AB  - Human resources include overall human potential within an organization: the available knowledge and experience, usable skills and abilities, possible ideas and creations, the level of motivation and interest in the achievement of organizational objectives, etc. The objective of this paper is to highlight the role and importance of human resource management (HRM) in achieving business success, based on the analysis of the most important theoretical and practical aspects of human resource management at the 'Imlek' Company. This study required the use of different methods and techniques such as: content analysis, case study, observation, testing and systemic approach. The study showed that sale of the Imlek Company products was widespread in the country and the region. An ongoing market advantage is achieved due to a high quality standard of products, and primarily due to an effective management of human resources. Company management should make formalization and unification, and implement a set of measures in order to improve discipline of the employees. Top workers should be motivated through incentives for performance and innovation.
AB  - Ljudski resursi uključuju ukupne ljudske potencijale unutar organizacije: dostupno znanje i iskustvo, upotrebljive veštine i sposobnosti, moguće ideje i kreacije, nivo motivacije i interesovanja u ostvarivanju ciljeva organizacije, itd. Cilj ovog rada je da ukaže na ulogu i značaj koji upravljanje ljudskim resursima (ULjR) ima na poslovanje i ostvarivanje uspeha, i to na osnovu analize teorijski i praktično najznačajnijih aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim resursima u kompaniji 'Imlek'. U pripremi ove studije korišćeni su različiti metodi i tehnike, kao što su: analiza sadržaja, studija slučaja, posmatranje, ispitivanje i sistemski pristup. Studija je pokazala da je prodaja proizvoda kompanije Implek široko rasprostranjena u zemlji i regionu. Postojeća prednost na tržištu postignuta je standardnim proizvodima visokog kvaliteta, ali pre svega, efikasnim upravljanjem ljudskim resursima. Menadžment kompanije treba da ostvari formalizaciju i ujedinjenje, i sprovede niz mera u cilju poboljšanja discipline zaposlenih. Najbolje radnike treba motivisati putem podsticaja za ostvarene rezultate i inovacije.

Management of health, safety and wellbeing of employees in the business system

AB  - Risk assessment and the implementation of measures for a healthy and safe work before the employee starts working, is the basic principle of the prevention of occupational injuries, occupational diseases and diseases related to work. Bearing that in mind, the goal of this paper is to describe the activities of employers and employees in the field of health, safety and wellbeing of employees in a particular business system as well as to measure progress in safety management by analysing data on occupational injuries, occupational diseases and diseases related to work. The research conducted in this paper is based on information and data collected from the public company 'Vojvodinašume' and on the description from literature sources. For the purpose of processing the collected data, we used descriptive statistical methods and the data proper are presented graphically and in tabular form in order to facilitate analysis and comparison. Results of the research showed that the number of occupational injuries in the public company 'Vojvodinašume' in the period from 2004 to 2013 reduced, particularly the number of minor injuries. However, the public company 'Vojvodinašume', in addition to reducing the number of minor injuries, is obliged to eliminate major and fatal occupational injuries, as well as to enable effective prevention of the occurrence of occupational diseases and diseases related to work.
AB  - Procena rizika i primena mera za zdrav i bezbedan rad pre početka rada zaposlenog na radnom mestu, jeste osnovni princip prevencije od povreda na radu, profesionalnih oboljenja i oboljenja u vezi sa radom. Imajući to u vidu, cilj ovog rada je da prikaže aktivnosti poslodavca i zaposlenih u oblasti zdravlja, bezbednosti i dobrobiti zaposlenih u konkretnom poslovnom sistemu i da se analizom podataka o povredama na radu, profesionalnim oboljenjima i oboljenjima u vezi sa radom izmeri napredak u upravljanju bezbednošću. Sprovedena istraživanja u ovom radu zasnovana su na informacijama i podacima prikupljenim iz javnog preduzeća 'Vojvodinašume' i na opisu iz literaturnih izvora. Za obradu prikupljenih podataka korišćeni su deskriptivni statistički metodi, a sami podaci predstavljeni su grafički i tabelarno u cilju njihove lakše analize i komparacije. Rezultati sprovedenog istraživanja pokazali su da se broj povreda na radu u javnom preduzeću 'Vojvodinašume' u periodu od 2004. do 2013. godine smanjio i to naročito lakih povreda. Međutim, javno preduzeće 'Vojvodinašume' pored smanjivanja broja lakših povreda, ima posebnu obavezu da eliminiše teže i smrtne povrede na radu, kao i da omogući da efektna preventiva spreči pojavu profesionalnih oboljenja i oboljenja u vezi sa radom.

AB  - This paper presents an results overview from experiments about supplemental nutrition pheasant hunting grounds, during reproduction period. Previous studies have generally followed the effects of using a grain cereals (wheat and barley) for the purpose of supplemental nutrition hens to reproductive parameters. Due to the fact that the grain carbohydrate nutrient is deficient to protein and calcium, results are lacking, or were minimal in some parameters. Therefore, the proposed use feed properly balanced all the necessary nutrients, with the maximum feeder dispersion (one feeder per territory males), in order to reduce predation and direct losses of birds and eggs.
AB  - U radu je izložen pregled rezultata istraživanja o dopunskoj ishrani fazana u lovištima za vreme reprodukcije. Dosadašnja istraživanja su uglavnom pratila efekte korišćenja zrna nekog žita (pšenice ili ječma) u cilju dopunske ishrane fazanki. Zbog činjenice da su žita ugljenohidratna hraniva, deficitarna u proteinima i kalcijumu, rezultati su izostali. Zbog toga se predlaže korišćenje adekvatno balansirane hrane na sve potrebne hranljive sastojke, uz maksimalnu disperziju hranilica (jedna hranilica po jednoj teritoriji mužjaka) u cilju smanjenja predatorstva i direktnih gubitaka ptica i jaja.

AB  - Volatility in agricultural production caused by the reliance on natural factors, and water is one of the basic, which provides greater production. Volatility in agricultural production caused by the reliance on natural factors, and water is one of the basic, which provides greater production. The authors in their professional praxis have seen that the presence and absence of vadose zone in the upper part of aquifer, with inter-granulary porosity type, is a prerequisite for enhanced concentrations of iron and manganese in groundwater. The natural aeration zone in vadose zone of the upper part of aquifer enables additional enrichment of groundwater with oxygen, which is spent on the account of biochemical processes in the direction of their flow. The absence of this zone in aquifer directly influences higher iron and manganese content in groundwater, often above the permissible concentration in drinking water. In order to eliminate this problem, in this paper proposal of future works were made, different of the usual procedure of hydro geological research. It will be possible to examine the effect of aeration of groundwater in the aquifer, during the preparation of wells from which to irrigate the land. .
AB  - Nestabilnost poljoprivredne proizvodnje uslovljena je oslanjanjem na prirodne faktore, a voda je jedan od osnovnih koji obezbeđuje veću proizvodnju. Ulaganja u sisteme za navodnjavanje su neophodna, ali uz konstantna tehnološka poboljšanja i ekonomsku ocenu investicije. U praksi je dokazano da je prisustvo i odsustvu vadosa zona u gornjem delu izdani, sa intergranularim tipom poroznosti, preduslov za pojavu povećane koncentracije jona gvožđa i mangana u podzemnim vodama. Prirodna aeracija oblasti u vadosa zoni u gornjem delu izdani omogućava dodatno obogaćivanje podzemnih voda sa kiseonikom, koje se izvodi na račun biohemijskih procesa u njima. Odsustvo ove zone u akviferu direktno utiče na veći sadržaj gvožđa i mangana u podzemnim vodama, često iznad dozvoljene koncentracije u vodi za piće što će imati negativno dejstvo prilikom navodnjavanja površina. Kako bi se u budućnosti eliminisao ovaj problem u radu su date preporuke, promene uobičajene procedure hidrogeoloških istraživanja, da se sagleda efekat aeracije vode u akviferu, tokom pripreme bunara iz kojih će se navodnjavati zemljište. .

The natural aeration zone in vadose zone of the upper part of aquifer enables additional enrichment of groundwater with oxygen, which is spent on the account of biochemical processes in the direction of their flow. The absence of this zone in aquifer directly influences higher iron and manganese content in groundwater, often above the permissible concentration in drinking water. In order to eliminate this problem, in this paper proposal of future works were made, different of the usual procedure of hydro geological research. AB  - The authors perform an analysis of economic indicators in the production of cabbage in the Republic of Macedonia, based on statistics (2005- 2009) and data from directly interviewed thirty family holdings. In doing so, they found that cabbage in this country is produced on average area of 3,947 hectares. Total production, with an average yield of 22,342 kg/ha, is 88,182 tones in average, which is 11.4% of the total production of horticultural products. Production of cabbage is mainly concentrated in three statistical regions, as follows: 37.43% in the Southeast region, 12.54% in Pelagonia region and 11.15% in Polog region of the total area in the country. Because of that, surveys are carried out in these three regions. Labor productivity varies between 30.0 kg/h in the Southeast and 34.9 kg/h in Polog region and inside the region 26.7 to 39.2 kg/h. Although average yields at the surveyed producers are largest in Polog region (on average 39,980 kg/ha), the efficiency of invested assets is lowest. The profit is 211.6 EUR/ha in average. This is why they sell the entire production on the wholesale market where the purchase price is lowest. In contrast, highest profit (on average 1,389.4 EUR/ha) accomplish the producers from Pelagonia region because they produce with lowest unit costs and sell the products with highest price, compared to other producers.
AB  - Autori su, na bazi statističkih (2005-2009) i podataka direktno anketiranih trideset porodičnih gazdinstava, izvršili analizu ekonomskih pokazatelja u proizvodnji kupusa u Republici Makedoniji. Utvrdili su da se u Republici Makedoniji kupus proizvodi na prosečnoj površini od 3. 947 hektara. Ukupna proizvodnja, pri prosečnom prinosu od 22.342 kg/ha, iznosi 88.182 tona, što je 11,4% od ukupne proizvodnje povrtarskih proizvoda. Proizvodnja kupusa uglavnom je koncentrisana u tri statističkih regiona, i to: 37,43% u Jugoistočnom regionu, 12,54% u Pelagonijskom regionu i u Pološkom regionu 11,15% od ukupne površine u zemlji. AB  - The aim was to discuss organizational and economic issues of some major business indices of an enterprise. An overview of organizational and economic as well as technical and technological segments of an enterprise was given and links and relationships were described. The objective was to analyze positive business results in the enterprise focused on the purchase and processing of mushrooms, wild fruits and medicinal plants but also to mitigate or eliminate any adverse effects influencing business activities.
AB  - U radu su razmatrane organizaciono-ekonomske strane najvažnijih pokazatelja poslovanja radne jedinice koja je u sastavu Javnog preduzeća. Prikazane su i objašnjene veze i odnosi organizaciono-ekonomskih i tehničko-tehnoloških segmenata poslovanja preduzeća. AB  - Fattening of broiler chickens is a very specific production process characterized by intensive production principles, rapid increase in broilers, small consumption of food/kg of gain (feed conversion ratio) and a large production of broilers' meat per square meter of surface. In order to increase the profitability of this production, the intention of farmers is to reduce the duration of production as well as to increase population density, with the aim of increasing the production of broiler chickens' meat, calculated per unit of surface (m(2)). However, most of the countries in the world, in order to protect and preserve the welfare of poultry, limit the maximum of broilers' meat production by regulations and standards. These researches aim to determine the optimal density and duration of fattening in a way to achieve the best production results and the profitability of fattening the broiler chickens hybrids Cobb 500 in temperate continental climate, while preserving the welfare of poultry. From six different population densities (16.84, 16.33, 14.29, 12.75, 14.80 and 15.46 birds per m(2)) and fattening period between 37 and 40 days, the best production and economic performance showed that a group of chickens that was fattened in a period of 40 days had a population density of about 16 birds per m(2). This group of broilers produced the most meat per m(2) (about 33 kg), the welfare of poultry is maintained and the standard was not exceeded, so we can say that the best economy and profitability of fattening broiler chickens in the concerned region is achieved. In other groups of chickens, profitability could be more advantageous if the increased population density goes up to 16 birds per m(2); or the duration of fattening could be extended up to 40 days and by this way the welfare of poultry would not be violated.

AB  - The objective was to analyze the properties of organizational and economic conditions known to be the principal business indices of an enterprise in order to show the impact on technical and technological segments of enterprise business activities. The ultimate goal was to make records on positive business trends expected to enhance future business activities.
AB  - U radu su analizirana obeležja organizaciono-ekonomskih uslova, kao i najvažnijih pokazatelja poslovanja preduzeća u poslednje dve uzastopne godine. Analiza treba da prikaže i objasni reakcije koje se odnose na organizaciono-ekonomski i tehničko-tehnološki segment poslovanja preduzeća. AB  - Term recultivation can be defined in several Waus, and the most general definition would be that the recultivation represents a series of actions which lead to establishment of satisfactory phyto productivity on prewiously degraded surfaces. Based on field trials carried out by numerous authors and on cinder sites/pits, recommendations are mainly planting of perennial melioration grasses and bushy and wody forest species, focusing on correct selection of plant species. In regard to profitability of growing on such soils, the fruit production has the advantage.

AB  - Family farms are faced with an ever-rising competitiveness on the market. In order to meet the requirements on the market family farms are obliged to use current resources, raise labor productivity and adapt the production program to the needs of the consumers. Small farms are unlikely to succeed on the market considering the lack of both human and material resources. Their only chance is production intensification, competitive crop production and establishment of associations. The aim of the study was to develop models for different family farm types taking into account the constraints in order to enable an income which would meet the needs of household members. A comparison of the models would enable the determination of competitiveness of some production lines and of the farms involved. This is of principal interest to regions where there are numerous producers disposing of small agricultural land areas and focused on the production of one or two products (raspberry or any other berry fruit, plums and tobacco).
AB  - Porodična gazdinstva suočavaju se sa sve većom konkurencijom na tržištu. Da bi odgovorili zahtevima tržišta gazdinstva moraju na najcelishodniji način koristiti postojeće resurse, povećati produktivnost rada i proizvodni program uskladiti potrebama potrošača. Mala gazdinstva će veoma teško uspeti da se održe na tržištu jer ne raspolažu sa ljudskim i materijalnim resursima. Njihova šansa je u povećanju intenzivnosti proizvodnje, gajenju kultura koje imaju bolju tržišnu poziciju i formiranju raznih odlika udruženja. Na osnovu ovih pretpostavki, preporučujemo za različite tipove gazdinstava formulisanje modela koji će uz uvažavanje određenih ograničenja omogućiti ostvarenje prihoda dovoljnog za ispunjenje ciljeva članova domaćinstva. Upoređivanjem rešenja modela utvrdiće se konkurentnost pojedinih linija proizvodnje i samih gazdinstava. Ovo je posebno interesantno za područja u kojima je veliki broj proizvođača, koji pojedinačno raspolažu sa malim površinama, orijentisan na proizvodnju jednog ili dva proizvoda.

AB  - The trial was carried out during two years (2005 and 2006) on Agrostietum vulgare - type meadow in the hilly mountainous region near Valjevo (at an altitude 750 m). The investigation included six NPK fertilizer rates N0P0K0, N50P50K50, N100P50K50, N100P100K100, N150P100K100 i N200P150K150 kg ha-1. The increase in N, P, and K fertilization level resulted in corresponding increases in the quantity of grass dry matter. In particular the increases in M rate had a favorable effect on DM yield. The maximum two-year average dry matter yield of 8.17 t ha-1 was achieved with the highest MPK rate (200:150:150 kgha-1). The increase was 5.94 t ha-1 or 365% compared with the control. DM yield ratio between the highest NPK rate and control was similar in 2005 and 2006 (indices 357 and 377, respectively).
AB  - Istraživanja o uticaju NPK đubriva na prinos livade tipa Agrostietum vulgaris su obavljena u dvogodišnjem periodu (2005. i 2006) u agro-ekološkim uslovima zapadne Srbije (okolina Valjeva, 750 mnv). Đubrenje je obuhvatilo 6 nivoa NPK đubriva - N0P0K0, N50P50K50, N100P50K50, N100P100K100, N150P100K100 i N200P150K150 kg ha-1 po godini. Povećanje količine N, P i K đubriva je vodilo u odgovarajuće povećanje količine SM po jedinici površine, posebno je povećan prinos SM sa većim količinama N. Maksimalni prosečan dvogodišnji prinos SM od 8,17 t ha-1 je ostvaren sa najvećom količinom NPK (N200P150K150kg ha-1 po godini). Povećanje je bilo 5,94 t ha-1 ili 365 % u poređenju sa kontrolom. Uticaj đubrenja je bio veći u prvoj godini, ali je u 2006. prinos suve mase mnogo pravilnije rastao sa povećanjem doze NPK. Odnos prinosa SM između najveće količine NPK i kontrole je bio sličan u obe godine istraživanja. Najveći prinos SM po kg primenjenog hraniva je postignut u kombinaciji N100P50K50, dajući 19,52, odnosno 18,25 kg sena po kg hraniva u 2005. i 2006. godini.

AB  - Milk production trends tend to rise, however due to market demands and the living standard of the population a more significant production increase is substantially limited. Considering the declining trend of milking cows a major total milk production increase may be achieved by raising the milking capacity per animal. In Serbia there is an excess of dairy plants considering the achieved milk production. This results in a declining competitiveness between dairy plants on both the domestic and foreign market. Diary plants are satisfied with the premium awards because these contribute to a continuous and permanent milk supply. Some major dairy plants offer expertise help to producers with regard to production specialization.
AB  - Proizvodnja mleka je u porastu, ali je značajnije povećanje limitirano zahtevima tržišta i standardom stanovništva. Imajući u vidu trend smanjenja broja muznih krava do veće ukupne proizvodnje možemo doći jedino povećanjem mlečnosti po grlu. U odnosu na ostvarenu proizvodnju mleka Srbija ima previše mlekara. Posledica ovakvog stanja je smanjena konkurentnost mlekara na domaćem i stranom tržištu. Iako postojeći sistem isplate premija za mleko odgovara mlekarama, jer im obezbeđuje stalne dobavljače, one najveće različitim merama pružaju pomoć proizvođačima u pogledu veće specijalizacije proizvodnje.

Knowledge and education are prerequisites for the creation of new values. In our country the future development of agriculture and rural development in general may only be expected under the conditions of permanent education and knowledge acquisition.

Phasing of investments into the farm mechanization

AB  - At the farms it has to be paid particular attention to the mechanization utilization degree. Namely, annual costs calculated on the basis of depreciation and accompanying maintenance costs, then insurance, interests and investment maintenance are of fixed character and they do not depend on mechanization utilization. Higher utilization of available farm mechanization facilities decreases the unit fixed costs calculated on the basis of production volume, which causes decrease of the unit product costs as well as an increase of the farm economic efficiency. In accordance with that, in the case of investments into farm mechanization it is necessary first of all to be examined economic justification of such investment. Such analysis could give an answer: Is it economically more favorable for the farm to provide its own mechanization or to fulfill such needs by utilization of external mechanization services? Besides, if it is necessary to be provided own mechanization, it is important to be determined phasing of investments due to the faster paying back of invested capital. In this paper on an economic model it is shown a methodological procedure for finding out answers onto the asked questions.
AB  - Na poljoprivrednim gazdinstvima posebnu pažnju treba pokloniti stepenu iskorišćavanja sredstava mehanizacije. Naime, godišnji troškovi obračunati preko amortizacije i pratećih troškova održavanja, zatim, osiguranje, kamate i investiciono održavanje su fiksnog karaktera i ne zavise od obima upotrebe mehanizacije. Veće korišćenje raspoloživih sredstava mehanizacije na gazdinstvu smanjuje fiksne troškove po jedinici ostvarenog obima proizvodnje što utiče na smanjenje cene koštanja proizvoda i povećanje ekonomske efikasnosti gazdinstva. Prema tome, pri investiranju u sredstva mehanizacije na gazdinstvu, prethodno je potrebno da se ispita ekonomska opravdanost takve investicije. Pri tome se može dobiti odgovor na pitanje: Da li je za poljoprivredno gazdinstvo ekonomski povoljnije da nabavi sopstvena sredstva mehanizacije ili da takve potrebe podmiruje koristeći usluge sa strane? Takođe, ukoliko je neophodno da nabavi sopstvena sredstva, u cilju brzog povraćaja uloženog kapitala, važno je da se utvrdi dinamika investiranja. U ovom radu je na ekonomskom modelu prikazan metodološki postupak za iznalaženje odgovora na navedena pitanja.

Economic parameters of optimal production structure in irrigation conditions

AB  - As the system of plant production depends on the farm production orientation, but the wider area as well, by properly formulated organization, economic and technical parameters it could be achieved the following goals: maximal utilization of production potentials; land fertility preservation and increase; fulfillment of the needs for livestock husbandry, then for processing capacities in the food processing industry; achievement of maximal financial result per area unit; choice of appropriate irrigation system together with its full effectiveness, profitability and achievement of ecological optimum etc. By introduction of intensive vegetable crops in irrigation conditions as well as higher share of industrial crops, there are made foundations for better utilization of the food processing industry capacities, then for development of intensive livestock husbandry as well as creation of possibility for replacement of fertilizers by manure. Respecting economic advantages of irrigated production, in this paper it is given the methodological procedure for establishment of economic parameters concerning optimal production structure.
AB  - Polazeći od činjenice da navodnjavanje predstavlja meru kojom se povećava ukupni obim proizvodnje hrane, važno je utvrditi osnovne organizaciono-ekonomske parametre za ostvarivanje ovog cilja. Prirodni resurs, voda čini jedan značajan činilac kojim se povećava obim ukupne mase biljne proizvodnje. Uvođenjem intenzivnih povrtarskih kultura u uslovima navodnjavanja i veća zastupljenosti industrijskih useva, stvaraju se osnovi za korišćenje kapaciteta industrijske prerade poljoprivrednih proizvoda, zatim za razvoj intenzivnog stočarstva i stvaranje mogućnosti za zamenu mineralnih đubriva stajskim. Takođe, navodnjavanjem se pruža mogućnost obimnog uzgoja preživara u različitim tipovima i oblicima odgoja, kao velikih potrošača voluminoznog dela biljne proizvodnje (sporednih proizvoda), a pre svega slame strnih žita i kukuruzovine (siliranje, prostirka, proizvodnja komposta i dr.). Pored toga, glave i lišće šećerne repe su vrlo kvalitetna hraniva bilo u neposrednoj ishrani ili silaži. Posebnu vrednost predstavljaju nusproizvodi prehrambene industrije - sačme, pogače, mekinje, klice, surutka i sl. S obzirom da sistem biljne proizvodnje zavisi od proizvodne orijentacije gazdinstva, ali i šireg područja, dobro formulisanim organizaciono-ekonomskim i tehničkim parametrima može se postići: maksimalno korišćenje proizvodnih potencijala; očuvanje ili povećanje plodnosti zemljišta; podmirivanje potreba stočarstva, prerađivačkih kapaciteta i industrije za preradu poljoprivrednih proizvoda; ostvarivanje maksimalnog finansijskog rezultata po jedinici površine; izbor odgovarajućeg sistema za navodnjavanje uz njegovu punu ekonomičnost, rentabilnost proizvodnje i dostizanje ekološkog optimuma, i dr. Prema tome, u ovom radu je dat metodološki postupak za utvrđivanje ekonomskih parametara optimalne strukture proizvodnje u uslovima navodnjavanja. .

AB  - The role of management in both profitable and non-profitable organizations is to ensure an efficient use of manpower and physical resources in order to achieve a goal. Professional managers have evolved based on labor division and are expected to manage an organization using the knowledge and skill acquired. Therefore, the need arises to stimulate them in an efficient way. Market economy is expected to contribute to the enhancement of permanent activities in the development and implementation of adequate models for motivating the personnel.
AB  - Uloga menadžmenta je da na efikasan način obezbedi i koristi ljudski napor i fizičke resurse u podsticanju nekog cilja i on postoji u svim organizacijama, profitnim i neprofitnim. Profesionalizacija menadžera je rezultat podele rada, odnosno specijalizacije za profesionalno bavljenje upravom preduzeća, zašta je potrebno odgovarajuće znanje, umeće i veština. Otuda i potreba i nužnost da se ovi kadrovi na efikasan način stimulišu. Ostvarenje ovog zahteva u dobroj meri će u uslovima razvijene tržišne privrede uticati na razvijanje permanentnih aktivnosti ka iznalaženju i uvođenju što adekvatnijih modela motivacije radnog osoblja u organizacijama.

Technological, organizational and economic properties of tomato production in greenhouse systems

AB  - The growing area, dynamics, yield and production output of tomato in Europe, the world, and Serbia are discussed as well as the production properties (natural, organizational and economic) of a production unit. The vegetable production structure was analyzed but also the level of intensity. Tomato production technology was analyzed according to some labor activities and time distribution of labor and machinery input. The economic analysis of tomato production (yield, production value, financial result) is discussed but also the analysis of production costs (total costs, direct material costs and general costs). Eventually indices of economic efficacy (productivity, economic efficiency and profitability) of tomato production in greenhouse systems were computed and the economic efficacy of tomato production was determined in comparison to some major vegetable crops under identical production conditions.
AB  - U radu je razmatrana dinamika površina, prinosa i obima proizvodnje paradajza u Evropi, svetu i SCG, kao i proizvodne karakteristike (prirodne i organizaciono-ekonomske) posmatrane proizvodne jedinice. Analizirana je struktura povrtarske proizvodnje, kao i nivo njene intenzivnosti. Takodje je analizirana i tehnologija proizvodnje paradajza po pojedinim radnim operacijama, kao i vremenska raspodela utroška rada i sredstava mehanizacije u ovoj proizvodnji. Ekonomska analiza proizvodnje paradajza (prinos, vrednost proizvodnje, ostvareni finansijski rezultat), kao i analiza troškova proizvodnje (ukupnih troškova direktnog materijala i opštih) čine značajnu sadržinu rada. Na kraju se izračunati pokazatelji ekonomske efikasnosti (produktivnost, ekonomičnost i rentabilnost) proizvodnje paradajza u zaštićenom prostoru i utvrđena je ekonomska efektivnog ove proizvodnje u poređenju sa važnijim povrtarskim kulturama u istim proizvodnim uslovima.

Eventually indices of economic efficacy (productivity, economic efficiency and profitability) of tomato production in greenhouse systems were computed and the economic efficacy of tomato production was determined in comparison to some major vegetable crops under identical production conditions., U radu je razmatrana dinamika površina, prinosa i obima proizvodnje paradajza u Evropi, svetu i SCG, kao i proizvodne karakteristike (prirodne i organizaciono-ekonomske) posmatrane proizvodne jedinice. Analizirana je struktura povrtarske proizvodnje, kao i nivo njene intenzivnosti. Takodje je analizirana i tehnologija proizvodnje paradajza po pojedinim radnim operacijama, kao i vremenska raspodela utroška rada i sredstava mehanizacije u ovoj proizvodnji. Ekonomska analiza proizvodnje paradajza (prinos, vrednost proizvodnje, ostvareni finansijski rezultat), kao i analiza troškova proizvodnje (ukupnih troškova direktnog materijala i opštih) čine značajnu sadržinu rada. AB  - The aim of this paper was to examine cholesterol content in meat of five Cyprinidae species: white bream (Bllica bjoerkna L.), carp bream (Abramis brama L.), baltic vimba (Vimba vimba carinata Pallas), zope (Abramis balerus L.) and crucian carp (Carassius carassius gibelio Bloch) from the river Danube. Cholesterol content was examined in the function of season factor and individual weight. Cholesterol concentration in meat of white bream carp bream, baltic vimba, zope and crucian carp is on average level below 20 mg/100 g of meat, which makes meat of these fish species nutritively very valuable. Cholesterol content is variable during the season. Its concentration in meat and in lipids is lowest during spring, during summer it increases and during autumn decreases, except in meat of white bream. Body weight has influence on cholesterol content when its concentration is expressed as % of cholesterol in lipids. Its content in lipids decreases with increasing of individual weight, except in meat of carp bream.
AB  - Jedan od najznačajnijih faktora rizika koji dovodi do razvoja ateroskleroze i bolesti srca i krvnih sudova je povišen nivo holesterola u krvi. Stoga je cilj ovog rada bio da se ispita sadržaj holesterola u mesu pet vrsta Ciprinida poreklom iz reke Dunav, u funkciji sezonskog faktora i mase jedinki. Sadržaj holesterola u mesu, svih ispitivanih vrsta riba, je na niskom nivou. Njegova prosečna vrednost tokom perioda proleće-jesen kreće se od 14.85 mg/100g u mesu špicera, do 31.40 mg/100g u mesu krupatice. Sadržaj holesterola, u mesu deverike, plavonosa, špicera i babuške je ispod 20 mg/100g mesa, što su znatno niže vrednosti no u mesu toplokrvnih životinja. Koncentracija holesterola u mesu i u masti najmanja je tokom proleća, tokom leta se povećava, a u toku jeseni smanjuje, osim u mesu krupatice. Masa trupa utiče na sadržaj holesterola u slučaju kada je njegova koncentracija iskazana kao % holesterola u masti. Njegov sadržaj u masti smanjuje se sa povećanjem mase jedinki, osim u mesu deverike.

AB  - In a desperate attempt to enhance and justify his existence and development man has seriously disturbed the natural equilibrium thus imperiling his future on the planet. Scientific and technological revolution has left its marks on the production of inconceivable accurate equipment and weapons intended directly for man's extinction in war conflicts and indirectly to the pollution-contamination of soil, water, air and major natural and agricultural resources. Recent war conflicts in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic Srpska with the objective of changing once again the already firmly established borders between countries, took numerous precious lives and provoked enormous destructions and damages but most of all contributed to long-term ecological destruction of some major resources of agricultural production.
AB  - Čovek je u trci za svoj opstanak i razvoj, tako ozbiljno poremetio prirodnu ravnotežu, da je počeo da dovodi u pitanje svoju budućnost. Naučno-tehnološka revolucija je pokazala svoje tragove u proizvodnji skoro nezamislivih savršenih ratnih oruđa, opreme i drugo koja je opet stvorena da uništi čoveka direktno u ratnim sukobima i indirektno zagađivanjem kontaminacijom zemljišta, voda, vazduha i drugih značajnih prirodnih, pa i poljoprivrednih resursa. Najnovija ratna dejstva na području Bosne i Hercegovine, Republike Srpske potpomognuta nastojanjima za ponovnu teritorijalnu podelu sveta, pored brojnih ljudskih žrtava i ogromnih materijalnih šteta, odrazila su se i na ekološko narušavanje važnijih resursa za poljoprivrednu proizvodnju.
