Diversability of biological and technological characteristics of the population and clones of the variety Cabernet franc
Diverzibilitet bioloških i tehnoloških karakteristika populacije i klonova sorte kaberne fran
Abstract
By analysis of investigated clones and control of the population of variety Cabernet franc in Grotzka vineyard district one can conclude. The investigation has been performed in a period from 1985-1999. year. It was investigated 193 significators in control group and in 10 clones following Codex method of International Office for Viticulture and Wine (Codex 001-506). Mass and cluster, mass of berry and their structure significators were in the area of statistical significancy. The grape yield was also in area statistical significancy. Content of sugar and total acids in most fulfilled all needed criteria for the production of quality and of high quality red wines. On the basis of the repeated rank ordering taking into account the number of grained for the acknowledgement and the introduction in praxis, the next clones can be recommended: No 02, No 04 and No 012. .
U periodu 1995. do 1999. godine, izvršeno je na Ogledno školskom dobru 'Radmilovac', Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Zemunu, ispitivanje III generacije klonova i populacije sorte vinove loze kaberne fran u fazi rastuće rodnosti. Ispitivanjem su obuhvaćena 193 pokazatelja po Codes metodi OIV-a. U ovom radu prikazani su samo pokazatelji koji se međusobno značajno razlikuju. Izvestan broj ispitivanih klonova je na osnovu ispitivanih pokazatelja stekao uslove za prijavljivanje Komisiji za priznavanje sorti poljoprivrednog bilja Jugoslavije.
