Application of double protected swabs in diagnostics of bacterial infections the mare's uterus

Abstract

Numerous studies have shown that a mare can develop a uterine infection that causes significant economic losses in horse breeding. Assessment of the reproductive system in breeding animals in our country has been rarely carried out, however this is a common or compulsory practice in countries that have developed horse breeding. This paper describes the importance and different techniques for the use of double protected swabs in the diagnostics of bacterial infection of the mare uterus in order to improve their fertility. .

Na osnovu brojnih istraživanja utvrđeno je da su infekcije materice kobila značajan uzrok ekonomskih gubitaka u konjarstvu. Redovan pregled polnih organa kod priplodnih grla u našoj zemlji se retko sprovodi, što je, inače, uobičajena praksa u zemljama sa razvijenim konjarstvom, a često i obaveza. U radu je opisan značaj i tehnika upotrebe dvostruko zaštićenih briseva u dijagnostici bakterijskih infekcija materice kobila u cilju poboljšanja njihove plodnosti. .
