Abstract
In the paper, the temperatures and relative humidity recommendations and air-distribution systems in potato stores have been presented. Classification of potato storage systems and practical systems for potato storage in bulk and crates have been analyzed. The possibilities of natural ventilation induced by thermal buoyancy (stack effect) and wind as a driving force for aeration of industrial potato stores has been presented. Design data needed for fan selection has been given including recommended air volume flow and type of fans. Special attention has been paid to system flow characteristics (air flow resistance) in potato stores. Proper equation to calculate pressure drop in channels and potato stack have been recommended.
U radu su prikazane vrednosti temperature i relativne vlažnosti, i karakteristike sistema za raspodelu vazduha u industrijskim skladištima krompira. Data je klasifikacija sistema skladištenja i analizirani su sistemi skladištenja u rasutom stanju i sanducima. Pored toga analiziran je uticaj prirodne ventilacije, usled uticaja vetra i razlike temperature spoljašnjeg i unutrašnjeg vazduha, na intenzitet ventilacije skladišta. Dati su podaci relevantni za izbor ventilatora uključujući preporučene vrednosti protoka vazduha i tipa ventilatora. Posebna pažnja posvećena je strujnim karakteristikama (pad pritiska) i date odgovarajuće jednačine za proračun pada pritiska u kanalima i u sloju krompira.
