dc.description.abstract | The aim of this paper is to analyze the parameters of working process of contemporary machines (disc mower and balers) in condition of PKB Corporation in relation with improvement (increasing) of productivity and reducing of energy consumption and loose decreasing. Field testing of discs mower results show productivity of 9.66 t/h as well as loses of mower 1.03 % and baler 2.57 %. Working quality of disc mower is in standard criteria but consumption of rope was 20 % above standard. Bale compaction was insufficient and that caused the estimating of appropriate time of baling as well as optimal regulation the given production conditions. Operability time for disc mower of 0.69 and 0.8 for roll baler, estimated the real work of these machines. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Cilj ispitivanja je analiza parametara i pokazatelja rada savremenih mašina (diskosne kosačice i rol baler) uslovima PKB korporacije, na osnovu čega će se sagledati mogućnosti povećanja učinka, uštede energije, i smanjenja gubitaka. Na osnovu ispitivanja utvrđene su vrednosti relevantnih parametara i pokazatelja, učinka diskosne kosačice od 23.5 ha/h i rol balera od 9.66 t/h, kao i gubitaka diskosne kosačice od 1,03%,i rol balera od 2.57%. Kvalitet rada diskosne kosačice se uklapa u granice normativa, dok kod rol balera imamo povećan utrošak veziva za 20 % od dozvoljenog. Sabijenost bala nije na zavidnom nivou i zbog toga je potrebno izvršiti najpovoljniji izbor vremena baliranja kao i izbor najbolje regulacije za date uslove. Operativno vreme T02 od 0.80 kod rol balera i 0.69 kod diskosne kosačice u potpunosti je pokazalo stvarni rad ove dve mašine. | sr |
