Optimal working speed and energetic characteristics of tractor machinery aggregate

Abstract
It is obvious that maximum efficiency of tractor-machinery aggregate is in disparity to working regime of tractor pulling efficiency value. Higher working speeds are always followed by continual increase of specific tool resistance force, which leads to conclusion that maximum values of its technical efficiency will be obtained in zone of less working speeds and higher pulling forces. In this paper, there is interpretation of graphical method for optimal working speed tractor-machinery aggregate determination upon efficiencies of wheel and caterpillar tractors, very useful in practical purposes with adequate precision. In its basis, this graphical method uses, as data source, values of specific tool resistance force and tractor pulling efficiency values.
Evidentno je nepodudaranje režima maksimalne proizvodnosti traktorsko mašinskih agregata sa režimom maksimalnog vučnog koeficijenta korisnog dejstva traktora. Zbog neprekidnog porasta otpora, bilo kog oruđa, sa povećanjem radne brzine, maksimum tehničke proizvodnosti je uvek smešten u zonu manjih radnih brzina i većih vučnih sila. U radu je interpretiran grafički metod određivanja optimalne radne brzine TMA po proizvodnosti, za traktore točkaše i guseničare, koji se može koristiti sa dovoljnom tačnošću za praktičnu primenu. Grafički metod, u osnovi, koristi podatke za specifični otpor oruđa i vučni koeficijent korisnog dejstva traktora.
