Abstract
In this paper structure direct energy input in mercantile corn production is presented with special review on: energy consumption for tillage and seeding in different tillage technology as well as energy consumption for irrigation and harvesting. In these technologies only fuel was concerned as direct energy input. Its specific energy value of 42 MJ/kg was used for calculations. Obtain parameters can be used for optimization and rationalization of corn production.
