Physical form of dry feed and using of hay in calves diet during preweaning period
Fizička forma suve hrane i korišćenje sena u obroku za telad u fazi tečne ishrane
Abstract
Influence of physical form of starter and hay in diets for suckling calves, on morphological and functional development of calves’ rumen, on the character of fermentative processes, and also on their production performances, are considered in this paper. Particularly, the significance of concentrate physical form during the period of liquid nutrition is emphasized, especially when hay was omitted from the diet. Effect of using of hay with different degree of chopping, in calves’ rations, and also using different structure of ration- proportion of concentrate and forage parts of the diet. The possibility for hay omitting from the calves’ rations during preweaning period is considered.
U radu je razmatran uticaj fizičke forme početne smeše za telad, kao i sena, u obrocima za neodlučenu telad, na morfološki i funkcionalni razvoj rumena teladi, karakter fermentativnih procesa, kao i njihove proizvodne performanse. Posebno je istaknut značaj fizičke forme koncentrata koji se koristi za ishranu teladi, pogotovo u uslovima izostavljanja sena iz obroka za neodlučenu telad. Prikazan je efekat korišćenja sena različitog stepena usitnjenosti, u obrocima za telad, kao i različite strukture suvog dela obroka-odnosa koncentrovanog i kabastog dela. Ukazano je na mogućnost izostavljanja sena iz obroka za telad u fazi tečne ishrane.
