Effect of different protein sources in concentrate mixtures on slaughter results early weaned lambs during fattening

Abstract
Nutrition trial was performed using 60 lambs (30 males and 30 females) in fattening of F2 generations (croses of Sharplaninska x Wirtemberg) dividen into 3 groups. Lambs were weaned at 30 days of age and fattened for the following 54 day with complete forage mixtures of different protein sources. The lambs of 1st group was fattening of forage mixtures with soybean meal 2nd group with sunflower meal and 3rd group with livestock yeast. In addition to concentrate, lambs were given meadow hay ad lib. In the end nutrition trial, from each group, 3 female and 2 male lambs were separated to serve for studies on slaughter results. From slaughter results were evidence carcass weight with the head, dressing percentage of slaughtered lambs and weight of internal organs. Dressing percentage per trial group was as follows: 48,95; 48,52 and 49,06% and with no statistical significance.
Izvršenje ogled ishrane na 60 jagnjadi u tovu (30 muških i 30 ženskih), F2 generacije, dobijenih ukrštanjem šarplaninske ovce sa ovnovima virtemberške rase, podeljenih u tri grupe, prosečne početne telesne mase oko 11,25 kg do prosečne završne telesne mase 23,25 kg. Jagnjad su odlučena u uzrastu od 30 dana i tovljena narednih 54 dana, obrocima različitog sastava radi utvrđivanja uticaja različitih izvora proteina u smešama koncentrata na proizvodne i klanične rezultate jagnjadi u tovu. Jagnjad I grupe hranjena su krmnom smešom sa sojinom sačmom, II grupe krmnom smešom sa suncokretovom sačmom i III grupe smešom sa stočnim kvascem. Pored krmne smeše sve grupe jagnjadi dobijale su i livadsko seno. Ishrana smesama koncentrata i senom bila je po volji. Na kraju oglednog perioda, u cilju utvrđivanja klaničnih rezultata, iz svake grupe zaklano je po 5 jagnjadi (3 ženska i 2 muška), kod kojih je utvrđena masa trupa sa glavom, randman zaklanih grla kao i masa unutrašnjih organa. Randman klanja ...ogledne jagnjadi I grupe bio je 48,95%. II grupe 48,52% i III grupe 49,06% i bez statistički značajnih razlika između oglednih grupa.
