Variability and heritability of bunch traits in four interspecies crossing combinations of grapevine
Varijabilnost i heritabilnost osobina grozda u četiri kombinacije interspecies ukrštanja vinove loze
Apstrakt
Three bunch traits (bunch length, bunch width and bunch weight) were investigated in four interspecies crossing combinations of grapevine (Seedling 108 x Muscat Hamburg, Muscat Hamburg x Seedling 108, S.V.18315 x Muscat Hamburg and Muscat Hamburg x S.V.12375) during three years period. Based on results of analysis of variance for all investigated traits, components of variability, coefficients of genetic and phenotypic variation and coefficient of broad-sense heritability were calculated. It was established that in all investigated traits and for all crossing combinations, genetic variability took the biggest part in total variability. The lowest coefficients of genetic and phenotypic variation were established for bunch width in the crossing combination Muscat Hamburg x S.V.12375 (12.28%, 15.31%, respectively), and the highest for bunch weight in crossing combination Seedling 108 x Muscat Hamburg (37.75%, 42.66%, respectively). Considering examined crossing combinations, the coefficie...nt of heritability for bunch length, i.e. bunch width and bunch weight ranged from 69.14% to 87.04%, i.e. 64.27% to 80.02% and 66.53% to 80.36%%, respectively.
U četiri kombinacije interspecies ukrštanja vinove loze (Sejanac 108 x Muskat hamburg, Muskat hamburg x Sejanac 108, S.V.18315 x Muskat hamburg i Muskat hamburg x S.V.12375) tokom trogodišnjeg perioda istraživanja ispitivane su tri osobine grozda (dužina grozda, širina grozda i masa grozda). Na osnovu rezultata analize varijanse za sve ispitivane osobine izračunate su komponente varijabilnosti, koeficijenti genetičke i fenotipske varijacije i koeficijent heritabilnosti u širem smislu. Utvrđeno je da je u ukupnoj varijabilnosti svih ispitivanih osobina u svim kombinacijama ukrštanja najviše učestvovala genetička varijabilnost. Najmanji koeficijenti genetičke i fenotipske varijacije ustanovljeni su za širinu grozda u kombinaciji ukrštanja Muskat hamburg x S.V.12375 (12,28%; 15,31%), a najveći za masu grozda u kombinaciji ukrštanja Sejanac 108 x Muskat hamburg (37,75%; 42,66%). U zavisnosti od ispitivane kombinacije ukrštanja, koeficijent heritabilnosti za dužinu grozda kretao se od 69,14...% do 87,04%, za širinu grozda od 64,27% do 80,02%, a za masu grozda od 66,53% do 80,36%.
