AB  - Agriculture and forestry are among the labor-intensive industries where knowledge about health and safety at work is never enough. In recent years, the risk of accidents in the workplace is in forestry at the top, as well as farming is very high. Most accidents happen with agricultural forestry and techniques. In R. Slovenia, circumstances in non-professional workers sector are especially very critical, because working in agriculture and forestry are not only involved farmers, but also everyone who has an interest, time and agricultural land or forest. However, the situation is not problematic only for individual forest and agricultural workers, but on the national level. The fact that the exact data of accidents in the non-professional workers sector are not exactly known demands detailed analyses about the causes of accidents.
AB  - Poljoprivreda i šumarstvo su među radno intenzivnim sektorima gde poznavanje sigurnosti i zdravlja na radu nikada nije bilo dovoljno. Šumarstvo je poslednjih godina po opasnosti sa radnim udesima na samom vrhu a poljoprivreda je takođe vrlo visoko. Najviše udesa se događa šumarskom, a zatim sa poljoprivrednim tehnikom. U R.Sloveniji naročito je kritično stanje kod neprofesionalnih radnika, budući da radovi u šumarstvu i poljoprivredi nisu ograničeni samo na farmere, već se tom delatnošću bave svi koji imaju interes, vremena, zemljište ili šumu. Situacija nije problematična samo za pojedince koji rade u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu već i za društvo u celini. Budući da podaci o udesima neprofesionalnih radnika nisu precizno vođeni, detaljnija i precizna analiza uzroka udesa je otežana. .

AB  - According to research agricultural tractors have a high risk of causing accidents and injuries of various degrees of participants in public transport. In the period from 2005. to 2010. in public transport in the city of Belgrade, 26 tractor drivers were tragically killed. In the same period, 79 tractor drivers were heavy injured (permanent disability), and 167 tractor drivers suffered minor injuries. Different and dangerous accidents and injuries caused by the tractor drivers, are still a reality in Belgrade, the largest city in Serbia. According to research of author, measures like: basic and special professional training of tractor drivers, professional and technical courses for the safe and proper use of the tractor, and the strict observance of traffic laws and technical regulations are missing. .
AB  - Prema istraživanju, poljoprivredni traktori imaju visok rizik pojave izazivanja nesreća i različitog stepena povređivanja učesnika u javnom saobraćaju. U periodu od 2005. do 2010. godine, u javnom saobraćaju na teritoriji grada Beograda, tragično je nastradalo 26 traktorista. U istom periodu utvrđen je broj od 79 teško povređenih (trajna invalidnost) vozača traktora, kao i 167 lako povređenih osoba. Različite i opasne nesreće i povrede u javnom saobraćaju koje izazivaju vozači traktora, i dalje su realnost na teritoriji Beograda, kao najvećeg grada u Srbiji. Prema istraživanju Autora nedostaju: osnovna i posebno dodatna stručna obuka rukovaoca traktora i mašinama, kao stručno-tehnički kursevi za sigurno i pravilno korišćenje traktora, i strogo poštovanje zakonskih saobraćajno-tehničkih regulativa. .

AB  - In this The development of electrically powered caterpillar CAT D7E began at the end of the 20th century (Caterpillar Inc, Illinois, U.S.A), a machine that has paved the way for design and development of heavy caterpillar tractors. Switching to electrically powered engines, for example, offers considerable benefits compared to a mechanical transmission system, because the caterpillar concept of the CAT D7E envisions a way that hybrid engine systems of heavy and other machinery must follow in the near future. This is where the future and the next century of heavy machines begins, this was a statement made by the constructors from Caterpillar Inc. - USA, 2010. Why? Switching to electrically powered engines of heavy caterpillar tractors, for example the CAT D7E, has considerable advantages compared to a mechanical drive system of a similar heavy caterpillar tractor or some other similar working machines. .
AB  - Razvoj guseničara sa električnom transmisijom, Cat D7E, počinje krajem XX veka kao mašine indikatora budućih pravaca u dizajnu i razvoju teških tipova traktora guseničara, (Caterpillar, Illinois, U.S.A). Prelazak na sistem sa električnom transmisijom kao jednim od oblika alternativnih pogona, pruža značajne prednosti u poređenju sa klasičnim sistemima pogona (mehaničkim prenosnim sistemom, hidrostatičkim prenosnim sistemom) jer koncepcija guseničara Cat D7E predviđa put kojim može krenuti razvoj alternativnih pogona teških radnih i drugih mašina u skoroj budućnosti. Ovde počinje budućnost i sledeći vek teških radnih mašina, izjavili su konstruktori kompanije Caterpillar-USA, 2010. godine [14], prilikom eksperimentalnog ispitivanja traktora guseničara Cat D7E. Zašto? AB  - In this paper are the results of the variety of traffic accidents with tractors in the agriculture of Macedonia. In the period of investigation from 1999 to 2008 occurred 883 traffic accidents with tractors of which 593 accidents in places in the cities and 290 near the cities. From total number 539 accidents resulting from collisions between tractors and other motor vehicle and 334, are divided into 6 types of accidents. Due to loss of control during accidents, usually lead to overturning and landing vehicles from the road where the individually recorded 110 accidents and 94 of these types of accidents. Most accidents occur in places near the cities where tractors and often moving on to regional and local roads. .
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja vrste nesreća sa traktorima u poljoprivredi Makedonije. U periodu istraživanja 1999 do 2008 godine dogodilo se ukupno 883 nesreća, od kojih 593 van naseljenih mesta i 290 u naseljenim mestima sa traktorima. Od ukupnog broja saobraćajnih nesreća 539 su rezultat međusobnih sudara traktora i ostalih motornih vozila, a 334 nesreća, su podeljene u 6 vrsta saobraćajnih nesreća. Zbog gubljenja kontrole nad vozilom u saobraćajnim nesrećama, najčešće dolazi do prevrtanja ili sletanja vozila sa puta gde je evidentirano 110, odnosno 94 nesreća ovih vrsta. Najviše nesreća događa se van naseljenih mesta gde se traktori i najčešće kreću po regionalnim i lokalnim putevima. .

AB  - This paper presents the results from investigation of fatal consequences among children and young people in tractor accidents in Republic of Macedonia. According from the results of the investigation from 1999 to 2008 in Macedonia was injured 29 children and young people from 1 to 18 years old. From the total number of injured children and young people with fatal consequences 21 or 72,41% are in tractor public traffic accidents and 8 or 27,59% in tractor accidents on the field. Five young people with fatal injuries in tractor accidents died like tractor operators, and four children who drove a tractor had hard injuries. .
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja tragičnih posledica sa decom i mladim osobama u nesrećama sa traktorima u poljoprivredi Republike Makedonije. Prema rezultatima istraživanja od 1999 do 2008 godine u Republici Makedoniji ukupno je poginulo 29 dece i mladih osoba do 18 godina starosti. Od ukupnog broja 21 ili 72,41% poginuli su u saobraćajnim nesrećama, a 8 ili 27,59% u nesrećama pri radu sa traktorima u poljoprivrednim uslovima. Kao rukovaoci traktora poginulo je 5 mladih osoba, a 4 osobe su maloletni rukovaoci traktora, sa posledicama nesreća koje su kategorisane, kao teške telesne povrede. .

AB  - Agricultural tractors have high risk factor in causing occurrence of accidents and injuries in public transport. Large number of tractor drivers perished in Serbian public transport in ten year period (1999-2009.), and average per year 62 tractor drivers accidentally died in public traffic accidents in Serbia. Considerable number of hard injured tractor drivers (144, per year), is established with permanent disability. Material damage is huge. Different and dangerous accidents and injuries in public transport with tractor drivers in Republic of Serbia are still reality. Basic and special additional training evidently lacking as well as professional and technical courses for machine operators for the safe and proper use of tractors and other agricultural machines.
AB  - Poljoprivredni traktori imaju visok faktor rizika u izazivanju pojava nesreća i različitog stepena povređivanja učesnika u javnom saobraćaju. U periodu od 1999. do 2009. godine, u javnom saobraćaju Srbije, tragično je nastradalo, u proseku godišnje, 62 traktorista. Utvrđen je broj od 144 teško povređenih (trajna invalidnost) vozača traktora, godišnje. Materijalna šteta je ogromna. Različite i opasne nesreće i povrede u javnom saobraćaju koje izazivaju vozači traktora u Republici Srbiji, i dalje su realnost. Evidentno nedostaje osnovna, i posebno dodatna stručna obuka rukovaoca mašinama, i stručno-tehnički kursevi za sigurno i pravilno korišćenje traktora.

AB  - Agricultural areas are often uneven, which creates big problems for growing crops. With Universal scraper (machine is a result of project: 'Development of modern agricultural machinery and tools for new technologies in plant production TR- 6926' which was funded by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Serbia) technical problem with surface of the agricultural plots is solved. The alignment of land routes for the movement of mobile irrigation units is solved to. Significantly improve the performance of these machines would be achieved by using laser management system for managing workflow. This would significantly increase the accuracy of working operations with reduce the duration of the cycle and the energy needs of machine. Laser control systems for agricultural machines significantly affect their performance, significantly raising the precision and speed of execution of operations. Application of these systems is more tightly restricted specificity of working processes in which the most justified the appropriateness of their application, primarily because of cost systems based on the use of laser technology.
AB  - Poljoprivredne površine su često nepravilnih mikro topografskih karakteristika (neravnine makro i mikro veličina), što stvara velike probleme u tehnologiji gajenja poljoprivrednih kultura. Univerzalni skreperski ravnjač (mašina je rezultat istraživanja u okviru projekta-TR 6926, koji je finansiralo Ministarstvo za nauku i tehnološki razvoj Republike Srbije, [4] ) rešava tehnički problem uređenja mikro i makro neravnina poljoprivrednih zemljišta po površini na parcelama. Pored ovog, može se upotrebiti za ravnanje zemljišnih puteva na poljoprivrednim imanjima za kretanje mobilnih agregata, i formiranje i uređenje zemljanih traka za kretanje mobilnih sistema za navodnjavanje. Znatno poboljšanje radnih karakteristika skreperskog ravnjača postiglo bi se upotrebom nekog od postojećih laserskih sistema za upravljanje radnim procesom. Na ovaj način bi se znatno povećala preciznost rada radnog organa (daske) kod izvršavanja radnih operacija ravnanja poljoprivrednih ili drugih površina, i smanjilo vreme trajanja radnog ciklusa kao i energetskih zahteva mašine. Laserski sistemi upravljanja na poljoprivrednim mašinama bitno utiču na njihove radne karakteristike, znatno podižu preciznost i brzinu izvođenja radnih operacija (dubina rada, širina zahvata) . Primena ovih sistema je još usko ograničena specifičnošću radnih procesa kod kojih je opravdana njihova primena, prvenstveno zbog značajne cene kontrolno - upravljačkih sistema zasnovanih na upotrebi tehnologije lasera.

AB  - This paper deals with the results from the investigation of accidents with tractors on public roads in the agriculture of Republic of Macedonia. 495 accidents with tractors are happened (99 per year) on public roads in the period 2004-2008. According to the category of road on the local roads 79 accidents are happened (15, 8 accidents per year) in the settlements. Out of the settlements, on the local roads 180 accidents (36 per year) are happened most of them with tractors again. In accidents on public roads with tractors 820 people are injured, of which 242 in accidents in settlements and 578 out of settlements in the period of the investigation. There are twice more injured people and triple more people have a fatal consequences in the accidents with tractors on public roads out of settlements.
AB  - U radu su prikazani istraživanja nesreća sa traktorima na javnim putevima u poljoprivredi Republike Makedonije. U periodu istraživanja od 2004 do 2008 godine na javnim putevima dogodilo se ukupno 495 nesreća u kojima su učestvovali traktori, ili prosečno 99 nesreća godišnje. Prema kategoriji puta u naseljenim mestima dogodilo se 79 ili u proseku po 15,8 saobraćajnih nesreća godišnje, na lokalnim putevima. Takođe prema kategoriji puta, na lokalnim putevima van naseljenih mesta dogodilo se najviše 180 ili u proseku po 36 godišnje nesreća. U nesrećama na javnim putevima u kojima su učestvovali traktori nastradalo je ukupno 820 osoba, od kojih 242 osoba u nesrećama u naseljenim mestima i 578 osoba u nesrećama van naseljena mesta. U nesrećama sa traktorima na javnim putevima van naseljenih mesta nastrada dva puta više, a smrtno nastrada, tri puta više osoba.

AB  - This paper presents the results of the researched fatal consequences of accidents with tractors in the agriculture of the Republic of Macedonia. Herewith we investigate the causes of accidents that led to fatal injuries by farmers in agricultural production. According to the research carried out in the period from 1999 to 2008 in accidents with tractors, 148 persons were killed. The most common cause of accidents is speeding the movement and real road conditions, and often tragic consequences as a result of a mutual crash of vehicles and tractor's rollover.
AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja tragičnih posledica u nesrećama sa traktorima koji učestvuju u poljoprivredi Republike Makedonije. Istraživani su uzroci nesreća koji su doveli do fatalnih povreda kod farmera u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, na putu od farme do njive i nazad. Prema rezultatima istraživanja od 1999. do 2008. godine u nesrećama sa traktorima poginulo je ukupno 148 osoba. Najčešći uzrok nesreća je neprilagođena brzina kretanja i uslovima na putu, a najčešće tragične posledice su rezultat sudara vozila i prevrtanje traktora.

AB  - Numerous computer control units have long been an integral part of the tractors and other agricultural machines, making them more efficient and safer. This important technological innovations, CAN Bus network or 'Controler Area Network' that allows computer units and their components within the tractor and the other working machines connected, and to thereby provide a reliable and secure communications, and reduce the amount of electrical conductors that would otherwise used for this purpose. Information collected various sensors inside the tractor and the other working machines, CAN Bus network transmits to the computer unit, while establishing priorities among the data, so I arrived for each of them, based on pre-prescribed procedures and protocols, the corresponding response rate was prepared by computer.
AB  - Različiti tipovi i modeli računarskih upravljačkih jedinica već duži period su sastavni delovi traktora i ostalih poljoprivrednih ili radnih mašina, čineći ih efikasnijim i bezbednijim. Ova veoma važna tehnološka inovacija, CAN Bus mreža ili 'Controler Area Network' omogućava da se računarske jedinice i njihove komponente unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina povežu u funkcionalnu kompleksnu celinu. Pri tome je obezbeđena pouzdana i sigurna komunikaciju, a smanjena količina električnih provodnika koji bi se inače zbog povezivanja delova sistema koristili. Informacije koje prikupljaju različiti senzori unutar traktora i drugih radnih mašina, CAN Bus mreža prenosi do računarske jedinice, a pri tome uspostavlja prioritete među pristiglim podacima kako bih za svaki od njih, na osnovu unapred propisanih protokola i procedura, odgovarajućom brzinom bio pripremljen odgovor od strane odgovarajuće računarske jedinice.

AB  - Frequent accidents involving agriculture machines and tractors pose a great problem in Serbia, in public transportation and other sections (especially in agriculture conditions). These accidents may occur as a consequence of: - Operator's disregard of traffic regulations and signs, - The usage of alcohol during operations with machines - Mental and physical condition of the operator, - Insufficient training and experience of the operator, - Operator's carelessness, - Technical glitches of the machines This paper notes and reviews basic causes of occurrence of accidents involving agriculture machines, as well as the necessary measurements that should be taken to minimize their reappearance. Technical solutions, not particularly applied in Serbia, that could help avoid dangerous situations or reduce the number of accidents and injuries caused by these are also presented.
AB  - U Srbiji poseban problem predstavljaju česte nesreće sa poljoprivrednim mašinama i traktorima, kako u javnom saobraćaju, tako i poljoprivrednim uslovima, pre svega kao posledica: - nepoštovanja saobraćajnih propisa i znakova od strane rukovaoca, - upotreba alkohola u toku rukovanja sa mašinama - psiho-fizičkog stanja rukovaoca, - nedovoljne obučenosti i iskustva rukovaoca, - nedovoljne pažnje rukovaoca, - tehničke neispravnost mašina U radu su analizirani i opisani osnovni uzroci nastanka nesreća sa poljoprivrednim mašinama, kao i neophodne mere koje treba preduzeti kako bi se broj nesreća smanjio na što manju moguću meru. Predstavljena su i neka i tehnička rešenja koja nisu mnogo primenjena u Srbiji, pomoću kojih je moguće izbeći opasne situacije ili smanjiti broj nesrećnih slučajeva i povreda u poljoprivredi i kontaktnim oblastima.

Consequences of tractor accidents involving older farmer population in the agriculture of the Republic of Macedonia

AB  - In agricultural production of the Republic of Macedonia, during the usage of tractors in the field or in public transportation, a large number of accidents occurs. These accidents often have heavy bodily injuries and tragic outcomes as consequences for the participants. Gathered data notes that injuries involving tractors, related to farmers older than 59 years of age, have an increased frequency. Older farmer population also has an increased percentage of injuries with tragic outcomes. During the period of the research, from 1999 to 2003, there has been a total of 101 tragic deaths in the Republic of Macedonia, 57 (or 56.44%) of which in traffic accidents and 44 (or 43.56%) in accidents involving tractor usage under agriculture circumstances. These accidents included the tragic deaths of 13 farmers aged 55 to 65 (or 15.29% of the total number of deaths), and 14 farmers older than 65 (or 16.47%). It should be noted that the most common causes that influence the increased number of tragic accidents involving older farmer population are their reduced perceptive, mental and physical abilities, which greatly effect the safety during work.
AB  - U poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji u eksploataciji traktora na njivi ili u javnom saobraćaju u R. Makedoniji, javlja se veliki broj nesreća, kada učesnici najčešće, kao posledice, imaju teške telesne povrede, ili su to tragične posledice. Podaci iz literature pokazuju da povrede na traktorima, koje su vezane za godine starosti farmera iznad 59 godina starosti, imaju povećanu frekvenciju. Starija populacija farmera ima i veći procenat povreda sa tragičnim posledicama. U periodu istraživanja od 1999. do 2003. godine u Republici Makedoniji, ukupno je tragično nastradalo 101 osoba, od kojih 57 (56,44%) u saobraćajnim nesrećama i 44 (43,56%) u nesrećama pri radu sa traktorima u poljoprivrednim uslovima. U ovim nesrećama bilo je ukupno tragično nastradalih farmera u starosnoj grupi od 55 do 65 godina, 13 osoba ili 15,29%, i iznad 65 godina 14 osoba, ili 16,47%. Kao najčešći uzrok koji utiče na povećanje broja tragičnih slučajeva kod starije populacije farmera, treba navesti, njihove smanjene senzorne i psihomotorne sposobnosti, koje utiču na bezbednost u toku rada.

These accidents often have heavy bodily injuries and tragic outcomes as consequences for the participants. Gathered data notes that injuries involving tractors, related to farmers older than 59 years of age, have an increased frequency. Older farmer population also has an increased percentage of injuries with tragic outcomes. During the period of the research, from 1999 to 2003, there has been a total of 101 tragic deaths in the Republic of Macedonia, 57 (or 56.44%) of which in traffic accidents and 44 (or 43.56%) in accidents involving tractor usage under agriculture circumstances. These accidents included the tragic deaths of 13 farmers aged 55 to 65 (or 15.29% of the total number of deaths), and 14 farmers older than 65 (or 16.47%). It should be noted that the most common causes that influence the increased number of tragic accidents involving older farmer population are their reduced perceptive, mental and physical abilities, which greatly effect the safety during work., U poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji u eksploataciji traktora na njivi ili u javnom saobraćaju u R. Makedoniji, javlja se veliki broj nesreća, kada učesnici najčešće, kao posledice, imaju teške telesne povrede, ili su to tragične posledice. Podaci iz literature pokazuju da povrede na traktorima, koje su vezane za godine starosti farmera iznad 59 godina starosti, imaju povećanu frekvenciju. Starija populacija farmera ima i veći procenat povreda sa tragičnim posledicama. AB  - The development of modern electronics and computers has important influence on agriculture and working machine industry. The most high-tech electronic configurations are applied on modern agriculture and working machine. The application of electronics components on agriculture and working machine makes easier operated work, and also has huge influence on safety and security. The modem transmission systems, fueling systems, braking systems machine managing, as well as working process's control, must be controlled by modern electronics components, with managing and controlling working process. Higher development level of mechanical components of machine, is the precondition for properly using of electronics components. The special role in development modern agriculture techniques has electronically systems for posing machines in the field. (GPS). GPS systems have possibility to register many parameters and information about effects, income, fuel's consumption and other machine's parameters having electronically equipment.
AB  - Razvoj savremene elektronike i računara ima uticaj i na industriju poljoprivrednih i radnih mašina. Najsavremeniji elektronski sklopovi našli su primenu kod savremenih sredstva poljoprivredne i radne mehanizacije. Primena elektronskih komponenti na savremenim poljoprivrednim i radnim mašinama mnogo olakšava rad rukovaocima, i u znatnoj meri doprinosi njihovoj sigurnosti i bezbednosti. Savremeni sistemi za prenos snage (transmisija) sistemi za napajanje motora gorivom, sistemi za kočenje, upravljanje mašinama, kao i kontrolu elemenata radnih procesa, moraju biti kontrolisani savremenim elektronskim komponentama. Viši razvojni nivo mehaničkih komponenata mašina preduslov je za pravilno korišćenje elektronskih komponenata. Posebnu značajnu ulogu u razvoju savremene poljoprivredne tehnike imaju elektronski sistemi za pozicioniranje mašina na terenu (GPS). GPS sistemi imaju i mogućnost precizne evidencije mnogobrojnih parametara i podataka o učinku, prinosima, potrošnji goriva i drugih parametara mašina koje imaju ovakvu elektronsku opremu.
