Basic soil tillage of perennial plantations with a rotary shovel

AB  - Basic soil tillage in perennial plantations is still present in agro-ecological conditions of R.Serbia despite the tendency for grassing the inter-row space. The reasons for this include arid climatic conditions, as well as the lack of an irrigation system requiring great investments. Mechanical soil tillage provides some advantages over the procedures of soil grassing. These advantages primarily relate to the rational distribution of moisture in the soil, prevention of the development of harmful rodents, better aeration of soil as well as an effective application of organic fertilizers. The paper presents comparative exploitation surveys in soil tillage with a conventional plough, subsoilers and rotary hoes in perennial plantations. The exploitation testing covered determination of working depth, working speed, pulling resistance, front and rear wheel load, performance and fuel consumption. The results of the survey show that apart of having better tractor static load distribution when it is in aggregate with the rotary hoe, this combination has a potential of lowering the fuel consumption. This aggregate has 17% lower fuel consumption compared to the subsoiler usage and 29% lower consumption compared to the plough usage. The main conclusion is that the performance indicators of the working methods described should be analysed in further research. To-date experience shows that the operation of the rotary hoe compared to the standard plough results in lower intensity of the soli mixing and lower intensity of plant residues incorporation in the soil.
AB  - Osnovna obrada zemljišta u višegodišnjim zasadima i pored tendencija zatravljivanja međurednog prostora još uvek je prisutna u agroekološkim Republike Srbije. Razlog za to su aridni klimatski uslovi kao i nedostatak tehničkih sistema za navodnjavanje za čije korišćenje su potrebne velike investicije. Mehaničkom obradom zemljišta ostvaruju se određene prednosti u odnosu na postupke zatravljivanja. Te prednosti pre svega se odnose na racionalnim raspolaganjem sa vlagom u zemljištu, sprečavanje razvoja štetnih glodara, bolja aeracija zemljišta, kao i efikasno unošenje organskih đubriva. U radu su prikazana uporedna eksploataciona istraživanja pri obradi zemljišta klasičnim plugom, razrivačem i rotacionim ašovom u višegodišnjim zasadima. Ispitivanjima su obuhvaćeni parametri: dubina obrade, vučni otpor, oterećenje prednjih i zadnjih točkova, brzina kretanja, učinak i potrošnja goriva. Rezultati istraživanja u ovom radu pokazuju da pored bolje statičke raspoređenosti opterećenja traktora u radu agregata traktor - rotacioni ašov u odnosu na obradu oranjem i razrivanjem, značajne su i uštede u potrošnji goriva po jedinici površine. Potrošnja goriva kod obrade rotacionim ašovom je manja za oko 17 % u odnosu na podrivanje i do 29 % u odnosu na oranje klasičnim plugom.

Aspects of soil cultivation in orchards

AB  - Highly intensive fruit production in both basic and supplemental soil cultivation, along with other agricultural practices was found to impact both growth and fertility of fruit trees. Favorable effects may be expected provided appropriate and timely soil cultivation is employed. Soil cultivation practices range from intensive to completely lacking, which results in the implementation of technical solutions such as machines and tools. The choice depends on the training system, interrow spacing, climate, soil, ...... The aim of the study was to analyze exploitation parameters of the most frequently used rotary hoe ('Nardi', Model ZH/B 145 C). Based on the results obtained, both current and potential machine users may be informed of the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation. The machine may be used provided working widths amount to 1.45 m and in palmette and slender spindle training systems. Optimal aggregates from the aspect of basic exploitation possibilities need to be analyzed focusing on the financial effect of fruit production.
AB  - Obrada zemljišta, osnovna i dopunska, u visokointenzivnim voćnjacima, sa ostalim agrotehničkim merama, neposredno utiče na rast i rodnost gajenih voćaka. Navedeni efekti postižu se samo u uslovima pravilne i pravovremene obrade zemljišta. Iskustava u obradi zemljišta kreću se od vrlo intenzivne do potpunog izostavljanja, što ima za posledicu primenu velikog broja tehničkih rešenja mašina i oruđa. Metod izbora polazi od uzgojnog oblika, međurednog rastojanja biljaka, klime, zemljišta... Predmet rada je ispitivanje ekspoatacionih parametara rotofreze za istovremenu rednu i međurednu obradu marke 'Nardi' model ZH/B 145 C. Ispitivani tip mašine je veoma zastupljen u našoj voćarskoj praksi. Na osnovu analize dobijenih rezultata, sadašnjim i potencijalnim korisnicima mašine mogu se predočiti prednosti i nedostatci ove varijante obrade zasada. Uzgojni oblik koji dozvoljava upotrebu ove mašine, čiji je radni zahvat od 1,45 m, su svi tipovi Palmeta, Vitko vreteno… Optimizacija složenih sistema značajno ističe i nužnost optimalnog agregata sa aspekta elementarnih eksploatacionih mogućnosti, koje treba posmatrati u interakciji sa finansijskim efektom koji opterećuje proizvodnju u voćnjacima.

AB  - Ostaci rezibde u višegodišnjim zasadima predstavljaju balast koji je neophodno ukloniti odnosno obraditi u formi koja neće ometati prolazak sredstava mehanizacije tokom realizacije naredne operacije. Najzastupljeniji način obrade ostataka rezidbe, u našoj voćarskoj praksi je usitnjavanje i rasipanje u međurednom prostoru. Za realizaciju te radne operacije se primenjuje više tipova mašina za usitnjavanja biljne mase nastale rezidbom voćnjaka. Primenjena tehnička rešenja predstavljaju skupe uvozne mašine za čiju primenu treba dati kompetentan odgovor na pitanje, koja bi bila najadekvatnija zahtevima prakse. U obavljenim eksperimentima ispitivane su četiri mašine sa radnim elementima: ugaoni noževi koji rotiraju u horizontalnoj ravni, Y udarni sekači, delta udarni sekači (čekići) i pločasti udarni sekači koji rotiraju u vertikalnoj ravni. Merenja su obavljena u zasadima jabuke starosti 7-9 godina razlićitog međurednog i rednog rastojanja gde je debljina grana iznosila u proseku 3 cm pri brzinama agregata od 4,5; 6,2 i 7,5 km/h. Ostvarena dužina sečenja se kretala do 5 cm. Za upoređenje četiri tipa radnih organa u žiži interesovanja bile su postignute: dužine sečenja biljnog materijala i za to potrebna snaga pri različitim brzinama kretanja.

Advantages of application air-injector sprinklers in protection of wheat

AB  - Sprinklers with plane jet have excellent quality of distribution, and are equally suitable for protection from weeds, illnesses and pests. Known multiphase (universal) and anti- drift sprinklers are replaced with injector sprinklers. The most significant advantage of injector sprinklers is minimization of drift which, according to the results of the research, may be up to 75 %. Work with injector sprinklers is possible because of air component, up to wind velocity of 8 m/s and working speed of 8 km/h.
AB  - Rasprskivači sa ravnim mlazom odlikuju se izvanrednim kvalitetom raspodele i u jednakoj su meri pogodni za zaštitu od korova, bolesti i štetočina. Poznati višepodručni (univerzalni) i antidrift rasprskivači bivaju u sve većoj meri zamenjivani injektorskim rasprskivačima. Najveća prednost injektorskih rasprskivača se ogleda u smanjenju drifta, koji kako istraživanja pokazuju može da iznosi do 75 %. Rad sa injektorskim rasprskivačima je moguć zahvaljujući vazdušnoj komponenti, i do brzine vetra od 8 m/s pri brzini kretanja od 8 km/h.

AB  - A good spatial distribution and adequate choice of the orchard establishment system will enable the application of mechanisation decreasing thereby the share of manpower in major labour processes and increasing simultaneously productivity in fruit growing. The results of fruit tree planting were analysed showing productivity of technical equipment used. The study focused on single drill tractor, hydroborer and automatic planter output. Based on the results obtained the output achieved was the highest in using planter, followed by hydroborer and drill. Holedrilling output depended mostly on terraine, soil preparation and training of those in charge of aggregates.
AB  - Dobra organizacija teritorije i adekvatan izbor sistema uzgoja zasada, omogućuje primenu mehanizacije tako da se udeo ljudskog rada u obavljanju radnih operacija znatno smanjuje i time povećava produktivnost pri gajenju višegodišnjih zasada. U radu su prikazani rezultati analize produktivnosti tehničkih sredstava koja se koriste u sadnji višegodišnjih zasada. Istraživanja su obuhvatila određivanje učinka pri radu traktorske bušilice sa jednom burgijom, hidrobura i pluautomatske sadilice. Analiza rezultata pokazuje da se najveći učinci ostvaruje primenom sadilica, zatim hidroburom a najmanji korišćenjem bušilice. Učinak kod svih načina bušenja rupa u znatnoj meri zavisi od vrste terena, tipa i pripremljenosti zemljišta kao i od obučenosti rukovaoca agregatima.

AB  - U radu su izneti rezultati snimanja zastupljenosti i starosti sredstava mehanizacije koja se koristi u voćarsko-vinogradarskoj proizvodnji na odabranim individualnim gazdinstvima. Odabrano je 18 gazdinstva iz beogradskog regiona. Na osnovu snimljenog stanja obavljeno je praćenje, definisanje energetskih i tehno-ekonomskih parametara kao i optimalizacija tehnološko tehničkih rešenja sredstava mehanizacije u kvalitetnoj proizvodnji i voća i vinove loze.

Maintenance properties of domestically produced stone fruit tree shaker

AB  - Lasting several years of experiences in process of mechanical plum and sour cherry harvesting, together with technical solutions of foreign production, made us develop domestic technical solution. By technical advancing of machine prototype, satisfactory functionality and working capacity was reached. Based on our past experiences, we considered that three years period is necessary to perfect shaker prototype by improving its functionality and working capacity. This paper contains short technical description of the machine and two-year exploitation results obtained on different localities in plum and sour cherry orchards. Vibration type machine is consists of two main devices: for tree swinging and for collecting knocked fruits. Principles of machine work are based on reciprocal impact of two masses that result occurrence of inertial forces of fruit in tree fruit canopy. During exploitation period, the shaker was part of a jointed mechanism together with tractor IMT-539, and four workers served it. Obtained results were based on following aggregate work in two years period, and are showing that averagely it takes around 1.5 minutes per tree in first six vegetations of plum orchards. In plum orchard where trees are above seven years old, average time spent per tree was around 2 minutes. Shaking process in both groups was 9-12 seconds. Investigation results of the shaker in sour cherry orchards, no matter of the age was between 1.0-1.5 minutes per tree. The amount of the unshaken fruits in both fruit species was up to 3%, and the amount of the fruit that fell out of the collector was around 1% considering gathered fruits.
AB  - Višegodišnja iskustva u ranijem vremenskom periodu u procesu mehanizovane berbe šljiva i višanja, tehničkim rešenjima inostrane proizvodnje, navela su nas da pristupimo razvoju domaćeg tehničkog rešenja. Tehničkim usavršavanjem prototipa mašine dostignuta je zadovoljavajuća funkcionalnost i radni kapacitet. Period od tri godine smatrali smo neophodnim, da na osnovu prethodnih iskustava, usavršimo prototip tresača, poboljšavajući mu fukcionalnost i kapacitet rada. Rad sadrži kratak tehnički opis mašine i rezultate dvogodišnje eksploatacije koja je realizovana na različitim lokalitetima u zasadima šljive i višnje. Mašina vibracionog tipa sastoji se od dva glavna uređaja: za njihanje voćke i za prihvatanje otrešenih plodova. Princip rada mašine se zasniva na međusobnom dejstvu dveju masa koje prouzrokuju pojavu inercijalnih sila plodova u krošnji voćke. Tokom eksploatacionog ispitivanja tresač je bio agregatiran s traktorom IMT-539 a opsluživalo ga je četiri radnika. Rezultati dobijeni na osnovu dvogodišnjeg praćenja rada navedenog agregata pokazuju da je u proseku potrebno oko 1,5 min vremena po stablu u zasadima šljive starosti do 6 godina. U zasadima šljive starosti iznad 7 godina prosečno utrošeno vreme po stablu je iznosilo oko 2 min. Sam proces trešenja i jednih i drugih stabala je iznosio od 9-12 s. Rezultati ispitivanja tresača u zasadima višnje, bez obzira na starost, se kretala između 1,0-1,5 min/stablu. Exploitational and energetic aspects of soil preparation for orchard establishment

AB  - Intensive soil preparation including both mechanical and human labor is required prior to the planting and establishment of orchards. Due to energy deficiency during the past years attention was focused on rational technology with the aim of decreasing energy input in the cultivation stage. Trenching up to 40 cm (in some cases up to 120 cm) is considered the most demanding operation in the soil cultivation stage. Attempts were made to substitute the trenching operation, however it is still the most important stage on some soil types in practice. In our practice tenching is the traditional technology of soil cultivation for orchard establishment. It is of major importance for loosening the B glay horizon in heavy soil types. It also contributes to favorable conditions for the development of the root system. The aim was to analyze the energetic aspect of trenching by determining fuel consumption per unit of time and cultivated area prior to orchard establishment. In addition, the structure of working hours was monitored as well. Also, technical features of the trenching aggregate were given. The conclusion emerges that energy requirements in the trenching stage may amount to 250 kWh/ha at 72 cm cultivation depths. Therefore, attention should be focused on rational soil cultivation prior to orchard establishment. .
AB  - Zasnivanje višegodišnjih zasada zahteva intenzivnu pripremu zemljišta pre sadnje što predstavlja veliko angažovanje mehaničkog a i ljudskog rada. Obzirom da se poslednjih godina zbog deficita energije, velika pažnja poklanja primeni racionalnih tehnologija kojima će se postići smanjenje utroška energije pri obavljanju operacija u obradi. Kao najzahtevnija operacija u pripremi zemljišta predstavlja duboka obrada-rigolovanje zemljišta na dubini preko 40 cm, a za neke zasade čak i do 120 cm. I pored pokušaja supstitucije ove operaciji u pripremi zemljišta u praksi još uvek ima značajnu primenu što predstavlja obaveznu meru na određenim tipovima zemljišta Činjenica je da u našoj praksi još uvek preovlađuju tradicionalne tehnologije obrade koje uključuju primenu rigolovanja kao operacije u pripremi zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Značaj ovakve duboke obrade ogleda se u rastresanju B glejnog horizonta kod teških tipova zemljišta. Zatim, obezbeđenje povoljnih uslova za razvoj korenovog sistema, pogotovu ako se ima u vidu da višegodišnji zasadi ostaju i nekoliko desetina godina na jednom mestu. U radu je obrađen energetski aspekt duboke obrade rigolovanjem utvrđivanjem potrošnje goriva po jedinici vremena i obrađenoj površini koja se obavlja pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Ispitivanjima su bili obuhvaćeni sledeći pokazatelji: brzina kretanja, vučni otpor, klizanje gusenica, vučna snaga, radni zahvat, specifični otpor zemljišta i učinak. Pored ispitivanja eksploatacionih parametara obavljeno je snimanje strukture radnog vremena. Pored toga date su tehničke karakteristike ispitivanog agregata u rigolovanju. Osnovni zaključak je da rigolovanje angažuje veliku energiju koja se kreće i do 250 kWh/ha za dubine obrade od 72 cm tako da je neophodno posvetiti značajniju pažnju racionalnijim načinima obrade zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada.

Therefore, attention should be focused on rational soil cultivation prior to orchard establishment. ., Zasnivanje višegodišnjih zasada zahteva intenzivnu pripremu zemljišta pre sadnje što predstavlja veliko angažovanje mehaničkog a i ljudskog rada. Obzirom da se poslednjih godina zbog deficita energije, velika pažnja poklanja primeni racionalnih tehnologija kojima će se postići smanjenje utroška energije pri obavljanju operacija u obradi. Kao najzahtevnija operacija u pripremi zemljišta predstavlja duboka obrada-rigolovanje zemljišta na dubini preko 40 cm, a za neke zasade čak i do 120 cm. I pored pokušaja supstitucije ove operaciji u pripremi zemljišta u praksi još uvek ima značajnu primenu što predstavlja obaveznu meru na određenim tipovima zemljišta Činjenica je da u našoj praksi još uvek preovlađuju tradicionalne tehnologije obrade koje uključuju primenu rigolovanja kao operacije u pripremi zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Značaj ovakve duboke obrade ogleda se u rastresanju B glejnog horizonta kod teških tipova zemljišta. Zatim, obezbeđenje povoljnih uslova za razvoj korenovog sistema, pogotovu ako se ima u vidu da višegodišnji zasadi ostaju i nekoliko desetina godina na jednom mestu. U radu je obrađen energetski aspekt duboke obrade rigolovanjem utvrđivanjem potrošnje goriva po jedinici vremena i obrađenoj površini koja se obavlja pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada. Ispitivanjima su bili obuhvaćeni sledeći pokazatelji: brzina kretanja, vučni otpor, klizanje gusenica, vučna snaga, radni zahvat, specifični otpor zemljišta i učinak. Pored ispitivanja eksploatacionih parametara obavljeno je snimanje strukture radnog vremena. Pored toga date su tehničke karakteristike ispitivanog agregata u rigolovanju. Osnovni zaključak je da rigolovanje angažuje veliku energiju koja se kreće i do 250 kWh/ha za dubine obrade od 72 cm tako da je neophodno posvetiti značajniju pažnju racionalnijim načinima obrade zemljišta pre podizanja višegodišnjih zasada.",

The results suggest that mechanized pruning is more widely applied in plum production and processing. Index of productivity of mechanized pruning with manual correction and mechanized pruning in comparison with manual pruning ranges from 1,50 to 87,94, depending on the condition of the orchard, average for two years investigation from 1,90 to 58,5.
AB  - Rad predstavlja rezultate istraživanja mehanizovane rezidbe šljive sorte stenley. Rezidba je obavljena hidrauličnim rezačem HR-85 u agregatu sa traktorima Rakovica 65 i Torpedo TD 75A. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju da se mehanizovana rezidba može koristiti u proizvodnji šljive za industrijsku preradu. Indeks proizvodnosti mehanizovane rezidbe sa ručnom korekcijom u odnosu na ručnu rezidbu je 1,50 i mehanizovane rezidbe u odnosu na ručnu je 87,94 što je zavisilo od stanja zasada, odnosno prosečno za dve godine ispitivanja 1,90 odnosno 58,5.

Investigation in show to investigated scissors cut easily twigs the sour cherry, peach, plum and apple. At the apple, for diameter of twigs 6,9 mm the best shows scissors Platinium 11/23 for diameter of twigs higher 7,00 mm the best was scissors Kuker. At the sour cherry was like, but for diameter twigs higher 8 mm was better the scissors kuker. At the plum and the peach the best showed the scissors Kuker.
AB  - Istraživanje je pokazalo da se ispitivanim makazama najlakše režu grančice višnje, breskve, šljive i jabuke. Kod jabuke, za prečnike grančica do 6,9 mm najbolje su se pokazale makaze platinium 11/23, a za prečnike grančica veće od 7,00 mm najbolje su bile makaze kuker. Slično je bilo i kod višnje s tim što su makaze kuker bile bolje za dijametar grančica većih od 8,00 mm. Kod šljive i breskve najbolje su se pokazale makaze kuker.

AB  - The advancement of technical and technological systems of the process of drying of stone fruits and constant improvement in the specific field do not diminish ongoing problems. Both practical and theoretic discoveries in the field of drying of stone fruits have been recently predominantly directed both towards the aspect of energy and the quality of the obtained products. The paper includes electric technical measurements of technological parameters relevant for the consumption of thermal energy within the process of drying of stone fruits. Temperature and air humidity at drying, drying speed and specific consumption of energy were primarily measured. Soluble solids content, the total and direct invert, sucrose and the total acids were recorded as quality parameters. Obtained results suggest that technical parameters of the system, primarily energetically part of the system, play key role in the energy consumption, besides the drying regime, type and method of preparation of the material.
AB  - Usvršavanje teničko-tehnoloških sistema procesa sušenja koštičavog voća i stalni napredak u toj oblasti ne umanjuje aktuelnost problema. Praktična i teorijska saznanja u vezi sušenja koštičavog voća, poslednjih godina su u dominantnoj meri usmerena na energetski aspekt i kvalitet dobijenih proizvoda. Predmet rada je obuhvatio strujno tehnička merenja tehnoloških parametra relevantnih za potrošnju toplotne energije u procesu sušenje koštičavog voća. Posebno su analizirani temperatura i relativna vlažnost vazduha za sušenje, brzina sušenja kao i specifična potrošnja energije. Kao parametri kvaliteta posmatrani su sadržaj suve materije, ukupan i direktni invert, saharoza i ukupna kiselost. Analiza dobijenih rezultata pokazuje da pored režima sušenja, vrste i načina pripreme materijala, na potrošnju energije presudnu ulogu imaju i tehnički parametri sistema, što se pre svega odnosi na energetski deo sistema.

The increase of height band width of crown during the period of investigation was different and was dependent of kind way of pruning and years of investigation. Necessary time for pruning ranged with: mechanized pruning from 14,47 (Jonathan) to 17,59 s/tree(Starking Delicious); mechanized pruning with hand correction from 569,46 (Golden Delicious) to 585,79 s/tree (Starking Delicious); with hand pruning from 832,53 (Jonathan) to 976,60 s/tree (Golden Delicious). Average working speed was 2,18 (Starking Delicious) to 2,64 km/h (Golden Delicious). The efficiency of the pruner is 52,24 (Starking Delicious) to 64,82 (Golden Delicious) times higher than manual pruning. On the basis of investigation it was established that with: Starking Delicious kind there is the influence of way of pruning to the yield; Jonathan and Golden Delicious kinds there is no the influence of way of pruning to the yield.
AB  - U radu su dati trogodišnji rezultati ispitivanja hidrauličnog rezača HR-85 u rezidbi jabuke (starking, jonatan, zlatni delišes) na podlozi sejanac. Prirast visine i širine krune u ispitivanom periodu bio je različit i zavisio je od sorte, načina rezidbe i godine ispitivanja. Vreme za rezidbu kretalo se kod mehanizovane rezidbe od 14,47 (jonatan) do 17,59 (starking) s/stablo mehanizovane rezidbe sa ručnom korekcijom od 569,46 (zlatni delišes) do 585,79 (starking) s/stablo; kod ručne rezidbe od 832,53 (jonatan) do 976,60 (zlatni delišes) s/stablo. Kod jabuke starking postoji, a kod jabuka jonatan i zlatni delišes ne postoji uticaj različitih načina rezidbe na prinos.

These sprayers are characterized by huge amounts of air discharged into uncontrollable directions. However, the amount of energy utilized is enormous, the quality of control very poor which eventually contributes to environmental pollution. Currently there are various technical solutions for solving the issue in practice. These solutions however have not been tested on scientifically proved grounds in order to enable the right choice of machinery for the use in fruit growing. Considering the above said the need arises to conduct a comparative study of a few technical solutions from the standpoint of exploitation and constructive use in fruit growing. The classical sprayer with low axial spraying ventilars was the control. The investigation also included: a sprayer pointing its air current backward at askance and a sprayer with flexible tubes (OFC) pointing upward at an angle of 20 and 40°. Treatments were conducted in two types of orchards differing in leaf density. The conclusion which emerges is a 20% better quality of the control conducted with sprayers having axial ventilators and flexible tubes and a 30% gain of the preparation used in comparison with the classical sprayer. There were no differences in less dense fruit trees planted at a 3 m distance. The effect of the treatments on the uniformity of the distribution was insignificant. Sprayers with flexible tubes at an angle of 40° tended to increase the variation of the deposited preparation in less dense trees in comparison with dense tree crowns. The amount deposited by sprayers with air currents pointed backward at askance and OFC at an amble of 20° were by 1.3-1.7-fold smaller in less dense trees in comparison with more dense tree crowns.
AB  - Pri zaštiti voćnjaka u Srbiji se još uvek najviše koriste klasični orošivači sa aksijalnim niskovodenim ventilatorima. Karakteristika tih orošivača je velika količina vazdušne mase neadekvatnog usmerenja, što za posledicu ima angažovanje velike količine energije, loš kvalitet zaštite kao i znatno zagađenje životne sredine. Prisutna je i činjenica da se našoj voćarskoj praksi poslednjih godina nudi veoma veliki broj različitih tehničkih rešenja za zaštitu višegodišnjih zasada. Pojavljivanje velikog broja tehničkih rešenja nije propraćen odgovarajućim ispitivanjima naučnih institucija na osnovu kojih bi se izvršio odabir adekvatnih mašina proizvodnim uslovima u voćarstvu. Imajući na umu navedeno, nametnula se potreba da se obavi konstruktivno i eksploataciono upoređivanje više tehničkih rešenja orošivača koji se nude našoj voćarskoj praksi. Kao baza za poređenje uzet je klasični orošivač sa niskovodenim aksijalnim ventilatorom. Proces ispitivanja je još obuhvatio: orošivač sa usmerenjem vazdušne struje koso unazad i orošivač sa fleksibilnim cevima (OFC) usmerenim pod uglom od 20o i 40o na gore. Tretmani su obavljeni u dva tipa zasada koji se razlikuju po bujnosti. Zaključak je da orošivači sa aksijalnim ventilatorom i fleksibilnim cevima za usmerenje vazdušne struje ostvaruju bolji kvalitet zaštite do 20%, dok se ušteda zaštitnog sredstva kreće i do 30% u odnosu na klasični orošivač. Kod manje bujnih voćaka sa razmakom sadnje od 3 m nisu primećene nikakve razlike. Tretmani su imali neznatan uticaj na uniformnost distribucije izraženu koeficijentom varijacije. Kod orošivača sa fleksibilnim cevima promena ugla mlaza sa 20o na 40o za manje bujne voćke uslovila je povećanje varijacije depozita za razliku od bujnijih gde je primećeno određeno smanjenje varijacije. Količina depozita kod primene orošivači sa usmerenjem vazdušne struje koso unazad i OFC sa uglom usmerenja 20o za manje bujni zasad su bile 1,3-1,7 puta veći nego kod bujnijih stabala.

Use of automatic regulation systems with the aim of reducing pesticide loss in fruit growing

AB  - Electronic systems in modern plant protection equipment and machinery were introduced with the objective of achieving optimal efficacy of pesticide application but also contributing to cost decrease and environmental protection. In developed countries pesticide application expenses account for 30-40% of the production costs. On the other hand in underdeveloped countries with inappropriate control measures significant losses have been registered in the production of fruits. In conventional plant protection equipment irrespective of the size of the target area the amount of pesticides discharged by sprayers remains the same. Pesticides are unevenly sprayed on fruit trees with large crowns. Substantial amounts of pesticides are lost between crowns but also on the margins of crowns due to the lack of the vegetative mass. In practice there are pesticide rates which eventually contribute to efficient fruit crown treatment. These are however too high when it concerns its marginal parts. In developed European countries with enhanced agricultural production electronic control systems are used with the objective of adapting the application rate to the amount of leaves, the vegetative mass. The system enables a higher application rate for the crown parts of the fruit tree especially its central part. Crown margins receive lower application rates and eventually the inter row spacing is left untreated. A comparison study of the conventional and adapted sprayer showed that 37% of the pesticide used was saved using the adapted sprayer whereby the efficacy of the treatments was identical. Pesticide residues on the soil between the fruit trees were negligible pointing to efficient environmental protection.
AB  - Uvođenjem elektronskih sistema u razvoj novih mašina za zaštitu bilja postiže se optimizacija efikasnosti tretmana pesticidima što za rezultat ima smanjenje operativnih troškova kao i zaštitu životne okoline. Poznata je činjenica da tretmani pesticidima voćarskih zasada u razvijenim zemljama čine od 30 do 40% troškova proizvodnje dok u nerazvijenim zemljama u kojima su mere zaštite nedovoljne, nastaju veliki gubici u proizvodnji plodova voća. Na konvencionalnim mašinama za zaštitu, rasprskivači izbacuju istu količinu pesticida nezavisno od veličine ciljne površine. Kod voćki sa prostornom krošnjom, mašina nailazi na veoma nehomogeni raspored vegetacije, pa prema tome stvara nehomogenu distribuciju pesticida. Zbog toga, znatne količine pesticida se gube u prostoru između krošnji, ali isto tako i na perifernim delovima krošnje, tamo gde je manja vegetativna masa.U praksi se primenjuju određene norme sredstva za tretiranje da bi se postigao neophodni efekat zaštite u središnjem delu krošnje voćke, ali je ta norma prekomerna za njene periferne delove krošnje. U cilju postizanja kvalitetne zaštite i uzimajući u obzir zaštitu okoline, u agrarno razvijenim zemljama Evrope, primenjuju se uređaji koji pomoću elektronske kontrole sistema, prilagođavaju normu tretiranja stvarnoj količini lisne mase. Sistem omogućava aplikaciju veće norme u središnjem delu voćke, gde ima najviše vegetacije (kod prostornih krošnji), a manje norme na perifernim delovima krošnje kao i bez tretiranja nailaskom na međuprostor biljaka. Uporednim ispitivanjima adaptiranog orošivača navedenim uređajem i konvencijalnog rešenja, postignuta je uštedu do 37% sredstva za orošavanje održavajući pri tom isti kvalitet tretmana za oba slučaja. Pored toga ostvareno znatno manje zagađenje životne sredine što se može registrovati neznatnim prisustvom pesticida koja su deponovana na površini zemljišta između biljaka.

AB  - In this paper is given the suggestion that one plant parts of plant or more plants should be lighted with light from light cable from light source, light would be brought by light cable and only certain parts of plant should be lighted in this way of lightening growing plants weed plants could not have enough quantities of light for their survival and normal development, so they could not be significant endonger for growing plants.
AB  - Odavno se u rasadnicima, naročito ranog cveća i povrća, koristilo veštačko osvetljenje i zagrevanje tla. U svakom slučaju da je neophodno osvetljenje prilagoditi što je moguće bliže sunčevoj svetlosti, određene jačine i odgovarajućeg spektra. U radu je dat predlog da se osvetle pojedine biljke delovi biljke ili više biljaka sa svetlošću iz svetlovoda. Znači, od svetlosnog izvora bi se svetlost do biljaka dovodila svetlovodom i na biljci osvetljavala samo određena mesta. Na ovaj način osvetljavanja kulturnih biljaka, korovske biljke ne bi mogle imati dovoljne količine svetlosti za svoj opstanak i normalan razvitak te ne bi mogle u znatnoj meri da ugrožavaju kulturne biljke.

U svakom slučaju da je neophodno osvetljenje prilagoditi što je moguće bliže sunčevoj svetlosti, određene jačine i odgovarajućeg spektra. U radu je dat predlog da se osvetle pojedine biljke delovi biljke ili više biljaka sa svetlošću iz svetlovoda. Znači, od svetlosnog izvora bi se svetlost do biljaka dovodila svetlovodom i na biljci osvetljavala samo određena mesta. Na ovaj način osvetljavanja kulturnih biljaka, korovske biljke ne bi mogle imati dovoljne količine svetlosti za svoj opstanak i normalan razvitak te ne bi mogle u znatnoj meri da ugrožavaju kulturne biljke.",

AB  - One the mutual effects between wet material and the environment represents the process of drying the result of which is the transfer of moisture from the material to the drying agent. The drying of material such as fruits and medicinal plants known to be thermo susceptible materials, represents a very complex thermo-technical process. The energetic balance of the drying process is quantitatively defined by the thermo-physical properties of the material and the technical parameters of the system. The structure of the energy engaged in the drying process is primarily limited by the technical parameters of the equipment. The objective of the study was to analyze energy consumption in the process of plant material drying using eco systems and renewable energy sources. The results obtained showed the consumption of some energy types per unit of the material dried.
AB  - Jedan od procesa uzajamnog dejstva vlažnog materijala i okoline predstavlja sušenje, čiji je rezultat prenos vlage iz materijala u agens sušenja. Sušenje biljnih materijala, kao što su plodovi voća, kao termički osetljive materijale, predstavlja veoma kompleksan termotehički proces. Energetski bilans procesa sušenja kvantitativno definišu: termofizičke osobine materijala i tehnički parametri sistema. Struktura angažovane energije u procesima sušenja je pre svega uslovljena tehničkim parametrima uređaja. U radu je dat pregled rezultata eksperimetalih ispitivanja utroška energije pri sušenju biljnih materijala nekim od sistema koji po svojoj koncepciji koriste ekološki "čiste" oblike i obnovljive izvore energije. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju potrošnju pojedinih oblika energije po jediničnoj količini osušenog materijala.

Conditions of mechanized harvesting of raspberries and blackberries

AB  - Mechanized processes of raspberry and blackberry harvesting evolved to a great part from the fact that the share of manual harvesting accounts for about 70% of the total production costs. The rising trends of raspberry and blackberry production in some European countries (primarily Poland and Hungary), i.e. EU member countries, has greatly increased competitiveness on the domestic market. In our country raspberry and blackberry were produced on smaller farms using manual harvesting. In the EU member countries the enhanced development of raspberry and blackberry production is characterized by large raspberry and blackberry fields with mechanized labor processes including harvesting. This type of production has decreased production costs and exploitation of orchards including the price of raspberry and blackberry on the world market. The aim of the study was to define exploitation and technical parameters effecting the possibility of mechanized harvesting achieving high profitability and ensuring high quality of the fruits harvested. In addition the experience of mechanized harvesting of raspberry under the conditions of our country is described. Tractor aggregates or self propelled machines are considered acceptable from the standpoint of our knowledge and experience in the harvesting of small fruits depending however on the growing system and size of the orchard. Taking into consideration the high price of the machines and the sensitivity of small fruits the improvement of the machine can be achieved by adding the parts required thus contributing to a rational and profitable use.
AB  - Činjenica da ručna berba maline i kupine učestvuje i do 70 % ukupnih troškova proizvodnje, upućuje na nužnost mehanizovanja procesa berbe. Tendencija povećanja proizvodnje maline i kupine u nekim državama Evrope (pre svih Poljska i Mađarska) kao članica Evropske Unije, pooštrava konkurenciju domaćoj proizvodnji koja se do sada skoro isključivo ostvarivala na manjim posedima sa ručnom berbom. Ubrzan razvoj proizvodnje malina i kupina u navedenim državama karakteriše veliki plantažni zasadi sa primenom mehanizacije za obavljanje svih radnih operacija kao i procesa berbe. Takav način proizvodnje utiče na smanjenje troškova uzgoja i eksploatacije zasada a time i cene maline i kupine na svetskom tržištu. U radu su definisani eksploatacioni i tehnički parametri koji utiču na mogućnosti mehanizovanja berbe uz ostvarivanje visoke produktivnosti i obezbeđenje potrebnog kvaliteta ubranih plodova. Izneta su neka iskustva u mehanizovanoj berbi plantažnih zasada maline u našim uslovima. Iskustva i saznanja u primeni mašina za berbu jagodastog voća pokazuju da tehnička rešenja, zavisno od sistema uzgoja i veličine zasada, mogu biti koncipirana kao traktorski agregat ili samohodne mašine. Osnovna konstrukcije trba da omogući jednostavnu adaptaciju dodavanjem odgovarajućih uređaja i time postigne njena univerzalnost. Univerzalnost mašina treba da omogućuje racionalnost u nabavci i korišćenju obzirom da su veoma skupe i da berba pojedinih vrsta jagodastog voća traje kratko.

AB  - The paper shows the results of the two-year experiments with hydraulic HT-83 shaker and HR-85 prune powered by tractor Rakovica 65. The tested plum cultivars was Stenly. The efficiency of the prune and harvester prowled great increasing in plum production and processing.
AB  - Rad predstavlja rezultate istraživanja mehanizovane rezidbe i berbe šljive sorte Stenley. Rezidba je obavljena hidrauličnim rezačem HR-85, a berba hidrauličnim tresačem HT-83. Obe mašine su agregatirane sa traktorom Rakovica 65. Rezultati ispitivanja pokazuju da se mehanizovana rezidba i berba može koristiti za industrijsku preradu šljive jer znatno ubrzavaju proces proizvodnje.

Regulation of energy entering into and emitting out of plastic greenhouse

AB  - In both controlled spaces and plastic greenhouses it is essential to maintain the optimum conditions for undisturbed development of growing plants. Energy of the sun radiation reaching plastic greenhouses changes considerably in the course of the day. This energy is basically smaller than potential radiation energy because of: ionization and absorption of gas in atmosphere appearance of clouds and atmosphere pollution, changes in air density caused by atmosphere pressure, changes in angle of light rays fall on transparent part of plastic greenhouse and so on. All these changes bring about substantial variations on climate conditions in plastic greenhouses and cause negative conditions for plants development. Thereby it is very important to regulate automatically the energy entering into and emitting out of plastic greenhouses. One way of automatic or manual regulation of both entering and emitting energy is the transmission through Polaroid foils. Here are considered two possibilities of entering solar energy regulation into plastic greenhouse as well as prevention of energy emission out of plastic greenhouses. The first possibility is by Polaroid foils, and the second one is by liquid crystals. The quantity of transmitted energy into plastic greenhouse depend on Polaroid foils position in the first case and on potential (voltage) discrepancy in the second case.
AB  - U kontrolisanim prostorima kao i u plastenicima je veoma bitno održavati optimalne uslove za nesmetani razvoj gajenih biljaka. Energija zračenja Sunca koja dopire do plastenika znatno se menja u toku dana. Ona je znatno manja od potencijalne energije zračenja zbog jonizacije i apsorpcije gasova u atmosferi, te pojave oblaka i zagađenosti u atmosferi, zatim promene gustine vazduha zbog delovanja atmosferskog pritiska, promene ugla padanja svetlosnih zraka na prozirni deo plastenika i td. Sve ove promene uslovljavaju znatna variranja klimatskih uslove u plastenicima čime se stvaraju nepovoljni uslovi za razvoj biljke. Zbog toga je veoma važno da se ulazna i emitovana energija iz plastenika automatski reguliše. Jedan od načina automatske ili ručne regulacije kako dozračne, tako i emitovane energije je transmisija energije kroz polaroidne folije. Razmatrane su dve mogućnosti regulacije ulazne solarne energije u plastenik, kao i sprečavanje isijavanja energije iz plastenika. Prvi način je pomoću polaroidnih folija a drugi način je pomoću tečnih kristala. Količina transmitovane energije u plastenik kao i količina isijane energije iz plastenika zavisila bi od položaja polaroid folija u prvom slučaju, a od razlike potencijala (napona) u drugom slučaju.

Zbog toga je veoma važno da se ulazna i emitovana energija iz plastenika automatski reguliše. Jedan od načina automatske ili ručne regulacije kako dozračne, tako i emitovane energije je transmisija energije kroz polaroidne folije. Razmatrane su dve mogućnosti regulacije ulazne solarne energije u plastenik, kao i sprečavanje isijavanja energije iz plastenika. Prvi način je pomoću polaroidnih folija a drugi način je pomoću tečnih kristala. Količina transmitovane energije u plastenik kao i količina isijane energije iz plastenika zavisila bi od položaja polaroid folija u prvom slučaju, a od razlike potencijala (napona) u drugom slučaju.",

AB  - The goal of the investigation was to analyze parameters and indicators of performance for modern combine harvesters, under conditions in PKB Corporation, as a basis to review the possibility for improved performance productivity, and decrease in fuel consumption, per unit of product. Based on investigations values for relevant parameters and indicators of fuel consumption amounting to 13.61 l/ha. i.e. 38.11 l/ha for a performance of 2.8 ha/h and average speed of 5.5 km/h were established. The level of combine harvester utilization was 0.70%, with the potential for considerable improvement of this parameter by providing better coordination between the regime and the conditions of work.
AB  - Cilj ispitivanja je analiza parametra i pokazatelja rada savremenih žitnih kombajna u uslovima PKB korporacije, na osnovu čega će se sagledati mogućnosti povećanja učinka, produktivnosti rada, i smanjenja utroška goriva po jedinici proizvoda. Na osnovu ispitivanja utvrđene su vrednosti relevantnih parametara i pokazatelja, potrošnje goriva od 13,61 l/ha odnosno 38,11 l/h pri učinku od 2,8 ha/h i prosečnoj brzini kretanja od 5,5 km/h. Stepen iskorišćenja kombajna iznosi 0,70%, s tim da bi se vrednost ovog stepena mogla znatno povećati sa boljom usaglašenosti režima rada i uslova rada.

AB  - Mechanized harvesting processes of table pome fruits are an issue of major concern. Although there has been substantial enhancement in the mechanization used in pome fruit orchards, manual harvesting is known to be primarly employed. Modern technical solutions focused on platforms are used in order to increase output and eventually productivity. The objective of the study was to obtain data with regard to the application of self propelled platform, a modern technical solution used in apple harvesting. Investigations were conducted in 9-year old orchards using cultivars Idared, Jonagold, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith. Spindle bush growing orchards with interrow and row spacing 3,6x1.5 -1,7m was employed. The platform was investigated on a plot size of 3,66ha with 53 rows and an average number of 120 trees yielding 19,5hg/tree. Manual harvesting only was used as the control. Based on the results obtained harvesting time amounted to 520 minutes or 86,7%, aggregate turning time at the end of the row was 464 minutes or 77,4%. The total time for palette box change amounted to 41 minutes or 6,8% and halting time needed to take down palette boxes was 15 minutes or 2,5%. The number of harvested trees per shift was 600, i.e. the average time needed to harvest a tree was 0,45min. Output per apple picker was determined to be about 100kg at average fertility of 20kg/tree and engaging 8 apple pickers. Harvest output using the platform was found to be affected by orchard conditions, personnel training, harvest organization (delivering empty and loading full palette boxes). Orchard conditions are primarily characterized by the growing method, plant distribution, crown height, row length, fertility per tree, fruit size, variety, interrow area etc. Technical parameters of the platform need permanent improvement in order to raise harvest output.
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati eksploatacionih ispitivanja samohodne platforme savremenog tehničkog rešenja primenjene u procesu berbe jabuka. Ispitivanja su obavljena u zasadu starosti devet godina na sortama: Ajdared, Jonagold Zlatni delišes i Greni Smit. Zasad je međurednog i rednog rastojanja 3,6 x 1,5-1,7m, uzgojnog oblika vretenasti žbun. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je prinos plodova po stablu u znatnoj meri varirao po pojedinim sortama a u proseku iznosio je 19,5kg/stablu. U toku dana optimalno vreme za berbu je bilo 10h od koga proizvodno vreme je iznosilo 520min što čini 86,7%. Sam proces berbe u toku dana je trajao 464min odnosno 77,4%. Za date uslove zasada uz pomoć ispitivane platforme koju su opsluživali osam radnika postignut je učinak po jednom beraču u proseku 300kg/h, obzirom da je učinak pri ručnoj berbi bez pomoćnih sredstava iznosi u proseku 100kg, predstavlja odnos 3:1.
