metoda, i to metod analize sadržaja, metod intervjua, metod deskripcije,
Podaci

AB - Two types of economic effectiveness and two types of economic efficiency, as well as three types of indicators as nutritional quality criteria were used in this paper for ranking certain winter lettuce growing technologies. Four certain types of growing technologies of winter lettuce in greenhouses were ranked by two multi-attribute decision making methods. Results of ranking for both methods, SAW and TOPSIS are shown. Alternatives were ranked by three different scenarios with different weight coefficients. The type of growing technology with combination of mulching + agro textile is the best ranked one according both methods and all scenarios. The SAW method showed more sensitivity on weight coefficients changes than TOPSIS.

AB - The study deals with the analysis of production costs, as well as the net area in the production of the herd of organizational structures at the pig farm. The question arises of the optimum production structure in the cooperative household, which is mainly oriented to the production of Pigmeat. In this paper, a concrete model of linear programming for the optimal organizational structure of the herd of pig farms of the net effective area was defined. The research covered the cooperative farm “1.Decembr” in Žitorađa in Toplički district. For 2013, the production technology of agricultural animals was followed, and economic results were analyzed. In the observed period of one year. It was found that there were 28,252 throats on the farm. Total agricultural growth in 2013 amounted to 664,920 kg, in the amount of 781,569.7 €. Total death: piglets on wolves 6,315 throats, stuffed pigs 3,425 throats, 17,150 kg, tooth 928 throats, 40,980 kg, pigs 67 throats 13,930 kg, immature 3 throat 890 kg.

AB - Human resources include overall human potential within an organization: the available knowledge and experience, usable skills and abilities, possible ideas and creations, the level of motivation and interest in the achievement of organizational objectives, etc. The objective of this paper is to highlight the role and importance of human resource management (HRM) in achieving business success, based on the analysis of the most important theoretical and practical aspects of human resource management at the 'Imlek' Company. This study required the use of different methods and techniques such as: content analysis, case study, observation, testing and systemic approach. The study showed that sale of the Imlek Company products was widespread in the country and the region. An ongoing market advantage is achieved due to a high quality standard of products, and primarily due to an effective management of human resources. Company management should make formalization and unification, and implement a set of measures in order to improve discipline of the employees. Top workers should be motivated through incentives for performance and innovation.
AB - Ljudski resursi uključuju ukupne ljudske potencijale unutar organizacije: dostupno znanje i iskustvo, upotrebljive veštine i sposobnosti, moguće ideje i kreacije, nivo motivacije i interesovanja u ostvarivanju ciljeva organizacije, itd. Menadžment kompanije treba da ostvari formalizaciju i ujedinjenje, i sprovede niz mera u cilju poboljšanja discipline zaposlenih. Najbolje radnike treba motivisati putem podsticaja za ostvarene rezultate i inovacije.

abstract = "Human resources include overall human potential within an organization: the available knowledge and experience, usable skills and abilities, possible ideas and creations, the level of motivation and interest in the achievement of organizational objectives, etc. Top workers should be motivated through incentives for performance and innovation., Ljudski resursi uključuju ukupne ljudske potencijale unutar organizacije: dostupno znanje i iskustvo, upotrebljive veštine i sposobnosti, moguće ideje i kreacije, nivo motivacije i interesovanja u ostvarivanju ciljeva organizacije, itd. Menadžment kompanije treba da ostvari formalizaciju i ujedinjenje, i sprovede niz mera u cilju poboljšanja discipline zaposlenih. Najbolje radnike treba motivisati putem podsticaja za ostvarene rezultate i inovacije.",

AB - Carp production in Serbia is traditionally conducted in large area fish farms under a semi-intensive farming system. Total area under fish farms in Serbia amounts to approximately 11 thousand hectares, with 8.5 thousand hectares being under exploitation each year. In 2004, a significant intensification of production began at fish farms in Serbia which have traditionally organized their production under a classic semi-intensive farming system. Intensification of production was undertaken with partial or complete feeding with pelleted complete feeds. That way carp production per area unit (kg/ha) was increased by over 50%. Apart from intensification by means of using the complete extruded feeds, construction of specialized fish farms for intensive carp production started in 2003. At this moment (2016) their area amounts to several hundred hectares. Data from intensive carp fish farms indicate that production of one- and two-year fish has been approximately 3t/ha in the period from 2003 until today, with a mild increase during the last couple of years. With the purpose of determining the cost effectiveness of investments in fish ponds for intensive carp production two organization-economic models have been analyzed in the study. The models have been formed based on in line with the specific features of the Serbian carp farming, which has been analyzed both on the basis of data obtained from the scientific and specialist literature but also from the production practice. Models of intensive carp production in technical and production sense have been defined in the study and production plans have been prepared. Therefore, based on such defined models, dynamic methods have been prepared for assessment of economic effects of the investments. The results of the analysis have demonstrated that investment in intensive carp production on 10ha fish farm is not, and on 50ha fish farm is barely economically justifiable, as well as methods for improvement of economic effectiveness.

AB - Under strong pressure to improve energy security, from the standpoint of environmental protection, and to reduce dependence on imported energy, many countries are now turning to alternative biofuels ethanol and biodiesel derived from products of plant origin. Miscanthus or Miscanthus (Miscanthus × giganteus Greef et Deu.) Represents a new perennial crop for the production of biomass, which is used as an energy source for combustion in boilers. Because achieving high yields and high annual production of biomass for the production of this crop agroenergetskog great interest. The paper presents the results of productivity miscanthus in two different land growing localities in the two study years. Average yield of miscanthus biomass ranged from 5.78 t ha-1, the site of tenants, to 7.44 t ha-1, in the locality of Sremska Mitrovica. Data analysis evidenced a statistically significant difference in yield between the studied biomass years and growing localities, p lt 0.05. At the site of Sremska Mitrovica, the fertile land, achieved significantly higher yields in relation to the location of Tenants, on degraded land, p lt 0.05. Actual biomass yields were higher by 1.66 t ha-1 respectively for 28.72%. .

AB - Investments in the new orchard establishment are characterized by a number of specific features resulting from The biological nature of cultivated fruit crops. The timeline of the investment and the orchard exploitation, the amount of investment, and the revenue and expenditure are crucial when making decisions regarding an investment and assessing its effectiveness. Blueberry plants in commercial orchards may last for decades, compared to most other fruit crops, have a relatively low maintenance costs. However, when it comes to investments in the plantation establishment, blueberries are one of the most expensive fruit crops. This paper analyses the economic efficiency of investment in an establishment of one hectare of blueberry plantation on a family farm. Static and dynamic performance indicators were used to calculate the economic feasibility of the investment All the conducted analyses and assessments indicate that the total investment in blueberry orchard establishment is economically viable.

AB - Although Serbia is characterized by favourable natural conditions for growing most of the continental fruit species, the full potential of their exploitation has not been reached yet. The main indicators of this under utilisation are values of main parameters of fruit production during longer periods of time. Due to its mostly extensive feature, the fruit production in Serbia has been ground to a halt for a considerable period of time, and has even shown the signs of reduction. In the period from 1981 to 2011, orchard areas in Serbia covered 252,364 ha on average, with the annual reduction rate of -0.40%. During the analysed period (2001-2010), the highest production volume of processed fruit products (semi-processed and finished products) was recorded in fruit juices (155,012 t) and frozen fruits (24,602 t). Fruit juices and frozen fruits account for 93% of the total processed fruit products in Serbia. The processed fruit production during the analysed period increased at the average annual rate of change of14.82%.

Volatility in agricultural production caused by the reliance on natural factors, and water is one of the basic, which provides greater production. The authors in their professional praxis have seen that the presence and absence of vadose zone in the upper part of aquifer, with inter-granulary porosity type, is a prerequisite for enhanced concentrations of iron and manganese in groundwater. The natural aeration zone in vadose zone of the upper part of aquifer enables additional enrichment of groundwater with oxygen, which is spent on the account of biochemical processes in the direction of their flow. The absence of this zone in aquifer directly influences higher iron and manganese content in groundwater, often above the permissible concentration in drinking water. In order to eliminate this problem, in this paper proposal of future works were made, different of the usual procedure of hydro geological research. It will be possible to examine the effect of aeration of groundwater in the aquifer, during the preparation of wells from which to irrigate the land. .

AB - There are various possibilities of fruit processing regarding assortments of both semi- processed and finished fruit products. Within a wide assortment of processed fruit products, there are semi-processed fruit products which can be directly marketed or used as raw materials in further stages of processing, thus causing different economic effects. This paper displays the indicators of economic effects (production value, production costs (especially direct costs), and the difference between production value and total production costs) in all stages of a certain type of fruit processing. The obtained results indicate that advanced stages of fruit processing entail an increase in costs, but these increased costs eventually enable higher revenues. Fruit processing is cost-effective due to the fact that fruit processing value is higher than the market value of fruits. The fruit processing value in compote production is on average 48.87% higher than the fruit market value. In semi-processed fruit production (fruit puree and pitted crushed fruits Rotativa2), the fruit processing value is on average 14.83% higher than the fruit market value.

abstract = "There are various possibilities of fruit processing regarding assortments of both semi- processed and finished fruit products. In semi-processed fruit production (fruit puree and pitted crushed fruits Rotativa2), the fruit processing value is on average 14.83% higher than the fruit market value., Mogućnosti prerade voća su veoma složene, kako po asortimanu poluproizvoda, tako i gotovih proizvoda. AB - The wide range of walnut application makes it one of the most appreciated fruit species. In 2008, Serbian government started providing subsidies for every planted walnut seedling. These incentives have already increased the interest in this type of seedlings on the market. One of the main objectives of each farm is to maximize economic results. For a family farm, there are many alternatives on how to accomplish this objective. The decision making analysis has been done on the basis of the case study for the typical small family farm that produces walnut seedlings, located in the central part of Serbia. One of the options for the farm is to proceed to use current technology, while the other possibility is to be reduced some of production operations. A third alternative is to give up the seedlings production and to put that money in the bank as savings. The decision has to be made between those three alternatives aiming at achievement of optimal/best economic result for the family farm. Summarizing results obtained from the decision tree, simulation and sensitivity analysis, the optimal solution for the family farm should be to continue production of walnut seedlings with technology it is currently using.

AB - To successfully investigate slaughter characteristics of fattening pigs fed in different ways, this experiment was carried out on Experimental Farm of the Institute for Animal Husbandry, Belgrade-Zemun. Investigation of correlation between slaughter traits of pigs fed with different additives in their nutrition was done by factorial analysis. Slaughter characteristics in three groups of fattening pigs fed in different ways were observed. The first group (variant 1) consisted of fatteners fed diets without any special additives. The second group (variant 2) consisted of pigs fed diets containing enzyme Rovabio, and the third group (variant 3) probiotic Lacture Microbond. This study was aimed at coming to conclusion based on the results of factorial analysis of the observed traits to the greatest extent which determined slaughter traits of pigs fed diets containing different additives. The results obtained in general, that is, the structure of separated factors showed that different slaughter characteristics are realized with different nutrition.

AB - Sarajevo-Romanija region entirely belongs to the hilly and mountainous region where livestock production is the dominant form of agriculture. The paper presents results of a research conducted on a sample of ten farms engaged in dairy production. The use of scientific methods has helped us gain a clearer picture of basic organizational and economic characteristics of dairy production in the Sarajevo-Romanija region. Farm production conditions are characterized by marked heterogeneity, resulting in variability of economic performance. In cases where there was a higher degree of fulfillment of prescribed organizational and technological measures, satisfactory economic performance was achieved and the farms, with additional improvements implemented, have further prospects in milk and calf production.

AB - The authors perform an analysis of economic indicators in the production of cabbage in the Republic of Macedonia, based on statistics (2005- 2009) and data from directly interviewed thirty family holdings. In doing so, they found that cabbage in this country is produced on average area of 3,947 hectares. Total production, with an average yield of 22,342 kg/ha, is 88,182 tones in average, which is 11.4% of the total production of horticultural products. Production of cabbage is mainly concentrated in three statistical regions, as follows: 37.43% in the Southeast region, 12.54% in Pelagonia region and 11.15% in Polog region of the total area in the country. Because of that, surveys are carried out in these three regions. Labor productivity varies between 30.0 kg/h in the Southeast and 34.9 kg/h in Polog region and inside the region 26.7 to 39.2 kg/h. Although average yields at the surveyed producers are largest in Polog region (on average 39,980 kg/ha), the efficiency of invested assets is lowest. The profit is 211.6 EUR/ha in average. This is why they sell the entire production on the wholesale market where the purchase price is lowest. In contrast, highest profit (on average 1,389.4 EUR/ha) accomplish the producers from Pelagonia region because they produce with lowest unit costs and sell the products with highest price, compared to other producers.

AB - Fattening of broiler chickens is a very specific production process characterized by intensive production principles, rapid increase in broilers, small consumption of food/kg of gain (feed conversion ratio) and a large production of broilers' meat per square meter of surface. In order to increase the profitability of this production, the intention of farmers is to reduce the duration of production as well as to increase population density, with the aim of increasing the production of broiler chickens' meat, calculated per unit of surface (m(2)). However, most of the countries in the world, in order to protect and preserve the welfare of poultry, limit the maximum of broilers' meat production by regulations and standards. These researches aim to determine the optimal density and duration of fattening in a way to achieve the best production results and the profitability of fattening the broiler chickens hybrids Cobb 500 in temperate continental climate, while preserving the welfare of poultry. From six different population densities (16.84, 16.33, 14.29, 12.75, 14.80 and 15.46 birds per m(2)) and fattening period between 37 and 40 days, the best production and economic performance showed that a group of chickens that was fattened in a period of 40 days had a population density of about 16 birds per m(2). This group of broilers produced the most meat per m(2) (about 33 kg), the welfare of poultry is maintained and the standard was not exceeded, so we can say that the best economy and profitability of fattening broiler chickens in the concerned region is achieved. In other groups of chickens, profitability could be more advantageous if the increased population density goes up to 16 birds per m(2); or the duration of fattening could be extended up to 40 days and by this way the welfare of poultry would not be violated.

AB - The use of fast FT-IR spectroscopy as a sensitive method to estimate a change of the crosslinking kinetics of epoxy resin with polyamine adducts is described in this study. A new epoxy formulation based on the use of polyamine adducts as the hardeners was analyzed. Crosslinking reactions of the different stoichiometric mixtures of the unmodified GY250 epoxy resin with the aliphatic EH606 and the cycloaliphatic EH637 polyamine adducts were studied using mid FT-IR spectroscopic techniques. As the crosslinking proceeded, the primary amine groups in polyamine adduct are converted to secondary and the tertiary amines. The decrease in the IR band intensity of epoxy groups at about 915 cm(-1), as well as at about 3,056 cm(-1), was observed due to process. Mid IR spectral analysis was used to calculate the content of the epoxy groups as a function of crosslinking time and the crosslinking degree of resin. The amount of all the epoxy species was estimated from IR spectra to changes during the crosslinking kinetics of epichlorhydrin.

AB - Serbia has no program of long term development of goat breeding, which makes it impossible for potential breeders interested in this production to invest more. Also, goat breeding usually is integrated with sheep breeding although there are significant differences in production technology. Breeders often start with only few heads in order to avoid risks which can occur as consequence of selection of bad location for the breeding facilities, its lack of functionality, requirements of animals, i.e. lack of compliance with conditions and mistakes which often result from attempt to breed high yielding animals. Different rearing systems determine the amount of expenses and income. In order to avoid losses in production it is necessary to adjust the rearing system to specific conditions, and than with constant improvement of the organization of work to reduce the costs because in modern business conditions profit can be realized only if costs are reduced, and not by increase of price of product.

Based on field trials carried out by numerous authors and on cinder sites/pits, recommendations are mainly planting of perennial melioration grasses and bushy and wody forest species, focusing on correct selection of plant species. In regard to profitability of growing on such soils, the fruit production has the advantage.

AB - Production of occidental type of tobacco seedlings (Barley and Virginia) in our country, so far has been organized in traditional way. It considered tobacco seedlings production in semi hot hotbed, which has been heated with manure. Tobacco seedlings' production in qualitatively new way considers seed sowing in Todd's systems. The goal of this kind of researches is to compare these two ways of seedlings' production in economic way, i.e. determination of production's total costs when product is produced by traditional and by modern way, in Todd's systems.

AB - Family farms are faced with an ever-rising competitiveness on the market. In order to meet the requirements on the market family farms are obliged to use current resources, raise labor productivity and adapt the production program to the needs of the consumers. Small farms are unlikely to succeed on the market considering the lack of both human and material resources. Their only chance is production intensification, competitive crop production and establishment of associations. The aim of the study was to develop models for different family farm types taking into account the constraints in order to enable an income which would meet the needs of household members. A comparison of the models would enable the determination of competitiveness of some production lines and of the farms involved. This is of principal interest to regions where there are numerous producers disposing of small agricultural land areas and focused on the production of one or two products (raspberry or any other berry fruit, plums and tobacco).

AB - Milk production trends tend to rise, however due to market demands and the living standard of the population a more significant production increase is substantially limited. Considering the declining trend of milking cows a major total milk production increase may be achieved by raising the milking capacity per animal. In Serbia there is an excess of dairy plants considering the achieved milk production. This results in a declining competitiveness between dairy plants on both the domestic and foreign market. Diary plants are satisfied with the premium awards because these contribute to a continuous and permanent milk supply. Some major dairy plants offer expertise help to producers with regard to production specialization.
