AB  - In crop of corn on the of marshy blanck soil type was observed of efficiency of herbicides: the 2,4-D DMA; dikambe; bentazona; mezotriona; prosulfurona; tifensulfuron-metial; prosulfurona and dikambe; mezotriona and terbutilazina; tebutriona and izoksadifenetila; foramsulfurona, jodsulfuron-metil-natrijuma and izoksadifen-etila; s-metolahlora and atrazina. Herbicide efficiency was estimated according to the number of weed plants and their mass per area. On the basis of data efficiency of evaluated tretmant was calculated. By applying the 2,4-D DMA; dikambe; bentazona; mezotriona; prosulfurona; tifensulfuron- metila; prosulfurona and dikambe; mezotriona and terbutilazina; tebutriona and izoksadifen-etila; foramsulfurona, jodsulfuron-metil-natrijuma and izoksadifen-etila; independetly, as and after applying s-metolahlor and atrazine( in specified terms), was noticed various efficiency on present broad weeds. Better results were achieved in combination of soil and foliar applications of herbicide regard to foliar aplication only.
AB  - U usevu kukuruza na zemljištu tipa ritska crnica ispitivana je efikasnost herbicida na bazi aktivnih materija: 2,4-D DMA; dikambe; bentazona; mezotriona; prosulfurona; tifensulfuron-metila; prosulfurona i dikambe; mezotriona i terbutilazina; tebutriona i izoksadifen-etila; foramsulfurona, jodsulfuron-metil-natrijuma i izoksadifen-etila; s-metolahlora i atrazina. Za ocenu delovanja ispitivanih herbicida praćen je broj korovskih biljaka i njihova sveža masa po jedinici površine, iz kog je računata efikasnost ispitivanih tretmana. Primenom 2,4-D DMA; dikambe; bentazona; mezotriona; prosulfurona; tifensulfuronmetila; prosulfurona i dikambe; mezotriona i terbutilazina; tebutriona i izoksadifen-etila; foramsulfurona, jodsulfuron-metil-natrijuma i izoksadifen-etila, samostalno, kao i nakon primene s-metolahlora i atrazina, (u datim uslovima) evidentirana je različita efikasnost na jednogodišnje širokolise korovske vrste. Bolji rezultati su postignuti u kombinaciji zemljišne i folijarne primene herbicida u odnosu na samu folijarnu primenu.

AB  - A diallel cross including five divergent red clover genotypes (two varieties: Junior and Diana, and three populations: Vlaška, BL-3 and M-ll) has been used in this study. The obtained progenies were tested for stem length, yield of green mass per plant, beginning of flowering and persistence (estimates of plants surviving in the third year: 1 - 9). These traits were analyzed for mode of inheritance, gene effects and heritability. The analysis of phenotypic variance showed that the additive gene action played the dominant role in the inheritance of stem length and yield of green mass per plant. Similar importance of the additive and non-additive components of genotypic variance and low values of the narrow-and wide-sense heritability (hČ = 22.64 % and h£= 41.51 %, respectively) were established for the inheritance of persistence, indicating an increased influence of environmental factors in the inheritance of this trait. Higher importance of the dominant gene action was found only for the inheritance of the beginning of flowering in 2001.
AB  - U radu je korišćeno pet divergentnih genotipova crvene deteline (dve sorte Junior, Diana i tri populacije: Vlaška, BL-3, M-11) koji su dialelno ukršteni, nakon čega je u dvogodišnjem periodu (2001-2002) izvršeno testiranje dobijenog potomstva za sledeće osobine (dužina stabljike, prinos zelene mase po biljci, vreme početka cvetanja i perzistentnost). Proučavani su način nasleđivanja, efekat gena, heritabilnost, kao i koeficijenti aditivne genetičke i fenotipske varijanse ispitivanih osobina. Analizom fenotipske varijanse može se zaključiti da je aditivan način delovanja gena imao dominantnu ulogu u nasleđivanju: dužine stabljike i prinosa zelene mase po biljci, a kao najčešći način nasleđivanja ispoljila se parcijalna dominacija. Podjednak značaj, kako aditivne, tako i neaditivne komponente genotipske varijanse je utvrđen u nasleđivanju perzistentnosti. Veće učešće dominantne varijanse u ukupnoj genetičkoj varijansi, kao i niska vrednosti heritabilnosti u užem smislu (hn 2) je dobijena: za vreme početka cvetanja crvene deteline (16,47 %) u 2001. godini.

AB  - Diallel crosses involving five divergent red clover genotypes (two varieties Junior and Diana, and three populations, Vlaška, BL-3 and M-11) were made at the Experiment Field of the Forage Crops Department of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. During the 2001-2002 period, progenies obtained in the crosses were tested for stem length, stem thickness, length of central lamina, yield of green mass per plant, start of flowering persistence and growth habit. The analysis of phenotypic variance showed that the additive gene action played the dominant role in the inheritance of stem length, yield of green mass per plant and growth habit. Partial dominance was the most frequent mode of inheritance. A larger contribution of dominant variance to total genotypic variance and low values of narrow sense heritability (hn2) were obtained for stem thickness (16.67% and 23.07% respectively). In both study years (2001-2002), using path coefficient analysis, we observed significant direct effects of stem length on green mass yield per plant (9.09*, and 6.23*, respectively).
AB  - U radu je korišćeno pet divergentnih genotipova crvene deteline (dve sorte Junior, Diana i tri populacije: Vlaška, BL-3, M-l1) koje su dialelno ukrštene. Eksperimentalni deo ogleda je bio urađen na oglednom polju Zavoda za krmno bilje Naučnog Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu. Tokom 2001 i 2002 godine izvršeno je testiranje dobijenog potomstva u odnosu na ispitivane osobine (dužina stabljike, debljina stabljike, dužina centralne liske, prinos zelene mase po biljci, vreme početka cvetanja, perzistentnost i forma rasta). Analizom fenotipske varijanse može se zaključiti da je aditivan način delovanja gena imao dominantnu ulogu u nasleđivanju: dužine stabljike prinosa zelene mase po biljci, forme rasta, a kao najčešći način nasleđivanja ispoljila se parcijalna dominacija. The effect of different bud loads on the productivity, yield and wine quality of chardonnay clones VCR4 and BCL75

AB  - The basic parameters of grape productivity and yield, as well as, of wine quality of Chardonnay clones BCL75 and VCR4 were investigated at different bud load levels. The increase in bud loads caused the decrease of the developed shoot percentage without significant changes in the percentage of productive shoots in both observed clones. The increase of bud loads caused the increase of the number of grape branches per vine and the decrease of productivity per bud, developed and productive shoot. At the lowest bud load (12 buds per vine) of the clone VCR4 the yield was low and sugar and total acids contents were high. The significantly increased yield, maintained aroma, high sugar and total acids contents in grape must were obtained at 24 and 36 buds per vine. Wine has a complex flavour and taste, it is exotically fruity and full bodied. A bud load from 12 to 24 buds per vine can be a recommended norm for the clone BCL75. Produced wines had herby flavour accompanied with fruit aroma on apple and peach, and very fresh flavour vivacited, balanced, with expressed aromatic fruit note. The poor wines with weak aroma were obtained at large bud loads and high yields.
AB  - Istraživani su osnovni pokazatelji rodnosti, prinosa i kvaliteta grožđa i vina klonova sorte Šardone BCL75 i VCR4, pri različitom stepenu opterećenja čokota zimskim okcima. Kod oba istraživana klona, sa povećanjem opterećenja smanjuje se procenat razvijenih lastara, bez značajnih promena u procentu rodnih lastara. Sa povećanjem opterećenja čokota okcima povećava se broj grozdova po čokotu, a smanjuje rodnost po okcu, razvijenom i rodnom lastaru. Kod klona VCR4 pri najmanjem opterećenju (12 okaca/čokotu) ostvareni su veoma niski prinosi i visok nivo šećera i ukupnih kiselina u širi. Pri opterećenju čokota od 24 i 36 okaca, postignuti su značajno viši prinosi uz očuvan visok nivo šećera i ukupnih kiselina u širi. Vino je kompleksno na mirisu i ukusu, sa mirisom egzotičnog voća, bogato telom. Zbog niskih prinosa u varijanti 1, ne preporučuje se opterećenje od 12 okaca po čokotu. Kod klona BCL75 preporučeno opterećenje okcima kreće se u okvirima Varijante 1 i 2 i iznosi od 12 do 24 okca po čokotu. Dobijena vina su sa mirisom herbe, sa pratećim mirisom voća - jabuka i breskva, na ukusu živa, veoma sveža, uravnotežena, sa izraženom aromatičnom snagom voća. Pri većem opterećenju okcima i višim prinosima, dobijaju se slabija vina razblažene arome.

The increase in bud loads caused the decrease of the developed shoot percentage without significant changes in the percentage of productive shoots in both observed clones. The increase of bud loads caused the increase of the number of grape branches per vine and the decrease of productivity per bud, developed and productive shoot. At the lowest bud load (12 buds per vine) of the clone VCR4 the yield was low and sugar and total acids contents were high. The significantly increased yield, maintained aroma, high sugar and total acids contents in grape must were obtained at 24 and 36 buds per vine. Wine has a complex flavour and taste, it is exotically fruity and full bodied. A bud load from 12 to 24 buds per vine can be a recommended norm for the clone BCL75. Produced wines had herby flavour accompanied with fruit aroma on apple and peach, and very fresh flavour vivacited, balanced, with expressed aromatic fruit note. The poor wines with weak aroma were obtained at large bud loads and high yields., Istraživani su osnovni pokazatelji rodnosti, prinosa i kvaliteta grožđa i vina klonova sorte Šardone BCL75 i VCR4, pri različitom stepenu opterećenja čokota zimskim okcima. Kod oba istraživana klona, sa povećanjem opterećenja smanjuje se procenat razvijenih lastara, bez značajnih promena u procentu rodnih lastara. Sa povećanjem opterećenja čokota okcima povećava se broj grozdova po čokotu, a smanjuje rodnost po okcu, razvijenom i rodnom lastaru. Sorte za kvalitetna vina (prokupac, frankovka i game crni) ispoljile su veću rodnost (9,1-10,9 t/ha), a sorte za vrhunska vina (burgundac crni i kaberne sovinjon) bolji kvalitet grožđa (20,8 do 21,4% šećera) i vina.

Change of the chemical composition of root as early indicator of sugar beet rhizomania

AB  - The aim of investigation was monitoring of change of chemical composition of sugar beet root juice in dependence of presence, that is the absence of rhizomania, as well as the intensity of the occurrence this disease in tolerant and susceptible sugar beet hybrids because of establishing of early indicators of this disease occurrence in fields of Agriculture Corporation 'Belgrade'. Considering to the specificity of production area of PKB and to the different claims about some changes of root components in plants with rhizomania, and what is connected as well as with the soil and climatic conditions in which the investigations were done, it is necessary a permanent monitoring of chemical composition of root juice because of the confirmation and monitoring of the spread of this severe sugar beet disease. On the basis of chemical analysis of sugar beet root we can conclude that increased content of sodium followed by the decrease of sugar content in sugar beet root can serve as an early indicator of occurrence of this disease. Only sodium content increase, that is decrease of sugar content in sugar beet root are not reliable indicators the occurrence or the intensity of rhizomania onset regarding the great influence of sugar beet genotype and agro-ecologic conditions in which beet is growing. .
AB  - Cilj istraživanja bio je praćenje izmena hemijskog sastava soka korena šećerne repe u zavisnosti od prisustva odnosno odsustva rizomanije, kao i intenziteta pojave ove bolesti kod tolerantnih i osetljivih hibrida šećerne repe radi utvrđivanja ranih pokazatelja pojave ove bolesti na poljima Poljoprivredne korporacije 'Beograd'. S obzirom na specifičnost proizvodnog područja PKB i ne podudaranja tvrdnji o pojedinim promenama sastojaka korena kod obolelih biljaka od rizomanije, a što je povezano kako sa ispitivanim genotipovima šećerne repe i patogena, tako i sa zemljišnim i klimatskim uslovima u kojima su ispitivanja izvršena, neophodno je stalno praćenje hemijskog sastava soka korena radi potvrđivanja i praćenja širenja ove opake bolesti šećerne repe. Na osnovu hemijskih analiza soka korena šećerne repe možemo zaključiti da povećan sadržaj natrijuma praćen smanjenjem sadržaja šećera u korenu šećerne repe može poslužiti kao rani indikator pojave ove bolesti. Samo povećanje sadržaja natrijuma, odnosno smanjenje sadržaja šećera u korenu šećerne repe nisu sigurni pokazatelji pojave ili intenziteta napada rizomanije s obzirom na veliki uticaj genotipa šećerne repe i agroekoloških prilika u kojima repa raste.
