AB - The intergrain ceramic structures are very complex and difficult to describe by using traditional analytical methods. In this study, in order to establish grain shapes of sintered ceramics, new approach on correlation between microstructure and properties of doped BaTiO3 -ceramics based on fractal geometry has been developed. BaTiO3 ceramics doped with CeO2, Bi2O3, Fe2O3, CaZrO3 Nb2O5, MnCO3 , La2O3, Er2O3, Yb2O3 and Ho2O3, were prepared using conventional solid state procedure and sintered at 1350°C. The sintered specimens microstructure was investigated by SEM-5300 and capacitance has been done using LCR-metra Agilent 4284A. The fractal modeling method using a reconstruction of microstructure configurations, like grains or intergranular contacts shapes has been successfully done. Furthermore, the area of grains surface was calculated by using fractal correction which expresses the grains surface irregularity through fractal dimension. For better and deeper the ceramics material microstructure characterization the Voronoi model and mathematical statistics calculations, are applied, also. The fractal nature for ceramics structure analysis providing a new ideas for modeling the grain shape and relations between the BaTiO3 ceramic structure and dielectrical properties and new frontier for higher integration on electronic circuits. The presented results indicate that fractal method for structure ceramics analysis creates a new approach for describing, predicting and modeling the grain shape and relations between the BaTiO3 -ceramic structure and dielectric and generally electric and microelectronics properties.

AB - In this study, in order to establish grain shapes of sintered ceramics, new approach on correlation between microstructure and doped BaTiO3 -ceramics properties based, on Voronoi model and mathematical statistics calculations on fractal geometry, has been developed. BaTiO3-ceramics doped with Yb2O3 (from 0.1 to 1.0wt% of Yb) were prepared by using conventional solid state procedure and were sintered from 1320 degrees C to 1380 degrees C for four hours. The microstructure of sintered specimens was investigated by Scanning electron microscope JEOL-SEM-5300. For better and deeper characterization and understanding of the ceramics material microstructure, the methods which include the fractal nature structure, and also Voronoi model and mathematical statistics calculations, are applied. In our research the Voronoi is one specific interface between fractal structure nature and different stochastically contact surfaces, defined by statistical mathematical methods. Also, the Voronoi model practically provided possibility to control the ceramics microstructure fractal nature. Mathematical statistic methods enabled establishing the real model for the prognosis based on correlation: synthesis-structures-properties.

AB - Ferroelectric BaTiO3 as one of the most important ceramics materials in electronic, used on wide range of applications, can be modified with various dopant ions. In this paper, the influence of Er2O3, Yb2O3, Ho2O3 and La2O3, on microstructure, microelectronic and dielectric properties of BaTiO3-ceramics has been investigated. The solid solubility of rare-earth ions in the BaTiO3 perovskite structure has been studied by different methods of structural analysis including SEM-JEOL 5300 and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) system. BaTiO3-ceramics doped with 0.01 up to 1 wt% of rare-earth additives were prepared by conventional solid state procedure and sintered from 1320 degrees C to 1380 degrees C for four hours. We also applied the fractal method in microstructure analysis of sintered ceramics, especially as influence on intergranular capacitor and dielectric peoperties of BaTiO3-ceramics. This fractal nature effect has been used for better understanding integrated microelectronics characteristics and circuits.

AB - In order to assess of risk assessment, the aim of this paper was to provide good and detailed insight into the level of contamination of complete feedmixes intended for fattening swine from mycotoxin- producing fungi and mycotoxins (n=18). Isolation and quantitative enumeration of fungal propagules were done on solid media using the standard microbiological procedure. These plates were incubated the number of colonies was determined and thent on the basis of characteristic colonies and microscopic analysis was performed to identify genera and species of moulds. Isolates identified as Aspergillus and Penicillium species were subjected to molecular characterization of the presence of genes responsible for the synthesis of OTA (polyketide synthase gene-PKS). Total fungal counts (CFU/g) ranged from 0,5×105 do 4×106. From a total samples analysed, seven samples had fungal counts higher than the limit established by Serbian regulations (3×105). During a mycological analysis of complete feedmi×es intended for fattening swine, a total of si× genera and 14 species of moulds were identified of which the most frequent one was of the genus Penicillium (94,4%) while the moulds from Fusarium genere isolated in 55,5% and Paecilomyces in 44,4% of the samples from investigated localities. Other fungi from the genera Aspergillus (22%), Mycor (11,1%) and Alternaria (5,5%) were represented in a less amount. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a set of 18 isolates of the DNA belonging to families Penicillium and Aspergillus. The sequences of PCR reaction products in three samples were compared with nucleotide sequences of genes for poliketid synthase (PKS) from Penicillium species and found that the samples possess PKS sequence. The traditional methods for identification of ochrato×in- producing fungi are time-consuming and labor-intensive. Rapid and specific detection of ochrato×in-producing fungi is important for ensuring microbiological quality and safety of feed and food.
