Inheritance of some grapevine properties in the hybrid progeny of Villard noir and Muscat Hamburg cultivars

Abstract

The mode of inheritance of some important quality and quantity grapevine properties was investigated in 34 seedlings of F1 generation of the combination cross of Villard Noir x Muscat Hamburg. Monogenic inheritance was established for the color of berry skin and cluster resistance to Botrytis cinerea. Exception to monogenic inheritance has been determined for the flavour of berry. The negative heterosis was established for both, the grape yield and sugar content in must. The dominance of a parent with a low bunch weight and a low total acid content in must was determined in the inheritance of the bunch weight and the total acid content in must. The partial dominance of a parent with low berry weight was detected for the berry weight.

U radu je proučavan način nasleđivanja važnijih kvalitativnih i kvantitativnih osobina vinove loze kod 34 sejanaca F1 generacije iz kombinacije ukrštanja Villard noir x Muskat hamburg. Za boju pokožice bobice i otpornost grozda na Botrytis cinerea ustanovljeno je monogensko nasleđivanje. Odstupanje od monogenskog nasleđivanja utvrđeno je za ukus bobice. Prinos grožđa i sadržaj šećera u sin pokazali su negativan heterozis. Za masu grozda i sadržaj ukupnih kiselina u širi utvrđena je dominacija roditelja sa niskom masom grozda i niskim sadržajem ukupnih kiselina u širi. Za masu bobice ustanovljena je parcijalna dominacija roditelja sa niskom masom bobice.
