The application of the modern methods for the orchard estimation

Abstract

In terms of the function, utilization and expenditures during the production the plantings are the major source of the production. The chief characteristics significant for the evaluation of the means covered are as follows: large investments at the establishment, linkage to a particular site, comparatively long exploitation term with different cropping potentials and regular yield within the successive years. With the aim to assess the stated means, the investment model has been developed and analyzed via the real data of an apple orchard obtained in practice. The analysis was based on the assessment of the growing (establishment and purchase) and yield values of the planting. With the respect to some hypotheses concerned with the application of different methods for the orchard assessment, the dependence between the purpose of the planting and the practice requirements was studied.

U radu su date metode koje služe za procenu savremenih visokointenzivnih zasada pri različitim svrhama u praksi. Pri tom su analizirane dve najvažnije metode: uzgojna i prinosna vrednost zasada. Primena ovih metoda prikazana je na modelu zasada jabuke na površini od 20 ha za uzgojni sistem Pilar razmaka sadnje 4 x l m, sa 2.500 sadnica/ha.
