The effects of agrarian policy impact and adjustment of encouragement possibilities of agrarian sector development

Abstract

This paper took the analysis of so far effects of agrarian policy impact and adjustment of encouragement possibilities of agrarian sector development. It was the goal of basic tendencies analysis in development processes in agriculture and economic effects of agrarian policy. Systems, economic and market adjustments possibilities of agriculture and agrarian sector development were analyzed as well. Based on aforementioned, in this paper were determined and defined the directions and ways of agrarian policy adjustment and it's measures regarding encouragements of agriculture and agrarian sector development in general. Regarding to this, there was expressed the need of using the experiences of economic developed, especially EU countries.

U radu se sagledavaju dosadašnji efekti i uticaj agrarne politike i mogućnosti njenog prilagođavanja u funkciji podsticanja daljeg razvoja poljoprivrede i agrarnog sektora. U tom cilju izvršena je analiza osnovnih tendencija u razvojnim procesima u poljoprivredi i ekonomski efekti agrarne politike. Zatim su sagledane sistemske, ekonomske i tržišne mogućnosti prilagođavanja razvoja poljoprivrede i agrarnog sektora. Na osnovu prethodno izučenih pitanja u radu se utvrđeni i definisani pravci i načini prilagođavanja agrarne politike i njenih mera u funkciji podsticanja daljeg razvoja poljoprivrede i agrarnog sektora u celini. U skladu sa ovim ukazano je na potrebu većeg korišćenja iskustava ekonomski razvijenih zemalja posebno zemalja EU.
