Modern wheat combine harvesters under conditions of PKB beograd

Abstract

The goal of the investigation was to analyze parameters and indicators of performance for modern combine harvesters, under conditions of PKB Corporation, as a basis to review the possibility for improved performance, productivity, and decrease in fuel consumption, per unit of product. Based on investigations values for relevant parameters and indicators of fuel consumption tip to 13.61 l/ha. i.e. 38.11 l/ha for performance of 2.8 ha,ha/h anal average speed of 5.5 km/h were established. The level of combine harvesters utilization was 0.70% with the potential for considerable improvement of this parameter by providing better coordination between the regime and working conditions.
