Long term effects of the application of ameliorative tillage systems on heavy mechanical composition soils in crop production

AB  - There are around 400,000 hectares of soils with heavy mechanical composition, and the greatest part of the production area is under crops. The long term soil tillage by conventional methods (using plough) and a large number of passages of mechanization in this type of soil causes a subarable waterproof layer, with a lot of negative consequences in a crop production. This research aims at defining the impact of an ameliorative tillage of soils with heavy mechanical composition and its long term effects on distribution of nitrogen and moisture in the soil and yield of main crops in dry farming conditions. There is an increased average soil moisture in the ATS treatment, by 1.25% compared to the CT treatment. The biggest difference in yields between the ATS and CT treatments was observed during 2009/10 in wheat production, where the difference was 26.5% in favor of the ATS treatment. The biggest difference in yield was achieved in the year with the highest rainfall during vegetative growth of wheat. .
AB  - U Srbiji ima oko 400.000 ha zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava, a najveći deo tih proizvodnih površina se nalazi pod ratarskim kulturama. Višegodišnja obrada zemljišta konvencionalnim metodama (pomoću raonog pluga) i velikog broja prolaza sredstava mehanizacije na ovom tipu zemljišta izaziva stvaranje podoraničnog vodonepropusnog sloja, sa puno negativnih posledica u ratarskoj proizvodnji. Ovo istraživanje je usmereno ka definisanju uticaja meliorativne obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava i produženog dejstva iste na distribuciju azota i vlage u zemljištu, kao i prinos glavnih ratarskih kultura u uslovima suvog ratarenja. Primetna je veća prosečna vlažnosti zemljišta kod tretmana ATS, i to za 1,25% u odnosu na CT tretman. Najveća razlika u prinosima između ATS i CT tretmana je uočena 2009-10 godine u proizvodnji pšenice, gde je razlika iznosila 26,5% u korist ATS tretmana. Najveća razlika u prinosima je ostvarena u godini sa najvećom količinom padavina ostvarenih tokom vegetativnog perioda proizvodnje pšenice. .

Possibility of appliance the laser management system for universal scraper workflow

AB  - Agricultural areas are often uneven, which creates big problems for growing crops. With Universal scraper (machine is a result of project: 'Development of modern agricultural machinery and tools for new technologies in plant production TR- 6926' which was funded by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Serbia) technical problem with surface of the agricultural plots is solved. The alignment of land routes for the movement of mobile irrigation units is solved to. Significantly improve the performance of these machines would be achieved by using laser management system for managing workflow. This would significantly increase the accuracy of working operations with reduce the duration of the cycle and the energy needs of machine. Laser control systems for agricultural machines significantly affect their performance, significantly raising the precision and speed of execution of operations. Application of these systems is more tightly restricted specificity of working processes in which the most justified the appropriateness of their application, primarily because of cost systems based on the use of laser technology.
AB  - Poljoprivredne površine su često nepravilnih mikro topografskih karakteristika (neravnine makro i mikro veličina), što stvara velike probleme u tehnologiji gajenja poljoprivrednih kultura. Univerzalni skreperski ravnjač (mašina je rezultat istraživanja u okviru projekta-TR 6926, koji je finansiralo Ministarstvo za nauku i tehnološki razvoj Republike Srbije, [4] ) rešava tehnički problem uređenja mikro i makro neravnina poljoprivrednih zemljišta po površini na parcelama. Pored ovog, može se upotrebiti za ravnanje zemljišnih puteva na poljoprivrednim imanjima za kretanje mobilnih agregata, i formiranje i uređenje zemljanih traka za kretanje mobilnih sistema za navodnjavanje. Znatno poboljšanje radnih karakteristika skreperskog ravnjača postiglo bi se upotrebom nekog od postojećih laserskih sistema za upravljanje radnim procesom. Na ovaj način bi se znatno povećala preciznost rada radnog organa (daske) kod izvršavanja radnih operacija ravnanja poljoprivrednih ili drugih površina, i smanjilo vreme trajanja radnog ciklusa kao i energetskih zahteva mašine. Laserski sistemi upravljanja na poljoprivrednim mašinama bitno utiču na njihove radne karakteristike, znatno podižu preciznost i brzinu izvođenja radnih operacija (dubina rada, širina zahvata) . Primena ovih sistema je još usko ograničena specifičnošću radnih procesa kod kojih je opravdana njihova primena, prvenstveno zbog značajne cene kontrolno - upravljačkih sistema zasnovanih na upotrebi tehnologije lasera.

AB  - In this paper influence of two tillage systems for soils of heavy mechanical composition (conventional with bottom plough and ameliorative tillage system) is analyzed. The emphasis of research, in addition to other secondary effects, is focused on the yield and the cost of production of main field crops as relevant indicators of efficiency of plant production. Production of field crops with conventional tillage system gave satisfactory yields, characteristic for a given agro-climatic conditions (quantity and distribution of rainfall, soils of heavy mechanical composition). Ameliorative tillage system of soils of heavy mechanical composition in comparison to conventional system achieved significantly higher yields of crops in dry years (8.6% sunflower, 9.9% corn), and even more in years with a lot of rainfall (21% wheat ). The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of ameliorative tillage system on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production).
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava: konvencionalni izveden pomoću raonog pluga i sistem meliorativne obrade. Akcenat istraživanja je, pored ostalih pratećih efekata, usmeren na prinos i troškove proizvodnje glavnih ratarskih kultura kao relevantnih pokazatelja efikasnosti biljne proizvodnje. Proizvodnja ratarskih kultura izvedena konvencionalnim sistemom obrade dala je zadovoljavajuće prinose, karakteristične za date agroklimatske uslove (količine i raspored padavina, zemljište teškog mehaničkog sastava). Meliorativnim sistemom obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem postižu se značajno veći prinosi ratarskih kultura u sušnim godinama (8,6% suncokret, 9,9% kukuruz), a još više u godinama sa izraženim periodima prevlaživanja zemljišta (21% pšenica). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema meliorativne obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u narednim proizvodnim godinama).

AB  - This paper presents the results of the application of the machines and tools for new technologies in plant production for two years of research. The comparative analysis of the influence of new technologies and new types of machines was done, and also the effect of conventional tillage systems on several agricultural crops (sunflower, commercial maize and wheat). During the experiment, we analyzed the effects of application of new line of machines to: physical properties of soil, morphological features of crops, use of energy and yield, and we also analyzed the economic aspects of the application. On the control plots, a conventional tillage system was simultaneously applied for comparative analysis of the previously mentioned factors. Trials were conducted on production plots of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' in Krnješevci from October 2008 until July 2010.
AB  - U ovom radu su prikazani dvogodišnji rezultati primene mašina i oruđa za nove tehnologije u biljnoj proizvodnji. Izvršena je uporedna analiza uticaja primene nove tehnologije i nove linije mašina, kao i uticaj konvencionalnog sistema obrade na nekoliko ratarskih kultura (suncokret, merkantilni kukuruz i pšenica). U toku ispitivanja, analizirani su uticaji primene nove linije mašina na: fizičke osobine zemljišta, morfološke osobine gajenih biljaka, utrošak energije i prinos, a takođe su analizirani i ekonomski aspekti primene. Na kontrolnim parcelama je istovremeno bio primenjen konvencionalni sistem obrade, radi uporedne analize prethodno pomenutih faktora. The comparative analysis of the influence of new technologies and new types of machines was done, and also the effect of conventional tillage systems on several agricultural crops (sunflower, commercial maize and wheat). Trials were conducted on production plots of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje' in Krnješevci from October 2008 until July 2010., U ovom radu su prikazani dvogodišnji rezultati primene mašina i oruđa za nove tehnologije u biljnoj proizvodnji. Izvršena je uporedna analiza uticaja primene nove tehnologije i nove linije mašina, kao i uticaj konvencionalnog sistema obrade na nekoliko ratarskih kultura (suncokret, merkantilni kukuruz i pšenica). U toku ispitivanja, analizirani su uticaji primene nove linije mašina na: fizičke osobine zemljišta, morfološke osobine gajenih biljaka, utrošak energije i prinos, a takođe su analizirani i ekonomski aspekti primene. Na kontrolnim parcelama je istovremeno bio primenjen konvencionalni sistem obrade, radi uporedne analize prethodno pomenutih faktora. Subsurface management of wet heavy soils

AB  - Mole drainage, on the right soil type and done properly can help reduce water logging problems. While surface drainage can improve the situation by removing excess surface water, in most cases the soil profile itself needs to be drained, so that crops can reach their potential, while damage by treading and compaction can be reduced. Mole drains do not drain ground water but remove water as it enters from the ground surface. Soils should have clay content in the range of 30 to 35 % to ensure long lasting mole channels. Heavy soils, with low rates of soil-water movement, require closely spaced (2-6 m apart) subsoil drain systems to provide sufficient water movement to control the effects of saltwater logging on an alfalfa field. Water management is critical for optimal production of alfalfa, with drought stress typically resulting in loss of production, and excess water leading to yield drops as well as stand losses.
AB  - Krtična drenaža, na odgovarajućem zemljištu i ispravno izvedena može da pomogne u smanjenju problema prevlaživanja. Iako površinska drenaža može da poboljša situaciju uklanjanjem suvišne površinske vode, u većini slučajeva zemljišni profil treba da bude dreniran, tako da usevi mogu da ostvare svoje potencijale i da se, smanje štete od gaženja i sabijanja. Krtični drenovi ne uklanjaju podzemnu vodu, ali uklanjaju vodu koja dolazi sa površine zemljišta. Zemljište bi trebalo da ima sadržaj od 30 do 35% gline da bi se osigurala dugotrajnost krtičnih kanala. Teška zemljišta, sa niskim stopama premeštanja zemljišne vode, zahtevaju manja rastojanja (2-6 m) sistema drenova za obezbeđivanje dovoljnog kretanja vode za kontrolu efekta zaslanjivanja - prevlaživanja na lucerištima. Uređenje voda je kritično za optimalnu proizvodnju lucerke, gde stres suše najčešće dovodi do gubitaka proizvodnje, kao što i višak vode dovodi do smanjenja prinosa, odnosno gubitaka.

AB  - Agricultural production is complex process and it depends of various factors which can be controlled. Many of them can be improved by using of various means which are not friendly for environment and health of people. It is necessary to apply only those measures which can maintain and improve physical - mechanical, technological and microbiological properties of soil and also the nutritive potential of soil but will not be harmful for environment. The other part of this story demands decrease of energy necessary in the process of soil preparation. The machinery and tools for new technologies in plant production in Serbia is consisted of: vibrating subsoiler VR-5(7), universal self propelled machine for soil arrangement USM-5, draining plough DP-4 and universal Scraper land leveler, and it is developed to apply changed new technologies of soil preparation. This study gives description of machines, tools and technologies necessary for soil preparation in Serbia; this means preparation of soil surface and depth, special note is given to preservation of environment and improvement of soil potential, but also and how to decrease the energy necessary for the process of soil preparation.
AB  - Poljoprivredna proizvodnja je kompleksan proces i zavisi od niza različitih faktora na koje se može uticati. Veliki broj faktora koji utiču na poljoprivrednu proizvodnju može se poboljšati upotrebom raznih sredstava koja generalno nepovoljno utiču na životnu sredinu i zdravlje ljudi. S obzirom da se zemljište intenzivno koristi, prvenstveno je potrebno primenjivati takve mere koje će održavati i poboljšavati fizičko-mehaničke, tehnološke i mikrobiološke osobine kao i hranidbeni potencijal i pritom neće biti štetne sa ekološkog aspekta. Na drugom mestu neophodno je težiti smanjenju potrošnje energije u procesu pripreme zemljišta. Linija mašina i oruđa za nove tehnologije u biljnoj proizvodnji sastoji se od: drenažnog pluga DP-4, vibracionog razrivača VR-5/7, univerzalnog skreperskog ravnjača i univerzalne samohodne mašine za uređenje zemljišta USM-5, razvijena je sa namerom primene nove-izmenjene tehnologije obrade zemljišta. U ovom radu su opisane mašine, oruđa i tehnologije pripreme zemljišta po površini i dubini, uz naglasak ekološkog aspekta u smislu očuvanja i poboljšanja potencijala zemljišta, kao i smanjenja potrebne energije koja se utroši u postupku pripreme zemljišta.

AB  - In this paper influence of two heavy mechanical type tillage systems: A - conventional tillage system and B - conservation tillage system is analyzed, and two different treatments of herbicides on yield of maize as well. The experiments are carried on production fields of 'Institutes for maize - Zemun Polje', during 2008/09 years. The focus of this research, among other effects, is on maize yield, as relevant parameter of efficiency of plant production. Right choice of soil tillage system and treatments of herbicides are key point for improvement of plant production, especially for grain yield aspects. Soil tillage system B in comparation with soil tillage system A is 10% more efficient. Treatment with herbicides 1 in comparation with treatment with herbicides 2 is 9,42% more efficient. Combining these two variable parameters (soil tillage systems and treatment of herbicides), the most efficient is model B+1, with grain yield increased up to 18,7%.
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta teškog mehaničkog sastava: A - konvencionalnog i B - konzervacijskog, kao i primene dva različita tretmana herbicida na prinos merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz iz Zemun Polja, tokom 2008/09 godine. Akcenat istraživanja je, pored ostalih pratećih efekata, usmeren na prinos kukuruza kao relevantnog pokazatelja efikasnosti biljne proizvodnje. Pravilan izbor sistema obrade zemljišta i tretmana herbicidima svakako može unaprediti proizvodnju, naročito sa aspekta ostvarenog prinosa gajene kulture. Povećanje prinosa uslovljen modelom obrade je u korist modela B, veći za 10%. Povećanje prinosa uslovljen tretmanom herbicida je u korist tretmana 1, veći za 9,42%. Sa dejstvom ove dve agrotehničke mere, kao najoptimalnija kombinacija pokazao se model B+1, sa združenim efektom povećanja prinosa do 18,7% u odnosu na druge modele.

AB  - The paper presents a review of several examples of agricultural machines and their working elements laser control, with the aim of precise execution of working operations and shortening the time of performing them. Basic components of laser control systems are presented, along with the description of the system in several examples. Finally, the short survey and analysis of the laser control systems development is presented. Also, further developments of technical systems and possibilities of application of agricultural machinery are discussed.
AB  - U radu je prikazan pregled nekoliko primera primene laserskog upravljanja poljoprivrednim mašinama i njihovim radnim organima s ciljem preciznijeg izvršenja radnih operacija i skraćenja vremena obavljanja istih. Predstavljene su osnovne komponente sistema laserskog upravljanja, a takođe je dat i opis rada sistema na nekoliko primera. Na kraju je prikazan kraći pregled i analiza razvoja sistema laserskog upravljanja, a takođe su razmatrani budući trendovi razvoja ovih tehničkih sistema i mogućnosti primene na poljoprivrednim mašinama.

AB  - Piezoelectric sensors belong to the group of electromechanical sensors. They are used in all fields of science and technology, including in the agricultural machines. This paper explains the phenomenon of piezoelectricity and presents the principle of work, characteristics, way of realization and measuring schemes with piezoelectric sensors. As an typical illustration of the application of this kind of sensors in agricultural machines, their application in agricultural combine harvesters is presented, for the measurement of grain loss.
AB  - Piezoelektrični senzori spadaju u grupu elektro-mehaničkih senzora i koriste se u svim oblastima nauke i tehnike, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. U radu je objašnjen fenomen piezoelektriciteta i dat je princip rada, karakteristike, način izvedbe i merne šeme sa piezoelektričnim senzorima. Kao tipična ilustracija primene ove vrste senzora u poljoprivrednoj tehnici prikazana je njihova primena na poljoprivrednim kombajnima za merenje gubitaka zrna.

AB  - In this paper influence of two tillage systems (conventional and conservation) on sunflower and maize yield is analyzed. The experiments are carried on production fields of Maize Research Institute 'Zemun Polje'. The conventional tillage system gave satisfying yields of both plants. This type of tillage is acceptable in years with medium rainfall during the vegetation period. When amount of precipitation was not evenly distributed during the year, yield was significantly lower, or even omitted if the differences in amount of precipitation were extreme. With conservation tillage system, the yield was higher, in comparison with conventional system, even in the years with medium amount of precipitation during the vegetation period. Sunflower and maize yields were 8.6% and 9.9% higher with conservation tillage system than with conventional system. The research is necessary to continue in order to see the effects of conservation tillage on other breeding plants, and also for observing the effects of continuous usage of this tillage system (in second, third and fourth year of production).
AB  - U radu je analiziran uticaj dva sistema obrade zemljišta: konvencionalnog i konzervacijskog na promenu prinosa suncokreta i merkantilnog kukuruza. Ogledi su izvedeni na proizvodnim površinama Instituta za kukuruz 'Zemun Polje'. Konvencionalni sistem obrade dao je zadovoljavajuće prinose kod obe kulture. Ovaj način obrade zemljišta je prihvatljiv u proizvodnoj godini sa umerenim padavinama tokom vegetacionog perioda. Prinosi u godinama sa neravnomernim rasporedom padavina su značajno manji, dok u ekstremnim godinama često izostaju. Konzervacijskim sistemom obrade postižu se veći prinosi u poređenju sa konvencionalnim sistemom, čak i u godinama kada je količina padavina tokom vegetacionog perioda umerena (prinos je veći u odnosu na konvencionalni sistem obrade za: suncokret 8.6%, merkantilni kukuruz 9.9%). Ova istraživanja je potrebno nastaviti zbog sagledavanja efekata primene sistema konzervacijske obrade zemljišta i na druge gajene kulture, kao i radi sagledavanja efekata produženog dejstva primene ovog sistema obrade (u drugoj i trećoj proizvodnoj godini).

As an illustration of the application of optical sensors in agricultural machines, an analysis is performed of the measurement of the volumetric flow of the cleaned grain on automotive agricultural combine harvesters, by means of optical sensors.

AB  - Soils with heavy mechanical type of composition demand a cultivation system that ensures preservation of natural potential and fertility resources. This system must also prevent degrading processes and ensure an optimal water motion within the soil, with an optimal usage of energy and labor. In Serbia there are over 0.4 million hectares of soil with heavy mechanical type of composition, and over 0.1 million hectares of diversely damaged soil. Every year, during different degrading actions, another 1000 hectares of soil are damaged. Agricultural machinery for tillage of the soils with heavy mechanical composition and damaged soils should fulfill the basic demands: arrangement of the soil's surface and depth, preservation of the soil's biological system, regulation of the water and air system, thus enabling an efficient irrigation, conservation of the natural humidity, insurance of an efficient irrigation, perseverance of the natural moisture, insurance of a rational consumption of energy, labor and resources for the defined structure and level of agricultural production. Researches that are conducted by the Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade, Serbia, and the Institute of Corn, Zemun Polje, Serbia, are set to determine the technical, technological and economic aspects of the appliance of new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's depth and surface. These new types of machines include: universal soil arrangement machine USM-5, drainage plough DP-4 and vibratory subsoiler VR-5, applied on the degraded chernosem soil type and on the marsh soil type (parcel Tab. XVII, heavy mechanical type of composition, damaged and unfavorable water and air conditions), on the location of an experimental property of the Institute of Corn in Krnješevci, Serbia. Basic characteristics of the soil are determined, control parcels are defined and marked, new technology and machines for soil's surface and depth arrangement are applied. Specific technical and technological parameters were measured during the work of new machine types.
AB  - Zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom zahtevaju sistem obrade koji obezbeđuje očuvanje prirodnih potencijala i resursa plodnosti i koji sprečavaju degradacione procese u zemljištu a obezbeđuju optimalno kretanje vode u zemljištu, uz optimalni utrošak energije i rada. U Srbiji ima preko 0.4 miliona ha zemljišta sa mehaničkim sastavom teškog tipa, i preko 0.1 milion ha na različite načine oštećenih zemljišta. Svake godine, sa različitim degradacionim procesima, ošteti se i novih 1000 ha zemljišta. Poljoprivredna tehnika za izvođenje obrade teških i oštećenih tipova zemljšta, treba da ispuni osnovne zahteve: uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini, očuvanje biosistema zemljišta, regulisanje vodnog i vazdušnog režima, omogućavanje efikasnog navodnjavanja, očuvanje prirodne vlage, obezbeđenje racionalne potrošnje energije, potrošnje rada i resursa za definisanu strukturu i nivo poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Istraživanja koja sprovodi Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Beogradu i Institut za kukuruz iz Zemun Polja imaju za zadatak da odrede tehničko-tehnološke i ekonomske aspekte primene nove linije mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Nova, osvojena linija mašina: univerzalni skreperski ravnjač, drenažni plug i vibracioni razrivač, je primenjena na zemljištu tipa degradirani černozem i ritska zemljišta (parcela Tab. XVII, težak mehanički sastav, oštećene i nepovoljne vodno-vazdušne osobine), na lokaciji oglednog dobra Instituta za kukuruz u Krnješevcima. Utvrđene su osnovne karakteristike zemljišta, definisane i obeležene ogledne i kontrolne parcele, primenjena je nova tehnologija i nove mašine za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini. Mereni su određeni tehničko-tehnološki parametri pri radu nove linije mašina.

abstract = "Soils with heavy mechanical type of composition demand a cultivation system that ensures preservation of natural potential and fertility resources. This system must also prevent degrading processes and ensure an optimal water motion within the soil, with an optimal usage of energy and labor. In Serbia there are over 0.4 million hectares of soil with heavy mechanical type of composition, and over 0.1 million hectares of diversely damaged soil. Every year, during different degrading actions, another 1000 hectares of soil are damaged. Agricultural machinery for tillage of the soils with heavy mechanical composition and damaged soils should fulfill the basic demands: arrangement of the soil's surface and depth, preservation of the soil's biological system, regulation of the water and air system, thus enabling an efficient irrigation, conservation of the natural humidity, insurance of an efficient irrigation, perseverance of the natural moisture, insurance of a rational consumption of energy, labor and resources for the defined structure and level of agricultural production. Researches that are conducted by the Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade, Serbia, and the Institute of Corn, Zemun Polje, Serbia, are set to determine the technical, technological and economic aspects of the appliance of new types of machines and tools for the arrangement of soil's depth and surface. These new types of machines include: universal soil arrangement machine USM-5, drainage plough DP-4 and vibratory subsoiler VR-5, applied on the degraded chernosem soil type and on the marsh soil type (parcel Tab. XVII, heavy mechanical type of composition, damaged and unfavorable water and air conditions), on the location of an experimental property of the Institute of Corn in Krnješevci, Serbia. Basic characteristics of the soil are determined, control parcels are defined and marked, new technology and machines for soil's surface and depth arrangement are applied. Specific technical and technological parameters were measured during the work of new machine types., Zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom zahtevaju sistem obrade koji obezbeđuje očuvanje prirodnih potencijala i resursa plodnosti i koji sprečavaju degradacione procese u zemljištu a obezbeđuju optimalno kretanje vode u zemljištu, uz optimalni utrošak energije i rada. U Srbiji ima preko 0.4 miliona ha zemljišta sa mehaničkim sastavom teškog tipa, i preko 0.1 milion ha na različite načine oštećenih zemljišta. Svake godine, sa različitim degradacionim procesima, ošteti se i novih 1000 ha zemljišta. AB  - The appliance of alternative propulsions on off road vehicles presents a very popular topic nowadays. Global rise in the price of fossil fuel and the actual global economic crisis contribute even more to the importance of their appliance. Due to a wide area of off road vehicle usage, from agriculture to mining industry, ascertainment of an acceptable and low cost solution of alternative propulsion would significantly reduce the needs for fossil fuel. This paper presents actual solutions of alternative propulsion, which are: - Electrical and - Hybrid, as well as some particular solutions and examples of their practical usage on agricultural working machines and military vehicles. It should be noted that alternative propulsions are more and more used for road motor vehicles, which shows the manufacturers' interest and their more often appearances in the market of serial models with alternative propulsion.
AB  - Primena alternativnih pogona na vanputnim vozilima, danas u Svetu, predstavlja veoma aktuelnu temu. Globalno poskupljenje fosilnih goriva i aktuelna Svetska ekonomska kriza još više doprinose važnosti primene alternativnih pogona. Usled široke oblasti primene vanputnih vozila, od poljoprivrede do rudarstva, iznalaženjem prihvatljivog i jeftinog rešenja alternativnog pogona znatno bi se smanjile potrebe za upotrebom fosilnih goriva. U ovom radu su predstavljena aktuelna rešenja alternativnih pogona i to: - Električnih i - Hibridnih, kao i neka konkretna rešenja i primeri njihove praktične primene na poljoprivrednim i radnim mašinama i vojnim vozilima. Treba reći da su alternativni pogoni sve više zastupljeni i u oblasti drumskih motornih vozila, što pokazuje zainteresovanost proizvođača i sve češće pojavljivanje na tržištu serijskih modela sa alternativnim pogonom.

AB  - Frequent accidents involving agriculture machines and tractors pose a great problem in Serbia, in public transportation and other sections (especially in agriculture conditions). These accidents may occur as a consequence of: - Operator's disregard of traffic regulations and signs, - The usage of alcohol during operations with machines - Mental and physical condition of the operator, - Insufficient training and experience of the operator, - Operator's carelessness, - Technical glitches of the machines This paper notes and reviews basic causes of occurrence of accidents involving agriculture machines, as well as the necessary measurements that should be taken to minimize their reappearance. Technical solutions, not particularly applied in Serbia, that could help avoid dangerous situations or reduce the number of accidents and injuries caused by these are also presented.
AB  - U Srbiji poseban problem predstavljaju česte nesreće sa poljoprivrednim mašinama i traktorima, kako u javnom saobraćaju, tako i poljoprivrednim uslovima, pre svega kao posledica: - nepoštovanja saobraćajnih propisa i znakova od strane rukovaoca, - upotreba alkohola u toku rukovanja sa mašinama - psiho-fizičkog stanja rukovaoca, - nedovoljne obučenosti i iskustva rukovaoca, - nedovoljne pažnje rukovaoca, - tehničke neispravnost mašina U radu su analizirani i opisani osnovni uzroci nastanka nesreća sa poljoprivrednim mašinama, kao i neophodne mere koje treba preduzeti kako bi se broj nesreća smanjio na što manju moguću meru. Predstavljena su i neka i tehnička rešenja koja nisu mnogo primenjena u Srbiji, pomoću kojih je moguće izbeći opasne situacije ili smanjiti broj nesrećnih slučajeva i povreda u poljoprivredi i kontaktnim oblastima.

AB  - This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption in agricultural research. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture.
AB  - U radu je dat pregled (današnjeg) skorašnjeg razvoja bežičnih senzorskih tehnologija i standarda za komunikacije putem bežičnih senzora. Dati su primeri bežičnih senzora i senzorskih mreža primenjenih u kontroli sredine u poljoprivredi, preciznoj poljoprivredi, mašinama zasnovanim na M2M komunikaciji i kontrolama procesa, izgradnji i automatizaciji opreme i RFID zasnovanim sistemima praćenja. Rad takođe razmatra prednosti bežičnih senzora i probleme prepreka koje ometaju njihovo brzu primenu u istraživanjima u poljoprivredi. Na kraju, putem analize razvoja tržišta, razmatrani su budući trendovi razvitka tehnologije bežičnih senzora i primena u poljoprivredi.

AB  - Measurements and control of angular velocity are encountered in many fields of industry, including in agricultural machines. Devices used for measurements of angular velocity are of mechanical or electrical type. The usage of electrical devices which are based on the application of appropriate sensors of angular velocity becomes greater lately. In this paper are given the characteristics of angular velocity sensors which are applied in agricultural machines (optoelectronic, capacitance and electromagnetic sensors and those sensors which are based on Hall's effect) and their specific qualities are pointed out.
AB  - Merenje i regulacija ugaone brzine često se sreće u mnogim oblastima industrije, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. Uređaji za merenje ugaone brzine se dele na mehaničke i električne, pri čemu sve veću primenu imaju električni uređaji zasnovani na primeni odgovarajućih senzora ugaone brzine. U radu su date karakteristike senzora ugaone brzine koji nalaze primenu u poljoprivrednoj tehnici (optoelektronski, kapacitivni, elektromagnetni, senzori na bazi Holovog efekta) i ukazano je na specifičnosti njihove primene u poljoprivrednoj tehnici.

AB  - Because the humidity of soil is one of the essential factors that determine the optimal plant growth and crop production, this paper discusses in detail various techniques, methods and modes of the measurement of soil humidity. Devices, sensors and additional equipment for the measurement of humidity are analyzed depending on the different types of the agricultural crops and characteristics of the soil. In this paper is given a review and a comparative analysis of sensors as the parts of the various products which measure a soil humidity (analog and digital). The selection of the most suitable location for sensors, their installation, placement and necessary depth is also presented. In this paper are analyzed the characteristics of sensors (performances, cost-effectiveness in the agricultural production), their maintenance and the timely detection of failures while in operation.
AB  - Sadržaj vlage u zemljištu je jedan od značajnih faktora koji utiče na optimalan rast biljaka i proizvodnju useva. U radu su prikazane različite tehnike i načini merenja vlažnosti zemljišta. Analizirani su uređaji, senzori i dodatna oprema za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta u zavisnosti od vrsta poljoprivrednih kultura i karakteristika pojedinih zemljišta. Dat je pregled i uporedna analiza senzora različitih proizvođača za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta (analogni i digitalni), analiziran je izbor najpogodnijeg mesta za postavljanje senzora, instalacija i potrebna dubina senzora u zemljištu. Takođe, razmatrane su karakteristike senzora (performanse, način rada, isplativost u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji), njihovo održavanje i detekcija kvarova tokom rada.

AB  - This reading indicates the projection of development of agricultural machines and tools within tractor assemblies that may be used for classic and reduced land cultivation and direct sowing. The reading signifies the synthesis of scientific projection of development of agricultural machines and tools as well as points to advanced production of tractors and attachable units and tools. In addition, the electronic equipment installed in the tractor’s cabin has been also provided for and described as information, since the equipment controls the tractor’s mode of operation and its guidance via satellite.

AB  - Successfully and rational use of a landscape implicate application of a new technological and technical solutions of tillage. The work mean review and description of a solution prototype of a new machines and implement for landscaping by area and also depth. Purpose of this machines are increase and maintenance of productiveness landscape. Mention machines and implement using for up keeping optional water-aerial of a land. In this work you can see a new technical solution of plumb-rule, drainage plau and vibration subsoiler, witch can solve problems with landscaping by area, earthen road, route for mobile system of irrigation and also elimination overflow fluency of allotment and ground with heavy mechanical structure.
AB  - Uspešna i racionalna eksploatacija zemljišta podrazumeva primenu novih tehnoloških i tehničkih rešenja obrade zemljišta. Rad predstavlja prikaz i opis rešenja prototipova novih mašina i oruđa za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini, koji za cilj imaju povećanje i održavanje plodnosti zemljišta. Navedena linija mašina i oruđa služi za uspostavljanje optimalnog vodno-vazdušnog režima zemljišta. U radu su prikazana nova tehnička rešenja ravnjača, drenažnog pluga i vibracionog razrivača koji rešavaju probleme vezane za uređenje zemljišta po površini, zemljanih puteva, trasa za mobilne sisteme za navodnjavanje, kao i probleme za odvođenje viška vode sa zemljišnih parcela kod slojevitih zemljišta i zemljišta sa teškim mehaničkim sastavom.

AB  - In this paper exploitation characteristics of universal mounted harvester "NB 2003" in chamomile harvesting were discussed, as well as possibility for improvement. This research is justified by the need for finding solutions for several problems that exist in machine chamomile harvesting. Influence of harvester work speed and harvesting rotor speed on efficiency, flow of harvested chamomile, losses and quality of harvested chamomile was investigated. Purpose of the investigation is analysis of chamomile harvesting working parameters in plantation production. Based on results of that analysis, possibilities for improvement of work speed, efficiency and quality of harvesting chamomile will be defined.

AB  - The consequences of poor handling of agricultural terrain and damages from threading on are huge and manifested through decrease of harvest income, and increase of consumption of energy and resources needed for treatment, etc. Floods and drought periods on non-treated soils are additionally endangering soil fertility and plant fecundity. Long term studies have shown that usage of heavy tractors and MTA machines does have influence on compression of surface and lower layers of plowed field thus violating bio system and growth of plant's root system. It has been shown with analyzes that in Serbia around 2,7% of soil is not being cultivated for the reason of bad water regime of soil; 6,7% of the cultivated and sowed soil does not yield a crop and on 42,5% of sowed soil, crops are 12-50% less than expected, when using conventional means for cultivation. This points up the significance and necessity of application of new technologies and new solutions of machines for cultivation and maintenance of soil fertility. The purpose of this work is to show the essence of this problem and results of several years lasting research, as well as development of solutions for new machines and techniques for soil cultivation, on surface and in depth, in order to maintain and improve soil fertility.
AB  - Posledice lošeg gazdovanja poljoprivrednim zemljištem i štete koje nastaju gaženjem su ogromne i manifestuju se u vidu smanjenja prinosa, povećanja potrošnje energije za obradu, povećan utrošak resursa i otežana primena održive poljoprivrede. Poplave i sušni periodi na neuređenim zemljištima dodatno ugrožavaju plodnost zemljišta i rodnost biljaka. Dugoročna proučavanja ukazuju da primena teških traktora i MTA utiče na sabijenost oraničnog i podoraničnog sloja zemljišta, sto značajno narušava biosistem i razvoj korenovog sistema biljaka. Analize pokazuju da se u Srbiji oko 2,7% površine ne obradi zbog lošeg vodnog režima zemljišta, 6,7% zemljišta koje se obradi i poseje ne donese rod, a na oko 42,5% posejanih površina prinos je manji od očekivanog za 12 do 50%, pri primeni konvencionalnih načina obrade. Ovo ukazuje na značaj i potrebnu primene novih tehnologija i novih rešenja mašina za uređenje i održavanje plodnosti zemljišta. Ovaj rad ima za zadatak da prikaže suštinu problema i rezultate višegodišnjih istraživanja kao i razvoj rešenja novih mašina i tehnike za uređenje zemljišta po površini i dubini u cilju održavanja plodnosti zemljišta.

Dynamics changes values parameters of mechanical properties of the marsh soil due to tractor track slippage

AB  - The paper presents the impact of different slippage of driving systems of the crawler tractors on the dynamics changes of the parameters values mechanical properties on the marsh area (shear stress, moment of torsion, cone index CI). The analysis of the results (Ivanovo area) has shown a different increase of the shear stress for the tractor BNT-105 tracks trail (in comparison with the un treaded soil), with the smallest tractor tracks slippage δ=3%, (10-30 cm depth) from 6.96 to 13.74 kPa. The analysis of the shear stress mean values, with the biggest tracks slippage (δ=10%) has shown the following changes from 8.19 to 14.05 kPa. The analysis of the results for tractor TG-160 (Makiš area), has shown a different increase of the shear stress in the tracks trail, with the smallest slippage of the tracks (δ=3%) at the same soil depth, of the shear stress is 8.53 to 17.12 kPa. The analysis of the shear stress mean values, for maximum slippage δ=10%, has shown the changes from 8.50 to 18.87 kPa. In order to protect soil from damages due to slippage caused by tractor driving systems, we must permanently improve the elements of running systems and introduce new generation rubber track tractors in regular agricultural production.
AB  - U radu su prikazana ispitivanja uticaja različitih vrednosti klizanja hodnih sistema traktora guseničara, na dinamiku promene mehaničkih osobina zemljišta (napona smicanja, momenta torzije i otpora penetracije-CI). Analiza rezultata ispitivanja napona smicanja zemljišta (Ivanovo), ispod hodnih sistema traktora BNT-105, prilikom poređenja negaženo-gaženo zemljište za najmanje izraženo klizanje gusenica (δ=3%) pokazuje promenu napona smicanja od 6,96 do 13,74 kPa. Analiza srednjih vrednosti ovih parametara zemljišta za najveće klizanje (δ=10%) ima promene vrednosti od 8.19 do 14.05 kPa. Analiza rezultata, za najmanje (δ=3%), izraženo klizanje gusenica traktora TG-160 (Makiš) pokazuje promenu napona smicanja od 8.53 do 17.12 kPa. Analiza vrednosti napona smicanja zemljišta za najveće klizanje (δ=10%), ima promene od 8.50 do 18.87 kPa. U obavezi zaštite zemljišta od oštećenja prouzrokovanim i klizanjem hodnih sistema traktora, treba stalno usavršavati elemente hodnih sistema i primenjivati nove generacije gumenih gusenica u redovnoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.

AB  - In this work, we have presented the characteristics of basic terms of exploitation of three phased asynchronous generator with caged rotor which is being applied in low power wind powered electrical generating station. There has been made analyzes for the cases of automatic, three-phased, single phased supplying, as well as the case when he is switched on to energy system. It has been concluded that this sort of electrical generators has advantages over other kinds of generators, in case of low power wind-powered electrical generating stations.
AB  - U radu su date karakteristike osnovnih režima rada trofaznog asinhronog generatora sa kaveznim rotorom primenjenog u vetroelektranama male snage. Izvršena je analiza rada za slučajeve kada generator radi samostalno trofazno i jednofazno opterećen, i kada radi priključen na elektroenergetski sistem. Pokazuje se da ova vrsta električnih generatora ima prednost u odnosu na ostale vrste generatora za slučaj kada se radi o vetroelektranama male snage.

AB  - Jedan od značajnih problema u plantažnoj proizvodnji kamilice predstavlja mehanizovani postupak ubiranja. Kao rezultat rešavanja ovog problema u svetu i kod nas, je pojava većeg broja tehničkih rešenja mašina za ubiranje kamilice. U ovom radu su dati rezultati istraživanja osnovnih parametara rada mašina za ubiranje kamilice koji su u primeni kod nas. Prikazana je uporedna analiza eksploatacionih parametara rada: radni zahvat, brzina kretanja, učinci, ostvareni gubici. Dalja usavršavanja mašina za ubiranje kamilice treba da idu u pravcu povećanja radnih brzina, učinaka, kao i postizanja boljeg kvaliteta ubrane mase.

AB  - Soil compaction is a result of degradation processes caused by human activity. Such unwanted alterations of soil structure result in decreased soil and crop productivity. Reduced tillage significantly influence on crop yield. This paper presents results of the research work conducted trough several years related to the rational use of agricultural machines aimed at the establishment of heavy soils.
AB  - Pojava sabijanja zemljišta je jedna od posledica degradacionih procesa koji se odvijaju u zemljištu pod uticajem aktivnosti čoveka. Narušena struktura kao nosilac plodnosti, ima za posledicu smanjenu produktivnost zemljišta i biljaka. Redukovana obrada značajno utiče na prinose poljoprivrednih useva. U radu su prikazani rezultati višegodišnjih istraživanja racionalne primene poljoprivredne tehnike za uređenje teških zemljišta.
