Influence of Burner Position on Temperature Distribution in Soybean Flaming

AB  - The main objective of this study was to identify optimal burner orientation for a newly designed flame cultivator by quantifying the flame temperature distributions of cross, back, and parallel position of burners at different heights of the soybean canopy (distance from the soil surface). Flame temperatures were measured within-row for three burner orientations at seven propane doses (20-100 kg/ha) and eight different canopy heights (0-18 cm above soil surface). Soybean plants in V3 growth stage were flamed with the same doses and burner orientations, and 28 days after treatment (DAT) crop injury (0%-100%), plant height (cm), dry matter (g) and grain yield (t/ha) were assessed. All three burner orientations had high flame temperatures at lower canopy heights ( lt 6 cm high) that gradually decreased with increasing canopy height (6-18 cm). Measured temperatures ranged from 33 to 234 ? for cross flaming, 29 to 269 ? for back flaming and 23 to 155 ? for parallel flaming, with high variability in temperature patterns. Back flaming generated flame temperatures above 100? at a lower propane dose (27 kg/ha) compared to cross and parallel flaming (40 and 50 kg/ha). For all tested parameters, parallel and cross flaming had better impact on soybeans than back flaming, but for weed control in crop rows, cross flaming is recommended.

Tractor Lifetime Assessment Analysis

AB  - In this paper, two different approaches in analyzing the tractor lifetime assessment are presented. The first one is based on reliability theory and the other one is based on the relevant experience that was implemented in the ASABE standards. In this way, the dependence of tractor reliability and lifetime on working conditions is presented through two models verified in the paper. Tractors from two different producers were analyzed. Experimental data were collected during the tractor working engagement at the fields of Agricultural Corporation Belgrade (ACB). Analyzing the obtained data it is possible to find the mismanagement in the tractor usage. Removing them it is possible to extend the period of tractor utilization. In this way the overall organization of tractor- machinery system on a farm can significantly be improved.

AB  - The paper analyzes the possibility and the needs for the use of specific types of robots (mini unmanned aircraft with different designs and the designation of UAVs) and the possibility of using in agriculture (agrodrone). The year 2015 was proclaimed (Fortune Magazine, 2016) as the year of increasing and widespread use of UAVs in various areas of human activity, especially in agriculture and forestry (75% of use). This is important for large farm areas, where UAV has many useful functions and a very cost-effective commercial application. Today, the needs for UAVs have increased sharply with various opportunities for both civilian and military needs. There is also a significant interest in the development of new drones that can autonomously fly in different environments and locations and can perform various missions and tasks. Over the past decade, a wide range of applications for drones has gained the significance that led to the discovery of various types of unmanned UAVs of different sizes and weights. In this review, the classification of UAVs ranging based on a detailed overview of the development of the drone industry in recent years, this paper demonstrates the evolution of drones and differents application technologies. Of course, this development is very advanced and revolutionary, as well as the development of mobile and smart phones and the Internet, which will open the way for many users to participate in defining the future of UAV implementation. LIVONA Company, Belgrade, Serbia (and Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in tehnical cooperation) has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone EBee SQ Livona RTK in the future general plans for inspection of protection Soils of territory Minicipality of Stara Pazova (351 km2), and agricultural company Napredak, and exspecially plans for soils of agriculture of R. Serbia. VEKOM GeoCompany from Belgrade, (in cooperation with Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade), has a study and plans on the implementation of the model of the drone Aibot KX6 model, in the future of application of agricultural soils of region Open pit Kolubara for area from app. 600 km2 and the other soils of Region). Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade, in cooperation with Municipality of Ub, has a study and plans on the implementation of the model micro drone Hubsan H109S X4 PRO in the future plans general inspection of protection Soils and Waters of territory of Municipality Ub (456 km2).
AB  - U radu su analizirane mogućnosti i potrebe upotrebe specifičnih vrsta robota (mini bespilotnih letelica sa različitim dizajnom, o značane kao UAV) i način korištenja u poljoprivredi (agrodron). Časopis Fortune je 2015.godinu proglasio kao godinu sve većeg i široko rasprostranjene upotrbe UAV letelica, u različitim oblastima ljudske delatnosti, posebno u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu (75% upotrebe). Ovo je naročito važno za velike farme i oblasti pod šumama, gde UAV ima mnogo korisnih funkcija i veoma isplative komercijalne aplikacije. Danas, potrebe za UAV imaju nagli porast sa različitim mogućnostima kako za civilne tako i za vojne potrebe. Takođe postoji značajan interes za razvoj novih bespilotnih letelica koji mogu autonomno leteti u različitim okruženjima i lokacijama i obaviti različite misije i zadatke. Tokom protekle decenije XXI veka, širok spektar aplikacija za bespilotne letelice je dobio značaj koji je doveo do konstrukcija različitih tipova bespilotnih UAV, različitih veličina i težina i svakako namene. Naravno , tehnološki razvoj kod dron sistema je veoma tehničko -tehnološki napredan i revolucionaran, uz razvoj mobilnih i pametnih (android) telefona i interneta, brzo otvora puteve i mogućnosti za mnoge korisnike u definisanju nove budućnosti implementacije UAV različitim oblastima primene. Kompanija Livona d.o.o., Beograd i Institut za poljoprivrednu tehniku, Poljoprivredni fakultet u Beogradu, u tehničkoj saradnji imaju planove o implementaciji modela mikro drona EBee SK Livona RTK u narednim generalnim planovima za inspekciju, zaštitu i korišćenje poljoprivrednih zemljišta Republike Srbije, i posebno teritorije Opštine Stara Pazova (351 km2), gde je posebno mesto poljoprivrednog preduzeća Napredak a.d. Developing the hydraulic automatic leveling system of berry fruit harvester

AB  - Problems related to self-propelled harvester stability during mechanized berry fruits harvesting at sloped terrains are analysed in this manuscript. The paper also presents an automatic leveling system of the raspberry and blackberry harvester. Low cost, simple design, reliability and minimized maintenance make it very suitable for berryfruits harvesters applied on terrains distant from service centres. The whole system, as well as its components, is designed and manufactured in Serbia.
AB  - U radu su analizirani problemi vezani za stabilnost samohodnog berača pri mehanizovanoj berbi jagodastog voća na nagnutim terenima. Prikazano je rešenje automatske nivelacije berača plodova maline i kupine. Zahvaljujući niskoj ceni, jednostavnosti konstrukcije, visokoj pouzdanosti, uprošćenom i minimalizovanom održavanju, rešenje je posebno pogodno za manje zasade udaljene od servisnih centara. Opisane su komponente sistema, njihova namena i međusobna funkcionalna povezanost. Od posebnog značaja su činjenice da je sistem nivelacije, kao i njegove komponente, projektovan i proizvedene u našoj zemlji.

AB  - In this paper are shown results of research in area of machines needs for modern fruit and grape production in Serbia. Besides that, paper show overview of sprayers and other equipment for pesticide application. Marks of machines needs are given according information which authors of this work have. AB  - U radu su dati rezultati istraživanja stanja i potreba mehanizacije za podizanje i eksploataciju višegodišnjih zasada kao i mašina za zaštitu ratarsko-povrtarskih kultura i zaštitu voćnjaka i vinograda. Ocena stanja i potreba mehanizacije izvedena je na osnovu dostupnih ali nepotpunih podataka. Svako podizanje savremenog voćnjaka ili vinograda iziskuje dobru pripremu, dugotrajne i složene radne operacije uz korišćenje specifične opreme, sa velikim finansijskim ulaganjima. Kod nabavke mehanizacije za podizanje zasada prednost treba dati opremi koja se može koristiti i za rad kod podignutih zasada. Ubrzana zamena zastarele i neadekvatne mehanizacije, uz uvođenje savremenih visokoproduktivnih mašina za nove guste zasade, značajno olakšava i ubrzava tehnološke operacije, doprinosi poboljšanju kvaliteta i kvantiteta voćnih plodova i grožđa sa postepenim smanjenjem zaostajanja za razvijenim svetom. .

AB  - In this paper an introduction to a model that can serve for optimal choice of the greenhouse technical and technology system is presented. The model is very suitable for producers to whom adequate solution of the greenhouse production systems can be suggested, based on their elementary idea, regarding the greenhouse construction type and technical systems with their capacities. Based the chosen plant production and available production area the model suggests to the farmer which type of greenhouse to use, which technical systems together with their capacity and suggests the area for further expansion.

Energy potential of products of fruit and grape plantations pruning in Serbia

AB  - Modern technologies of the fruit and wine production include implementation of the intensive plantation pruning where the accumulated considerable amounts of plant biomass residue have significant environmental and energy value. Thermal energy and the use of pruning residues as biomass are important from the point of view of environmental protection and the closed-cycle of CO2 emission and consumption. Remains of the pruning in the orchards represent a problem during the implementation of agricultural practices, so necessity for their disposal from these surfaces exists. Fossil fuel limited reserves and the environmental pollution impose the necessity of finding alternative and renewable energy resources with the environmental pollution reduction. Very important problem is to correctly define the optimal technical solutions and technologies for utilization of machine pruning of fruit trees and vines, which will increase the energy efficiency of the production. Outdated technologies, extensive production and inefficient consumption of energy in our country environment, haven't been helping in the suitable application of the collecting, preparing and using of the remains of the pruning. The prerequisite for the study of the economic and technical feasibility for the using of pruning residues (biomaterials) are the information about the quantity, the energy potential, the workmanship, the transportability, the price, the storage convenience, the preservation and the combustion. The essential starting point for this research is the annually definition of the energy potential of the pruning residues. .
AB  - Savremene tehnologije voćarsko-vinogradarske proizvodnje podrazumevaju sprovođenje intenzivne rezidbe zasada gde nastaju znatne količine biljnih ostatka koji predstavljaju biomasu znatne ekološke i energetske vrednosti. Dobijanje toplotne energije i upotreba ostataka rezidbe kao biomase značajna je sa stanovišta zaštite okoline, zbog zatvorenog ciklusa emisije i potrošnje CO2. Ostatci rezidbe u zasadima predstavljaju problem u sprovođenju agrotehničkih mera, tako da je neophodno njihovo iznošenje sa navedenih površina. Ograničene rezerve fosilnih goriva i veliko zagađenje životne sredine nameću potrebu iznalaženja alternativnih i obnovljivih izvora energije koji istovremeno smanjuju ekološko zagađenje. Veoma aktuelni problem predstavlja definisanje optimalnih tehnologija i tehničkih rešenja mašina za korišćenje ostataka rezidbe voćaka i vinove loze, što znatno povećava energetsku efikasnost ove proizvodnje. Zastarele tehnologije, ekstenzivna proizvodnja i neracionalno raspolaganje energijom, u našim uslovima, prikupljanje, obrada, priprema i korišćenje biljnih ostataka nisu našli adekvatnu primenu. Preduslov za istraživanje ekonomske i tehničke opravdanosti korišćenja ostataka rezidbe (biomaterijala) predstavljaju podaci o količini, energetskom potencijalu, načinu obrade, transportabilnosti, ceni, pogodnosti za skladištenje, čuvanje i sagorevanje. Najznačajnije polazište tom istraživanju je definisanje energetskog potencijala ostataka rezidbe na godišnjem nivou. .

Technical parameters and fan sprayer quality of vineyards

AB  - The technique of pesticide applications in viticulture, in most cases is characterized by dispersion method using air mistblowers fan. Application of this procedure essentially contributes to the quality of care and productivity. The main technical criteria of progress in pesticide application is efficiency coefficient. This parameter is expressed by collection, distribution and utilization of active substances, and can still be improved considerably. This paper presents the results of research on influence of air stream angle and flow velocity on application of protection layer on the vine to the area of the zone clusters. The results show that the reduction of air flow angle relative to the direction of movement of aggregates, from 90° to 45°. Driving speed of 5 km·h-1 causes absolute increase of deposit of the working fluid for 18% on the target surface. Previous investigations of drift phenomena in plant protection have shown that the technical parameters that define the possibility of fan setup of the air stream in size, current speed and direction have significant impact on the quality of care. It is useful to examine further the possible behavior of air currents and its impact, particularly on the retention of preservative in the treated area. .
AB  - Tehnika aplikacije pesticida u vinogradarstvu odlikuje se skoro isključivo postupkom raspršivanja pomoću vazdušne struje proizvedenom ventilatorom orošivača. Primena takvog postupka je bitno doprinela kvalitetu zaštite i produktivnosti rada. Osnovni kriterijum napretka u primeni pesticida predstavlja aplikacioni tehnički stepen korisnog dejstva. Ovaj stepen korisnog dejstva se iskazuje kroz zadržavanje, raspodelu i iskorišćavanje aktivnih supstanci koji može još znatno da se poboljša. Zato su u radu prikazani rezultati istraživanja uticaja ugla usmerenja i brzine vazdušne struje na nanošenje zaštitnog sredstva na vinovu lozu u područje zone grozdova. Rezultati pokazuju da pri smanjivanju ugla usmerenja vazdušne struje koso unazad posmatrano u horizontalnoj ravni od 90° na 45°, pri brzini vožnje od 5 km·h-1 dolazi do povećanja deponovanja zaštitne tečnosti do 18% na ciljnoj površini. Dosadašnja ispitivanja pojave drifta pri primeni orošivača su pokazala da tehnički parametri ventilatora koji definišu mogućnost podešavanja struje vazduha po količini, brzini i smeru, ima odlučujući uticaj na kvalitet zaštite. Zato je veoma je značajno potpunije ispitati moguća ponašanja vazdušne struja i njen uticaj, naročito na zadržavanje zaštitnog sredstva na tretiranoj površini. .

Dosadašnja ispitivanja pojave drifta pri primeni orošivača su pokazala da tehnički parametri ventilatora koji definišu mogućnost podešavanja struje vazduha po količini, brzini i smeru, ima odlučujući uticaj na kvalitet zaštite. Zato je veoma je značajno potpunije ispitati moguća ponašanja vazdušne struja i njen uticaj, naročito na zadržavanje zaštitnog sredstva na tretiranoj površini. .",

AB  - In order to have a good visual inspection of the foliage surface coverage quality after the use of filed sprayer, water-sensible papers can be used. Surface coverage, droplet distribution and solution incorporation into the plant canopy beside the sprayer itself depend on the plant canopy characteristics (number of trees, their development stage, shape of the foliage), weather conditions during the application etc. The aim of this paper was to give the results of testing the three nozzle types (standard, anti-drift and injection) in the different working regimes of the filed sprayer in order to obtain the optimal foliage surface coverage. With the use of currently available filed sprayers, the application rate can't be lower than 200 l/ha. Sprayers with the air induction nozzles have a significant advantage concerning the fact that they can operate in windy conditions (8 m/s) with the operating pressure of 8 bar but they are still not universal for all working conditions.

Justification for the introduction of mechanized harvesting raspberry in Serbia

AB  - The collection of fruit for its specifics in many ways different from harvesting other agricultural crops. When harvesting berries where the ramified bushes (dissipating the picking), small fruits, the need to harvest done on several occasions, because the fruits do not ripen at the same time, requires a large proportion of the workforce. The fact that hand-picking raspberries participate up to 70% of total production costs, indicates the necessity mechanized harvesting process. In order to achieve the criteria to grow the crop, which imposes the global market it is necessary to achieve the level of quality and quantity of production. Therefore, intense raspberry production requires the use of modern agricultural technology in the construction and cultivation of raspberry, and it is necessary to calculate the cost and production costs to maintain competitiveness in the market. Mechanized harvesting process is necessary in order to hand over to pick the length of time of operations, reduce the number of employees, increase productivity and reduce costs by up to several times.
AB  - Ubiranje voća po svojim specifičnostima u mnogome se razlikuje od ubiranja ostalih poljoprivrednih plodova. Pri ubiranju jagodastog voća gde zbog razgranatosti žbunova (razgrtanje pri branju), sitnih plodova, potrebe da se berba obavi u nekoliko navrata, pošto plodovi ne sazrevaju istovremeno, zahteva veliki udeo radne snage. Činjenica da ručna berba maline učestvuje i do 70 % ukupnih troškova proizvodnje, upućuje na nužnost mehanizovanja procesa berbe. Da bi se postigli kriterijumi u proizvodnji maline koje nameće svetsko tržište neophodno je ostvariti nivo u kvalitetu i kvantitetu proizvodnje. Zbog toga intenzivna proizvodnja maline zahteva primenu savremene agrotehnike pri podizanju i gajenju malinjaka, a neophodno je izračunati ekonomičnost i troškove proizvodnje, da bi se održala konkurentnost na tržištu. Mehanizovanje procesa berbe je neophodno kako bi se u odnosu na ručno branje skratilo vreme izvođenja operacije, smanjio broj radnika, povećala proizvodnost i smanjili troškovi čak za nekoliko puta.

Exploitation indicators of TMA for additional soil tillage in orchards

AB  - Fruit production under arid conditions without irrigation implies the need to employ soil cultivation in the entire orchard with the aim of regulating the water-air regime of the soil, contributing to a favorable soil structure, breaking down the soil crust and successful weeds destruction. Contemporary fruit cultivation practices are compulsory in order to achieve high yields and profitability. Additional soil tillage in orchards has a major impact on the growth and development of plants, yield and fruit quality. Optimal parameters need to be determined when employing mechanization equipment in orchard cultivation in order to make the right choice. The objective of the study was to determine energetic and exploitation parameters of different tractor/machinery tools used in additional soil cultivation. Based on the analysis of the data obtained showing both advantages and disadvantages of some soil cultivation types, it was possible the choose the optimal tool for additional soil tillage. Field trials were carried out in apple (cv. Jonagold, Idared and Melrose) orchards using the two-row Pilar cultural practice at a planting distance 3.80-1.25 x 140-1.80 m. The following tools for additional soil cultivation were used: pseudo plow PP-220, plate cultivator VVT - 223, cultivator IMT-642 and vineyard plow VP-189. The following exploitation indices were monitored: traction force, labor speed, fuel consumption and traction resistance. Based on the results obtained the smallest fuel consumption was registered using pseudo plow (3.78 l/ha) whereby cultivation depth, speed and output registered were 6.31 cm, 7.29 km/ha and 9.07 ha/day respectively.
AB  - Proizvodnja voća u aridnim uslovima bez navodnjavanja zahteva obradu zemljišta na čitavoj površini u cilju regulisanja vodno-vazdušnih osobina zemljišta, stvaranja pogodne strukture, razbijanja pokorice i uništavanja korovske vegetacije. Primena takve tehnologije gajenja voća je neophodna za ostvarenje visokih prinosa i ekonomične proizvodnje. Zbog toga dopunska obrada zemljišta u višegodišnjim zasadima ima značajan uticaj na rast i razviće biljaka, prinos i kvalitet plodova. Pravilan izbor i korišćenje sredstava mehanizacije ima presudan uticaj na intenzivnost voćarske proizvodnje. Napredak u tehnologiji gajenja voća podrazumeva korišćenje najsavremenijih tehničkih sredstava za obavljanje agrotehničkih mera. Za pravilan izbor pojedinih sredstava mehanizacije značajno je utvrditi optimalne parametre njihove primene u obradi zemljišta. Utvrđivanje energetskih i eksploatacionih parametara rada različitih traktorsko-mašinskih agregata pri dopunskoj obradi predstavlja predmet ovog istraživanja. Analiza dobijenih podataka, koji ukazuju na prednosti i nedostatke pojedinih načina obrade omogućuje izbor optimalnog agregata za dopunsku obradu u zasadima. Rezultati ispitivanja sredstava mahanizacije u dopunskoj obradi međuredne površine, pokazuju da je najmanja potrošnja goriva ostvarena kod čizel pluga (3,78 l/ha). Njegovim korišćenjem postignuta je dubina rada 6,31 cm, brzina 7,29 km/h i ostvaren učinak od 9,07 ha/dan.

Rationalization of apple transport from orchard

AB  - In intensive fruit production, especially in fruit farms, high yields are achieved. Large number of fruits makes organization of picking and further manipulation very challenging. Transport issue in fruit production was always attendant, but in extensive technologies was solved by engaging larger number of labor. Because of the specific production, transport in this section represents complex and combining problem depending on a large number of factors. From previous reasons the objective of this study was to investigate four different ways of apple fruits manipulation from between row distance. Experiment was done in 6-year-old apple orchard, with planting distance 5 x 3 m, with modified spindle bush training system. Results from this study made possible to define the method that demanded the least labor for the nearest time period. Time consumption of apple transport from orchard was recorded over number of cycles and fruit quality. The pallets-system during apple harvest time represented positive trend in decreasing of time necessary for transport up to three times. This fact refers to the necessity of more often pallet-system transport applying.
AB  - Intenzivnom voćarskom proizvodnjom naročito u plantažnim zasadima ostvaruju se visoki prinosi po jedinici površine. Velika količina plodova usložnjava organizaciju ubiranja i dalje manipulacije. Problem transporta u voćarskoj proizvodnji oduvek je bio prisutan a kod ekstenzivnih tehnologija se rešava većim angažovanjem radne snage. Transport u ovoj oblasti zbog specifičnosti, predstavlja složen i kompleksan problem a čine ga veći broj faktora. Iz prethodno navedenih razloga predmet istraživanja u ovom radu su bila četiri različita načina iznošenja plodova jabuka iz međureda zasada. Merenja su sprovedena u zasadu jabuke starosti 6 godina, zasađenog na razmaku 5 x 3 m uzgojnog oblika modifikovani vretenasti žbun. Rezultati istraživanja su omogućili definisanje postupka koji angažuje najmanje ljudskog rada i ostvaruje se za najkraći vremenski period. Vreme utrošeno na proces izvoženja plodova iz voćnjaka je praćeno preko broja ciklusa i kvaliteta plodova. Primena sistema paletizacije u procesu berbe jabuka, pokazuje pozitivan trend u smanjenju vremena transporta po jedinici prinosa i do tri puta. Ta činjenica upućuje na neophodnost veće primene paletnog sistema transporta.

This fact refers to the necessity of more often pallet-system transport applying., Intenzivnom voćarskom proizvodnjom naročito u plantažnim zasadima ostvaruju se visoki prinosi po jedinici površine. Velika količina plodova usložnjava organizaciju ubiranja i dalje manipulacije. Problem transporta u voćarskoj proizvodnji oduvek je bio prisutan a kod ekstenzivnih tehnologija se rešava većim angažovanjem radne snage. Transport u ovoj oblasti zbog specifičnosti, predstavlja složen i kompleksan problem a čine ga veći broj faktora. Iz prethodno navedenih razloga predmet istraživanja u ovom radu su bila četiri različita načina iznošenja plodova jabuka iz međureda zasada. Merenja su sprovedena u zasadu jabuke starosti 6 godina, zasađenog na razmaku 5 x 3 m uzgojnog oblika modifikovani vretenasti žbun. Rezultati istraživanja su omogućili definisanje postupka koji angažuje najmanje ljudskog rada i ostvaruje se za najkraći vremenski period. Vreme utrošeno na proces izvoženja plodova iz voćnjaka je praćeno preko broja ciklusa i kvaliteta plodova. Primena sistema paletizacije u procesu berbe jabuka, pokazuje pozitivan trend u smanjenju vremena transporta po jedinici prinosa i do tri puta. Ta činjenica upućuje na neophodnost veće primene paletnog sistema transporta.",

AB  - Harvesting represents one of the most challenging problems in managing vineyards. 'Quality picking' is considered when it is done in the period when the grapes are suitable for its purposes, especially related with the soluble solid content, and the appropriate sugar/acids relation. Hand picking costs represent around 45% of total labor per hectare, which is equivalent of 30-50 working days for one laborer. Study of the mechanical picking of grapevine cultivars intended for winemaking by applying dragged combine 'Volentieri' ensemble with tractor 'New Holland Tn 95 F' are shown in this paper. Experiment was done in the Ćemovsko Field's production vineyards, with cultivars Vranac and Župljanka. Grapevine planting was done on the planting distance 2.6 x 0.7 m and 2.6 x 1 m, respectively. Row length was 168 m, with training system modified horizontal bilateral cordon with green strip width in grape area 50-60 cm. Aggregate's working results of the investigation are showing that average running speed was 4.8 km/h, and output 0.62 ha/h, i.e. 4.98 ha/day in cultivar Vranac. In cultivar Župljanka following values were achieved: running speed was 4.1 km/h, output 0.53 ha/h i.e. 4.24 ha/day. Turning time in headlands of examined harvester was 30 - 32 s. It was necessary to reduce green leaves just before harvesting, especially in the zone bunches, in order to decrease slowdowns and losses. Dragged combines, except in larger plantations, have commercial adequacy both in smaller households.
AB  - Jedan od najsloženijih problema u obavljanju radnih operacija u vinogradarstvu predstavlja proces berbe grožđa. Kvalitetna berba se smatra ona koja se obavi u periodu kada sastav grožđa odgovara njegovoj nameni, što se pre svega odnosi na suvu materiju i odgovarajući odnos šećera i kiselina. Troškovi ručne berbe grožđa čine oko 45% od ukupnog utroška ljudskog rada po hektaru što odgovara 30-50 radnih dana jednog radnika. U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja mehanizovane berbe vinskih sorti grožđa, primjenom vučenog kombajna 'Volentieri' u agregatu s traktorom 'New Holland Tn 95 F'. Ispitivanja su obavljena na proizvodnim površinama Ćemovskog polja, sorte Vranac i Župljanka. Sadnja loze je obavljena na međurednom i rednom rastojanju 2,6 x 0,7 m i 2,6 x 1 m. Dužina redova je iznosila 168 m a zastupljen uzgojni sistem je modifikovana horizontalna dvokraka kordunica sa širinom zelenog pojasa u zoni grožđa 50-60 cm. Rezultati ispitivanja agregata u radu pokazuju da je ostvarena prosječna radna brzina od 4,8 km/h, a učinak 0,62 ha/h tj. 4,98 ha/dan - sorta Vranac. Kod sorte Župljanka ostvarene su vrednosti: brzina rada 4,1 km/h, učinak 0,53 ha/h tj. 4,24 ha/dan. Pri radu kombajna javljaju se gubici od 36 kg/ha kod sorte Vranac, a 70 kg/ha kod sorte Župljanka. Vreme okretanja na uvratinama ispitivanog kombajna je iznosilo 30 -32 s. Neposredno pred berbu neophodno je zelenom rezidbom smanjiti lisnu masu posebno u zoni grožđa kako bi se smanjili zastoji u berbi i gubici. Vučeni kombajni, osim u većim plantažnim zasadima imaju ekonomsku opravdanost i na manjim posjedima.

Energy productivity of the tomato greenhouse production

AB  - The aim of this research was to define tomato greenhouse production regarding the energy consumption in order to find the critical points in the energy flow, that can be eliminated or their influence reduced by choosing the adequate type of construction, production technology and culture that will be produced. Energy parameters were determined for four different greenhouse constructions. On the basis of tomato yield, production output and the energy input (fuel, electricity, straw, fertilizer, plant protection chemicals, water, human labor, technical systems), specific energy input, energy output-input ratio and energy productivity were estimated. Results show that the lowest energy consumption was obtained for gutter connected greenhouse with two bays, 21.96 MJ/m2. The highest energy consumption was measured for the tunnel structure, 26.87 MJ/m2. The highest tomato yield was obtained in multispan greenhouse with thirteen bays, 35.81 kg/m2. As for the energy parameters, the highest energy input was measured for the tunnel structure, 1.55 MJ/kg while the lowest was obtained in multi-span greenhouse with thirteen bays, 0.65 MJ/kg. The highest energy ratio was calculated for the multi-span greenhouse with thirteen bays, 1.23 as well as the highest energy productivity, 1.55 kg/MJ.
AB  - Cilj ovog rada je bio da se definiše proizvodnja paradajza u zaštićenom prostoru sa aspekta potrošnje energije kako bi se uočila kritična mesta u energetskom bilansu proizvodnje i kako bi se utvrdilo da li se izborom konstrukcije objekta zaštićenog prostora može uticati na energetski bilans proizvodnog sistema. Energetski bilans je utvrđen za četiri tipa konstrukcije objekata zaštićenog prostora. Na osnovu prinosa paradajza, energetskog inputa i energetskog outputa određeni su specifični energetski input, energetski odnos i energetska produktivnost. Rezultati pokazuju da je najniža potrošnja energije po jedinici površine ostvarena u objektu sa dva bloka, 21,96 MJ/m2 dok je najviša potrošnja energije izmerena u objektu tunel tipa, 26,87 MJ/m2. Najviši prinos paradajza ostvaren je u blok plasteniku sa trinaest blokova, 35,81 kg/m2. Kada se pogleda energetski bilans, najviši energetski input utvrđen je za objekat tunel tipa 1,55 MJ/kg a najniži za blok plastenik sa trinaest blokova 0,65 MJ/kg. Parameters of sprincklers exploitation potential for crop production

AB  - More and more rigorous ecologic EU regulations are placing the users of the equipment for pesticides applying in front of the large challenges. Legislation frame for pesticides and machines applying are changing continually. Because of the legal codes effects, it is necessary that mechanization used in plant protection dose precise, without any losses and with equal dispose in order to achieve the optimum success in plant protection with the minimal amount of pesticide and simultaneously protect the environment. Based on two-year experiment with sprinklers in crop production, it was established that its exploitation potential was disturb in most of the cases. Such condition can not ensure high-grade and rational chemical protection that has a consequence in lower yields and environment pollution. For those reasons, implementation of obligatory control for each machine before selling and during exploitation in certain intervals is suggested.
AB  - Sve rigorozniji ekološki propisi EU postavljaju korisnike tehnike za primenu pesticida pred velike izazove. Okvirni pravni uslovi za upotrebu biljnih zaštitnih sredstava i mašina menjaju se kontinualno. Zbog dejstva zakonskih odredbi potrebno je da mašine za primenu pesticida egzaktno doziraju, aplikuju bez gubitaka i zaštitna sredstva ravnomerno raspodeljuju, kako bi se sa minimalnom dozom postigao optimalan uspeh u zaštiti bilja a istovremeno sačuvala životna sredina. Na osnovu dvogodišnjeg proveravanja ratarskih prskalica kod nas, ustanovljeno je da je u većini slučajeva narušen eksploatacioni potencijal prskalica. Takvo stanje mašine ne može da obezbedi kvalitetnu i racionalnu hemijsku zaštitu što za posledicu ima umanjenje prinosa i zagađenje životne okoline. Iz tih razloga se i kod nas predlaže uvođenje obavezne kontrole svake mašine pre puštanja u promet, kao i tokom eksploatacije u određenim vremenskim periodima.

AB  - Basic land cultivation in orchards with the aim of loosening the soil is of major importance affecting both growth and development of plants, yield and quality of fruits. The right choice of agricultural machinery presents the precondition in intensive production. Determination of optimal parameters in the employment of agricultural machinery and its appropriate choice are of principal interest for the improvement of fruit growing and cultivation. The aim of the research was to determine both energetic and exploitation parameters of different tractors and machinery aggregates in basic soil cultivation. The analysis of the data obtained was used to choose the optimal system and pointed to the advantages and disadvantages of different types of cultivation. The results obtained from the investigation of basic soil cultivation in inter-rows showed the most rational cultivation using plough pseudo because the depth achieved was 14.27 cm, speed 6.47 km/h, consumption 7.28 l/ha and output 8.23 ha/day. Under arid conditions without irrigation it is necessary to employ soil cultivation on the whole area in order to regulate the water-air properties of the soil, contribute to an appropriate structure by breaking the crust and controlling weeds and in that way achieve high yields and profitability.
AB  - Osnovna obrada višegodišnjih zasada kojom se održava zemljište u rastresitom stanju, ima veliki uticaj na rast i razviće biljaka, prinos i kvalitet plodova. Intenzivna proizvodnja je uslovljena i pravilnim izborom sredstava mehanizacije. Za unapređenje voćarske proizvodnje značajno je obaviti pravilan izbor i utvrditi optimalne parametre primene pojedinih sredstava mehanizacije. Predmet istraživanja je utvrđivanje energetskih i eksploatacionih parametara rada različitih traktorsko-mašinskih agregata pri osnovnoj obradi. Izbor optimalnog sistema proizilazi iz analize dobijenih podataka, koji ukazuju na prednosti i nedostatke pojedinih načina obrade. Rezultati ispitivanja sredstava mehanizacije u osnovnoj obradi u međuredu pokazali su da se najracionalnija obrada ostvarila sa čizel plugom. Njegovim korišćenjem postignuta je dubina rada 14,27 cm, brzina 6,47 km/h, potrošnja 7,28 l/ha goriva i ostvaren učinak od 8,23 ha/dan. U aridnim uslovima bez navodnjavanja neophodna je obrade zemljišta na čitavoj površini u cilju regulisanja vodno-vazdušnih osobina zemljišta, stvaranja pogodne strukture razbijanja pokorice i uništavanja korovske vegetacije, da bi se ostvarili visoki prinosi i ekonomična proizvodnja.

AB  - Highly intensive fruit production in both basic and supplemental soil cultivation, along with other agricultural practices was found to impact both growth and fertility of fruit trees. Favorable effects may be expected provided appropriate and timely soil cultivation is employed. Soil cultivation practices range from intensive to completely lacking, which results in the implementation of technical solutions such as machines and tools. The choice depends on the training system, interrow spacing, climate, soil, ...... The aim of the study was to analyze exploitation parameters of the most frequently used rotary hoe ('Nardi', Model ZH/B 145 C). Based on the results obtained, both current and potential machine users may be informed of the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation. The machine may be used provided working widths amount to 1.45 m and in palmette and slender spindle training systems. Optimal aggregates from the aspect of basic exploitation possibilities need to be analyzed focusing on the financial effect of fruit production.
AB  - Obrada zemljišta, osnovna i dopunska, u visokointenzivnim voćnjacima, sa ostalim agrotehničkim merama, neposredno utiče na rast i rodnost gajenih voćaka. Navedeni efekti postižu se samo u uslovima pravilne i pravovremene obrade zemljišta. Iskustava u obradi zemljišta kreću se od vrlo intenzivne do potpunog izostavljanja, što ima za posledicu primenu velikog broja tehničkih rešenja mašina i oruđa. Metod izbora polazi od uzgojnog oblika, međurednog rastojanja biljaka, klime, zemljišta... Predmet rada je ispitivanje ekspoatacionih parametara rotofreze za istovremenu rednu i međurednu obradu marke 'Nardi' model ZH/B 145 C. Ispitivani tip mašine je veoma zastupljen u našoj voćarskoj praksi. Na osnovu analize dobijenih rezultata, sadašnjim i potencijalnim korisnicima mašine mogu se predočiti prednosti i nedostatci ove varijante obrade zasada. Uzgojni oblik koji dozvoljava upotrebu ove mašine, čiji je radni zahvat od 1,45 m, su svi tipovi Palmeta, Vitko vreteno… Optimizacija složenih sistema značajno ističe i nužnost optimalnog agregata sa aspekta elementarnih eksploatacionih mogućnosti, koje treba posmatrati u interakciji sa finansijskim efektom koji opterećuje proizvodnju u voćnjacima.

AB  - Ostaci rezibde u višegodišnjim zasadima predstavljaju balast koji je neophodno ukloniti odnosno obraditi u formi koja neće ometati prolazak sredstava mehanizacije tokom realizacije naredne operacije. Najzastupljeniji način obrade ostataka rezidbe, u našoj voćarskoj praksi je usitnjavanje i rasipanje u međurednom prostoru. Za realizaciju te radne operacije se primenjuje više tipova mašina za usitnjavanja biljne mase nastale rezidbom voćnjaka. Primenjena tehnička rešenja predstavljaju skupe uvozne mašine za čiju primenu treba dati kompetentan odgovor na pitanje, koja bi bila najadekvatnija zahtevima prakse. U obavljenim eksperimentima ispitivane su četiri mašine sa radnim elementima: ugaoni noževi koji rotiraju u horizontalnoj ravni, Y udarni sekači, delta udarni sekači (čekići) i pločasti udarni sekači koji rotiraju u vertikalnoj ravni. Merenja su obavljena u zasadima jabuke starosti 7-9 godina razlićitog međurednog i rednog rastojanja gde je debljina grana iznosila u proseku 3 cm pri brzinama agregata od 4,5; 6,2 i 7,5 km/h. Ostvarena dužina sečenja se kretala do 5 cm. Za upoređenje četiri tipa radnih organa u žiži interesovanja bile su postignute: dužine sečenja biljnog materijala i za to potrebna snaga pri različitim brzinama kretanja.

AB  - Sprinklers with plane jet have excellent quality of distribution, and are equally suitable for protection from weeds, illnesses and pests. Known multiphase (universal) and anti- drift sprinklers are replaced with injector sprinklers. The most significant advantage of injector sprinklers is minimization of drift which, according to the results of the research, may be up to 75 %. Work with injector sprinklers is possible because of air component, up to wind velocity of 8 m/s and working speed of 8 km/h.
AB  - Rasprskivači sa ravnim mlazom odlikuju se izvanrednim kvalitetom raspodele i u jednakoj su meri pogodni za zaštitu od korova, bolesti i štetočina. Poznati višepodručni (univerzalni) i antidrift rasprskivači bivaju u sve većoj meri zamenjivani injektorskim rasprskivačima. Najveća prednost injektorskih rasprskivača se ogleda u smanjenju drifta, koji kako istraživanja pokazuju može da iznosi do 75 %. Rad sa injektorskim rasprskivačima je moguć zahvaljujući vazdušnoj komponenti, i do brzine vetra od 8 m/s pri brzini kretanja od 8 km/h.

AB  - A good spatial distribution and adequate choice of the orchard establishment system will enable the application of mechanisation decreasing thereby the share of manpower in major labour processes and increasing simultaneously productivity in fruit growing. The results of fruit tree planting were analysed showing productivity of technical equipment used. The study focused on single drill tractor, hydroborer and automatic planter output. Based on the results obtained the output achieved was the highest in using planter, followed by hydroborer and drill. Holedrilling output depended mostly on terraine, soil preparation and training of those in charge of aggregates.
AB  - Dobra organizacija teritorije i adekvatan izbor sistema uzgoja zasada, omogućuje primenu mehanizacije tako da se udeo ljudskog rada u obavljanju radnih operacija znatno smanjuje i time povećava produktivnost pri gajenju višegodišnjih zasada. U radu su prikazani rezultati analize produktivnosti tehničkih sredstava koja se koriste u sadnji višegodišnjih zasada. Istraživanja su obuhvatila određivanje učinka pri radu traktorske bušilice sa jednom burgijom, hidrobura i pluautomatske sadilice. Analiza rezultata pokazuje da se najveći učinci ostvaruje primenom sadilica, zatim hidroburom a najmanji korišćenjem bušilice. Učinak kod svih načina bušenja rupa u znatnoj meri zavisi od vrste terena, tipa i pripremljenosti zemljišta kao i od obučenosti rukovaoca agregatima.

AB  - The experiment conducted in the vineyard using sprayers was aimed at analyzing the effect of air flow rate and sprayer movement rate on pesticide droplets deposition on leaf surface. The concentration used was 350 l/ha. Ventilator capacity was changed obtaining the following air flow rates in front of vineyard rows: 5.2; 7.5; 9.8 and 13.5 m/s. Air flow rates were combined with different sprayer movement rates (5.8 and 8.5 km/ha) in order to obtain eight variants. Increasing sprayer movement rate from 5.8 to 8.5 kg/h tended to raise pesticide droplets deposition by 25% in the row facing the sprayer, or 10% on the opposite side of the row. It can be concluded that droplets deposition on the leaf surface was the greatest at the sprayer movement rate of 5.8 kg/ha and air flow rate ranging from 8 to 10 m/s.
AB  - Eksperiment realizovan u vinogradu primenom orošivača imao je za cilj da odredi uticaj brzine vazduha i brzine kretanja agregata na depoziciju zaštitne tečnosti na lisnoj površini. Eksperiment je realizovan sa normom tretiranja od 350 l/ha. Menjajući kapacitet ventilatora pomoću broja obrtaja rotora, ostvarene su brzine vazduha neposredno ispred reda vinograda: 5,2; 7,5; 9,8; i 13,5 m/s. Kombinacijom navedenih brzina vazduha sa brzinama kretanja orošivača od 5,8 i 8,5 km/h dobijeno je osam varijanti ogleda. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da povećanje brzine kretanja orošivača sa 5,8 km/h na 8,5 km/h depozicija na lisnu površinu se povećava i do 25% na strani reda prema orošivaču odnosno oko 10% na suprotnoj strani reda. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja zaključuje se da je najveća depozicija na lisnu površinu ostvarena pri brzini orošivača od 5,8 km/ha i brzini vazduha ispred reda u opsegu od 8 do 10 m/s.

Maintenance properties of domestically produced stone fruit tree shaker

AB  - Lasting several years of experiences in process of mechanical plum and sour cherry harvesting, together with technical solutions of foreign production, made us develop domestic technical solution. By technical advancing of machine prototype, satisfactory functionality and working capacity was reached. Based on our past experiences, we considered that three years period is necessary to perfect shaker prototype by improving its functionality and working capacity. This paper contains short technical description of the machine and two-year exploitation results obtained on different localities in plum and sour cherry orchards. Vibration type machine is consists of two main devices: for tree swinging and for collecting knocked fruits. Principles of machine work are based on reciprocal impact of two masses that result occurrence of inertial forces of fruit in tree fruit canopy. During exploitation period, the shaker was part of a jointed mechanism together with tractor IMT-539, and four workers served it. Obtained results were based on following aggregate work in two years period, and are showing that averagely it takes around 1.5 minutes per tree in first six vegetations of plum orchards. In plum orchard where trees are above seven years old, average time spent per tree was around 2 minutes. Shaking process in both groups was 9-12 seconds. Investigation results of the shaker in sour cherry orchards, no matter of the age was between 1.0-1.5 minutes per tree. The amount of the unshaken fruits in both fruit species was up to 3%, and the amount of the fruit that fell out of the collector was around 1% considering gathered fruits.
AB  - Višegodišnja iskustva u ranijem vremenskom periodu u procesu mehanizovane berbe šljiva i višanja, tehničkim rešenjima inostrane proizvodnje, navela su nas da pristupimo razvoju domaćeg tehničkog rešenja. Tehničkim usavršavanjem prototipa mašine dostignuta je zadovoljavajuća funkcionalnost i radni kapacitet. Period od tri godine smatrali smo neophodnim, da na osnovu prethodnih iskustava, usavršimo prototip tresača, poboljšavajući mu fukcionalnost i kapacitet rada. Rad sadrži kratak tehnički opis mašine i rezultate dvogodišnje eksploatacije koja je realizovana na različitim lokalitetima u zasadima šljive i višnje. Mašina vibracionog tipa sastoji se od dva glavna uređaja: za njihanje voćke i za prihvatanje otrešenih plodova. Princip rada mašine se zasniva na međusobnom dejstvu dveju masa koje prouzrokuju pojavu inercijalnih sila plodova u krošnji voćke. Tokom eksploatacionog ispitivanja tresač je bio agregatiran s traktorom IMT-539 a opsluživalo ga je četiri radnika. Rezultati dobijeni na osnovu dvogodišnjeg praćenja rada navedenog agregata pokazuju da je u proseku potrebno oko 1,5 min vremena po stablu u zasadima šljive starosti do 6 godina. U zasadima šljive starosti iznad 7 godina prosečno utrošeno vreme po stablu je iznosilo oko 2 min. Sam proces trešenja i jednih i drugih stabala je iznosio od 9-12 s. Rezultati ispitivanja tresača u zasadima višnje, bez obzira na starost, se kretala između 1,0-1,5 min/stablu. Količina neotrešenih plodova kod obe vrste voća se kretala do 3% a količina plodova koja je pala van uređaja za prihvatanje je iznosila oko 1% u odnosu na prikupljene plodove.

Exploitational and energetic aspects of soil preparation for orchard establishment

AB  - Intensive soil preparation including both mechanical and human labor is required prior to the planting and establishment of orchards. Due to energy deficiency during the past years attention was focused on rational technology with the aim of decreasing energy input in the cultivation stage. Trenching up to 40 cm (in some cases up to 120 cm) is considered the most demanding operation in the soil cultivation stage. Attempts were made to substitute the trenching operation, however it is still the most important stage on some soil types in practice. In our practice tenching is the traditional technology of soil cultivation for orchard establishment. It is of major importance for loosening the B glay horizon in heavy soil types. It also contributes to favorable conditions for the development of the root system. The aim was to analyze the energetic aspect of trenching by determining fuel consumption per unit of time and cultivated area prior to orchard establishment. In addition, the structure of working hours was monitored as well. Also, technical features of the trenching aggregate were given. The conclusion emerges that energy requirements in the trenching stage may amount to 250 kWh/ha at 72 cm cultivation depths. Therefore, attention should be focused on rational soil cultivation prior to orchard establishment. .
AB  - Zasnivanje višegodišnjih zasada zahteva intenzivnu pripremu zemljišta pre sadnje što predstavlja veliko angažovanje mehaničkog a i ljudskog rada. Obzirom da se poslednjih godina zbog deficita energije, velika pažnja poklanja primeni racionalnih tehnologija kojima će se postići smanjenje utroška energije pri obavljanju operacija u obradi. Kao najzahtevnija operacija u pripremi zemljišta predstavlja duboka obrada-rigolovanje zemljišta na dubini preko 40 cm, a za neke zasade čak i do 120 cm. I pored pokušaja supstitucije ove operaciji u pripremi zemljišta u praksi još uvek ima značajnu primenu što predstavlja obaveznu meru na određenim tipovima zemljišta Činjenica je da u našoj praksi još uvek preovlađuju tradicionalne tehnologije obrade koje uključuju primenu rigolovanja kao operacije u pripremi zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Značaj ovakve duboke obrade ogleda se u rastresanju B glejnog horizonta kod teških tipova zemljišta. Zatim, obezbeđenje povoljnih uslova za razvoj korenovog sistema, pogotovu ako se ima u vidu da višegodišnji zasadi ostaju i nekoliko desetina godina na jednom mestu. U radu je obrađen energetski aspekt duboke obrade rigolovanjem utvrđivanjem potrošnje goriva po jedinici vremena i obrađenoj površini koja se obavlja pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Ispitivanjima su bili obuhvaćeni sledeći pokazatelji: brzina kretanja, vučni otpor, klizanje gusenica, vučna snaga, radni zahvat, specifični otpor zemljišta i učinak. Pored ispitivanja eksploatacionih parametara obavljeno je snimanje strukture radnog vremena. Pored toga date su tehničke karakteristike ispitivanog agregata u rigolovanju. Osnovni zaključak je da rigolovanje angažuje veliku energiju koja se kreće i do 250 kWh/ha za dubine obrade od 72 cm tako da je neophodno posvetiti značajniju pažnju racionalnijim načinima obrade zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada.

abstract = "Intensive soil preparation including both mechanical and human labor is required prior to the planting and establishment of orchards. Due to energy deficiency during the past years attention was focused on rational technology with the aim of decreasing energy input in the cultivation stage. Trenching up to 40 cm (in some cases up to 120 cm) is considered the most demanding operation in the soil cultivation stage. Attempts were made to substitute the trenching operation, however it is still the most important stage on some soil types in practice. In our practice tenching is the traditional technology of soil cultivation for orchard establishment. It is of major importance for loosening the B glay horizon in heavy soil types. It also contributes to favorable conditions for the development of the root system. The aim was to analyze the energetic aspect of trenching by determining fuel consumption per unit of time and cultivated area prior to orchard establishment. In addition, the structure of working hours was monitored as well. Also, technical features of the trenching aggregate were given. The conclusion emerges that energy requirements in the trenching stage may amount to 250 kWh/ha at 72 cm cultivation depths. Therefore, attention should be focused on rational soil cultivation prior to orchard establishment. ., Zasnivanje višegodišnjih zasada zahteva intenzivnu pripremu zemljišta pre sadnje što predstavlja veliko angažovanje mehaničkog a i ljudskog rada. Obzirom da se poslednjih godina zbog deficita energije, velika pažnja poklanja primeni racionalnih tehnologija kojima će se postići smanjenje utroška energije pri obavljanju operacija u obradi. Kao najzahtevnija operacija u pripremi zemljišta predstavlja duboka obrada-rigolovanje zemljišta na dubini preko 40 cm, a za neke zasade čak i do 120 cm. I pored pokušaja supstitucije ove operaciji u pripremi zemljišta u praksi još uvek ima značajnu primenu što predstavlja obaveznu meru na određenim tipovima zemljišta Činjenica je da u našoj praksi još uvek preovlađuju tradicionalne tehnologije obrade koje uključuju primenu rigolovanja kao operacije u pripremi zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Značaj ovakve duboke obrade ogleda se u rastresanju B glejnog horizonta kod teških tipova zemljišta. Zatim, obezbeđenje povoljnih uslova za razvoj korenovog sistema, pogotovu ako se ima u vidu da višegodišnji zasadi ostaju i nekoliko desetina godina na jednom mestu. U radu je obrađen energetski aspekt duboke obrade rigolovanjem utvrđivanjem potrošnje goriva po jedinici vremena i obrađenoj površini koja se obavlja pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Ispitivanjima su bili obuhvaćeni sledeći pokazatelji: brzina kretanja, vučni otpor, klizanje gusenica, vučna snaga, radni zahvat, specifični otpor zemljišta i učinak. Pored ispitivanja eksploatacionih parametara obavljeno je snimanje strukture radnog vremena. Pored toga date su tehničke karakteristike ispitivanog agregata u rigolovanju. The results suggest that mechanized pruning is more widely applied in plum production and processing. Index of productivity of mechanized pruning with manual correction and mechanized pruning in comparison with manual pruning ranges from 1,50 to 87,94, depending on the condition of the orchard, average for two years investigation from 1,90 to 58,5.
AB  - Rad predstavlja rezultate istraživanja mehanizovane rezidbe šljive sorte stenley. Rezidba je obavljena hidrauličnim rezačem HR-85 u agregatu sa traktorima Rakovica 65 i Torpedo TD 75A. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju da se mehanizovana rezidba može koristiti u proizvodnji šljive za industrijsku preradu. Indeks proizvodnosti mehanizovane rezidbe sa ručnom korekcijom u odnosu na ručnu rezidbu je 1,50 i mehanizovane rezidbe u odnosu na ručnu je 87,94 što je zavisilo od stanja zasada, odnosno prosečno za dve godine ispitivanja 1,90 odnosno 58,5.

Preparation and potential of pruning residues in orchards and vineyards as energetic material

AB  - Huge amounts of plant remains are obtained following pruning, an essential agricultural practice measure during the exploitation of orchards and vineyards. Different pruning modes are employed depending on the size of the orchard and the available machinery. The remains tend to hinder other activities in the orchard but on the other hand they represent an essential energetic source. The energy can be transformed or returned into soil by mulching. Collecting and burning of the remains but also further cutting into small pieces and plowing itself were elimination modes of former technologies. However, these procedures contributed to the loss of a useful and important source of heat energy. Optimal technological and technical solutions should be defined with regard to collecting, loading, transporting and preparing pruning remains in orchards and vineyards with the aim of obtaining energy. This is expected to have a significant influence on the energetic efficiency of fruit growing and is an issue of major concern. In our country collecting, preparing and using pruning remains is not widely used due to the irrational disposal of energy and extensive production. Pruning remains have their advantage as sustainable energy source being at the site of consumption or its vicinity. The simplest and oldest way of using pruning remains as energents in the process of burning and producing heat energy is to burn the unchanged remains. Considering the bulk of it which is characterized by the irrational transport, impeded loading, unloading, storing and use in combustion equipments. Ecological issues and fossil energy deficiency impose the need to focus on the preparation and use of pruning remains as energetic fuel in orchards. The issue has gained in importance following the regulations imposed by the EU whereby renewable energy sources should be used in the production of electrical energy. The aim is to solve the lack of eco energy and contribute to environmental protection.
AB  - Tokom eksploatacije višegodišnjih zasada pored ostalih kao obavezna agrotehnička mera sprovodi se i rezidba kojom se dobija velika količina biljne mase u obliku ostataka rezidbe. Rezidbe se može obavljati na više načina što je uslovljeno veličinom zasada i raspoloživim tehničkim sredstvima. Nastala masa najpre predstavlja balast koji ometa prolazak zasadom sa druge strane je značajan energetski izvor. Energija iz te masi se može transformisati na više načina uz primenu odgovarajućih postupaka ili da se varati zemljištu postupkom mulčovanja. Kod zastarelih tehnologija upotrebe uglavnom se obavlja sakupljanje i sagorevanje ostataka rezidbe neposredno u zasadu, ili se vrši njihovo sitnjenje a zatim zaoravanje. Ovim postupcima ostaci rezidbe u zasadima su izgubljeni kao energetski vredan i količinski značajan izvor toplotne energije. Definisanje optimalnih tehnologija i tehničkih rešenja prikupljanja, utovara, transporta i neposredne pripreme ostataka rezidbe voćaka i vinove loze za dobijanje energije, presudno utiče na energetsku efikasnost voćarske proizvodnje i predstavlja veoma aktuelni problem. Zbog neracionalnog raspolaganja energijom i ekstenzivnije proizvodnje, u našim uslovima, prikupljanje, obrada, priprema i korišćenje biljnih ostataka nisu našli širu primenu. Ostaci rezidbe kao obnovljivi izvor energije ima i prednost u tome što se najčešće nalaze na mestu potrošnje ili u njihovoj blizini. Najjednostavniji i najstariji način korišćenja ostataka rezidbe kao energenta u procesima sagorevanja i dobijanja toplote je kada se u neizmenjenom obliku obavi proces sagorevanja. Obzirom na kabastu formu koju karakteriše mala zapreminska masa, uslovljava veoma malu racionalnost u transportu kao i otežan utovar, istovar, skladištenje i samu upotrebu u gorionicima. Ekološki problemi i deficit fosilnih goriva nameću potrebu da se u našem okruženju posveti veća pažnja iznalaženju postupaka pripreme i korišćenju ostataka rezidbe u zasadima kao energetskog goriva. Ovaj problem aktualizuju i norme Evropske Unije koje propisuju kao obavezu proizvodnje električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora, kako bi se doprinelo rešavanju problema nedostatka ekološki čiste energije i doprinelo očuvanje životne sredine.
