Abstract
The future development strategy of agricultural enterprises presents a complex process of varying trends. Strategic management discusses the development of agricultural enterprises and defines some answers pertaining to the organization structure effecting the accomplishment of the development objectives.
Strategija razvoja poljoprivrednog preduzeća predstavlja složen proces kretanja u budućnosti. Strategijski menadžment bavi se razvojem poljoprivrednih preduzeća i definiše odgovor na pitanje kako organizaciona struktura utiče na realizaciju razvojnih ciljeva.
