AB  - Модерна индустријска пољопривреда мора доживети снажну трансформацију и кроз нови еколошки приступ обезбедити одрживост производње и адаптибилност агроекосистема, у првом реду путем очувања плодности и здравља земљишта и заштите биодиверзитета. Постојећи конвенционални системи, за које се показало да деструктивно делују на животну средину, развијаће се кроз прецизну пољопривреду и системе интегралне производње и развој урбане пољопривреде и вертикалне земљорадње. Данас прецизна земљорадња, свакако представља једно од најблиставијих решења у крупном пољоприврeдном сектору, којим се у значајној мери могу унапредити продуктивност и профитабилност биљне производње и обезбеђеност и самодовољност прехрамбених ланаца. На прагу IV индустријске револуције на располагању имамо бројна иновативна IT решења и паметну земљорадњу, укључујући 8 технолошких тема конвергенције: вештачку интелигеницију-AI и компјутеризована подршку реалној стварности - AR, а преко ланаца база података, масовне употребе дронова и мрежно повезивање објеката, оруђа и машина-IoT и потпуну доминација роботике, што уз коришћење 3Д штампе - осигурава поступни прелазак производње хране у виртуалну стварност-VR.

AB  - The identification of agricultural food production systems has gained importance in order to protect both human health and the environment. The importance of organic production system of agriculture which involves the application of natural processes and substances, and limits or completely eliminates the use of synthesized means is emphasized. Knowledge of the mineral composition in tomato samples can be used as a potent tool in the identification of chemical markers as potential indicators of the farming system. A set of tomato samples taken from two factorial randomized trials were comprehended eight different varieties, belonging to four tomato types: large—BEEF and CLUSTER, and mini and midi—CHERRY and PLUM tomatoes, cultivated under two different farming systems: integral (IPM) and organic (O) were characterized based on the composition of the minerals. A total of 44 elements were quantified. To establish criteria for the classification of the samples and confirm a unique set of parameters of variation among the types of production, sophisticated chemometric techniques were used. The results indicate that the accumulation of elements varies between 8 tomato varieties and 2 different growing systems. The contents of Al, Mn, As, Pb, and some of the rare-earth elements (REEs) are able to distinguish between production types. Examination of different hybrids, which belong to different types in two production systems: organic and integral within Zeleni hit (official Enza and Vitalis trial and breeding station), was done with the aim of reaching a methodology of diversification, ie complete traceability of organic production, and to contribute to distinguishing types of agricultural systems and enhancing the possibility of acquiring a valuable authenticity factor about the type of agricultural production system employed for the cultivation of tomatoes.

AB  - The effects of organic versus integral and conventional crop management on content and distribution of major and trace elements in different varieties of potato were investigated in a three year field trial. A set of 48 potato tubers of four varieties with different harvesting times, cultivated in three types of agricultural systems: conventional (C), integral (I), and organic (O) were characterized based on the composition of the elements of their bulk and peel. A total of 16 elements were quantified. In order to determine the source of variation among the types of production, parts of potato and varieties, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was conducted. The results indicate that Ca, Mg, and K may be considered as important indicators of the type of production, genotypes of potato, and harvesting time. Additionally, the analyses show that ten microelements are able to distinguish between production types and genotypes of potato.

AB  - Сажетак. На основу досадашњих сазнања и праћења одређених тенденција развоја пољопривреде, могу се уочити бројне промјене. Суочени са новом свјетском економском кризом и недостатком појединих ресурса, повећањем броја становника на планети и глобалним промјенама климе, интензивније се размишља о неминовним промјенама у савременој пољопривредној пракси. Све је очигледније да се одрживост пољопривредних система мора заснивати на паметном коришћењу обновљивих ресурса и/или обнављању ресурса. Систем који зависи од ресурса чије је коришћење ограничено, као што су фосилна горива, не може бити бесконачно одржив. Oдржива пољопривреда данас се не дефинише само као правац развоја, него више као систем принципа који треба дугорочно одржавати и подржавати. Када се говори о одрживој пољопривреди, треба имати на уму њен дугорочни циљ, а то је да се обезбиједи довољно стабилна производња квалитетне хране и биљних производа за друге намјене, уз очување основних природних ресурса и енергије и заштиту животне средине. Истовремено, то подразумијева и економску ефикасност, тј. профитабилност и побољшање живота појединца и шире заједнице. Савремени човјек у свим областима извjесно угрожава биосферу, или животну средину на планети Земљи, у мjери која пријети да угрози и његов сопствени опстанак. Пољопривреда, као дио људске дјелатности, свакодневно има велики утицај на животну средину. Загађивање воде, земљишта и ваздуха, па самим тим и хране, данас већ има негдје драматичне посљедице, не само на локалном већ и на глобалном нивоу. Полазећи од принципа да је најбоља политика заштите животне средине она која се заснива на превентиви, активности стручњака свих профила пољопривредне производње морају да буду усмjерене ка проналажењу рационалних рjешења у пољопривредној пракси. Прије свега, треба се трудити што више сачувати плодност земљишта за производњу потребних количина хране високе здравствене вриjедности, уз истовремени повољни утицај на људе, фауну и флору, земљиште, воду и ваздух.  
Пољопривредни системи који се практикују у свијету и код нас, међусобно се веома разликују по степену интензивности и мjерама које укључују. Разрађују се на основу еколошких, економских и социјалних услова у појединим земљама. Технологије развоја пољопривреде протеклих деценија прошлог вијека подржавале су интензивни развој по сваку цијену, уз претјерано коришћење природних ресурса, запостављајући великим дијелом основне еколошке постулате. Данас постоје различити правци на којима је конципирана пољопривреда: од највише заступљене, врло интензивне индустријске, коју често називамо конвенционална (уобичајена) пољопривреда, преко бројних праваца интегралне, до праваца заснованих на строго еколошким принципима гајења, какви су органска и биодинамичка пољопривреда. Конвенционална пољопривреда има задатак да обезбиједи максималну производњу у погледу квантитета и квалитета, уз што мање трошкове. За те сврхе човјеку су на располагању бројне агротехничке мјере, које понекад, поред очекиваних позитивних, имају многе негативне, дугорочне ефекте у агроекосистемима.

Сaжeтaк. Студије о антропогеном утицају на климатске промјене, које се дешавају посљедњих деценија у Европи, а и цијелом свијету, дају сталне пројекције пораста температуре ваздуха и различите податке о падавинама, у зависности од дијела континента за који се пројекције раде. Предвиђа се повећање падавина на сјеверу Европе и смањење на југу и истоку. Очекиване позитивне и негативне промјене највише ће се одразити на пољопривреде Сјеверне Европе (позитивне) и Јужне Европе, нарочито медитеранског дијела (негативне), и приносе основних гајених биљака. Сматра се, по већини пројекција, да ће највише негативних утицаја у области континанталне климе бити у панонској зони, која је једна од житница Европе. Ова област ће бити, како многи сугеришу, захваћена учесталијим таласима топлоте и сушом, без већих могућности да се оне избјегну помјерањем рокова сјетве или другим агротехничким мјерама. Највеће економске штете у Србији и Републици Српској узроковане су сушама, поплавама, олујним непогодама праћеним   градом, клизиштима, ерозијом изазваном бујицама, а током посљедњих година све више топлотним таласима и условима за појаву ширењa шумских пожара. Дугорочно посматрано, проблеми настају и због чињенице да, од седамдесетих година прошлог вијека до данас, просјечне годишње температуре код нас и у региону стално расту. Промјене климе на овом подручју засад се огледају у повећаној учесталости и интензитету екстрема. Ако се овај тренд климатских промјена настави, као што показују разни сценарији климатских промјена за наш регион, то би могло довести до великих проблема у временским и климатским условима, као и у водоснабдијевању. У борби против климатских екстрема (суше, превлажене године) користе се редовне и посебне агротехничке мјере, уз сјетву сорти и хибрида гајених биљака са већом толеранцијом на сушни/водни стрес.

AB  - This research proposes a new way of tracing differences between potato cultivation systems, botanical origin, and climate conditions by using sugar profiles. A set of 90 potato tubers of four varieties with different ripening times, cultivated in three types of agricultural systems: conventional (C), integral (I), and organic (0) were characterized based on sugar profiles of their bulk and peel. A total of nineteen sugars were quantified. In order to determine the source of variation among the types of production, the years of production and varieties, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was conducted. The results indicated that starch may be considered an important indicator of the type of production, botanical origin, and ripening time. Additionally, the analyses showed that sugar macro and microcomponents such as fructose, glucose, saccharose, sorbitol, trehalose, arabinose, turanose and maltose were the main factors for the differentiation of production types, production years and botanical origin of potato.

AB  - The research on the effect of ecological conditions and cultivars on the yield components of potatoes was conducted in Badovinci (Western Serbia) during the period 2008-2009. The following potato cultivars were included in the experiment: early ('Cleopatra', 'Anushka' and 'Presto'), medium early ('Kuroda', 'Omega' and 'Dita'), and medium late ('Desiree', 'Roko' and 'Jelly'). The four-replicate field trials were set up using the standard methodology according to the random block design. 18TThe research results suggest that genotype (G) and ecological conditions (E) significantly affect all yield components of potatoes. In both years, the highest yield was recorded18T in18T the medium late variety 'Desiree'18T 18T(18T28.30 t ha־¹), followed by the early variety 'Anushka' 18T(18T26.60 t ha־¹), 18Twhile the lowest18T 18Tyield18T was 18Trecorded18T 18Tin the medium early variety 'Omega' (18T13.35 t ha־¹). AB  - Komponente prinosa devet sorti krompira ispitivane su tokom 2008. i 2009. godine na lokaciji zapadne Srbije u selu Badovinci (75 m nadmorska visina, 44˚ 80' 05'N, 19˚ 35' 39'E). Za istraživanje korišćene su sledeće sorte krompira: rane (Cleopatra, Anushka i Presto), srednje rane (Kuroda, Omega i Dita) i srednje kasne (Desiree, Roko i Jelly). Sadnja je izvedena u prvoj dekadi aprila. Međuredno rastojanje bilo je 0,70 m a između biljaka u redu 0,30 m. Primenjena je standardna tehnologija gajenja krompira. Broj primarnih nadzemnih izdanaka određen je 65 dana posle sadnje krtola. Vađenje krompira izvršeno je početkom septembra kada je izvršeno i utvrđivanje broja krtola po biljci i ukupan prinos. 18TDobijeni rezultati ukazuju da su sorta (G) i agroekološki uslovi (E) značajno utiču na sve komponente prinosa krompira. U obe godine najveći ukupan prinos krtola zabeležen je kod srednje kasne sorte Desiree18T 18T(18T28,30 t ha־¹), zatim kod rane sorte Anushka 18T(18T26,60 t ha־¹), dok je najniži prinos krtola utvrđen kod srednje rane sorte 18TOmega (18T13,35 t ha־¹). Na osnovu rezultata dvogodišnjih istraživanja uticaja sorte i agroekoloških uslova na komponente prinosa u zapadnoj Srbiji, možemo izvesti sledeće zaključke: - Sorta i uslovi sredine pojedinačno i u interakciji značajno utiču na komponente prinosa18T; Za dobijanje visokih prinosa krtola u uslovima zapadne Srbije možemo preporučiti rane sorte (18TCleopatra, Anushka 18Ti18T P18Tresto18T), posebno u godinama sa malom količinom padavina, kao i srednje kasnu sortu 18T(18TDesiree), koja je pokazala dobru tolerantnost prema visokim temperaturama vazduha i suši.

AB  - Spice peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) var. Lemeska and Lakosnicka paprika were investigated to evaluate their polyphenolic and carbohydrate profiles and antioxidant activity. A total of forty-nine polyphenolics were identified using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to LTQ OrbiTrap mass analyzer. Twenty-five of them were quantified using available standards, while the other compounds were confirmed by exact mass search of their deprotonated molecule [M-H](-) and its MS4 fragmentation. Thirteen carbohydrates were quantified using high-performance anion exchange chromatography (HPAEC) with pulsed amperometric detection (PAD). Radical scavenging activity (RSA) ranged from 17.32 to 48.34 mmol TE (Trolox equivalent)/kg DW (dry weight) and total phenolics content (TPC) was ranged between 7.03 and 14.92 g GAE (gallic acid equivalents)/kg DW. To our best knowledge, five polyphenolic compounds were for the first time tentatively identified in paprika: 5-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid, luteolin 7-O-(2 ''-O-pentosyl-4 ''-O-hexosyl)hexoside, quercetin 3-O-(2 ''-O-hexosyl)rhamnoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-[6 ''-O-(5-hydroxyferuloyl)hexoside]-7-O-rhamnoside, and luteolin 7-O-[2 ''-O-(5'''-O-sinapoyl)pentosyl-6 ''-O-malonyl]hexoside.

AB  - The study presents results of a three-year experiment of variability of different Dutch potato varieties in Serbia: Adora and Cleopatra (early), Innovator and Frisia (medium-early) and Desiree and Kondor (medium-late). The research was conducted during 2008, 2009 and 2010, in three different soil and climatic locations: Zemun (100 m a.s.l.), Srbobran (86 m a.s.l.) and Guca (370 m a.s.l.). The four-repplicate field trials were set up using standard methodology according to the random block desing. The analysis of variance suggest that number of tubers per plant, number of market tubers per plant and total tuber yield were significantly fluctuating depending on genotype (G), year (Y) and the location (L). In addition to individual influences of different factors, their interactions were also pronounced (G x Y, G x L, Y x L, G x Y x L). In the three-year period average, the highest total yield was recorded in Zemun (35.80 t ha. 1), followed by Guca (29.32 t ha.(-1)), while the lowest average yield recorded was in Srbobran (27.38 t ha.(-1)). The highest average yield of tubers in the three-year period was recorded in the Cleopatra variety, followed by Adora variety, while the lowest average yield was recorded in the variety Frisia. Obtained results show that the highest yields over observed locations were recorded in early varieties that formed medium number of tubers per plant (Cleopatra and Adora) and medium late varieties (Desiree and Kondor) that expressed good resistance to high air temperatures and stress caused by drought.

AB  - The effects of the origin of planting material on the mophological characteristics of seed tubers of the Kondor potato cultivar (Solanum tuberosum L.) were investigated within a two-year study (2009-2010). AB  - Dvogodišnja ispitivanja uticaja porekla sadnog materijala krompira (Solanum tuberosum L), na morfološke osobine semenske krtole sorte Kondor, izvedena su tokom 2009. i 2010. godine. Priprema sadnog materijala paralelnom proizvodnjom semenskog krompira izvedena je tokom 2009. i 2010. godine na dva lokaliteta različite nadmorske visine: Kotraž-Jelica 700 m nv. i Sjenica-Pešter 1300 m nv. Uslovi proizvodnje sadnog materijala krtola poreklom sa niže nadmorske visine (700 m nv.) doprineli su da semenske krtole budu veće fiziološke starosti i da kao posledica toga obrazuju vrlo značajno manju dužinu klica po krtoli, za 1,38 mm, ili za 13,49% manju, u odnosu na dužinu klica po krtoli utvrđenu na krtolama poreklom sa 1300 m nv. Sadni materijal poreklom sa manje nadmorske visine 700 m nv. je u obe godine istraživanja obrazovao značajno veći broj listova po krtoli, u odnosu na prosečan broj listova po krtoli ustanovljen kod krtola poreklom sa veće nadmorske visine 1300 m nv. Upotrebom sadnog materijala sorte Kondor poreklom sa 700 m nv. koji obrazuje veći broj klica po krtoli, i samim tim može se očekivati i veći broj primarnih stabala po biljci, što bi odgovaralo u semenskoj proizvodnji (veći broj sitnih krtola). Ukoliko se koristi sadni materijal sorte Kondor poreklom sa 1300 m nv. koji formira manji broj klica po krtoli i potencijalno obrazuje manji broj glavnih stabala po biljci, treba upotrebiti u ranoj proizvodnji krompira i za merkantilnu proizvodnju (mali broj krupnh krtola).

AB  - The evaluation of pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima Duch.) and maize (Zea mays L.) intercropping productivity, under different farming systems: conventional farming vs. conservation farming was carried out on the chernozem type of soil at Zemun Polje, Serbia. Results obtained by the bivariate analysis of variance showed significant differences between different proportions of components in intercropped maize and pumpkins. Regarding the land equivalent ratio (LER), two rows of pumpkins and two rows of maize (proportion 2/3:1/3) were the optimum spatial arrangement in conventional farming system, while proportion 1/3:2/3 was optimal in conservation farming system. The yield of pumpkins proportionally increased with the increase of the plant population, although the intraspecies competition of pumpkins was very pronounced in intercropping with maize. The average fruit yield of pumpkins in the first year was lower in conservation farming practices in comparison with conventional farming practices. On the other hand, situation was complete opposite with pumpkin yield in second year of investigation, while significant decrease in maize yield was observed in the plots where conservation farming practices were applied. Growing pumpkins in mixture with maize probably costs a small farmer very little more effort, than the production of a sole stand of maize. At least where the productivity of mixture is dominated by one species, as with maize in maize-pumpkins intercropping, the competitive effect of the recessive species on the dominant is small.

AB  - Modern vegetable production under protected cultivation have accomplished by multifunctional integration of several methods and techniques in order to get produce for fresh consumption with an added biological value. The usage of modern greenhouse covering films, shading nets and termoselective barriers, besides passive energy efficiency has afforded several benefits in more precise control of microclimate fluctuations. Photo-selective plastic films could change the character and spectral composition of solar radiation, which leads to less pests and disease infection and better crop performances, such us earliness, fruit size and uniformity and cumulative and total yield. By usage of beneficial microorganism, pheromone traps, predators and as well natural extracts it would be possibla to maintain biological balance for integrated protected cultivation of peppers
AB  - Savremena povrtarska proizvodnja u zaštićenom prostoru ostvaruje se multifunkcionalnim integrisanjem više metoda i tehnika u cilju dobijanja proizvoda za svežu potrošnju sa visokom biološkom vrednošću. Korišćenje modernih polietilenskih folija, mreža za zasenu i energetskih barijera omogućilo je, osim pasivne energetske efikasnosti i niz prednosti u vrlo preciznoj kontroli promena u mikroklimatu. Fotoselektivne folije menjaju karakter i spektralni sastav sunčevog zračenja, što utiče na umanjenje infekcija bolestima i redukciju štetočina, ali rezultuje i adekvatnom reakcijom useva u pogledu ranostasnosti, veličine plodova, njihovoj uniformnosti i kumulativnom i ukupnom prinosu. Korišćenjem korisnih mikroorganizama, feromonskih klopki, predatora, kao i prirodnih ekstrakata može se uspešno održati biološka ravnoteža u integralnom sistemu gajenja paprike u plastenicima.

AB  - The effects of crop rotations, as one of the systems of the crop production in field plots, were studied on weed infestation in winter wheat crops. Winter wheat, as a second crop in the sowing structure, is usually cultivated in two cropping systems: continuous cropping and the two crop rotation. Based on these facts, the aim of the present study was to organise permanent crop rotations in the experimental agricultural farm of Radmilovac, a section of the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade. Crop rotations with different crops were established in 1992 and have been lasting ever since. Crop rotations, as a cropping practice, are a complex category with broad effects on the soil and crops. This paper presents results on effects of various systems of the crop production (crop rotation and continuous cropping) on a weed community of a winter wheat crop during two years of investigations (2008/09 and 2009/10). Crop rotations, especially three and two crop rotations were more efficient in suppression of weed plants per species and weed biomass than continuous cropping and six crop rotations.

AB  - Examination is seed quality of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne), italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) and red fescue (Festuca rubra) during the five years 2010 - 2014. The average established seed purity was over 98.40%, with varying by year from 96.7% to 99.2%. The greatest part of the impurities was inert matter, which are varied over the years in the range from 0.0% to 2.30%. Presence of weed seeds by year varied in the range from 0.0% to 0.50%. In the seeds of the tested grasses dominate the weeds from the family Asteraceae, Caryophillaceae, Chenopodiaceae and Polygonaceae. The most common weeds in the investigated grasses were Amaranthus retroflexus and Chenopodium album. Participation of other species by year ranged from 0.0% to 1.8%. Seed germination varied from 75 to 88%, the average was 83%. The number of abnormal seedlings was 4%, while the average number of ungerminated seeds was 13%.
AB  - Ispitivanjem semena engleskog ljulja (Lolium perenne), italijanskog ljulja (Lolium multi­florum) i crvenog vijuka (Festuca rubra) u toku pet godina (2010 - 2014. godina) utvrđene su vrlo visoke vrednosti svih značajnih pokazatelja kvaliteta semena. Prosečna utvrđena čistoća semena bila je preko 98,40%, sa variranjem po godinama od 96,7 % do 99,2 %. Pri tome najveći deo primesa činile su inertne materije, koje su varirale po godinama u intervalu od 0,0 % do 2,30 %. Prisustvo semena korova po godinama je variralo u intervalu od 0,0 % do 0,50 %. U semenu ispitivanih trava dominiraju korovi iz familija Asteraceae, Caryophillaceae, Chenopodiaceae i Polygonaceae. Najzastupljeniji korovi u ispitivanim travama su Amaranthus retroflexus (obični štir) i Chenopodium album (obična pepeljuga). Učešće drugih vrsta po godinama kretalo se u intervalu od 0,0 % do 1,8 %. Chemical Composition of Two Different Extracts of Berries Harvested in Serbia

AB  - Total phenolic content (TPC), total anthocyanin content (TAC), free and total ellagic acid content, sugars, minerals, and radical scavenging activity were determined in nine berries harvested in Serbia. More than 30 phenolic compounds. were identified; among them, 11 polyphenols and cis,trans-abscisic acid were quantified using UHPLC coupled with an LTQ: Orbitrap XL mass analyzer. For the first time chrysin, naringenin, pinocembrin, and galangin were quantified in some of the investigated berry species. The extraction efficiency of the two extraction systems, methanol and acetone, was investigated. It was found that acetone is a better extracting solvent for TPC, whereas more TAC was extracted by methanol. TPC in acetone extracts ranged from 177.51 to 459.71 mg gallic acid equiv/100 g frozen weight. TAC ranged from 5.39 to 96.94 mg cyanidin-3-glucoside/100 g frozen weight in methanol extracts. The amounts of both free and total ellagic acid were found to be higher in the acetone extract in comparison to the methanol extract.

Dependence of the productivity of maize and soybean intercropping systems on hybrid type and plant arrangement pattern

AB  - Intercropping systems could improve utilization of the most important resources (soil, water and nutrients), provide a better control of weeds, pests and diseases, and finally higher productivity, especially under rain-fed growing conditions. This study aimed to determine the effects of three maize (Zea mays L.) prolific hybrids (FAO 500, 600 and 700) and the spatial intercrop patterns on the above-ground biomass and grain yields of maize and soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill), on chernozem soil type at Zemun Polje, Belgrade, in 2003, 2004 and 2005. The experimental design was a complete randomized block with four replications and three treatments: 3 rows of maize and 3 rows of soybean in strips for each maize hybrid (three variants, 3 rows of maize and 3 rows of soybean in alternate rows for each hybrid (another three variants) and monocrops of both maize and soybeans. To optimize the ecological and economic benefits of maize/soybean intercrop in terms of yield, variety selection and compatibility of the component crops should be made using established agronomic management practices involving the two crops. Suitable maize varieties for maize/soybean intercrop systems are varieties that have less dense canopy. These varieties would therefore have lesser shading effect to the understory beans. However, establishment of an appropriate spatial arrangement of the component crops would be essential to alleviate negative effects especially on the less competitive crop. The intercropping system in alternate rows showed significantly higher above-ground biomass and grain yields in comparation with both the strip intercropping system and maize monocrops in 2004. Soybean gave significantly lower above-ground biomass and grain yield in intercrops than in monocrops. Maize prolific hybrid growing in intercropping with soybean as legume crop, increased productivity of cropping system, especially in favourable agroecological conditions. Maize and soybean yields reduction could have also been due to inter-specific competition for resources such as nutrients and water. Moreover, performance of the currently grown varieties in the semi-arid regions depends on the amount of rainfall received during the growing season.
AB  - Gajenjem združenih useva može se poboljšati iskorišćenost najvažnijih resursa (zemljišta, vode i hranljivih materija), obezbediti bolja kontrola korova, štetočina i bolesti, i povećati produktivnost, posebno u uslovima prirodnog vodnog režima. Cilj ovih istraživanja jeste da se utvrde uticaji tri različita višeklipa hibrida kukuruza (FAO 500, 600 i 700) i prostornog rasporeda (naizmenični redovi i trake) na prinose nadzemne biomase i zrna združenih i čistih useva kukuruza i soje. Istraživanja su obavljena na zemljištu tipa černozem u Zemun Polju, Beograd, tokom 2003, 2004 i 2005. godine. Ogledi su izvedeni po planu potpuno slučajnog blok sistema u četiri ponavljanja i tri tretmana: združeni usev kukuruza i soje u trakama za svaki hibrid kukuruza (tri varijante), združeni usev kukuruza i soje u naizmeničnim redovima za svaki hibrid (još tri varijante) i čisti usevi kukuruza i soje. U združenom usevu u naizmeničnim redovima su dobijeni značajno veći prinosi nadzemne biomase i zrna kukuruza. Ispitivani višeklipi hibridi kukuruza iz različitih FAO grupa zrenja, gajeni u združenom usevu sa sojom, imali su pozitivan uticaj na prinos, kako nadzemne biomase, tako i zrna, ali samo u 2004. godini koja je ocenjena kao najpovoljnija sa stanovišta meteoroloških uslova, posebno količine i rasporeda padavina.

AB  - Study the influence the conditions of production and the mass of mother tubers on yield of potato variety Desiree were carried out in the condition of western Serbia (Mačva). The investigation were conducted by planting tuber weight: 50 ± 5 g, 70 ± 5 g, 90 ± 5 g and 110 ± 5 g in 2007. and 2008. year. The results show that the conditions of production had very significant impact on total yield and yield of potato marketable tubers. Higher total yield tubers in the conditions of semiarid climate in western Serbia (Mačva) are achieved by planting larger mass of mother tubers.
AB  - Istraživanje uticaja uslova proizvodnje i mase matične krtole na prinos krompira sorte Desiree obavljena su na području zapadne Srbije (Mačve) tokom 2007. i 2008. godine. Ispitivanja su izvedena sadnjom krtola mase 50 ± 5 g, 70 ± 5 g, 90 ± 5 g i 110 ± 5 g. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da su uslovi proizvodnje vrlo značajno uticali na ukupan prinos i prinos tržišnih krtola krompira. Masa matične krtole je značajno uticala na ukupan prinos krtola, dok je izostao uticaj na prinos tržišnih krtola. U obe godine istraživanja najveći prinos krtola dobijen je sadnjom najkrupnije frakcije mase (110 g). Veći prinosi krompira u uslovima semiaridne klime zapadne Srbije (Mačve) postižu se sadnjom matičnih krtola veće krupnoće.

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the origin of planting material and size of seed tubers, on the productive properties of most commonly grown potato cultivars Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree and Kennebec in Western Serbia (Macva). Potato seed-producing crop, from which the planting material came from, was grown during 2007 at two sites with different altitude: a plain region 72 m a.s.l. and a mountainous region 1100 m a.s.l. Evaluating the presence of the two most widespread potato virus (PYV) and (PLRV in our conditions was performed by ELISA test. The investigation was carried out by planting the following mass of planted material: 50 ± 5g, 70 ± 5g, 90 ± 5g and 110 ± 5g in 2008 year. Planted tubers originating from 72 m a.s.l. produced a total yield of 29.10 t ha1- .The difference was higher than the variant with planted tubers originating from 1100 m a.s.l. by 1.30 t ha1- (4.50 %). The highest total yield of 30.80 t ha1- was achieved by planting the largest mass (110 g) and the lowest 25.50 t ha1- by planting the smallest mass (50 g) of the tuber.
AB  - Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi uticaj porekla sadnog materijala i veličine semenske krtole na produktivne osobine četiri najčešće gajene sorte krompira Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree i Kennebec u uslovima Zapadne Srbije (Mačve). Proizvodnja sadnog materijala krompira izvedena je 2007. godine u dva lokaliteta različite nadmorske visine (nv): ravničarskom 72 m i planinskom regionu 1100 m (nv). Ocena prisustva dva i najraširenija virusa krompira u našim uslovima (PYV) i (PLRV) izvršeno je ELISA testom. Istraživanja su izvedena sadnjom semenskih krtola prosečne mase 50 ± 5g, 70 ± 5g, 90 ± 5g i 110 ± 5g tokom 2008. godine. Sađenjem krtola poreklom sa 72 m nv. u proseku ostvaren je ukupan prinos od 29,10 t ha1-. Razlika je veća od varijanti gde su sađene krtole poreklom sa 1100 m nv. za 1,30 t ha1-, ili za 4,50 %. AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the size and weight of tubers originating from different altitudes on the yield of most commonly grown potato cultivar Desiree in western Serbia (Macva). The two year mean highest total yield of 27.87 t ha-1 was achieved by planting the largest mass (110 g) and the lowest 21.07 t ha-1 by planting the smallest mass (50 g) of the tuber. Higher yields of potato tubers in moist conditions in western Serbia (Macva) were achieved by planting larger mass of tubers originating from lower altitude.

Long term effects of different tillage systems influencing yield and energy efficiency in maize (Zea mays L.)

AB  - Adoption and improvement of different tillage systems toward agricultural sustainability has a great social, economical and environmental impact. The base of sustainability is a system productivity as ratio of output to input in a given system, measured in the same units, commonly as energy requirements. The objective of this study was to evaluate the aspect of energy requirements in the different soil tillage systems regarding total energy consumption under conventional tillage. The appropriate measuring at the field conditions, conducted during the period of investigation 1998-2010 on the soil type of slightly calcareous Chernozem. Maize crop was grown under typical Balkan two-crop rotation with winter wheat. Grain yield of maize and energy efficiency were fallowed on the different tillage systems: conventional tillage (CTS - summer tillage of stubble + deep autumn plowing + pre-sowing preparation); reduced tillage (RTS - heavy disc harrowing ); and no-tillage (NT - direct sowing into wheat stubble covered with all amounts of straw residues using no-till planter John Deer Max emerge 2 with the double disc openers). Results of examination have indicated high energy efficiency of No tillage Systems (NTS). Besides statistically lower yields being recorded comparing to a conventional tillage, good results with No-till system have actualizing necessity to continue research on new growing technology and to improve its implementation. .
AB  - Efikasno unapređenje različitih sistema obrade zemljišta u pravcu održive poljoprivredne proizvodnje, danas ima poseban socijalni, ekonomski i ekološki značaj. Osnova održivosti proizvodnje, jeste produktivnost sistema gajenja određene kulture izražena kao odnos uložene energije u procesu proizvodnje i dobijene energije oličene u prinosu glavnog proizvoda. Cilj ovog rada bio je da upoređenjem ispitivanih sistema obrade zemljišta sa energetskog i proizvodnog aspekta odgovori na pitanje održivosti proizvodnje kukuruza. Odgovarajuća merenja u poljskim uslovima, su obavljena u višegodišnjem periodu 1998-2010. godine, na zemljištu tipa karbonatni černozem. Kukuruz je gajen u balkanskom dvopoljnom plodoredu, naizmeničnim smenjivanjem sa ozimom pšenicom. Prinos suvog zrna i energetska efikasnost praćeni su na različitim sistemima obrade zemljišta: konvencionalna obrada (CTS-letnja obrada strništa + duboko jesenje oranje + predsetvena obrada zemljišta); redukovane obrade (RTS - obrada teškom tanjiračom), i direktne setve (NTS - usejavanjem u strnište pokriveno kompletnom masom žetvenih ostataka sejalicom za direktnu setvu, John Deer Max Emerge 2). Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na visoku energetsku efikasnost sistema direktne setve (NTS), što bez obzira na statistički niže prinose ostvarene u odnosu na klasičnu obradu zemljišta aktuelizuje potrebu nastavka razvojnih istraživanja na implementaciji novih tehnologija gajenja kukuruza. .

The base of sustainability is a system productivity as ratio of output to input in a given system, measured in the same units, commonly as energy requirements. The objective of this study was to evaluate the aspect of energy requirements in the different soil tillage systems regarding total energy consumption under conventional tillage. The appropriate measuring at the field conditions, conducted during the period of investigation 1998-2010 on the soil type of slightly calcareous Chernozem. Maize crop was grown under typical Balkan two-crop rotation with winter wheat. Grain yield of maize and energy efficiency were fallowed on the different tillage systems: conventional tillage (CTS - summer tillage of stubble + deep autumn plowing + pre-sowing preparation); reduced tillage (RTS - heavy disc harrowing ); and no-tillage (NT - direct sowing into wheat stubble covered with all amounts of straw residues using no-till planter John Deer Max emerge 2 with the double disc openers). Results of examination have indicated high energy efficiency of No tillage Systems (NTS). Besides statistically lower yields being recorded comparing to a conventional tillage, good results with No-till system have actualizing necessity to continue research on new growing technology and to improve its implementation. ., Efikasno unapređenje različitih sistema obrade zemljišta u pravcu održive poljoprivredne proizvodnje, danas ima poseban socijalni, ekonomski i ekološki značaj. Osnova održivosti proizvodnje, jeste produktivnost sistema gajenja određene kulture izražena kao odnos uložene energije u procesu proizvodnje i dobijene energije oličene u prinosu glavnog proizvoda. Cilj ovog rada bio je da upoređenjem ispitivanih sistema obrade zemljišta sa energetskog i proizvodnog aspekta odgovori na pitanje održivosti proizvodnje kukuruza. Odgovarajuća merenja u poljskim uslovima, su obavljena u višegodišnjem periodu 1998-2010. godine, na zemljištu tipa karbonatni černozem. AB  - Proučavanja uticaja agroekoloških uslova i kategorije sadnog materijala na prinos krompira sorte Desiree obavljena su u Bogatiću (Zapadna Sbija) tokom 2007. i 2008. U istraživanima je korišćen sadni materijal kategorije elita (E), original (A) i prva sortna reprodukcija (B).  Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da je broj okaca i klica po matičnoj krtoli, broj krtola i broj (PNI) po biljci bio veći što je kategorija posađenih semenskih krtola bila niža.  Kod prinosa su utvrđene obrnute tendencije.  Najveći ukupan prinos krtola u obe godine istraživanja ostvarili su varijante na kojima su sađene krtole kategorije elita. Faktor kategorija semena značajno je uticala na sve praćene morfološke i produktivne osobine biljke krompira, osim na broj krtola po biljci. Sve proučavane kategorije sadnog materijala dale su skoro tri puta veće prinose krtola u poređenju sa prosečnim prinosima u Srbiji 11,5 t/ha־¹ (Statistički godišnjak Srbije, 2010). Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da se i u agroekološkim uslovima Mačve, korišćenjem deklarisanog sadnog materijala, odgovarajućeg zdravstvenog stanja i biološke sposobnosti, kao i gajenjem sorti krompira tolerantnih na sušu ostvariti visoki i stabilni prinosi krompira.

AB  - Проучавања везана за повећање броја усева у плодоредима, прелазак са монокултуре и
двопољног на тропољни плодоред, увођењем усева соје, су позната од раније, али таква
проучавања нису имплементирана у ширу праксу. Разлози су бројни, а најважнија су два: мања
заступљеност усева соје у сетвеној структури и други је што за разлику од осталих њивских
биљака, соја није толико осетљива на гајење у монокултури, посебно краћој. Краткотрајна
монокултура (поновљена сетва) соје више утиче на ширење корова, биљних болести и
штеточина, док је опадање приноса мање изражено. Међутим, у новије време, врло често се
код пољопривредних произвођача у Србији, срећу и тропољни плодореди са учешћем соје.
Испитиван је ниво закоровљености и родност соје на огледном школском добру
Пољопривредног факултета - Радмиловац. Током двогодишњег периода истраживања праћен је
утицај три система гајења: монокултуре и два различита плодореда (тропољни и шестопољни)
на закоровљеност и продуктивност усева соје.
Просечна закоровљеност усева соје, изражена кроз укупну свежу масу корова, била је
мања на површинама са испитиваним плодоредима у односу на монокултуру, посебно у
систему тропољног плодореда. Смањена закоровљеност на овим системима утицала је на
остварење значајно већег приноса зрна соје.

AB  - Циљ истраживања био је да се утврди утицај услова производње, сорте
и масе матичне кртоле на број примарних надземних изданака (ПНИ) по биљци
као једне од најважнијих особина од које директно зависи структура и укупан
принос кртола кромпира. Истраживања су изведена током 2007 и 2008 године
са четири сорте Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree и Kennebec. Садни материјал семенске
фракције 35-55mm калибриран је према маси у четири величине 50g (± 5g), 70g
(± 5g), 90g (± 5g) и 110g (± 5g) и чуван током зиме у условима (т=4°C и
РХ=95%). Половином фебруара пре постављања узорака на наклијавање
стандардном европском методом оцењиван број окаца по матичној кртоли. Број
клица по кртоли утврђен је пред садњу која је изведена ручно друgе недеље
априла у западној Србији. Сви испитивани фактори значајно су утицали на број
образованих ПНИ по биљци. Сорта Јаерла образовала је највећи број окаца по
кртоли и највећи број клица по кртоли што је директно условило и формирање
највећеg броја 3,24 ПНИ по биљци. Проценат клица које дају ПНИ по кртоли,
број ПНИ по кроли и брзина ницања биљака кромпира расли су са повећањем
масе матичне кртоле код свих испитиваних сорти, односно најgушћи склоп
усева кромпира постиже се садњом кртола масе 110g.

The effect of the size of potato tubers originating from different altitudes on the productive properties of potato

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the size of tubers originating form different altitudes, on the yield of most commonly grown potato cultivars Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree and Kennebec in western Serbia (Macva). Potato seed-producing crop, from which the planting material came from, was grown during 2006 at two sites with different altitude: a plain region 72m a.s.l. and a mountainous region 1100m a.s.l. Evaluating the presence of the two most widespread potato virus (PYV) and (PLRV) in our conditions was performed by ELISA test. The investigation was carried out by planting the following mass of planted material: 50 ± 5g, 70 ± 5g, 90 ± 5g and 110 ± 5g in 2007 year. Higher yields of potato tubers in moist conditions in western Serbia (Macva) was achieved by planting larger mass of tubers originating from the lower altitude and shorter growing season varieties.
AB  - Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi uticaj porekla sadnog materijala i veličine semenske krtole na produktivne osobine četiri najčešće gajene sorte krompira Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree i Kennebec u uslovima zapadne Srbije (Mačve). Proizvodnja sadnog materijala krompira izvedena je 2006. godine u dva lokaliteta različite nadmorske visine (nv): ravničarskom 72m i planinskom regionu 1100m (nv). Ocena prisustva dva i najraširenija virusa krompira u našim uslovima (PYV) i (PLRV) izvršeno je ELISA testom. Istraživanja su izvedena sadnjom semenskih krtola mase 50 ± 5g, 70 ± 5g, 90 ± 5g i 110 ± 5g tokom 2007. godine. Najveći ukupan prinos krtola od 36,10 t/ha־¹ ostvarila je rana sorta Cleopatra na varijantama gde je sađena najkrupnija frakcije (110g) poreklo sa planinskog područja. Veći prinosi krtola krompira u uslovima prirodnog vodnog režima zapadne Srbije (Mačve) postižu se sadnjom zdravih semenskih krtola veće mase poreklom sa ravničarskog regiona i sorti kraće vegetacije.

Higher yields of potato tubers in moist conditions in western Serbia (Macva) was achieved by planting larger mass of tubers originating from the lower altitude and shorter growing season varieties., Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi uticaj porekla sadnog materijala i veličine semenske krtole na produktivne osobine četiri najčešće gajene sorte krompira Cleopatra, Jaerla, Desiree i Kennebec u uslovima zapadne Srbije (Mačve). Proizvodnja sadnog materijala krompira izvedena je 2006. godine u dva lokaliteta različite nadmorske visine (nv): ravničarskom 72m i planinskom regionu 1100m (nv). Ocena prisustva dva i najraširenija virusa krompira u našim uslovima (PYV) i (PLRV) izvršeno je ELISA testom. AB  - The aim of the study was to evaluate the quality of seeds of seven varieties of tomatoes. Average germination energy was 76%, while the average total germ inability was 85%. The lowest germination energy is achieved variety Merkati 65%, while the largest 85% reached variety Heinz 1370. Variety Heinz 1370 has achieved the highest total germinability of 93%. Health status of all investigated cultivars was correct and all values observed parameters the quality seeds are within the legally prescribed limits.
AB  - Cilj ispitivanja bio je ocena kvaliteta semena sedam sorti paradajza. Prosečna energija klijanja bila je 76%, dok je prosečna ukupna klijavost bila 85%. Najmanju energiju klijanja postigla je sorta Merkati 65%, dok je najveću postigla sorta Heinz 1370 85%. Sorta Heinz 1370 postigla je i najveću ukupnu klijavost od 93%. Zdravstveno stanje svih ispitivanih sorti bilo je ispravno, što zadovoljava zakonom propisane vrednosti.
