Apstrakt
This paper presents the organizational-economic features of production and processing of meat in one of the leading companies in manufacturing and processing of meat in Serbia. Merge the relations that are related to organizational -economic, technical and technological segment.
Suštinu ovog rada čine tumačenja organizovanja organizaciono-ekonomskih obeležja proizvodnje i prerade mesa u vodećoj kompaniji za proizvodnju i preradu mesa u Srbiji. Objedinjene su relacije koje se odnose na organizaciono-ekonomski i tehničko-tehnološki segment poslovanja.
