Seasonal performance of shared silage combine harvesters in a machinery ring

AB  - The article presents the results of monitored operation of combines during the first season of their joint use for silage preparation in the northern part of Montenegro in machinery rings in the municipalities of Bijelo Polje, Berane and Pljevlja. The seasonal performance was determined for a total of 6 combines, of which only one was used for the preparation of silage from whole corn plants, one combine was used for preparing silage from cuts, and four combines were intended for direct mowing and ensiling of grass. The research included 7 machinery rings and 45 farmers, of which 11 (24.44%) shared harvesters for the preparation of silage from grass, alfalfa, a mixture of legumes, and grain. During the season, the shared harvesters worked 45 days and achieved an output of 23.95 ha and 687.75 t of silage. For the preparation of silage from whole corn plants in 2 machinery rings, a joint combine was used by 9 farmers. The total seasonal performance of the combine was 14.9 ha of harvested land, and 468.45 t of corn silage for 19 days of work. The extent of use of shared silage combine harvesters depends on plot size, area under fodder plants, organization of work, output of the combine, optimal dates for cultural operations, and weather conditions i.e. the number of days suitable for work, etc.
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati praćenja rada kombajna u toku prve sezone zajedničkog korišćenja u pripremanju silaže u Severnom delu Crne Gore u mašinskim prstenovima u opštinama Bijelo Polje, Berane i Pljevlja. Utvrđen je sezonski učinak ukupno 6 kombajna, od kojih je samo jedan za pripremanje silaže od cele biljke kukuruza, jedan kombajn je za siliranje silomase iz otkosa, a četiri kombajna su namenjena za direktno košenje i siliranje trava. Istraživanjima je obuhvaćeno 7 mašinskih prstenova i 45 farmera, od kojih je 11 (24,44%) zajednički koristilo kombajne za pripremu silaže od trava, lucerke, mešavine leguminoza i žita. U toku sezone zajednički korišćeni kombajni su radili 45 dana i ostvarili učinak od 23,95 ha i 687,75 t silo mase. Za pripremu silaže od cele biljke kukuruza u 2 mašinska prstena zajednički kombajn je koristilo 9 farmera. Ukupan sezonski površinski učinak kombajna je 14,9 ha, a maseni 468,45 t silaže kukuruza za 19 dana rada. Obim korišćenja zajedničkih kombajna za silažu zavisi od veličine parcele, površina pod krmnim biljem, organizacije rada, eksploatacionog učinka kombajna, optimalnih agrotehničkih rokova, vremenskih uslova, odnosno broja pogodnih dana za rad i dr.

Coefficient of explosion of grape oil repas in respect of variety, content of humidity and surface

AB  - Knowing the coefficient of friction of bio material is important in determining the angle of the grain elevator elevator when designing combines, as well as the angles of gravity tables and pipes in seed finishing. The basic characteristic of biological materials, or seeds of agricultural crops, is that they differ in their physical and morphological characteristics. Therefore, the friction depends on: the types of plants, variety, shape, dimensions and seed content, the humidity of the seed, the intensity of the normal force on the substrate and the roughness of the substrate. The paper presents the results of the study of the influence of individual factors (varieties, water content of the grain and the type of substrate) and their interactions on the grain friction coefficient. The domestic varieties that are grown in Serbia are selected for testing the fruiting grain fruity: Banadanka, Jasna and Slavica. The experimental measurement of the static coefficient of grain slip friction was done using the level of the mechanical device Tribometr. Plastic, plywood, galvanized, steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are made for the experiment purposes. Research was carried out with different water content in grains: 6%, 11%, 16% and 24%. The variety Banadanka had a lower friction coefficient compared to Jasna and Slavica varieties on all substrates and with all the water content of the grain. It was found that with the increase of water content in the grain, a significant increase in the friction coefficient of the grains of the tested varieties on all substrates was achieved. The highest friction coefficient for all water content of the grains of the tested varieties was on the base of the plywood board, and the smallest on the base of stainless steel sheet.

AB  - The paper analyzes the possibility and the needs for the use of specific types of robots (mini unmanned aircraft with different designs and the designation of UAVs) and the possibility of using in agriculture (agrodrone). The year 2015 was proclaimed (Fortune Magazine, 2016) as the year of increasing and widespread use of UAVs in various areas of human activity, especially in agriculture and forestry (75% of use). This is important for large farm areas, where UAV has many useful functions and a very cost-effective commercial application. Today, the needs for UAVs have increased sharply with various opportunities for both civilian and military needs. There is also a significant interest in the development of new drones that can autonomously fly in different environments and locations and can perform various missions and tasks. Over the past decade, a wide range of applications for drones has gained the significance that led to the discovery of various types of unmanned UAVs of different sizes and weights. In this review, the classification of UAVs ranging based on a detailed overview of the development of the drone industry in recent years, this paper demonstrates the evolution of drones and differents application technologies. Of course, this development is very advanced and revolutionary, as well as the development of mobile and smart phones and the Internet, which will open the way for many users to participate in defining the future of UAV implementation. LIVONA Company, Belgrade, Serbia (and Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in tehnical cooperation) has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone EBee SQ Livona RTK in the future general plans for inspection of protection Soils of territory Minicipality of Stara Pazova (351 km2), and agricultural company Napredak, and exspecially plans for soils of agriculture of R. Serbia. VEKOM GeoCompany from Belgrade, (in cooperation with Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade), has a study and plans on the implementation of the model of the drone Aibot KX6 model, in the future of application of agricultural soils of region Open pit Kolubara for area from app. 600 km2 and the other soils of Region). Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in cooperation with Municipality of Ub, has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone Hubsan H109S X4 PRO in the future plans general inspection of protection Soils and Waters of territory of Municipality Ub (456 km2).
AB  - U radu su analizirane mogućnosti i potrebe upotrebe specifičnih vrsta robota (mini bespilotnih letelica sa različitim dizajnom, o značane kao UAV) i način korištenja u poljoprivredi (agrodron). Časopis Fortune je 2015.godinu proglasio kao godinu sve većeg i široko rasprostranjene upotrbe UAV letelica, u različitim oblastima ljudske delatnosti, posebno u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu (75% upotrebe). Ovo je naročito važno za velike farme i oblasti pod šumama, gde UAV ima mnogo korisnih funkcija i veoma isplative komercijalne aplikacije. Danas, potrebe za UAV imaju nagli porast sa različitim mogućnostima kako za civilne tako i za vojne potrebe. Takođe postoji značajan interes za razvoj novih bespilotnih letelica koji mogu autonomno leteti u različitim okruženjima i lokacijama i obaviti različite misije i zadatke. Tokom protekle decenije XXI veka, širok spektar aplikacija za bespilotne letelice je dobio značaj koji je doveo do konstrukcija različitih tipova bespilotnih UAV, različitih veličina i težina i svakako namene. Naravno , tehnološki razvoj kod dron sistema je veoma tehničko -tehnološki napredan i revolucionaran, uz razvoj mobilnih i pametnih (android) telefona i interneta, brzo otvora puteve i mogućnosti za mnoge korisnike u definisanju nove budućnosti implementacije UAV različitim oblastima primene. Kompanija Livona d.o.o., Beograd i Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku, Poljoprivredni fakultet u Beogradu, u tehničkoj saradnji imaju planove o implementaciji modela mikro drona EBee SK Livona RTK u narednim generalnim planovima za inspekciju, zaštitu i korišćenje poljoprivrednih zemljišta Republike Srbije, i posebno teritorije Opštine Stara Pazova (351 km2), gde je posebno mesto poljoprivrednog preduzeća Napredak a.d. VekomGeo d.o.o, Beograd u saradnji sa Institutom za poljoprivrednu tehniku Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Beogradu ima planove o budućoj upotrebi drona model Aibot X6, za nadzor na površinama od 600 km2 (i poljoprivredna zemljišta) otvorenog kopa R.B. Kolubara ili drugih objekata. Physical properties of oil rapeseed kernels at different moisture content and varietes

AB  - The physical properties of the three common cultivars were evaluated as a function of seed moisture content, which varied from 6.04 - 21.17%, from 5.82 - 20.90% and from 5.98 - 20.46% in 'Banacanka', 'Jasna' and 'Slavica', respectively. Results of thousand-seed weight increased from 4.18 g to 4.94 g in 'Banacanka', from 4.74 g to 5.61 g in 'Jasna', and from 4.11 to 4.81 g in 'Slavica'. The seed volume of 'Jasna' ranged between 4.72 mm(3) and 5.49 mm(3), and it was significantly higher than that of 'Banacanka' and 'Slavica' (4.07 - 4.93 mm(3) and 4.12 - 4.81 mm(3), respectively). The bulk density of 'Jasna' seeds was significantly lower than in other cultivars. Depending on seed moisture content, seed density decreased from 1023.18 kgm(-3) to 996.97 kgm(-3) in 'Banacanka', from 1009.31 to 992.70 kgm(-3) in 'Jasna', and from 1012.96-992 kgm(-3) in 'Slavica'. Porosity increased with increasing seed moisture content in all cultivars. The porosity of 'Jasna' seeds (35.97-38.43%) was higher than that of 'Banacanka' (35.42-38.23%) and 'Slavica' (35.19-37.07%) seeds. At different seed moisture levels, bulk density varied from 665.82 to 615.84 kgm(-3) in 'Banacanka', from 646.24 to 611.22 kgm(-3) in 'Jasna', and from 656.57 to 624.66 kgm(-3) in 'Slavica'. The static angle of repose in 'Banacanka', 'Jasna' and 'Slavica' ranged from 22.96 degrees to 28.05 degrees, from 24.64 degrees to 29.66 degrees and from 24.63 degrees to 29.61 degrees at moisture contents increasing. The dynamic angle of repose was highest in 'Jasna' (20.32-25.90 degrees), followed by 'Slavica' (21.03-25.58 degrees), and lowest in 'Banacanka' (19.22-24.66 degrees). Increasing seed moisture content was found to increase the friction coefficient. The static friction coefficient of cvs. 'Jasna' and 'Slavica' was higher than for 'Banacanka'.

AB  - Milk production in Serbia is characterized by small surface of production and a large number of small family farms. For rural areas where this production is mostly carried out, economic profitability of production contributes to becoming a family business. This study refers to milk family farms of smaller and medium economic and production capacity, for which the economic analysis in the period of three years was applied and production results were calculated. Applying the calculation method the total revenues and total costs, and contribution margins per cow and per liter of produced milk were computed. By comparing the results obtained on farms A and B, conclusions were drawn, and the sensitivity of contribution margins to change of the given parameters (purchase prices of milk and milk produced per cow) was determined by sensitivity analysis. The stability in production is realized by achieving higher contribution margins with satisfactory milk yield per cow and quality milk, as well acceptable purchase prices of milk.

Structure of exports and imports of milk and dairy products from Serbia

AB  - The structure of the milk supply market depends on processing capacities in Serbia, which are more oriented to the production of dairy products pasteurized and sterilized milk and fermented dairy products (yoghurt, cream, sour milk, etc.), while the production of solid dairy products (cheeses, cream, spreads, butter, powdered milk, etc.) is significantly lower. Taking into consideration the current situation in Serbia regarding the primary production, purchase and processing of milk, an overview is given of the foreign trade balance of milk and dairy products and their participation in exports and imports. The analysis of the foreign trade of milk and dairy products for the period 2007- 2017 highlights products that are exported and have stable export tendencies, as well as scarce products which are imported and have a markedly negative balance sheet in the observed period. We also analyzed major export-import destinations of Serbia for the trade exchange of milk and dairy products, which primarily refers to the CEFTA countries, the European Union and the Russian Federation.
AB  - Struktura tržišne ponude mleka zavisi od preradnih kapaciteta u Srbiji, koji su više orijentisani na proizvodnju mlečnih proizvoda pasterizovanog i sterilizovanog mleka i fermentisanih mlečnih proizvoda (jogurt, pavlaka, kiselo mleko itd.) dok je proizvodnja čvrstih mlečnih proizvoda (sirevi, pavlake, namazi, maslac, mleko u prahu itd.) značajno manja. Uzimajući u obzir aktuelno stanje u Srbiji u primarnoj proizvodnji, otkupu i preradi mleka, dat je kratak osvrt na spoljnotrgovinski bilans mleka i mlečnih proizvoda i njihovo učešće u izvozu i uvozu. Analizom spoljnotrgovinske razmene mleka i proizvoda za posmatrani period 2007-2017. godine ukazano je na proizvode koji se izvoze i imaju stabilne izvozne tendencije, kao i na deficitarne proizvode koji se uvoze i imaju izražene negativne bilanse u posmatranom periodu. Analizirane su i najvažnije izvozno- uvozne destinacije sa kojima Srbija ostvaruje trgovinsku razmenu za mleko i mlečne proizvode, pri čemu se to prvenstveno odnosi na zemlje CEFTA grupe, Evropske unije i Rusku Federaciju.

AB  - Ensuring high yields of good-quality corn silage provides cheaper rations for milking cows. To reduce silage production costs, the calculation method was used for the analysis of milk production on two  farms (A and B) during three years. The article presents the breakdown of milk production costs as the average percentage of total variable costs for both farms, as well as the costs of silage.
AB  - Ostvarenjem dobrih prinosa kvalitetne silaže kukuruza obezbeđuju se jeftiniji obroci za ishranu muznih krava. U cilju smanjivanja troškova proizvodnje silaže metodom kalkulacija analizirana je ova proizvodnja na dva poljoprivredna gazdinstva A i B za period od tri godine. U radu je dato prosečno učešće troškova u ukupnim varijabilnim troškovima za oba gazdinstva kao i cene koštanja proizvedene silaže.

AB  - This study deals with the manufacturing process of compost production, followed by the release of large amounts of heat. The wheat straw and manure of broilers were the basic components of the raw mixture, monitored during the 80 h period. The simplified assessment method was developed along with suitable mathematical model. The potential for recovery of the heat released to the surroundings was evaluated indirectly based on compost temperature measurements during the one full production cycle. Temperature- time mathematical model was developed and used as time indicator for the analysis of distribution of energy that was generated in exothermic processes. The emissions of N ( lt  1% dry basis) and C through CO2 (similar to 3% dry basis) was neglected in mass balances. During composting treatment material temperatures were in range 80 +/- 2 degrees C, making it a reliable heat source of constant temperature. The amount of total generated heat during the 80 h time period was calculated to be 1325 kJ center dot 10(6), of which 76.4% was released to surroundings. The specific value of generated heat was 1.32 kJ g(-1) of raw mixture, of which 1.01 kJ g(-1) was available for recovery. The results pointed to the existence of significant amounts of released energy available for recovering.

The potential for recovery of the heat released to the surroundings was evaluated indirectly based on compost temperature measurements during the one full production cycle. Temperature- time mathematical model was developed and used as time indicator for the analysis of distribution of energy that was generated in exothermic processes. The emissions of N ( lt  1% dry basis) and C through CO2 (similar to 3% dry basis) was neglected in mass balances. During composting treatment material temperatures were in range 80 +/- 2 degrees C, making it a reliable heat source of constant temperature. The amount of total generated heat during the 80 h time period was calculated to be 1325 kJ center dot 10(6), of which 76.4% was released to surroundings. The specific value of generated heat was 1.32 kJ g(-1) of raw mixture, of which 1.01 kJ g(-1) was available for recovery. The results pointed to the existence of significant amounts of released energy available for recovering.",

Analysis of amount and structure of investments into the sheep and goat farms in the European Union and the Republic of Serbia

AB  - Sheep and goat production is different from other types of livestock production (cattle, pig, poultry production) because it is most commonly extensive, which means that it demands a relatively low level of investments into buildings, equipment and other fixed assets. This paper aims to analyse characteristics of investments into the sheep and goat production in the European Union and compare them to the similar investments in the Republic of Serbia. In order to analyse the state in the EU, data from the appropriate FADN data base were used, as well as the sector analyses conducted for the area of the EU. On the other hand, in order to analyse necessary investments into sheep and goat production in Serbia, available technical and technological data and appropriate literary sources were used. Analysis of construction costs for buildings used in sheep and goat production was done, as well as the calculation of investments into appropriate necessary equipment. It has been noticed that there is a need for enlargement of the sheep and goat farms in Serbia in order to provide a proper living standard for holders of such enterprises.
AB  - Ovčarska i kozarska proizvodnja razlikuje se od ostalih važnih vrsta stočarske proizvodnje (govedarstva, svinjarstva, živinarstva) po tome što je ona najčešće ekstenzivna, odnosno zahteva relativno nizak nivo ulaganja u objekte, opremu i ostala osnovna sredstva. Cilj rada bio je da se sagledaju karakteristike investicionih ulaganja u ovčarsku i kozarsku proizvodnju u Evropskoj uniji i uporede sa sličnim ulaganjima u Republici Srbiji. Da bi se sagledalo stanje u EU, prvenstveno su se koristili podaci iz odgovarajuće baze podataka FADN-a (engl. Farm Accountancy Data Network), kao i sektorske analize koje su provedene za područje EU. Sa druge strane, za sagledavanje potrebnih investicija u ovčarstvo i kozarstvo u Srbiji upotrebili su se raspoloživi tehnički i tehnološki podaci, kao i odgovarajući literaturni izvori. Izvršena je i analiza troškova izgradnje objekata za ovčarsku i kozarsku proizvodnju, kao i proračun investicija u odgovarajuću neophodnu opremu. Uočena je potreba ukrupnjavanja ovčarskih i kozarskih farmi u Srbiji u cilju obezbeđenja odgovarajućeg životnog standarda za nosioce ovakvih gazdinstava.

AB  - This article presents the economic analysis of two farms A and B for the period 2013-2015. Based on the data for the three years, the income and value of realized production, variable costs and gross margin were calculated, and values were measured per dairy cow for easier comparison. Efficiency in milk production largely depends on the cost of feeding dairy cows, as well on the selling price of milk. These parameters changed in the research period on both farms and significantly impacted the values of realized gross margin.
AB  - U radu je data ekonomska analiza dva poljoprivredna gazdinstva A i B za period od 2013-2015. godine. Na osnovu praćenih podataka za tri godine izračunati su prihodi i vrednosti ostvarene proizvodnje, varijabilni troškovi i bruto marža, a radi lakše komparacije iskazani su rezultati po muznom grlu. Efikasnost u proizvodnji mleka u velikoj meri zavisi od troškova ishrane muznih krava, kao i prodajne cene mleka, ovi parametri su bili promenljivi u posmatranom periodu na oba gazdinstva i značajno su uticali na ostvarene vrednosti bruto marže.

AB  - This paper presents the results of research on condition and needs for technical systems in livestock production in Serbia, based on results of agricultural census in year 2012. Findings in the filed of agricultural engineering, part that concerns on fodder production, concentrate feed production, cattle breeding, milk production, fattening beefs production, pig meat production, poultry and eggs production, are covered in this survey. This paper estimates current status regarding production volume, requirements and applied equipment in production processes abroad and domestically. Estimates of possibilities of domestic equipment suppliers to meet those requirements are also given.
AB  - U radu su izloženi rezultati istraživanja stanja i potreba za tehnikom u stočarskoj proizvodnji u Srbiji na osnovu rezultata popisa Poljoprivrede 2012. Obuhvaćena su saznanja u delu poljoprivredne tehnike u proizvodnji kabastih i koncentrovanih stočnih hraniva, saznanja u oblasti govedarske proizvodnje, proizvodnje mleka i tova junadi, proizvodnje svinjskog mesa, živinarskoj proizvodnji. Milk and dairy products in the foreign trade balance of Serbia

AB  - In order to approach EU policies in the milk production sector in Serbia, big changes can be expected, according to the experiences of the neighboring countries that have gone through this development process in an easier or harder way. In the foreign trade of milk and dairy products, Serbia has realized positive balance and is one of the leading countries in this production in the region. In order to strengthen the market position of Serbia and observe realistic export potentials, this article analyzes foreign trade balance for dairy products by commodity groups and provides an analysis of the countries that are primarily involved in the exchange of goods. In the period 2008-2013, the Republic of Serbia exported dairy products amounting to 35.2 million dollars, and imported 22.1 million dollars. In terms of value, Serbia exports almost two times more products that are of lower processing level compared to the final products that achieve significantly higher market prices.
AB  - U cilju približavanja politike EU u sektoru proizvodnje mleka u Srbiji mogu se očekivati velike promene o tome govore iskustva zemalja u okruženju koje su lakše ili teže prošle kroz ove razvojne procese. U spoljnotrgovinskoj razmeni mleka i mlečnih proizvoda Srbija ostvaruje pozitivan bilans i predstavlja jednu od vodećih zemalja u ovoj proizvodnji u regionu. Radi jačanja tržišnih pozicija Srbije i sagledavanja realnih izvoznih potencijala u radu je data spoljnotrgovinska analiza mleka i proizvoda po robnim grupama i data je analiza po zemljama koje su primarno uključene u robnu razmenu. U posmatranom periodu 2008-2013 godina Republika Srbija je izvezla mleka i mlečnih proizvoda u vrednosti od 35,2 mil. dolara, a uvezla 22,1 mil. dolara. Sa vrednosnog aspekta Srbija skoro dva puta više izveze proizvode koji su nižeg stepena prerade, u odnosu na finalne proizvode koji postižu znatno veću tržišnu cenu.

abstract = "In order to approach EU policies in the milk production sector in Serbia, big changes can be expected, according to the experiences of the neighboring countries that have gone through this development process in an easier or harder way. In the foreign trade of milk and dairy products, Serbia has realized positive balance and is one of the leading countries in this production in the region. In order to strengthen the market position of Serbia and observe realistic export potentials, this article analyzes foreign trade balance for dairy products by commodity groups and provides an analysis of the countries that are primarily involved in the exchange of goods. In the period 2008-2013, the Republic of Serbia exported dairy products amounting to 35.2 million dollars, and imported 22.1 million dollars. In terms of value, Serbia exports almost two times more products that are of lower processing level compared to the final products that achieve significantly higher market prices., U cilju približavanja politike EU u sektoru proizvodnje mleka u Srbiji mogu se očekivati velike promene o tome govore iskustva zemalja u okruženju koje su lakše ili teže prošle kroz ove razvojne procese. U spoljnotrgovinskoj razmeni mleka i mlečnih proizvoda Srbija ostvaruje pozitivan bilans i predstavlja jednu od vodećih zemalja u ovoj proizvodnji u regionu. Radi jačanja tržišnih pozicija Srbije i sagledavanja realnih izvoznih potencijala u radu je data spoljnotrgovinska analiza mleka i proizvoda po robnim grupama i data je analiza po zemljama koje su primarno uključene u robnu razmenu. U posmatranom periodu 2008-2013 godina Republika Srbija je izvezla mleka i mlečnih proizvoda u vrednosti od 35,2 mil. dolara, a uvezla 22,1 mil. dolara. Sa vrednosnog aspekta Srbija skoro dva puta više izveze proizvode koji su nižeg stepena prerade, u odnosu na finalne proizvode koji postižu znatno veću tržišnu cenu.",

AB  - Production of compost from mixture of liquid manure and wheat straw is achievable process. In order to obtain final product of good quality, it is necessary to achieve total control of process. In the production process, essential changes in properties were recorded, compared to initial stage. Organic fertilizer of excellent quality was produced by composting the mixture of liquid manure and wheat straw. Prior to composting, components were mixed in fixed ratio. Production process involves aerobic treatment of mixture, by turning the mass frequently. Mixture of manure and straw was placed on the concrete surface in form of prisms, 3m wide and 1m high. Special machine for mass turning was used. The most important parameters for composting process, and their changes during treatment were monitored (changes in temperature, mass, height, bulk density, moisture content, N content, organic dry matter content, pH level C/N ratio).

AB  - Contemporary livestock production implies production of highly valuable, biologically and chemically safe products. Dairy production has no exception too. On the contrary, the quality standards for raw milk are highly increased. The quality of raw milk is defined by its chemical composition and the total count of microorganisms in control volume. In this paper we discussed the performance of advanced system for heat recovery from raw milk and its application in the process of preheating and preparation of process water. The energy and exergy efficiency of one of such systems were analyzed. It was determined that the implementation of the system for milk cooling with precooling and using the waste heat for preheating process water could achieve significant savings. The system consists of 'milk to water' heat pump, pre-cooler for milk cooling and storage tank for process water with heating possibility. Values of exergy efficiency of each component of system and potential improving of components performances were determined. Also, the exergy efficiency and potential improvement of complete system were determined.
AB  - Savremena stočarska proizvodnja podrazumeva proizvodnju visoko vrednih, biološki i hemijski bezbednih proizvoda. Proizvodnja mleka nije izuzetak, naprotiv, norme kvaliteta sirovog mleka su sve strožije. Kvalitet sirovog mleka je određen njegovim hemijskim sastavom i ukupnom brojnošću mikroorganizama u kontrolnoj zapremini. U ovom radu biće razmatran rad naprednog sistema za rekuperaciju toplote iz svežeg mleka koja se potom koristi u procesu dogrevanja i pripreme potrošne vode. Primenom sistema za hlađenje mleka sa predhlađenjem i korišćenjem dobijene toplote za zagrevanje potrošne vode mogu se postići značajne uštede. U radu je analizirana energetska i eksergetska efikasnost rada jednog ovakvog sistema. Sistem se sastoji od toplotne pumpe 'mleko-voda', predhladnjaka za hlađenje svežeg mleka i skladišnika potrošne tople vode sa mogućnošću njenog dogrevanja. Ustanovljene su veličine eksergetske efikasnosti komponenata sistema i potencijal poboljšanja svake od komponenata u sistemu. Takođe, ustanovljena je eksergetska efikasnost celokupnog sistema i potencijal njegovogpoboljšanja.

Methods of economic analysis of the implementation of HACCP standards in milk production

AB  - The introduction of the HACCP system is very important in the primary production of milk and in the food industry. If the milk is produced and processed in accordance with the HACCP system, there is more certainty regarding its safety and quality. On farms, milk production according to HACCP standards comprises the implementation of tests for the purpose of checking the status of cows, milk and total environments of milk production. Farms that produce better quality milk have the possibility of working with larger dairies and achieving the highest price of milk. Given the complexity of the issues regarding the rates of economic effectiveness of investment in the implementation of HACCP standards in milk production, the aim of this paper is to review the different concepts that can be applied in the economic analysis of the introduction of HACCP standards. It should be noted that the introduction of quality standards may not necessarily be related to additional investments. It was found that, in the economic analysis, costs are more often expressed in money, whereas the benefits of the introduction of quality system are more difficult to be valued. The method of partial budgeting is used as the most common approach to the economic analysis. This method monitors the changes in costs that occur due to the introduction of measures which should lead to an increase in the quality of milk. In addition, other methods such as integer linear programming, Cost - Effectiveness and Cost - Benefit analysis and defining of functions that determine the movement of costs, can be used. To estimate the amount of the costs of introducing quality standards, accounting, economic - engineering and econometric approaches can be applied. The most important limitation of all these analyses is that the majority of parameters monitored are generally difficult to measure.
AB  - Uvođenje HACCP sistema veoma je važno u primarnoj proizvodnji mleka i u prehrambenoj industriji. Ako se mleko proizvodi i prerađuje u skladu sa HACCP sistemom, postoji veća sigurnost u pogledu njegove zdravstvene ispravnosti i kvaliteta. Na poljoprivrednim gazdinstvima proizvodnji mleka po HACCP standardima podrazumevaju sprovođenje testova kojima se proverava status krava, mleka i ukupnog okruženja u proizvodnji mleka. Gazdinstva koja proizvode kvalitetnije mleko imaju mogućnost da sarađuju sa većim mlekarama i da ostvare najvišu cenu mleka. Imajući u vidu kompleksnost problematike ocene ekonomske efektivnosti ulaganja u sprovođenje HACCP standarda u proizvodnji mleka, cilj ovog rada je da se sagledaju različiti koncepti koji se mogu primeniti prilikom ekonomske analize uvođenja HACCP standarda. Pri tome treba imati u vidu da uvođenje standarda kvaliteta ne mora obavezno biti vezano za dodatna investiciona ulaganja. Utvrđeno je da se kod ekonomske analize mnogo češće u novcu iskazuju troškovi, dok su efekti uvođenja sistema kvaliteta mnogo teži za vrednosno iskazivanje. Kao najčešći pristup za ekonomsku analizu koristi se metod diferencijalne kalkulacije, kojim se prati promena troškova do koje dolazi zbog uvođenja mera koje trebaju da dovedu do povećanja kvaliteta mleka. Pored toga, mogu se koristiti i metode kao što su celobrojno linearno programiranje, Cost - Effectiveness i Cost - Benefit analiza i definisanje funkcija koje određuju kretanje troškova. Za procenu visine troškova uvođenja standarda kvaliteta mogu se primeniti i računovodstveni ekonomsko - inženjerski i ekonometrijski pristup. Najveće ograničenje kod svih navedenih analiza je to što je većina parametara koji se prate uglavnom teška za merenje.

AB  - The paper presents the results of the research on state and needs of mechanization in animal husbandry in Serbia in 2012. Included are findings in the field of: production of livestock forage and concentrate feeds, cattle husbandry, milk production and cattle fattening, pig meat production, poultry farming, production of eggs and broilers fattening, as well as manure treatment procedures. It has been estimated current state of the volume of production, needs and applied mechanization in the production process in the country and abroad, and the opinion was given on the possibilities of domestic industry to supply the demands for livestock production equipment to meet the domestic needs in terms of quality and volume of production. .
AB  - U radu su izloženi rezultati istraživanja stanja i potreba mehanizacije u stočarskoj proizvodnji u Srbije za 2012. godinu. Obuhvaćena su saznanja u delu proizvodnje kabastih i koncentrovanih stočnih hraniva, saznanja u oblasti govedarske proizvodnje, proizvodnje mleka i tova junadi, proizvodnje svinjskog mesa, živinarskoj proizvodnji, proizvodnji jaja i tov pilića, kao i postupci sa stajnjakom. AB  - The aerobic treatment of solid manure increases the content of total and easily available amounts of N, P2O5, K2O by 3.76 times on average in comparison with raw solid manure, and makes the maturation time eight time as short, which is significant for several reasons. In this paper, we showed that the price of the substitution of compost derived from aerobic processing is 4.24 times as high in comparison with the price of the substitution of burnt manure derived through anaerobic processing. By applying different dynamic methods for the assessment of investments, a fact was established that investing in the purchase of a machine for the aerobic processing of manure is economically justified and financially acceptable for farms with 19 and more cows. .
AB  - Aerobnom negom čvrstog stajnjaka povećava se sadržaj ukupnih i lako pristupačnih količina N, P2O5, K2O, u odnosu na sirovi čvrsti stajnjak prosečno za 3,76 puta, a vreme dozrevanja skraćuje osam puta što ima višestruki značaj. U radu je pokazano da je cena zamene komposta dobijenog aerobnom obradom 4,24 puta veća u odnosu na cenu zamene zgorelog stajnjaka dobijenog anaerobnom obradom. Primenom različitih dinamičkih metoda za ocenu investicija utvrđeno je da je investicija u nabavku mašine za aerobnu obradu stajnjaka ekonomski opravdana i finansijski prihvatljiva za farme koje poseduju 19 i više krava. .

AB  - Having on mind that maize silage, corn and alfalfa hay are dominant in dairy cow nutrition, in this paper are made calculations of their production. Total variable costs and variable costs per unit are determined. There are also presented different ways of cow nutrition (different meal structures) used to acquire certain level of milk production per cow. It is determined that material costs dominate in total variable production costs for all types of fodder. Besides, production costs per unit are significantly dependant on yield per hectare. Afterwards, sensitivity analysis is used to investigate change of cow nutrition costs (for different meal structures), depending on change of material costs in fodder production as well as depending on change of yield per hectare.
AB  - Imajući u vidu da su silažni kukuruz, merkantilni kukuruz i lucerka dominantne kulture koje se koriste u ishrani muznih krava, u radu su sastavljene kalkulacije njihove proizvodnje. U kalkulacijama su utvrđeni ukupni varijabilni troškovi i varijabilni troškovi po jedinici mere. Takođe su prikazani i različiti načini ishrane krava, odnosno različite strukture obroka koje se mogu koristiti da bi se dobila ista količina proizvedenog mleka po kravi. Ustanovljeno je da u strukturi ukupnih varijabilnih troškova proizvodnje kod svih vrsta analizirane stočne hrane dominiraju troškovi materijala, kao i da na visinu troškova po jedinici proizvoda u velikoj meri utiče prinos po hektaru. Nakon toga je u radu, primenom senzitivne analize, praćena promena troškova ishrane krava (pri različitim strukturama obroka) zavisno od promene visine materijalnih troškova proizvodnje stočne hrane i zavisno od prinosa gajenih kultura po hektaru. .

AB  - If the procedures of preparation for milking and finishing operations are conducted correctly, then it can be expected to produce top-quality milk. It is, therefore, necessary to know the basis of physiology of milk secretion, possible sources of contamination and handling procedures with milk after the milking. One of the essential conditions for reducing clinical and subclinical udder diseases and top-quality milk production (somatic cells count ≤ 400000/ml, the total number of microorganisms ≤100000/ml) is milking procedure that involves stimulating and hygienic procedures of udder preparation, milking process, after milking procedures and hygiene of milking equipment. The subject of this study was to determine the influence of preparatory procedures for milking, as well as the milking with different types of milking equipments on hygienic and bacteriological safety of raw milk on family farms.
AB  - Ukoliko se postupci pripreme za mužu, muža i završne operacije, izvode pravilno, onda se može dobiti mleko vrhunskog kvaliteta. Zato je neophodno poznavanje osnova fiziologije lučenja mleka, mogućih izvora kontaminacije i postupaka sa mlekom posle muže. Jedan od bitnih uslova da se smanje kliničke i subkliničke bolesti vimena i proizvede mleko ekstra klase (broj somatskih ćelija ≤ 400000/ml, ukupan broj mikroorganizama ≤ 100000/ml) jeste procedura muže koja obuhvata stimulativne i higijenske procedure pripreme vimena, tok muže, proceduru nakon muže i higijenu aparata za mužu. Predmet istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi uticaj pripremnih postupaka muže, kao i sam proces muže različitim tipovima muznih uređaja na higijensku i bakteriološku ispravnost sirovog mleka na porodičnim farmama.

AB  - In order to keep milk production economically effective in contemporary business environment, it is necessary to use appropriate types and combinations of animal feed. This means that the bulky part of the meal for the cows has to be based on the use of corn silage, with the addition of small amounts of alfalfa hay. This combination of forage allows for high milk production per cow, while keeping production costs low. However, this concept of nutrition is related to high investments in appropriate facilities for the storage of animal feed. To evaluate the economic effectiveness of investments in modern feed storages, a method of present value of investment is used. Determined present value of investment is compared with the corresponding construction costs of the objects at different prices of animal feed and various assumed losses due to its inadequate storage.
AB  - Da bi u savremenim uslovima poslovanja proizvodnja mleka bila ekonomski opravdana, neophodno je koristiti odgovarajuće vrste i kombinacije stočnih hraniva. To znači da se kabasti deo obroka za krave mora zasnivati na korišćenju kukuruzne silaže, uz dodatak manje količine sena lucerke. Ovakva kombinacija kabastih hraniva omogućava visoku proizvodnju mleka po kravi, uz održavanje troškova proizvodnje na niskom nivou. Međutim, navedeni koncept ishrane vezan je za visoka investiciona ulaganja u odgovarajuće objekte za smeštaj stočne hrane. Da bi se utvrdila ekonomska efektivnost investicionih ulaganja u moderne objekte za čuvanje stočne hrane, korišćena je metoda prinosne vrednosti investicije. Utvrđena prinosna vrednost poređena je sa odgovarajućim troškovima izgradnje navedenih objekata, pri različitim cenama stočne hrane i različitim pretpostavljenim gubicima usled njenog neadekvatnog skladištenja.

Međutim, navedeni koncept ishrane vezan je za visoka investiciona ulaganja u odgovarajuće objekte za smeštaj stočne hrane. Da bi se utvrdila ekonomska efektivnost investicionih ulaganja u moderne objekte za čuvanje stočne hrane, korišćena je metoda prinosne vrednosti investicije. Utvrđena prinosna vrednost poređena je sa odgovarajućim troškovima izgradnje navedenih objekata, pri različitim cenama stočne hrane i različitim pretpostavljenim gubicima usled njenog neadekvatnog skladištenja.",

AB  - State of ambient conditions in the finishing pigs fattening unit is analyzed in the paper. Efficiency and productivity of this pig production phase significantly influence the production results of the whole pig farm. Based on the present conditions analysis, this paper should suggest improvements of microclimate conditions in the researched confinements. Existing ambient conditions was monitored in 3 measurement points, disposed in the zones of the fans operation and between them. Measurement results showed the critical zone with the very low ventilation effect. Over the whole room, increased values of airborn pollutants were noticed. According to the results analysis, possible procedures for improvements were considered. Suggested solution includes installation of additional equipment and minor constructional adaptations. Combined effects of the existing and the additional equipment, along with its possibilities for fine regulation, should significantly improve the existing conditions.
AB  - U radu je analizirano stanje ambijentalnih uslova u objektu za tov svinja. Karakteristično za ove objekte je da se u njima nalaze životinje u završnoj, finalnoj fazi lanca proizvodnje svinjskog mesa. Od produktivnosti i ekonomske efikasnosti ove faze proizvodnje, često zavisi uspeh poslovanja cele farme svinja. Cilj rada je da na osnovu detaljne analize postojećeg stanja mikroklime u objektu, a u skladu sa dimenzijama, brojnim stanjem životinja u objektu i rasporeda i efikasnosti postojeće opreme, razmotre potencijalna rešenja poboljšanja stanja mikroklime u objektu. Postojeće stanje ambijenta snimano je u tri merne tačke, raspoređene po objektu tako da se obuhvate zone uticaja ventilatora, ali i zone u kojima je efekat rada ventilatora slabije izražen. Rezultati merenja ukazuju na postojanje problematične zone u objektu u kojoj je efekat provetravanja slab. Međutim, u celom objektu su uočene povećane vrednosti pojedinih zagađivača stajskog vazduha. Na osnovu analize rezultata merenja razmotreni su i potencijalni načini za poboljšanje stanja ambijenta. Predloženo rešenje podrazumeva ugradnju dodatne opreme i manje adaptacije objekta. Kombinovanjem pozitivnih strana postojeće opreme, sa prednostima dodatne opreme uz široke mogućnosti regulacije, može se očekivati značajan efekat poboljšanja stanja mikroklime u posmatranom objektu.

Arrangement, exploitation and protection of Kosjerić municipality's agricultural land

AB  - The Kosjerić municipality is located in the north of the Zlatiborski region and total land area is 456.7 km2 Lower quality soils types and subtypes take the biggest area in the municipality. Loamy sand and sandy loam soils prevail in highland area of municipality. There are vertisol and eutric cambisol on lower terrain. Alluvial soils are under maize, vegetable and meadows, while slight slopes are under cereals, orchards and pastures. On the hilly part of terrain fruit production is traditionally developed. Analysis of the agricultural lands shows that plum orchards are ruined and old, so that renewal is needed. Higher mountainous parts are under forests where beech and oak prevails. Forest area takes 23878 ha (2/3 of total municipality area). Properties and varieties of soils on the Kosjeric municipality territory demand application of complex reclamation measures. These measures should solve range of complex problems, but it takes time and capital goods. Possible positive results of arrangement, agricultural soil usage and protection in Kosjeric municipality are multiple: soil conversion from agricultural to other can not be hold up, but it can be realized with carefully chosen restrictive practices. In western and eastern part of municipality should take up sustainable development principles. To establish forests as much as possible for the purpose of increasing environmental value, economic benefit and protection from erosion and strong current on slopes. Unfortunately Titan cement factory is not possible relocate, although it's position is upstream from town Kosjeric. There is possibility to apply range of suitable protective measures thus considerably improve existing properties of soils and environment.
AB  - Opština Kosjerić je najsevernija opština Zlatiborskog okruga, u zapadnom delu Srbije, i ima 359 km². Najveće površine u opštini zauzimaju manje kvalitetni tipovi i poditopovi zemljišta. U brdsko-planinskom delu opštine preovlađuju zemljišta koja prema mehaničkom sastavu predstavljaju ilovaste peskuše i peskovite ilovače. Na nižim terenima se nalaze smonice i gajnjače. Aluvijalne zaravni su pod kukuruzom, povrćem i livadama, a blage padine su pod kulturama žita, voćnjaka i sa pašnjacima. Na brežuljkastom delu je tradicionalno razvijeno voćarstvo. Istraživanja na terenu ukazuju da su šljivici, uglavnom, propali i stari, i da ih treba postepeno obnoviti. Viši planinski delovi su pod šumom u kojoj preovlađuju bukva i hrast. Površine pod šumama iznose 23878 ha (2/3 od ukupne površine opštine). Osobine i raznovrsnost zemljišta na prostoru opštine Kosjerić zahtevaju primenu kompleksnih melirativnih mera, koje treba da reše niz složenih, postojećih problema, ali zašto je potrebno vreme i znatna materijalna sredstva. Mogući pozitivni rezultati uređenja, korišćenja i zaštite poljoprivrednog zemljišta Opštine Kosjerić su mnogobrojni, od kojih su najvažniji: Konverzija namene poljoprivrednog u drugo zemljište se ne može zaustaviti, ali se može realizovati uz pažljive restriktivne mere. U zapadnom i istočnom delu Opštine, treba sprovoditi aktivno principe održivog razvoja, u pogledu korišćenja zemljišta zasnivati što više šume, zbog ambijentalnih i ekoloških vrednosti, ekonomske koristi i zaštite od erozije i bujica usled nepovoljnih nagiba terena; Nažalost, cementaru -Titan nije moguće izmestiti, iako se nalazi uzvodno od gradskog naselja Kosjerić, ali je moguće primeniti niz adekvatnih zaštitnih mera i znatno poboljšati postojeću situaciju, prema zemljištu i okolini.

Application of the certainty equivalent method for risk estimation of investments in milk production at family farms

AB  - Bearers of cattle production in Serbia are small family farms. Such farms should change significantly their business operations in order to be competitive and to enable existence in future. That implies cattle breading in modern barns, use of modern equipment and nutrition improvement. However, to achieve such goal significant investments are needed. The most common production type at Serbian family farms is combination of milk, heifers and steers production. Comparing to other cattle production types, this production type requires very high investments. At the same time, such investments are connected to significant risks. The risks are caused by fluctuations of milk price, steer price, fodder costs etc. To evaluate economic effectiveness of investments in above mentioned farm type, on appropriate model were applied dynamical methods for investment evaluation. In addition, financial feasibility of investment was examined, assuming the most unfavorable financing conditions. To evaluate economic effectiveness of investment in risky circumstances, certainty equivalent method has been used. This method is not prominent and adequately used in our scientific and professional practice.
AB  - Nosioci govedarske proizvodnje u Srbiji su sitna porodična gazdinstva. Da bi ova gazdinstva u budućnosti opstala i bila konkurentna, ona moraju uvesti značajne izmene u svoje poslovanje. To podrazumeva držanje goveda u modernim objektima, korišćenje savremene opreme i poboljšanje načina ishrane. Međutim, da bi se to ostvarilo neophodna su značajna investiciona ulaganja. U Srbiji je na porodičnim gazdinstvima najviše zastupljen tip proizvodnje koji podrazumeva kombinaciju proizvodnje mlijeka, junica i tovne junadi. U poređenju sa ostalim tipovima govedarske proizvodnje, ovaj tip proizvodnje zahteva veoma visoka investiciona ulaganja. Istovremeno, ovakva su ulaganja vezana sa značajnim rizicima, koji su izazvani variranjem cene mleka, cena tovne junadi, troškova stočne hrane i sl. Da bi se ispitala ekonomska efektivnost ulaganja u navedeni tip farmi, na odgovarajućem modelu su primenjene dinamičke metode za ocenu investicija. Pored toga ispitana je i finansijska prihvatljivost investicije, pod pretpostavkom najnepovoljnijih uslova finansiranja. Za ocenu ekonomske efektivnosti investicije u uslovima rizika primenjen je metod ekvivalenta sigurnosti, koji nije dovoljno poznat i korišćen u našoj naučnoj i stručnoj praksi.

Aspects of soil cultivation in orchards

AB  - Highly intensive fruit production in both basic and supplemental soil cultivation, along with other agricultural practices was found to impact both growth and fertility of fruit trees. Favorable effects may be expected provided appropriate and timely soil cultivation is employed. Soil cultivation practices range from intensive to completely lacking, which results in the implementation of technical solutions such as machines and tools. The choice depends on the training system, interrow spacing, climate, soil, ...... The aim of the study was to analyze exploitation parameters of the most frequently used rotary hoe ('Nardi', Model ZH/B 145 C). Based on the results obtained, both current and potential machine users may be informed of the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation. The machine may be used provided working widths amount to 1.45 m and in palmette and slender spindle training systems. Optimal aggregates from the aspect of basic exploitation possibilities need to be analyzed focusing on the financial effect of fruit production.
AB  - Obrada zemljišta, osnovna i dopunska, u visokointenzivnim voćnjacima, sa ostalim agrotehničkim merama, neposredno utiče na rast i rodnost gajenih voćaka. Navedeni efekti postižu se samo u uslovima pravilne i pravovremene obrade zemljišta. Iskustava u obradi zemljišta kreću se od vrlo intenzivne do potpunog izostavljanja, što ima za posledicu primenu velikog broja tehničkih rešenja mašina i oruđa. Metod izbora polazi od uzgojnog oblika, međurednog rastojanja biljaka, klime, zemljišta... Predmet rada je ispitivanje ekspoatacionih parametara rotofreze za istovremenu rednu i međurednu obradu marke 'Nardi' model ZH/B 145 C. Ispitivani tip mašine je veoma zastupljen u našoj voćarskoj praksi. Na osnovu analize dobijenih rezultata, sadašnjim i potencijalnim korisnicima mašine mogu se predočiti prednosti i nedostatci ove varijante obrade zasada. Uzgojni oblik koji dozvoljava upotrebu ove mašine, čiji je radni zahvat od 1,45 m, su svi tipovi Palmeta, Vitko vreteno… Optimizacija složenih sistema značajno ističe i nužnost optimalnog agregata sa aspekta elementarnih eksploatacionih mogućnosti, koje treba posmatrati u interakciji sa finansijskim efektom koji opterećuje proizvodnju u voćnjacima.
