što je stopa porasta deset puta veća od stope porasta proizvodnje nafte. Pod velikim pritiskom da poboljšaju energetsku sigurnost i borbu protiv klimatskih promena, mnoge zemlje prelaze na etanol i biodizel, kako bi izašle u susret sve većim zahtevima tržišta. U 2005, SAD objavljuju da će duplirati proizvodnju etanola do 2012, a Evropska komisija je skoro objavila da će biogoriva zadovoljiti 10% potrošnje goriva u sektoru transporta do 2020. Biogoriva, ako se koriste kako treba, mogu pomoći u uspostavljanju ravnoteže između naših potreba za hranom, energijom i očuvanja i zaštite životne sredine. Da bi pomogli da se to desi, potrebno je imati nacionalnu politiku za biogoriva, koja će favorizovati najbolje rešenje. Trebalo bi da se odredi uticaj proizvodnje svake vrste goriva na koncentraciju atmosferskog ugljenika, pa odrediti koja mešavina goriva daje propisano smanjenje emisije gasova staklene bašte. Da bi se to postiglo, moramo imati znanje i tehnologije, koje će rešiti ove probleme.
