Research of basic work parameters of mounted harvesting camomile machine

Abstract

Complex mechanization in chamomile production presumes to have mechanized process of chamomile harvesting as one of a crucial operation for quality raw material refinement. Subject of this study is prototype of mounted machine purposed for harvesting flower of chamomile. Comparing to previously made machines, this one is different because of its technological scheme of work and it makes this operation interesting. Crop condition characterized following parameters, such as: crop density 527 plants/ha, average height 54 cm, average number of flowers per plant 43 and measured force for tearing off the flowers of chamomile is 3,5 N. This article is summary of results observed in machine exploitation as parameters of influenced on working quality. Work quality are noted: losses, presented by percentage of flowers left on a stem and the rest felt to the ground after machine pass 1,9 %, structure of harvesting material presented by percentages of: flowers with stem no longer than 4 cm 44,7%, and with stem longer than 4 cm 35,2 %, percentage of torn branches with more flowers is 14,2%, smashed flowers 5,4 % and weed percentage 0,5 %. Working speed was between 1,3-1,7 km/h.

Kompleksna mehanizacija proizvodnje kamilice podrazumeva mehanizaciju procesa ubiranja, kao jedne od najvažnijih operacija, od koje odlučujuće zavisi kvalitet sirovine za dalju preradu. Predmet istraživanja u radu je prototip nošene mašine za ubiranje kamilice. Prikazana konstrukcija se razlikuje, po tehnološkoj šemi rada, od, do sada, primenjenih konstrukcija, što čini rad zanimljivim i interesantnim. Stanje useva karakterišu gustina useva od 527 biljaka po m2, prosečna visina biljaka 54 cm, prosečan broj cvetova po biljci 43, i utvrđena prosečna sila otkidanja cveta 3,5 N. Dat je pregled rezultata eksploatacionih ispitivanja, a kao parametri kvaliteta rada utvrđeni su: neobrane cvasti na stabljici i ubrane cvasti, koje pri ubiranju padnu na zemlju, što predstavlja gubitak od 1,9 %, procenat ubranih cvetova sa peteljkom do 4 cm dužine je bio 44,7 %, a sa peteljkom dužom od 4 cm je iznosio 35,2 %, procenat otkinutih grančica sa više cvetova je bio 14,2 %, zdrobljenih cvetova 5,4 %, dok je sadržaj korovskih primesa iznosio 0,5 %. Ostvarene radne brzine su bile između 1,3-1,7 km/h.
