Aeroponics, New Technology for Production of Potato Mini Tubers in Guca

AB  - In the laboratory for micropropagation in Potato Research Center in Gucha, in vitro virus-free plants of following potato varieties were produced: Desiree, Kennebec, Agria, Cleopatra and Sinora. Acclimatized and rooted plants were transplanted in previously prepared aeroponik module. During the duration of the experiment, the mini-tubers were successively harvested four times and their mass and number were recorded. The first harvest of mini tubers was out after 40-45 days after transplanting in aeropnik system. The highest average number of mini tubers was of the Desiree variety (15.55), while the lowest number was harvested by varieties Sinora and Cleopatra (10.66 and 10.52). The highest average mass of one mini-tuber per plant was obtained in the Agria variety (8.97 g), followed by the Kennebec variety (7.61 g) and the Kleopatra variety (6.36 g). The smallest mini-tubers were measured in the Desiree and Sinora varieties (5.32 g and 4.83 g). In the aeroponic system, 4.08 times more mini-tubers were obtained compared to the substrate. Aeroponik system offers the potential to improve the production of potato mini tubers.
AB  - U laboratoriji za mikropropagaciju  Centru za krompir u Guči proizvedene su bezvirusne biljke in vitro sorti krompira: Desiree, Kennebec, Agria, Cleopatra i Sinora. Aklimatizovane i ožiljene biljke presađene su u pripremljene aeroponik module. Tokom trajanja ogleda mini krtole su sukcesivno ubirane u četiri termina i merena je njihova masa i broj. Prvo branje mini krtola je obavljeno posle 40-45 dana po presadjivanju u aeropnik sistem. Najveći prosečan broj mini krtola imala je sorta Desiree (15,55), dok su najmanji broj dale sorte  Sinora i Cleopatra (10,66 i 10,52). Najveća prosečna masa jedne mini krtole po biljci ustanovljena je kod sorte Agria (8,97 g), zatim kod sorte Kennebec (7,61 g), odnosno sorte Cleopatra (6,36 g). Najsitnije mini krtole izmerene su kod kod sorti Desiree i Sinora (5,32 g i 4,83 g). U aeroponik sistemu dobijen je 4,08 puta veći broj mini krtola  u odnosu na supstrat. Aeroponik sistem nudi potencijalnu mogućnost za poboljšanje proizvodnje dobijanja mini krtola krompira.

Variability of Dormancy, Seed Germination and Seedling Vigor of Cultivars of Red Clover and Italian Ryegrass

AB  - Grass-legume mixtures are of great importance in the production of high quality forage, both in terms of the farm holding, as well as free range livestock. Cultivation of italian ryegrass in mixture with red clover achieved significantly higher yield of green forage and hay, in relation to the pure crop of red clover. Quality seed is the key to successful production of animal feed and increase of forage yield is directly proportional to the quality of the seed that is being sown. This paper analyzes the most important indicators of seed quality (germination, dormancy, dead seed and seedling vigor) in six different cultivars of diploid red clover (K-17, K-30, Nike, Una, Petnica i Sana) and three different cultivars of diploid italian ryegrass (K-13, Aubade i Draga).  
The results showed a significant differences in germination and seedling vigor of tested cultivars, as red clover and italian ryegrass.
AB  - Travno-leguminozne smeše su od velikog značaja za proizvodnju visoko kvalitetne stočne hrane, kako u uslovima farmskog držanja, tako i u slobodnoj ispaši stoke. Gajenjem italijanskog ljulja u smeši sa crvenom detelinom postiže se značajno povećanje prinosa zelene krme i sena, u odnosu na čiste useve. Kvalitetno seme je ključ uspešne proizvodnje stočne hrane, a povećanje prinosa krme je direktno proporcionalno kvalitetu semena koje je posejano. U radu su analizirani najvažniji pokazatelji kvaliteta semena (klijavost, dormantnost, mrtvo seme, kao i vigor klijanaca) kod šest različitih sorti diploidne crvene deteline (K-17, K-39, Nike, Una, Petnica i Sana) i tri sorte diploidnog italijanskog ljulja (K-13, Aubade i Draga). 
Rezultati su pokazali da postoje značajne razlike u klijavosti semena ispitivanih sorti, kao i u vigoru klijanaca, kako crvene deteline, tako i italijanskog ljulja.

Improvements of Methods and Techniques in Integrated Production of Peppers under Protected Cultivation

AB  - Modern vegetable production under protected cultivation have accomplished by multifunctional integration of several methods and techniques in order to get produce for fresh consumption with an added biological value. The usage of modern greenhouse covering films, shading nets and termoselective barriers, besides passive energy efficiency has afforded several benefits in more precise control of microclimate fluctuations. Photo-selective plastic films could change the character and spectral composition of solar radiation, which leads to less pests and disease infection and better crop performances, such us earliness, fruit size and uniformity and cumulative and total yield. By usage of beneficial microorganism, pheromone traps, predators and as well natural extracts it would be possibla to maintain biological balance for integrated protected cultivation of peppers
AB  - Savremena povrtarska proizvodnja u zaštićenom prostoru ostvaruje se multifunkcionalnim integrisanjem više metoda i tehnika u cilju dobijanja proizvoda za svežu potrošnju sa visokom biološkom vrednošću. Korišćenje modernih polietilenskih folija, mreža za zasenu i energetskih barijera omogućilo je, osim pasivne energetske efikasnosti i niz prednosti u vrlo preciznoj kontroli promena u mikroklimatu. Fotoselektivne folije menjaju karakter i spektralni sastav sunčevog zračenja, što utiče na umanjenje infekcija bolestima i redukciju štetočina, ali rezultuje i adekvatnom reakcijom useva u pogledu ranostasnosti, veličine plodova, njihovoj uniformnosti i kumulativnom i ukupnom prinosu. Korišćenjem korisnih mikroorganizama, feromonskih klopki, predatora, kao i prirodnih ekstrakata može se uspešno održati biološka ravnoteža u integralnom sistemu gajenja paprike u plastenicima.
