Influence of protein level in the diets of young lactating sows, litter size and parity on estrous reactions

Abstract

In this paper it has been investigated the effect of protein level, litter size and parity on estrous reactions after weaning and on the length between weaning and estrus. Significant different were fo­und as far as, dependence upon the protein level in lactating sows diet, is concerned and the length of period between weaning and estrus and also the percentage of sows being again in heat. There is a tendency of somewhat lover estrous reaction as well as the extension of time between weaning and estrus with an increase of the litter size. It was also found that parity in order affected the post weaning estrous reaction of sows and the length of time between weaning and next estrus. .

U raduje ispitivan uticaj nivoa proteina u obrocima krmača I i II laktacije po redu i veličine legla na estrusno reagovanje po zalučenju i dužinu perioda od zalučenja do pojave estrusa. Utvrđene su značajne razl ike u zavisnosti od nivoa proteina u obroku krmača u laktaciji na dužini intervala od zalučenja do pojave estrusa i procenta ulaska krmača u estrus. Konstatovana je tendencija smanjenja estrusnog reagovanja i produženja intervala od zalučenja do pojave estrusa sa povećanjem veličine legla. Ustanovljeno da paritet ima uticaja na estrusno reagovanje i dužinu perioda od zalučenja do pojave estrusa. .
