Ishrana krava kao faktor proizvodnje mleka i njegovog sastava
Апстракт
The productivity of cows are along with genetic parameters significantly influenced by the animals diet. The feeding has large influence on the milk yield but also on its composition. The recommendations are that there have to be 13-15% crude fiber in the diet which enables the high percent of milk fat. In high productive animals higher amount of concentrates in the diet is required. Usage of additional concentrate mixture enables better diet balancing. Relatively low amount of hay with good quality silage or fresh green forage with the appropriate concentrate mixture enables good and economic production and full realization of cows genetic potentials. Special care should be paid to feed and feeding in dairy production. .
Proizvodnost krava u domenu mleka je uslovljena brojnim faktorima (rasom grla, starošću, kondicijom, stepenom laktacije, ali veoma izraženo i nivoom ishrane, sastavom obroka i prisustvom pojedinih hraniva u njemu). Pojedinačna hraniva uglavnom ne mogu da ispune sve zahteve i da obezbede potrebe grla, čak ni za nisku proizvodnost. Sastav mleka je uslovljen i navedenim faktorima ali se genetska vrednost ne može ispoljiti bez odgovarajuće ishrane. .
