Primena elektronske i fotoelektronske spektroskopije X-zracima (XPS) za ispitivanje sastava pasivizacionog filma na belom limu
Apstrakt
The structure of passivization film has an important role in the adhesion of lacquer on the tinplate, and also in further behavior of the can filled with a different content. It is for this reason that the composition of passivization film and its influence on lacquering and adhesion were examined in this work. The composition of passivization film on the tinplate was examined after storage by the application of the AUGER spectroscopy (AES) and by the X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy (ESCA). The results show that the tinplates stored during three years have surface composition and capability of adhesion acceptable for use in food industry. .
Struktura pasivizacionog filma igra važnu ulogu u adheziji laka na belom limu, a takodje i u daljem ponašanju limenke, napunjene različitim sadržajem. Iz tih razloga, u ovome radu ispitivan je sastav pasivizacionog filma na belim limovima i njegov uticaj na lakiranje i adheziju laka. Sastav pasivizacionog filma na belim limovima nakon njihovog lagerovanja ispitivan je primenom AUGER (Ože) elektronske spektroskopije (AES) i fotoelektronske spektroskopije X-zracima (ESCA). Dobijem rezultati pokazali su da i beli umovi uskladišteni tri godine imaju sastav površine i sposobnost adhezije laka prihvatljiv za upotrebu u prehrambenoj industriji.
