Modern wheat combine Claas Lexion 450 in corn and wheat harvesting
Savremeni žitni kombajn Claas Lexion 450 u uslovima ubiranja kukuruza i pšenice
Abstract
The goal of the investigation was to analyze parameters and indicators of performance for modern combine harvesters in grain harvesting, as a basis to review the possibility for improved performance, productivity, as well as decrease of fuel consumption per product unite. Relevant parameters and indicators were established, according to investigations results. The results achieved in maize harvesting were: fuel consumption was 14.04 l/ha, and 58.97 l/ha for efficiency of 24.2 ha/h and average working speed 8.0 km/h. Based on investigations in wheat harvesting, values of relevant parameters and indicators of fuel consumption were up to 13.61 l/ha. i.e. 38.11 l/ha for performance of 2.8 ha/h and average speed of 5.5 km/h were established. The utilization range of investigated harvesters was 70%, with a considerable potential for improvement, through better harmonizing of the working regime and the working conditions.
Cilj ispitivanja je analiza parametara i pokazatelja rada savremenih žitnih kombajna u uslovima ubiranja kukuruza i pšenice, na osnovu čega će se sagledati mogućnosti povećanja učinka, produktivnosti rada, i smanjenja utroška goriva po jedinici proizvoda. Na osnovu ispitivanja utvrđene su vrednosti relevantnih parametara i pokazatelja pri ubiranju kukuruza potrošnje goriva od 14,04 l/ha, odnosno 58,97 l/h pri učinku od 4,2 ha/h i prosečnoj brzini kretanja od 8,0 km/h. Pri ispitivanju kombajna u uslovima ubiranja pšenice utvrđeni su sledeći pokazatelji rada kombajna, potrošnje goriva od 13,61 l/ha, odnosno 38,11 l/h pri učinku od 2,8 ha/h i prosečnoj brzini kretanja od 5,5 km/h. Stepen iskorišćenja kombajna u uslovima ubiranja i pšenice i kukuruza iznosi 70%, s tim da bi se vrednost ovog stepena mogla znatno povećati sa boljom usaglašenosti režima rada i uslova rada.
