dc.description.abstractThe almonds are the rich source of energy, nutrients, fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytosterols, which makes them well-balanced food product. It contains no cholesterol. They are a particularly important source of mono unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic and palmitic, which help lower LDL or 'bad cholesterol' and increase HDL or 'good cholesterol'. Daily consumption of raw almonds with skin in the quantity of 56 g reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. In addition hull has medicinal characteristics too.en
dc.description.abstractJezgra badema bogat su izvor energije, nutrijenata, celuloze, vitamina, minerala i fitosterola što ih čini dobro izbalansiranom namirnicom. Ne sadrži holesterol. Posebno su značajan izvor mono nezasićenih masnih kiselina kao što su oleinska i palmitinska koje pomažu snižavanju LDL ili 'lošeg holesterola' i povećanju HDL ili 'dobrog holesterola'. Svakodnevnom konzumacijom badema sa pokožicom u količini od 56 g smanjuje se opasnost od srčanih bolesti, dijabetesa i kancera. Osim jezgre lekovita svojstva ima i klapina.sr
