The paper represents the result of an investigation of plasticity limits of various evolution stages (subtypes) of calcareous black soils from the Rajac area, the north-east branch of the mountain Suvobor. By Atterberg's method there have been determined lower plasticity limit (Wp) and upper plasticity limit (Wl), and the plasticity index has been calculated (Ip) for four subtypes of calcareous black soils (organogenic, organo-mineral, brownized and loessivized black soils). Activity index of clay (CE) has also been calculated. The results showed that all subtypes of the analysed calcareous black soil belong to exceedingly plastic soils, the plasticity limits of which are rather increased if compared to other agricultural soils.
U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja granica plastičnosti različitih evolucionih faza (podtipova) krečnjačke crnice sa područja Rajca, severistočnog ogranka planine Suvobor. Metodom Atterbetga odredjene su donja granica plastičnosti (Wp), gornja granica plastičnosti (Wl) i izračunat je indeks plastičnosti (lp) iz četiri podtipa krečnjačke crnice (organogene, organo mineralne, braunizirane i lesivirane crnice). Izračunat je i indeks aktivnosti gline (CE). Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da svi podtipovi ispitane krečnjačke crnice spadaju u jako plastična zemljišta, čije su granice plastičnosti prilično povećane u odnosu na druga poljprivredna zemljišta.
