Effects of mechanized method of liquid fertilizer application in corn production

AB  - Conventional corn production assumes usage of standard inorganic fertilizers which can be added to the soil by different methods. Unlike conventional production, this research was conducted with assumption that by using different application rates of basic and liquid starter fertilizers, as well as, with improved method of their application, higher yield values and lower moisture content of harvested kernels would be realized. This paper explored influence of mechanized application with different rates and ways of broadcasting basic and liquid starter fertilizer to the soil for corn production. Liquid starter fertilizers were applied concurrently with plantation in two ways: in lanes and spots individually for each plant. The results obtained show that kernel yield was higher in areas where starter fertilizer application was performed for 1.79 t·ha-1, while kernel moisture contents was 3.6% lower compared to results obtained over control surfaces. .
AB  - Konvencionalna proizvodnja kukuruza podrazumeva upotrebu standardnih mineralnih hraniva koja se u zemljište mogu uneti na različite načine. Za razliku od konvencionalne proizvodnje, ova istraživanja su sprovedena uz pretpostavku da će se primenom različitih normi osnovnih i tečnih startnih đubriva kao i unapređenim načinom njihove aplikacije ostvariti veće vrednosti prinosa i niži sadržaj vlage ubranog zrna. U radu je istraživan uticaj mehanizovane aplikacije različitih normi i načina unošenja osnovnog i tečnog startnog đubriva u zemljište pri proizvodnji merkantilnog kukuruza. Aplikacija tečnih startnih đubriva vršena je istovremeno sa setvom i to na dva načina: u trake i tačke pojedinačno za svaku biljku. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da je prinos zrna na površinama gde je vršena aplikacija startnog đubriva viši za 1,79 t·ha-1, dok je sadržaj vlažnosti zrna niži za 3,6% u odnosu na rezultate dobijene na kontrolnoj površini. .

AB  - The aerobic treatment of solid manure increases the content of total and easily available amounts of N, P2O5, K2O by 3.76 times on average in comparison with raw solid manure, and makes the maturation time eight time as short, which is significant for several reasons. In this paper, we showed that the price of the substitution of compost derived from aerobic processing is 4.24 times as high in comparison with the price of the substitution of burnt manure derived through anaerobic processing. By applying different dynamic methods for the assessment of investments, a fact was established that investing in the purchase of a machine for the aerobic processing of manure is economically justified and financially acceptable for farms with 19 and more cows. .
AB  - Aerobnom negom čvrstog stajnjaka povećava se sadržaj ukupnih i lako pristupačnih količina N, P2O5, K2O, u odnosu na sirovi čvrsti stajnjak prosečno za 3,76 puta, a vreme dozrevanja skraćuje osam puta što ima višestruki značaj. U radu je pokazano da je cena zamene komposta dobijenog aerobnom obradom 4,24 puta veća u odnosu na cenu zamene zgorelog stajnjaka dobijenog anaerobnom obradom. Primenom različitih dinamičkih metoda za ocenu investicija utvrđeno je da je investicija u nabavku mašine za aerobnu obradu stajnjaka ekonomski opravdana i finansijski prihvatljiva za farme koje poseduju 19 i više krava. .

AB  - If the procedures of preparation for milking and finishing operations are conducted correctly, then it can be expected to produce top-quality milk. It is, therefore, necessary to know the basis of physiology of milk secretion, possible sources of contamination and handling procedures with milk after the milking. One of the essential conditions for reducing clinical and subclinical udder diseases and top-quality milk production (somatic cells count ≤ 400000/ml, the total number of microorganisms ≤100000/ml) is milking procedure that involves stimulating and hygienic procedures of udder preparation, milking process, after milking procedures and hygiene of milking equipment. The subject of this study was to determine the influence of preparatory procedures for milking, as well as the milking with different types of milking equipments on hygienic and bacteriological safety of raw milk on family farms.
AB  - Ukoliko se postupci pripreme za mužu, muža i završne operacije, izvode pravilno, onda se može dobiti mleko vrhunskog kvaliteta. Zato je neophodno poznavanje osnova fiziologije lučenja mleka, mogućih izvora kontaminacije i postupaka sa mlekom posle muže. Jedan od bitnih uslova da se smanje kliničke i subkliničke bolesti vimena i proizvede mleko ekstra klase (broj somatskih ćelija ≤ 400000/ml, ukupan broj mikroorganizama ≤ 100000/ml) jeste procedura muže koja obuhvata stimulativne i higijenske procedure pripreme vimena, tok muže, proceduru nakon muže i higijenu aparata za mužu. Predmet istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi uticaj pripremnih postupaka muže, kao i sam proces muže različitim tipovima muznih uređaja na higijensku i bakteriološku ispravnost sirovog mleka na porodičnim farmama.

AB  - The economical functioning of machinery rings is based on maximizing use of labor resources of machinery rings. This includes adequate logistical support. Maintenance of machinery and technical equipment of the ring is one of the most challenging logistical tasks within it is very important segment of the diagnostics.
AB  - Ekonomično funkcionisanje mašinskih prstenova se zasniva na maksimiziranju korišćenja radnih resursa mašina prstena. To podrazumeva odgovarajuću logističku podršku. Održavanje tehničkih sredstava mašinskog prstena je jedan od najzahtevnijih logističkih zadataka u okviru koga je segment dijagnostike veoma značajan.

AB  - The paper presents a method to be based on known economic laws made the decision making that provides increased levels of economic efficiency of use of agricultural mechanization. It is one of the basic tasks necessary precondition for achieving competitiveness in the market of agricultural products, as well as a necessary part of the transformation of rural economies in order to survive.

AB  - Analysis of all significant parameters for the study of economical efficiency of investments in family farms is presented in this paper. The research included small family dairy farms of 50 dairy cows with the younger categories. Overall investments were defined, including separately all the items, such as adequate buildings for housing of different categories, housing and milking equipment, auxiliary objects and environmental protection standards. The analyzed parameters should be used as a basic data in creation of feasibility study for investment realization decision making.
AB  - U radu je izvršena analiza svih parametara koji su važni za izradi studije o ekonomskoj efikasnosti ulaganja u gradnju porodičnih farmi. U pitanju su mini farme za proizvodnju mleka kapaciteta 50 muznih krava sa pratećim kategorijama. Utvrđene su vrednosti investicija po stavkama za smeštaj svih kategorija u adekvatne objekte, potrebna oprema za smeštaj i mužu, svi prateći objekti na farmi koji su neophodni uključujući standarde zaštite životne sredine. Analizirani parametri se moraju koristiti kod izrade studije izvodljivosti kao osnovni podaci, kako bi se donosio konačan sud o ulasku u investicije.

AB  - Serbian intention for membership in EU requires adoption of overall agricultural system according to the conditions of EU, making the own agricultural policy compatible to the common agricultural policy of EU. Creating of prosperous position for equal competition on international market is one of the main topics. Many of the recent analyses show that the most important issue for solving of this problem is decrement of agricultural mechanization application expenses. Starting from this, in this paper are analyzed production potentials of the Serbian agriculture, considering prosperous conditions for organized using of agricultural machinery in purpose of decreasing expenses as well as total expenses of the agricultural production, e.g. products otal expenses.
AB  - Opredeljenje Srbije da postane član EU, nalaže prilagođavanje ukupnog agrarnog sistema uslovima EU, čineći svoju agrarnu politiku kompatibilnom sa zajedničkom agrarnom politikom EU. Stvaranje povoljne pozicije za ravnopravan ulazak u konkurentsku borbu na međunarodnom tržištu jedan je od glavnih zadataka. Mnoge dosadašnje analize i radovi ukazuju da je u rešavanju ovog zadataka najznačajnije snižavanje troškova primene sredstava mehanizacije. Polazeći od toga, u radu se analiziraju proizvodni potencijali poljoprivrede Srbije, radi sagledavanja pogodnosti uslova za organizovano korišćenje sredstava poljoprivredne tehnike u cilju smanjenja troškova njihove primene, a time i troškova ukupne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, odnosno cene koštanja poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

AB  - Frequent accidents involving agriculture machines and tractors pose a great problem in Serbia, in public transportation and other sections (especially in agriculture conditions). These accidents may occur as a consequence of: - Operator's disregard of traffic regulations and signs, - The usage of alcohol during operations with machines - Mental and physical condition of the operator, - Insufficient training and experience of the operator, - Operator's carelessness, - Technical glitches of the machines This paper notes and reviews basic causes of occurrence of accidents involving agriculture machines, as well as the necessary measurements that should be taken to minimize their reappearance. Technical solutions, not particularly applied in Serbia, that could help avoid dangerous situations or reduce the number of accidents and injuries caused by these are also presented.
AB  - U Srbiji poseban problem predstavljaju česte nesreće sa poljoprivrednim mašinama i traktorima, kako u javnom saobraćaju, tako i poljoprivrednim uslovima, pre svega kao posledica: - nepoštovanja saobraćajnih propisa i znakova od strane rukovaoca, - upotreba alkohola u toku rukovanja sa mašinama - psiho-fizičkog stanja rukovaoca, - nedovoljne obučenosti i iskustva rukovaoca, - nedovoljne pažnje rukovaoca, - tehničke neispravnost mašina U radu su analizirani i opisani osnovni uzroci nastanka nesreća sa poljoprivrednim mašinama, kao i neophodne mere koje treba preduzeti kako bi se broj nesreća smanjio na što manju moguću meru. Predstavljena su i neka i tehnička rešenja koja nisu mnogo primenjena u Srbiji, pomoću kojih je moguće izbeći opasne situacije ili smanjiti broj nesrećnih slučajeva i povreda u poljoprivredi i kontaktnim oblastima.

AB  - Maize is one of the most important crops and one of the most significant naturally renewable energy source, but also numerous very different products. The maize seed production is much more complex, sensitive and expense than the commercial maize production. Therefore a special attention should be paid during the whole process of the seed production, in order to achieve higher yields and better seed quality. The aim of this study was to reveal the effects of harvest methods on maize hybrid seed production and on losses. Paper presents comparison of different technological designs of maize seed harvesters.
AB  - Kukuruz je jedna od najznačajnijih gajenih biljaka i jedan od najznačajnijih prirodno obnovljivih izvora energije i velikog broja proizvoda. Proizvodnja semena kukuruza je veoma složena, osetljiva i znatno skuplja od merkantilne proizvodnje. Zbog toga se ovoj proizvodnji posvećuje posebna pažnja u cilju ostvarivanja većih prinosa i kvalitetnijeg semena. Cilj rada je da se pokaže kako načini ubiranja utiču na proizvodnju hibridnog semena kukuruza kao i na gubitke. Prikazana su različita tehnološka rešenja kombajna za ubiranje semenskog kukuruza.

AB  - Dairy cows housing conditions in Serbia are very poor, both on small and large scale farms. Building of modern barns that have to fulfill a variety of technical and technological demands, as well as cows welfare demands is to be expected in the future. From those reasons is necessary to consider all the possibilities from this field and offer the most optimal solutions to our farmers.
AB  - Uslovi držanja muznih krava u Srbiji su veoma loši, kako kod malih farmera, tako i kod najvećih. Gradnja savremenih staja, koje moraju da zadovolje čitav niz tehnološko tehničkih zahteva, ali i zahteve dobrobiti životinja, tek treba da se dogodi. Iz tog razloga treba, razmotriti sve mogućnosti iz te oblasti i dati najoptimalnija rešenja našim farmerima.

AB  - Agriculture of Serbia has approx. 5 million units of agricultural machinery and equipment at its disposal exposed daily to unfavourable environmental and weather conditions with corroding impacts. Damages are enormous as well as costs needed to decrease or even eliminate the undesirable effects. Damages and costs are closely linked and the aim was to point to the importance of focusing attention on corrosion in the field of agricultural machinery.
AB  - Poljoprivreda Srbije raspolaže sa oko 5.000.000 jedinica sredstava mehanizacije. Ta sredstva su svakodnevno, bilo da su u procesu rada ili van njega, izložena dejstvu nekih sredina koje na njih deluju korozivno. Štete koje pri tome mogu nastati, kao i troškovi koje je potrebno činiti da bi se štete umanjile ili sprečile vrlo su veliki. Štete i troškovi su u uzajamnoj vezi koja funkcioniše po principu spojenih sudova. Iz tog razloga je želja da se ukaže na značaj izučavanja korozije u oblasti sredstava poljoprivredne tehnike.

AB  - Biomass is made of plant material used as fuel or transformed into other forms prior to combustion. Biomass is biodecomposable fraction of products: agricultural waste and remains (including plant and animal material), forestry and wood industry but also biodecomposable fractions of industrial and municipal solid waste. The use of biomass as energy source dates far back into the past. In most underdeveloped countries it still represents the major source of energy in households. However, currently the use of biomass as renewable energy source apart from household continues to rise. Of the renewable sources of energy, the biomass potential ranks first. The bioenergy potential is huge and widespread. Currently biomass is the major source of total world energetic needs. Of the available renewable energy sources it accounts for 12% (50 EJ/year) of the total world needs (406 EJ/year). The use of biomass is primarily based on agricultural and forestry waste. Due to its bioenergetic properties it can be used in small, mid and large plants for numerous processing and utilization schemes.
AB  - Biomasa se definiše kao biljni materijal, koji se koristi direktno kao gorivo, ili pretvara u druge oblike pre sagorevanja. Biomasa je biorazgradljiva frakcija proizvoda: otpaci i ostaci iz poljoprivrede (uključujući biljne i životinjske supstance), šumarstva i prateće industrije, kao i biorazgradljive frakcije industrijskog i gradskog otpada. Korišćenje biomase kao izvora energije datira od davnina, tako da u mnogim nerazvijenim zemljama sveta i dalje predstavlja osnovno gorivo u domaćinstvima. S obzirom da poslednjih godina se počinje sa organizovanim korišćenje biomase izvan domaćinstava i da se računa u značajan energetski resurs, tretira se kao novi obnovljiv izvor energije. Od obnovljivih izvora energije energetski potencijal biomase je na prvom mestu. Potencijal za bioenergiju je veoma velik i vrlo rasprostranjen širom sveta. Danas je biomasa već glavni izvor ukupnih svetskih energetskih potreba, od svih raspoloživih obnovljivih izvora energije, i dostiže 12% (50 EJ/god.) od ukupnih svetskih potreba (406 EJ/god.). Korišćenje biomase je uglavnom bazirano na ostacima poljoprivrede i šumarstva. Zbog osobine bioenergije da se može koristiti u malim, srednjim i velikim postrojenjima primenjena je u velikom broju procesnih i korisničkih šema.

AB  - Fuel consumption in agriculture is on very high level. Even a small percentage of lowering fuel consumption can contribute to more successful management of agricultural enterprises. Reduced fuel consumption will, also be a mean of fossil fuel resources preservation and ecology friendlier agriculture production. There are known methods for reducing fuel consumption abut are not fully used. This paper presents results of using known methods in operationalisation of fuel consumption economy. The results are given for tractors with diesel motors and common fuel supply systems.
AB  - Poljoprivreda je veliki potrošač dizel goriva pa bi i malo procentualno smanjenje značilo veliku uštedu. To bi vodilo ka uspešnijem poslovanju poljoprivrednih preduzeća ali još značajnije je da bi se time doprinelo očuvanju ograničenih resursa fosilnih goriva kao i smanjenju zagađenja okoline. Metode za smanjenje potrošnje goriva su uglavnom poznate ali se nedovoljno primenjuju. Zbog toga se u ovom radu kroz plansku primenu poznatih metoda operacionalizuje ekonomičnost potrošnje goriva kod traktora sa dizel motorima koji imaju klasičan sistem snabdevanja gorivom.

Fattening farm's biomass as potential in cogeneration system

AB  - Biomass is specific energetic resource, because of a possibility of getting heat, electricity, fuel etc. This kind of energy contribute to higher labor employment, reduce emission of SO2, CO2, NO2, comparing to other fossil fuels. In order to increase energetic efficiency of its production, optimal technology and adequate technical solutions for biomass using, are determined. Because of extensive production in our country, processes like gathering, treatment, preparing and using of biomass waste are not in common use. This paper examines the state of the fattening farm's biomass as potential in cogeneration system, the same of renewable energy sources technologies. There are some experiences in countries with undeveloped livestock production, that redirected production process to better use of secondary products can significantly improve economic effects.
AB  - Biomasa uopšte, a tečni stajnjak posebno, predstavlja raznorodni energetski izvor, jer se od njega može dobiti toplota, električna struja, gorivo za pogon i dr. Energija iz tečnog stajnjaka doprinosi većoj zaštiti životne sredine jer se, smanjuju emisije sumpor-dioksida, ugljen-dioksida i azot-dioksida, u odnosu na sagorevanje fosilnih goriva. Određena je optimalna tehnologija i tehnička rešenja korišćenja biomase iz stočarske proizvodnje radi poboljšanja energetske efikasnosti proizvodnje. Postupci prikupljanja obrade, pripreme, kao i korišćenja biomase, u našim uslovima nisu naišli na širu primenu, zbog ekstenzivnog načina proizvodnje i nedomaćinskog načina poslovanja. U radu je dato stanje biomase na stočarskim farmama, kao potencijala u sistemu kogeneracije, jednoj od tehnologija korišćenja obnovljivih izvora energije. Ekonomski efekti u zemljama sa manje razvijenom stočarskom proizvodnjom ukazuju da se tom pitanju mora posvetiti adekvatna pažnja i pravilno usmeriti proizvodnja, koja sa svojim sekundarnim proizvodima može doprineti pozitivnijem rezultatu.

Exploitation influence on tractor reliability

AB  - Tractors exploitation conditions are very complex. This demands different working regimes where each of these are manifested through reactive forces and moments influence on tractors subsystems. These influences are manifested through loads that need to be in accordance with static and dynamic straightest, material "tirenes" and wear resistances in order to have desired level of reliability. Considering the fact that material "tirenes" curves can serve only for evaluating the time of exploitation for an element in tractor subsystem, for more precise determination of period of usage an estimation of spares for certain exploitation conditions is needed. This paper deals with their classification in to six categories concerning the exploitation plot conditions and their influence on tractors.
AB  - Uslovi eksploatacije traktora su brojni i raznovrsni što zahteva različite režime rada traktora, a svaki od njih se manifestuje kroz uticaj sila i momenata na njegove podsisteme i elemente. Opterećenja koje izazivaju ove sile treba da budu usaglašena sa statičkom čvrstoćom, zamorom i otpornosti na habanje elemenata kako bi se postigao zahtevani nivo pouzdanosti. Kako se na osnovu zamornih krivih dobijenih laboratorijskim ispitivanjem može samo oceniti vek nekog elementa u konstrukciji traktora, a ne i tačno odrediti za preciznije određivanje trajnosti elemenata predlaže se provera rezerve za određene uslove eksploatacije. S obzirom na brojnost i raznovrsnost uslova eksploatacije, u ovom radu je izvršena njihova klasifikacija u šest kategorija na osnovu karakteristika podloge po kojoj se traktor kreće odnosno uticaja podloge na različita radna opterećenja.

This demands different working regimes where each of these are manifested through reactive forces and moments influence on tractors subsystems. These influences are manifested through loads that need to be in accordance with static and dynamic straightest, material "tirenes" and wear resistances in order to have desired level of reliability. Considering the fact that material "tirenes" curves can serve only for evaluating the time of exploitation for an element in tractor subsystem, for more precise determination of period of usage an estimation of spares for certain exploitation conditions is needed. This paper deals with their classification in to six categories concerning the exploitation plot conditions and their influence on tractors., Uslovi eksploatacije traktora su brojni i raznovrsni što zahteva različite režime rada traktora, a svaki od njih se manifestuje kroz uticaj sila i momenata na njegove podsisteme i elemente. Baricelli based on criteria: cutting of head and leaves, crushing and damaging of roots.
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja kvaliteta rada šestoredog samohodog kombajna za ubiranje šećerne repe P. Barigelli B/6 i rezultati ispitivanja 4 različita tipa šestoredih kombajna sličnih tehničkih karakteristika kombajnu P. Barigelli B/6. Izvršeno je poređenje dobijenih rezultata i utvrđeno da Kombajn P. Barigelli B/6 ostvaruje lošiji kvalitet rada u sva tri značajna elementa: odsecanju glava i lista, lomu korena i oštećuju korena šećerne repe.
