Perspectives of development and spreading of bioenergy crops

AB  - Biomass is the biggest source of renewable energy, and Serbia is one of the leaders in Europe in amount of available, unused biomass. Technologies for its use are available, ecologically acceptable and they are not expensive high-tech solutions. Current state of renewable energy sources sector in Serbia is marked as a category of unused, even though Serbia has good potentials for development in this field. One of the key moments in development of renewable energy sources is adoption of the Action plan on biomass (2010) by Serbian Government, which has a goal to define activities that will contribute to biomass use as renewable energy sources, considering potentials and current national legislation and EU directives. The share of biomass use as renewable resources in energy sector from the environmental protection aspect, in conditions of adequate use, contributes to significant decrease of net emission of CO2 in comparison with fossil fuel application for energy purposes. This paper deals with possibilities of development and bioenergy crops that will, with its complete life cycle, contribute to reduction of anthropogenic influence on the environment.
AB  - Biomasa je najveći obnovljivi izvor energije, a Srbija spada u vrh evropskih zemalja po količini raspoložive, a neiskorišćene biomase. Tehnologije za njeno korišćenje su raspoložive, ekološki prihvatljive i ne spadaju u red skupih 'high-tech' rešenja. Trenutno stanje sektora obnovljivih izvora energije u Srbiji označava se kao kategorija neiskorišćenosti, iako Srbija ima dobre potencijale za razvoj na ovom planu. Jedan od ključnih momenata u razvoju obnovljivih izvora energije bilo je donošenje Akcionog plana za biomasu (2010.) od strane Vlade Srbije, a koji je za cilj imao definisanje aktivnosti koje će doprineti korišćenju biomase kao obnovljivih izvora energije, imajući u vidu potencijale i trenutno nacionalno zakonodavstvo i EU direktive. Učešće udela korišćenja biomase kao obnovljivih resursa u energetskom sektoru sa aspekta zaštite životne sredine, u uslovima adekvatnog korišćenja, doprinosi značajnom smanjenju neto emisije CO2 u poređenju sa primenom fosilnih goriva u energetske svrhe. U radu su obrađene mogućnosti razvoja i širenja bioenergetskih useva koji će sa svojim celokupnim životnim ciklusom doprineti smanjenju antropogenog uticaja na životnu sredinu.
