Modern production technology and new cultivars of strawberries
Novi aspekti proizvodnje i savremeni sortiment jagode
Апстракт
This work presents modern production technology of strawberries in the open field, which includes summer planting on the banks covered with black PE foil by using of 'frigo' or container-grown plant material, as well as fertilizer application with irrigation water (fertigation). New cultivars with attractive fruit colors and forms perform well with application of practical measures by achieving a very high yields of over 20 t/ha. High quality of their fruits, mainly for fresh consumption, various ripening time and good transportability contribute to high market value and to fa-cilitate the placement on domestic and foreign market.
U radu je opisana savremena tehnologija proizvodnje jagode na otvorenom polju, koja podrazumeva letnju sadnju na gredicama prekrivenim crnom polietilenskom folijom, primenu frigo ili kontejnerskih sadnica, kao i aplikaciju vodotopivih đubriva kroz sistem za zalivanje (fertigacija). Nove, atraktivne sorte, gajene uz kompletnu primenu agro i pomotehničkih mera, obezbeđuju ostvarivanje visokih prinosa, koji dostižu i preko 20 t/ha. Visok kvalitet njihovih plodova, pretežno za stonu upotrebu, različito vreme zrenja i dobra transportabilnost doprinose visokoj tržišnosti i olakšanom plasmanu plodova, ne samo na domaćem, već i na inostranom tržištu.
