AB  - The paper analyzes the possibility and the needs for the use of specific types of robots (mini unmanned aircraft with different designs and the designation of UAVs) and the possibility of using in agriculture (agrodrone). The year 2015 was proclaimed (Fortune Magazine, 2016) as the year of increasing and widespread use of UAVs in various areas of human activity, especially in agriculture and forestry (75% of use). This is important for large farm areas, where UAV has many useful functions and a very cost-effective commercial application. Today, the needs for UAVs have increased sharply with various opportunities for both civilian and military needs. There is also a significant interest in the development of new drones that can autonomously fly in different environments and locations and can perform various missions and tasks. Over the past decade, a wide range of applications for drones has gained the significance that led to the discovery of various types of unmanned UAVs of different sizes and weights. In this review, the classification of UAVs ranging based on a detailed overview of the development of the drone industry in recent years, this paper demonstrates the evolution of drones and differents application technologies. Of course, this development is very advanced and revolutionary, as well as the development of mobile and smart phones and the Internet, which will open the way for many users to participate in defining the future of UAV implementation. LIVONA Company, Belgrade, Serbia (and Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in tehnical cooperation) has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone EBee SQ Livona RTK in the future general plans for inspection of protection Soils of territory Minicipality of Stara Pazova (351 km2), and agricultural company Napredak, and exspecially plans for soils of agriculture of R. Serbia. VEKOM GeoCompany from Belgrade, (in cooperation with Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade), has a study and plans on the implementation of the model of the drone Aibot KX6 model, in the future of application of agricultural soils of region Open pit Kolubara for area from app. 600 km2 and the other soils of Region). Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in cooperation with Municipality of Ub, has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone Hubsan H109S X4 PRO in the future plans general inspection of protection Soils and Waters of territory of Municipality Ub (456 km2).
AB  - U radu su analizirane mogućnosti i potrebe upotrebe specifičnih vrsta robota (mini bespilotnih letelica sa različitim dizajnom, o značane kao UAV) i način korištenja u poljoprivredi (agrodron). Časopis Fortune je 2015.godinu proglasio kao godinu sve većeg i široko rasprostranjene upotrbe UAV letelica, u različitim oblastima ljudske delatnosti, posebno u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu (75% upotrebe). Ovo je naročito važno za velike farme i oblasti pod šumama, gde UAV ima mnogo korisnih funkcija i veoma isplative komercijalne aplikacije. Danas, potrebe za UAV imaju nagli porast sa različitim mogućnostima kako za civilne tako i za vojne potrebe. Takođe postoji značajan interes za razvoj novih bespilotnih letelica koji mogu autonomno leteti u različitim okruženjima i lokacijama i obaviti različite misije i zadatke. Tokom protekle decenije XXI veka, širok spektar aplikacija za bespilotne letelice je dobio značaj koji je doveo do konstrukcija različitih tipova bespilotnih UAV, različitih veličina i težina i svakako namene. Naravno , tehnološki razvoj kod dron sistema je veoma tehničko -tehnološki napredan i revolucionaran, uz razvoj mobilnih i pametnih (android) telefona i interneta, brzo otvora puteve i mogućnosti za mnoge korisnike u definisanju nove budućnosti implementacije UAV različitim oblastima primene. Kompanija Livona d.o.o., Beograd i Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku, Poljoprivredni fakultet u Beogradu, u tehničkoj saradnji imaju planove o implementaciji modela mikro drona EBee SK Livona RTK u narednim generalnim planovima za inspekciju, zaštitu i korišćenje poljoprivrednih zemljišta Republike Srbije, i posebno teritorije Opštine Stara Pazova (351 km2), gde je posebno mesto poljoprivrednog preduzeća Napredak a.d. VekomGeo d.o.o, Beograd u saradnji sa Institutom za poljoprivrednu tehniku Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Beogradu ima planove o budućoj upotrebi drona model Aibot X6, za nadzor na površinama od 600 km2 (i poljoprivredna zemljišta) otvorenog kopa R.B. Kolubara ili drugih objekata. Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku, Poljoprivredni fakultet u Beogradu, ima planove o saradnji sa opštino m Ub, zbog upotrebe modela mikro drona Hubsan H109S Ks4 PRO u inspekciji oko zaštite i načina korišćenja zemljišta i vo da na ovoj teritoriji (456 km2).

Analysis of the methods for wind turbine protection against direct atmospheric discharges

AB  - The subject of this PhD Thesis is a very current subject due to intensive progress in applying wind turbines around the world on one hand, and on the other hand due to their sensitivity to atmospheric discharges and serious consequences that can arise. Wind turbines are tall and nonstandard constructions with rotating elements, usually installed in locations at which the keraunic level is very high and grounding conditions are bad, and as distributed sources of electrical energy they are more prone to lightning stikes. The most prominent parts of the wind turbines, e.g. long blades and nacelle are typically made of composite materials, which cannot successfully withstand direct lightning strikes with currents up to 200 kA, neither current disharge flow on their surface, during which a significant part of this current at grounding has a path over or in vicinity of practically all vital components of the wind turbine. Continuous development of protective wind turbine systems for atmospheric discharges has a remarkable significance in order to reduce negative consequences of mechanical damages of blades, failure of electrical and electronic equipment and outage rate. Original theoretical discussions, applying software numerical procedures and very chalenging and financially demanding experimental testing enabled a high quality analysis to be preformed in the PhD Thesis regarding direct atmospheric discharges and to significally contribute to the subject. The research conducted during work on this PhD Thesis are rather complex due to nature of the events that are the subject of the research and non-standard ways of testing and at the same time multidisciplinary because they involve a good knowledge of the following fields: highvoltage technique, wind energy, atmospheric discharge physics and lightning protection. In the first part of this thesis the increasing significance that wind turbines have in contemporary decentralized EES, an overview of actual state and standards with regards to atmospheric discharges into wind turbines, and the specifics of the methods of their lighting protections have been pointed out. The main parts of the modern wind turbine are shown, because the wind turbine is a very complex device, and special attention is paid to the analysis of characteristics and means of protection of components through which the main part of the discharge current flows. Different principles for protection of composite materials from atmospheric discharges are discussed and explanations on which types of composites can be used to construct wind turbine blades and to what extent. An overview is given of the relevant parameters and characteristics of direct atmospheric discharges, which typically happen on wind turbine in service. The general principle of lightning protection of wind turbines is discussed in the thesis, based on determination of the necessary level of protection of electrical installation for lightning protection. Four levels of protection are analyzed, and for each of them criteria are defined which need to be meet by each element of the lightning protection system. The testing of these criteria needs to enable the probability of efficient work of protection is within predefined limits which are characteristic for each level of protection. The proposed procedures for calculating evaluation efficiency of lightning protection installation of wind turbine and striking distance based on which the level of protection of the protected wind turbine is uniquely determined...
AB  - Теmа dоktоrskе disеrtаciје је vеоmа аktuеlnа zbоg intеnzivnоg širеnjа primеnе vеtrоеlеktrаnа širоm svеtа sа јеdnе strаnе, а sа drugе strаnе zbоg njihоvе оsеtlјivоsti nа аtmоsfеrskе udаrе i tеških pоslеdicа kоје pri tоmе nаstајu. Vеtrоturbinе su visоkе nеstаndаrdnе kоnstrukciје sа rоtirајućim еlеmеntimа, kоје sе оbičnо instаlirајu nа lоkаciјаmа nа kојimа је kеrаunički nivо vеоmа visоk i lоši uslоvi uzеmlјеnjа, i kао distribuirаni izvоri еlеktričnе еnеrgiје imајu pоvеćаn rizik оd udаrа grоmа. Nајistаknutiјi dеlоvi vеtrоturbinа, kао štо su dugаčkе еlisе i gоndоlа, tipičnо su nаprаvlјеni оd kоmpоzitnih mаtеriјаlа, kојi nе mоgu uspеšnо dа izdržе dirеktnе udаrе grоmа sа struјаmа intеnzitеtа dо 200 kA, niti prоticаnjе struја prаžnjеnjа pо njihоvој pоvršini, pri čеmu znаčајаn dео оvе struје, prilikоm sprоvоđеnjа u zеmlјu, imа putаnju prеkо ili u blizini prаktičnо svih vitаlnih kоmpоnеnti vеtrоturbinе. Kоntinuirаn rаzvој zаštitnih sistеmа vеtrоеlеktrаnа оd аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа imа izuzеtаn znаčај kаkо bi sе smаnjilе štеtnе pоslеdicе zbоg mеhаničkih оštеćеnjа еlisа, kvаrоvа nа еlеktričnој i еlеktrоnskој оprеmi i ispаdа vеtrоеlеktrаnа iz pоgоnа. Оriginаlnа tеоriјskа rаzmаtrаnjа, primеnа sоftvеrskо-numеričkih pоstupаkа, i vеоmа izаzоvnо i finаnsiјski zаhtеvnо еkspеrimеntаlnо ispitivаnjе, оmоgućili su dа sе u dоktоrskој tеzi nа kvаlitеtаn nаčin izvrši аnаlizа mеtоdа zа zаštitu vеtrоеlеktrаnа оd dirеktnоg аtmоsfеrskоg prаžnjеnjа i dоbiјu znаčајni dоprinоsi. Istrаživаnjа kоја su sprоvеdеnа u tоku izrаdе dоktоrskе disеrtаciје su dоstа slоžеnа, zbоg prirоdе pојаvа kоје sе ispituјu i nеstаndаrdnih nаčinа ispitivаnjа, а istоvrеmеnо i multidisciplinаrnа, јеr оbuhvаtајu dоbrо pоznаvаnjе slеdеćih оblаsti: tеhnikа visоkоg nаpоnа, vеtrоеnеrgеtikа, fizikа аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа i grоmоbrаnskа zаštitа. U prvоm dеlu disеrtаciје оbјаšnjеn је svе vеći znаčај kоје vеtrоеlеktrаnе imајu u sаvrеmеnоm dеcеntrаlizоvаnоm ЕЕS-u, dаt је prеglеd аktuеlnоg stаnjа i stаndаrdа u vеzi sа аtmоsfеrskim prаžnjеnjimа u vеtrоturbinе i ukаzаnо је nа spеcifičnоsti mеtоdа njihоvе grоmоbrаnskе zаštitе. Prikаzаni su glаvni dеlоvi sаvrеmеnе vеtrоturbinе, kоја је vеоmа kоmplеksаn urеđај, pri čеmu је pоsеbnа pаžnjа pоsvеćеnа аnаlizi kаrаktеristikа i nаčinimа zаštitе kоmpоnеnti krоz kоје prоtičе glаvni dео struје prаžnjеnjа. Rаzmоtrеni su rаzličiti principi zа zаštitu kоmpоzitnih mаtеriјаlа оd аtmоsfеrskоg prаžnjеnjа i оbјаšnjеnо је kоје vrstе kоmpоzitа i u kојој mеri mоgu dа sе kоristе zа izrаdu еlisа vеtrоturbinа. Dаt је prеglеd rеlеvаntnih pаrаmеtаrа i kаrаktеristikа dirеktnih аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа kоја sе tipičnо dеšаvајu nа vеtrоturbinаmа kоје su u pоgоnu. U tеzi је rаzmоtrеn оpšti princip grоmоbrаnskе zаštitе vеtrоеlеktrаnа, zаsnоvаn nа оdrеđivаnju pоtrеbnоg nivоа zаštitе grоmоbrаnskе instаlаciје. Аnаlizirаnа su čеtiri nivоа zаštitе, pri čеmu su zа svаki оd njih dеfinisаni kritеriјumi kоје trеbа dа zаdоvоlјi svаki оd еlеmеnаtа grоmоbrаnskоg zаštitnоg sistеmа. Ispitivаnjе оvih kritеriјumа trеbа dа оbеzbеdi dа vеrоvаtnоćа еfikаsnоg dеlоvаnjа zаštitе budе u оkviru unаprеd dеfinisаnih grаnicа, kоје su kаrаktеrističnе zа svаki оd nivоа zаštitе. Prеdlоžеni su pоstupci zа izrаčunаvаnjе rаčunskе еfikаsnоsti grоmоbrаnskе instаlаciје vеtrоеlеktrаnе i udаrnоg rаstојаnjа nа оsnоvu kојih sе јеdinstvеnо оdrеđuје nivо zаštitе štićеnе vеtrоеlеktrаnе...

Four levels of protection are analyzed, and for each of them criteria are defined which need to be meet by each element of the lightning protection system. The proposed procedures for calculating evaluation efficiency of lightning protection installation of wind turbine and striking distance based on which the level of protection of the protected wind turbine is uniquely determined..., Теmа dоktоrskе disеrtаciје је vеоmа аktuеlnа zbоg intеnzivnоg širеnjа primеnе vеtrоеlеktrаnа širоm svеtа sа јеdnе strаnе, а sа drugе strаnе zbоg njihоvе оsеtlјivоsti nа аtmоsfеrskе udаrе i tеških pоslеdicа kоје pri tоmе nаstајu. Vеtrоturbinе su visоkе nеstаndаrdnе kоnstrukciје sа rоtirајućim еlеmеntimа, kоје sе оbičnо instаlirајu nа lоkаciјаmа nа kојimа је kеrаunički nivо vеоmа visоk i lоši uslоvi uzеmlјеnjа, i kао distribuirаni izvоri еlеktričnе еnеrgiје imајu pоvеćаn rizik оd udаrа grоmа. Nајistаknutiјi dеlоvi vеtrоturbinа, kао štо su dugаčkе еlisе i gоndоlа, tipičnо su nаprаvlјеni оd kоmpоzitnih mаtеriјаlа, kојi nе mоgu uspеšnо dа izdržе dirеktnе udаrе grоmа sа struјаmа intеnzitеtа dо 200 kA, niti prоticаnjе struја prаžnjеnjа pо njihоvој pоvršini, pri čеmu znаčајаn dео оvе struје, prilikоm sprоvоđеnjа u zеmlјu, imа putаnju prеkо ili u blizini prаktičnо svih vitаlnih kоmpоnеnti vеtrоturbinе. Kоntinuirаn rаzvој zаštitnih sistеmа vеtrоеlеktrаnа оd аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа imа izuzеtаn znаčај kаkо bi sе smаnjilе štеtnе pоslеdicе zbоg mеhаničkih оštеćеnjа еlisа, kvаrоvа nа еlеktričnој i еlеktrоnskој оprеmi i ispаdа vеtrоеlеktrаnа iz pоgоnа. Оriginаlnа tеоriјskа rаzmаtrаnjа, primеnа sоftvеrskо-numеričkih pоstupаkа, i vеоmа izаzоvnо i finаnsiјski zаhtеvnо еkspеrimеntаlnо ispitivаnjе, оmоgućili su dа sе u dоktоrskој tеzi nа kvаlitеtаn nаčin izvrši аnаlizа mеtоdа zа zаštitu vеtrоеlеktrаnа оd dirеktnоg аtmоsfеrskоg prаžnjеnjа i dоbiјu znаčајni dоprinоsi. Istrаživаnjа kоја su sprоvеdеnа u tоku izrаdе dоktоrskе disеrtаciје su dоstа slоžеnа, zbоg prirоdе pојаvа kоје sе ispituјu i nеstаndаrdnih nаčinа ispitivаnjа, а istоvrеmеnо i multidisciplinаrnа, јеr оbuhvаtајu dоbrо pоznаvаnjе slеdеćih оblаsti: tеhnikа visоkоg nаpоnа, vеtrоеnеrgеtikа, fizikа аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа i grоmоbrаnskа zаštitа. U prvоm dеlu disеrtаciје оbјаšnjеn је svе vеći znаčај kоје vеtrоеlеktrаnе imајu u sаvrеmеnоm dеcеntrаlizоvаnоm ЕЕS-u, dаt је prеglеd аktuеlnоg stаnjа i stаndаrdа u vеzi sа аtmоsfеrskim prаžnjеnjimа u vеtrоturbinе i ukаzаnо је nа spеcifičnоsti mеtоdа njihоvе grоmоbrаnskе zаštitе. Prikаzаni su glаvni dеlоvi sаvrеmеnе vеtrоturbinе, kоја је vеоmа kоmplеksаn urеđај, pri čеmu је pоsеbnа pаžnjа pоsvеćеnа аnаlizi kаrаktеristikа i nаčinimа zаštitе kоmpоnеnti krоz kоје prоtičе glаvni dео struје prаžnjеnjа. Rаzmоtrеni su rаzličiti principi zа zаštitu kоmpоzitnih mаtеriјаlа оd аtmоsfеrskоg prаžnjеnjа i оbјаšnjеnо је kоје vrstе kоmpоzitа i u kојој mеri mоgu dа sе kоristе zа izrаdu еlisа vеtrоturbinа. Dаt је prеglеd rеlеvаntnih pаrаmеtаrа i kаrаktеristikа dirеktnih аtmоsfеrskih prаžnjеnjа kоја sе tipičnо dеšаvајu nа vеtrоturbinаmа kоје su u pоgоnu. U tеzi је rаzmоtrеn оpšti princip grоmоbrаnskе zаštitе vеtrоеlеktrаnа, zаsnоvаn nа оdrеđivаnju pоtrеbnоg nivоа zаštitе grоmоbrаnskе instаlаciје. Аnаlizirаnа su čеtiri nivоа zаštitе, pri čеmu su zа svаki оd njih dеfinisаni kritеriјumi kоје trеbа dа zаdоvоlјi svаki оd еlеmеnаtа grоmоbrаnskоg zаštitnоg sistеmа. Ispitivаnjе оvih kritеriјumа trеbа dа оbеzbеdi dа vеrоvаtnоćа еfikаsnоg dеlоvаnjа zаštitе budе u оkviru unаprеd dеfinisаnih grаnicа, kоје su kаrаktеrističnе zа svаki оd nivоа zаštitе. AB  - Voltage quality of power supply for three-phased induction motors is defined with value of voltage, voltage asymmetry and harmonic distortion of voltage. In this paper, an influence of voltage quality on energy efficiency of three-phased induction motors has been pointed, with particular review on energy efficiency of induction motors with squirrel-cage rotors in agriculture. Increase of energy efficiency of induction motors is achieved not only with applying energy efficient induction motors, but also with optimization of costs of consumed electrical energy, on which significantly influences the quality of voltage power supply and the choice of optimal value of voltage power supply, considering nominal power, working mode, load and constructive characteristics of induction motors being applied. .
AB  - Kvalitet napona napajanja trofaznih asinhronih motora definiše vrednost napona, nesimetrija napona i harmonijska distorzija napona. U radu je ukazano na uticaj kvaliteta napona napajanja na energetsku efikasnost trofaznih asinhronih motora sa posebnim osvrtom na energetsku efikasnost asinhronih motora sa kaveznim rotorom u poljoprivredi. AB  - Razvoj guseničara sa električnom transmisijom, Cat D7E, počinje krajem XX veka kao mašine indikatora budućih pravaca u dizajnu i razvoju teških tipova traktora guseničara, (Caterpillar, Illinois, U.S.A). Prelazak na sistem sa električnom transmisijom kao jednim od oblika alternativnih pogona, pruža značajne prednosti u poređenju sa klasičnim sistemima pogona (mehaničkim prenosnim sistemom, hidrostatičkim prenosnim sistemom) jer koncepcija guseničara Cat D7E predviđa put kojim može krenuti razvoj alternativnih pogona teških radnih i drugih mašina u skoroj budućnosti. AB  - The paper points to some possibilities for increasing the energy efficiency of asynchronous electric motors with special emphasis on the use and energy efficiency in agricultural production. The most important measures in this regard should be taken are: the application of energy-efficient induction motors, selection of motors based on electric power, replacing the old motors with low level of efficiency, setting the value of supply voltage, reactive power compensation and optimization of regulated electric drives with induction motors.
AB  - U radu je ukazano na neke mogućnosti povećanja energetske efikasnosti asinhronih električnih motora sa posebnim osvrtom na primenu i energetsku efikasnost u oblasti poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Najvažnije mere koje u tom smislu treba preduzeti su: primena energetski efikasnih asinhronih motora, pravilan izbor motora po snazi, zamena starih motora niskog stepena korisnog dejstva, podešavanje vrednosti napona napajanja, kompenzacija reaktivne energije i optimizacija regulisanih elektromotornih pogona sa asinhronim motorima.

AB  - Piezoelectric sensors belong to the group of electromechanical sensors. They are used in all fields of science and technology, including in the agricultural machines. This paper explains the phenomenon of piezoelectricity and presents the principle of work, characteristics, way of realization and measuring schemes with piezoelectric sensors. As an typical illustration of the application of this kind of sensors in agricultural machines, their application in agricultural combine harvesters is presented, for the measurement of grain loss.
AB  - Piezoelektrični senzori spadaju u grupu elektro-mehaničkih senzora i koriste se u svim oblastima nauke i tehnike, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. U radu je objašnjen fenomen piezoelektriciteta i dat je princip rada, karakteristike, način izvedbe i merne šeme sa piezoelektričnim senzorima. AB  - Numerous computer control units have long been an integral part of the tractors and other agricultural machines, making them more efficient and safer. This important technological innovations, CAN Bus network or 'Controler Area Network' that allows computer units and their components within the tractor and the other working machines connected, and to thereby provide a reliable and secure communications, and reduce the amount of electrical conductors that would otherwise used for this purpose. Information collected various sensors inside the tractor and the other working machines, CAN Bus network transmits to the computer unit, while establishing priorities among the data, so I arrived for each of them, based on pre-prescribed procedures and protocols, the corresponding response rate was prepared by computer.
AB  - Različiti tipovi i modeli računarskih upravljačkih jedinica već duži period su sastavni delovi traktora i ostalih poljoprivrednih ili radnih mašina, čineći ih efikasnijim i bezbednijim. Ova veoma važna tehnološka inovacija, CAN Bus mreža ili 'Controler Area Network' omogućava da se računarske jedinice i njihove komponente unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina povežu u funkcionalnu kompleksnu celinu. Pri tome je obezbeđena pouzdana i sigurna komunikaciju, a smanjena količina električnih provodnika koji bi se inače zbog povezivanja delova sistema koristili. Informacije koje prikupljaju različiti senzori unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina, CAN Bus mreža prenosi do računarske jedinice, a pri tome uspostavlja prioritete među pristiglim podacima kako bih za svaki od njih, na osnovu unapred propisanih protokola i procedura, odgovarajućom brzinom bio pripremljen odgovor od strane odgovarajuće računarske jedinice.

AB  - On the basis of meteorological data, as well as on the performed additional measurements, in the paper is estimated the solar energy potential of Serbia. This paper represents a part of author's activities in the course of work on the scientific research project: Atlas of the energy potential of Sun and wind in Serbia. Serbia has economic and ecological problems which are caused by the import of energy (oil, gas) which becomes more and more expensive and also pollutes air, water and soil. Serbia is well irradiated by Sun and because of that Serbia is bound to meet their energy needs in future by using solar energy more. In this paper is also analyzed the application of Sun energy in various fields of agriculture.
AB  - Na osnovu meteoroloških podataka, kao i izvršenih dopunskih mnogobrojnih merenja, u radu je procenjen energetski potencijal Sunca u Srbiji. Rad je deo aktivnosti autora tokom izrade naučno-istraživačkog projekta Atlas energetskog potencijala Sunca i vetra u Srbiji. Već duži niz godina Srbija ima ekonomske i ekološke probleme zbog uvoza energije (nafta, gas), koja je sve skuplja i ugrožava vazduh, vodu i zemljište. Rezerve uglja u Srbiji, koji je prilično lošeg kvaliteta, procenjene su na još 50-ak godina. U radu je pokazano da je Srbija dobro osunčana zemlja i moraće svoje energetske potrebe u budućnosti sve više da zadovoljava Sunčevom energijom. Takođe, u radu je analizirana i primena energije Sunca u različitim oblastima poljoprivrede.

As an illustration of the application of optical sensors in agricultural machines, an analysis is performed of the measurement of the volumetric flow of the cleaned grain on automotive agricultural combine harvesters, by means of optical sensors.
AB  - U radu su prikazane karakteristike i načini gradnje optičkih senzora, kao i tipične merne šeme sa optičkim senzorima. AB  - This paper presents an overview on recent development of wireless sensor technologies and standards for wireless communications as applied to wireless sensors. Examples of wireless sensors and sensor networks applied in agriculture for environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, M2M-based machine and process control, building and facility automation and RFID-based traceability systems are given. The paper also discusses advantages of wireless sensors and obstacles that prevent their fast adoption in agricultural research. Finally, based on an analysis of market growth, the paper discusses future trend of wireless sensor technology development in agriculture.
AB  - U radu je dat pregled (današnjeg) skorašnjeg razvoja bežičnih senzorskih tehnologija i standarda za komunikacije putem bežičnih senzora. Dati su primeri bežičnih senzora i senzorskih mreža primenjenih u kontroli sredine u poljoprivredi, preciznoj poljoprivredi, mašinama zasnovanim na M2M komunikaciji i kontrolama procesa, izgradnji i automatizaciji opreme i RFID zasnovanim sistemima praćenja. Rad takođe razmatra prednosti bežičnih senzora i probleme prepreka koje ometaju njihovo brzu primenu u istraživanjima u poljoprivredi. Na kraju, putem analize razvoja tržišta, razmatrani su budući trendovi razvitka tehnologije bežičnih senzora i primena u poljoprivredi.

AB  - Measurements and control of angular velocity are encountered in many fields of industry, including in agricultural machines. Devices used for measurements of angular velocity are of mechanical or electrical type. The usage of electrical devices which are based on the application of appropriate sensors of angular velocity becomes greater lately. In this paper are given the characteristics of angular velocity sensors which are applied in agricultural machines (optoelectronic, capacitance and electromagnetic sensors and those sensors which are based on Hall's effect) and their specific qualities are pointed out.
AB  - Merenje i regulacija ugaone brzine često se sreće u mnogim oblastima industrije, uključujući i poljoprivrednu tehniku. Uređaji za merenje ugaone brzine se dele na mehaničke i električne, pri čemu sve veću primenu imaju električni uređaji zasnovani na primeni odgovarajućih senzora ugaone brzine. U radu su date karakteristike senzora ugaone brzine koji nalaze primenu u poljoprivrednoj tehnici (optoelektronski, kapacitivni, elektromagnetni, senzori na bazi Holovog efekta) i ukazano je na specifičnosti njihove primene u poljoprivrednoj tehnici.

AB  - Because the humidity of soil is one of the essential factors that determine the optimal plant growth and crop production, this paper discusses in detail various techniques, methods and modes of the measurement of soil humidity. Devices, sensors and additional equipment for the measurement of humidity are analyzed depending on the different types of the agricultural crops and characteristics of the soil. In this paper is given a review and a comparative analysis of sensors as the parts of the various products which measure a soil humidity (analog and digital). The selection of the most suitable location for sensors, their installation, placement and necessary depth is also presented. In this paper are analyzed the characteristics of sensors (performances, cost-effectiveness in the agricultural production), their maintenance and the timely detection of failures while in operation.
AB  - Sadržaj vlage u zemljištu je jedan od značajnih faktora koji utiče na optimalan rast biljaka i proizvodnju useva. U radu su prikazane različite tehnike i načini merenja vlažnosti zemljišta. Analizirani su uređaji, senzori i dodatna oprema za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta u zavisnosti od vrsta poljoprivrednih kultura i karakteristika pojedinih zemljišta. Dat je pregled i uporedna analiza senzora različitih proizvođača za merenje vlažnosti zemljišta (analogni i digitalni), analiziran je izbor najpogodnijeg mesta za postavljanje senzora, instalacija i potrebna dubina senzora u zemljištu. Takođe, razmatrane su karakteristike senzora (performanse, način rada, isplativost u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji), njihovo održavanje i detekcija kvarova tokom rada.

AB  - This paper presents a review of the current technologies of renewable sources of the energy and the prospects for their future development. In this paper are analyzed the development of the renewable sources of energy in and their influence on the development of the improved concept of the electric power system with distributed sources of electrical energy. The state and prospects of the future development of renewable energy in Serbia are presented in detail. While doing this study, the fascinating development of these sources of energy in Europe and worldwide was taken into account.
AB  - U radu je prikazan pregled aktuelnih tehnologija obnovljivih izvora energije i perspektiva za njihov dalji razvoj. Analiziran je razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije u elektroenergetici i njihov uticaj na razvoj unapređenog koncepta elektroenergetskog sistema sa distribuiranim izvorima električne energije. U radu je detaljno prikazano stanje i perspektive razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije u Srbiji imajući u vidu fascinantan razvoj ovih izvora energije u Evropi i svetu.

AB  - In this work, we have presented the characteristics of basic terms of exploitation of three phased asynchronous generator with caged rotor which is being applied in low power wind powered electrical generating station. There has been made analyzes for the cases of automatic, three-phased, single phased supplying, as well as the case when he is switched on to energy system. It has been concluded that this sort of electrical generators has advantages over other kinds of generators, in case of low power wind-powered electrical generating stations.
AB  - U radu su date karakteristike osnovnih režima rada trofaznog asinhronog generatora sa kaveznim rotorom primenjenog u vetroelektranama male snage. Izvršena je analiza rada za slučajeve kada generator radi samostalno trofazno i jednofazno opterećen, i kada radi priključen na elektroenergetski sistem. Pokazuje se da ova vrsta električnih generatora ima prednost u odnosu na ostale vrste generatora za slučaj kada se radi o vetroelektranama male snage.

AB  - Today, wind energetic is a modern, technically and technologically highly developed industry, with the biggest trend of development in the last decade (about 32%); it is an industry which experienced a powerful development of new composite materials, electric machines and power supply electronics along with a new knowledge being acquired and constructions made in the field of aeromechanics. In this paper special attention is given to configuring contemporary wind generator plants (types of generators, turbines controllers, measuring, controlling and protection equipment, software for the simulation of operation which takes into account relevant wind and electric parameters) in accordance with the existing commercial technology in the world. The operation of particular wind generators which are autonomous systems is specially studied. Also are studied the ways in which individual generators or smaller farms of wind generators are connected to the electric grid, and the problem of the quality of delivered energy, and system stability.
AB  - Vetroenergetika danas predstavlja modernu, tehnički i tehnološki visoko razvijenu industriju sa najvećim trendom razvoja u poslednjoj deceniji (oko 32 %) u kojoj je izvršen snažan razvoj novih kompozitnih materijala električnih mašina, energetske elektronike, uz nova znanja i konstrukcije u oblasti aeromehanike. Naročita pažnja u ovom radu posvećena je konfiguraciji savremenih vetrogeneratorskih postrojenja male i velike snage u skladu sa u svetu postojećom komercijalnom tehnologijom. Analizirani su tipovi generatora, turbina, kontroler, merna, regulaciona i zaštitna oprema, softver za simulaciju rada uz uvažavanje relevantnih vetro i elektro parametara. Posebno je proučen rad pojedinačnih vetrogeneratora koji čine autonomni sistem, kao i priključenje pojedinačnih ili manjih farmi vetrogeneratora na električnu mrežu, uključujući i problem kvaliteta isporučene električne energije i stabilnost sistema.

AB  - Today, wind energy participates by not more than 0,5 % in the gross world production of electric energy. However, according to the presently existing world trends and due to the fact that the world’s wind energy potential is immense, it can be predicted that in the following decades this low percentage might become thirty times larger. Unfortunately, not one modern wind generator has yet been installed in our country, although conditions are favourable in this respect. Experiences the world has had so far impose the necessity of analyzing technical possibilities for the construction of wind generators and the necessity to incorporate wind energy into the strategic model of the development of energetics in Serbia and Montenegro (SM). In this paper we analyze the availability of wind energy on the global scale, in Europe and in SM. We show in this paper that in SM wind is the energy resource about 10 000 MW (20 TWh/year) whose activation would greatly enlarge already installed capacities, increase the diversity of types of energy sources and reduce the dependence on the importation of raw energy sources.

AB  - Vetroenergetika danas predstavlja modernu, tehnički i tehnološki visoko-razvijenu industriju sa najvećim trendom razvoja u poslednjoj deceniji (oko 32%). U ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije u svetu energija vetra danas učestvuje sa oko 0,6%. Međutim, sudeći po svetskim trendovima ovaj procenat bi u narednih nekoliko decenija trebao da dostigne i fantastičnih 20%. U radu je analizirana raspoloživa energija vetra u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori i pokazano je da je vetar energetski resurs naše zemlje čiji potencijal iznosi oko 20 TWh/godini (~10 GW) i čijim aktiviranjem bi se značajno povećali instalisani kapaciteti i raznovrsnost energetskih resursa smanjila zavisnost od uvoza sve skupljih energetskih sirovina (nafta, gas) i omogućila intenzivnija primena vetroenergije u poljoprivredi.

Međutim, sudeći po svetskim trendovima ovaj procenat bi u 2020. godini trebao da iznosi 12 %, a u narednih nekoliko decenija i fantastičnih 20 %. AB  - This paper presents the characteristics of a special, transformer-type electromagnet MOV - 2 that can be used in the magnetic treatments of water, for the purpose of its further use in various fields of science, industry, agriculture and medicine. This electromagnet is the original technical solution. Its construction makes it possible to obtain high values of magnetic induction, to regulate magnetic field parameters and continuously adjust the length of the air-gap in which a tube containing water which is treated magnetically is placed. The use of magnetized water is applied to the field of agriculture.
AB  - U radu su date karakteristike specijalnog elektromagneta transformatorskog tipa MOV – 2 za magnetnu obradu vode radi njene dalje upotrebe u raznim oblastima nauke, industrije, poljoprivrede i medicine. Elektromagnet je originalno tehničko rešenje koje svojom konstrukcijom omogućava dobijanje visokih vrednosti magnetne indukcije, regulaciju parametara magnetnog polja i kontinualno podešavanje optimalne dužine vazdušnog zazora u kome se nalazi cev sa vodom koja se magnetno obrađuje. Primena magnetisane vode konkretizovana je na oblast poljoprivrede.

AB  - This paper presents the characteristics of an asynchronous machine with winded rotor, fed both from stator and from rotor side. Mathematical model and the equivalent circuit of this mode of asynchronous machine’s work are defined and expressions for characteristic values are derived. On the basis of the obtained characteristics it is pointed out that this kind of electrical machines, while working in generating mode, may be used in systems where electric power is generated from wind energy. Main characteristics of wind turbine – doubly-fed asynchronous machine system are processed.
AB  - U radu su date karakteristike asinhrone mašine sa namotanim rotorom koja se napaja i sa strane statora i sa strane rotora. Definisani su matematički model i ekvivalentna šema ovog režima rada asinhrone mašine i izvedeni su izrazi za karakteristične veličine. Na osnovu dobijenih karakteristika ukazano je na mogućnost korišćenja ove vrste električnih mašina, kada rade u generatorskom režimu rada, u sistemima za generisanje električne energije iz energije vetra i obrađene su osnovne karakteristike sistema vetroturbina – asinhrona mašina sa dvostranim napajanjem.

AB  - The paper describes the problem of voltage regulation in the single-phase asynchronous generator with a double coil on the stator, which is particularly suitable for the cases where low output voltages are requested. This paper also presents methods and possibilities of voltage regulation which ensure constant output voltage, within permitted tolerances, as the intensity of load and its character change, including loads with distinct inductive character.
AB  - U radu je obrađen problem regulacije napona jednofaznog asinhronog generatora sa dva namotaja na statoru čija je primena posebno pogodna u onim slučajevima kada se zahteva mala vrednost izlaznog napona. Izložene su metode i mogućnosti regulacije napona radi obezbeđenja konstantnog izlaznog napona, u okviru dozvoljenih tolerancija, pri promeni opterećenja kako po intenzitetu tako i po karakteru, uključujući i opterećenja sa izrazito izraženim induktivnim karakterom.

AB  - Today the energy of wind participates in the overall global production of electric power with only 0.4 %. However, according to the presently existing world trends, it can be predicted that in the following decades this low percentage might become thirty times larger. Unfortunately, although in this respect conditions in our country are favorable, not one modern wind generator has yet been installed. Experiences the world has had so far impose the necessity for the analysis of technical possibilities for the construction of wind generators, as well as for the incorporation of wind energetics into the strategic model of the development of energetics in Serbia and Montenegro (SCG). In our paper we analyzed the availability of the energy of wind in SCG and we showed that wind is the energy resource of our country. This means that the activation of this resource would greatly enlarge already installed capacities, increase the diversity of types of energy sources and reduce the dependence on the importation of raw energy sources.
AB  - U ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije u svetu energija vetra danas učestvuje sa svega 0,4 %, međutim, sudeći po svetskim trendovima ovaj procenat bi u narednih nekoliko decenija mogao i da se utridesetostruči. U našoj zemlji, nažalost, još nije instalisan ni jedan moderan vetrogenerator iako za to postoje uslovi. Dosadašnja svetska iskustva nameću potrebu da se i kod nas analiziraju tehničke mogućnosti za izgradnju vetrogeneratora i da se vetroenergetika uključi u strateški model razvoja energetike Srbije i Crne Gore (SCG). U našem radu je analizirana raspoloživa energija vetra u SCG i pokazano je da je vetar energetski resurs naše zamlje, čijim aktiviranjem bi se značajno povećali instalisani kapaciteti i raznovrsnost enegetskih resursa i smanjila zavisnost od uvoza energetskih sirovina.

AB  - Today, wind energy paticipates by not more than 0.5 % in the gross world production of electric energy. However, according to the presently existing world trends and due to the fact that the world’s wind energy potential is immense, it can be predicted that in the following decades this low percentage might become thirty times larger. Unfortunately, not one modern wind generator has yet been installed in our country, although conditions are favourable in this respect. Experiences the world has had so far impose the necessity of analyzing technical possibilities for the construction of wind generators and the necessity to incorporate wind energy into the strategic model of the development of energetics in Serbia and Montenegro (SM). In this paper we analyze the availability of wind energy on the global scale, in Europe and in SM. We show in this paper that in SM wind is the energy resource about 10000 MW (20 TWh/year) whose activation would greatly enlarge already installed capacities, increase the diversity of types of energy sources and reduce the dependence on the importation of raw energy sources. In this paper special emphasis is put on the fact that the price of electric energy which is produced by wind generators is already competitive to the prices of energy produced by classical sources.
AB  - Iako danas u ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije u svetu energija vetra učestvuje sa oko 0,5 %, sudeći po svetskim trendovima ovaj procenat bi u narednih nekoliko decenija mogao i da se utridesetostruči, budući da je vetroenergetski potencijal u svetu ogroman. U Srbiji i Crnoj Gori, nažalost, još nije instalisan ni jedan moderan vetrogenerator velike snage, iako za to postoje uslovi. Dosadašnja svetska iskustva nameću potrebu da se i u našoj zemlji analiziraju tehničke mogućnosti za izgradnju vetrogeneratora i da se vetroenergetika uključi u strateški model razvoja energetike Srbije i Crne Gore (SCG). U ovom radu je analizirana raspoloživa energija vetra u svetu i u SCG. Pokazano je da je vetar energetski resurs naše zamlje čiji potencijal po procenama autora ovog rada iznosi oko 10000 MW (20 TWh/god), čijim aktiviranjem bi se značajno povećali instalisani kapaciteti i raznovrsnost energetskih resursa i smanjila zavisnost od uvoza energetskih sirovina. Naglašeno je takođe da je cena električne energije koju proizvode vetrogeneratori već konkurentna sa cenom mnogih klasičnih izvora i da su mogućnosti za korišćenje energije vetra mnogobrojne.

AB  - This paper presents a technical, economic and environmental analysis of the conversion of wind power into electric power. The analysis based on experiences acquired in countries where the field of wind energetic has been most developed. We study the role of wind generators in contemporary power distribution systems. We address the benefits and the responsibilities of a power distribution company that connects wind generators to its network. Plans are presented for the future development of wind energetic worldwide. Special consideration is given to the maximum possible fractional participation of wind generators in the overall production of electric power on global and regional scales. The ultimate objective of this paper is to emphasize the necessity of incorporating renewable energy sources, and especially the wind power, into the national power program, as a way to satisfy part of Yugoslavia's energy needs in a high quality and environmentally acceptable manner.
AB  - U ovom radu je sprovedena tehno-ekonomska i ekološka analiza konverzije energije vetra u električnu. Analiza se bazira na iskustvu zemalja u kojima je vetroenergetika najrazvijenija. Analizirano je mesto vetrogeneratora u savremenim distributivnim sistemima, u kontekstu pogodnosti i obaveza distributivne kompanije koje ona stiče priključenjem vetrogeneratora na sopstvenu mrežu. Predstavljeni su planovi daljeg razvoja vetroenergetike u svetu. Posebno je analiziran mogući obim učešća vetrogeneratora u ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije na globalnom i regionalnom nivou, kako sa aspekta resursa, tako i sa aspekta tehničkog maksimuma učešća vetrogeneratora u ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije. Krajnji cilj rada je da kroz sprovedenu analizu ukaže na neophodnost uključivanja obnovljivih izvora, a pre svega energije vetra u nacionalni energetski program, čime bi se na kvalitetan i ekološki prihvatljiv način zadovoljio deo energetskih potreba Jugoslavije.

abstract = "This paper presents a technical, economic and environmental analysis of the conversion of wind power into electric power. The analysis based on experiences acquired in countries where the field of wind energetic has been most developed. We study the role of wind generators in contemporary power distribution systems. We address the benefits and the responsibilities of a power distribution company that connects wind generators to its network. Plans are presented for the future development of wind energetic worldwide. Special consideration is given to the maximum possible fractional participation of wind generators in the overall production of electric power on global and regional scales. The ultimate objective of this paper is to emphasize the necessity of incorporating renewable energy sources, and especially the wind power, into the national power program, as a way to satisfy part of Yugoslavia's energy needs in a high quality and environmentally acceptable manner., U ovom radu je sprovedena tehno-ekonomska i ekološka analiza konverzije energije vetra u električnu. Analiza se bazira na iskustvu zemalja u kojima je vetroenergetika najrazvijenija. Analizirano je mesto vetrogeneratora u savremenim distributivnim sistemima, u kontekstu pogodnosti i obaveza distributivne kompanije koje ona stiče priključenjem vetrogeneratora na sopstvenu mrežu. Predstavljeni su planovi daljeg razvoja vetroenergetike u svetu. Posebno je analiziran mogući obim učešća vetrogeneratora u ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije na globalnom i regionalnom nivou, kako sa aspekta resursa, tako i sa aspekta tehničkog maksimuma učešća vetrogeneratora u ukupnoj proizvodnji električne energije. Krajnji cilj rada je da kroz sprovedenu analizu ukaže na neophodnost uključivanja obnovljivih izvora, a pre svega energije vetra u nacionalni energetski program, čime bi se na kvalitetan i ekološki prihvatljiv način zadovoljio deo energetskih potreba Jugoslavije.",
