Abstract
The role of management in both profitable and non-profitable organizations is to ensure an efficient use of manpower and physical resources in order to achieve a goal. Professional managers have evolved based on labor division and are expected to manage an organization using the knowledge and skill acquired. Therefore, the need arises to stimulate them in an efficient way. Market economy is expected to contribute to the enhancement of permanent activities in the development and implementation of adequate models for motivating the personnel.
Uloga menadžmenta je da na efikasan način obezbedi i koristi ljudski napor i fizičke resurse u podsticanju nekog cilja i on postoji u svim organizacijama, profitnim i neprofitnim. Profesionalizacija menadžera je rezultat podele rada, odnosno specijalizacije za profesionalno bavljenje upravom preduzeća, zašta je potrebno odgovarajuće znanje, umeće i veština. Otuda i potreba i nužnost da se ovi kadrovi na efikasan način stimulišu. Ostvarenje ovog zahteva u dobroj meri će u uslovima razvijene tržišne privrede uticati na razvijanje permanentnih aktivnosti ka iznalaženju i uvođenju što adekvatnijih modela motivacije radnog osoblja u organizacijama.
